Abstract

This image is used to display setups for machining. Accurate machining requires that the workpiece, table, and jig that secures the workpiece to the table are all adjusted to the correct positions before machining. This image displays this setup on various electronic media. The image shows a list of each setup for the machine tool selected in advance by the user. When the user touches or clicks on the image of the setup they wish to display from the list, the selected setup is enlarged and displayed. An example of the usage state is shown in the "Reference diagram showing the usage state." This image allows the user to quickly check the information they need, reducing the time required for setup and improving productivity.
