Stretching equipment

Abstract

This item is a stretching device used for hip joint stretching. It can be placed on the floor or a chair, and can be used by sitting astride the U-shaped recess of the item with your legs spread apart and placing your thighs between the area in front of you as viewed from the front, or by rocking back and forth in this position to stretch your hip joints. The oblong rectangular part on the back of the item (indicated by a dashed line) is the handle used to carry the item.
