2-stage steamed bamboo shoots

Abstract

This item is a two-tiered steamer that can steam two dishes at the same time, and consists of, from bottom to top, a tray, a first-tier steamer, a second-tier steamer, and a lid. The first and second-tier steamers are identical in shape, with the tray and lid having handles for carrying, the lid having two small holes for venting steam, and the underside of the lid having four protrusions that act as feet when turned upside down. As shown in the figure, after heating in the microwave, the first-tier steamer can be served on the table while still on the tray, and similarly the second-tier steamer can be served on the table with the lid turned upside down.
