Abstract

This image is used to display setups for machining. Accurate machining requires that the workpiece, table, and fixtures securing the workpiece to the table are positioned correctly before machining. This image displays the setup on various electronic media. The image displays a list of setups for the machine tool selected by the user. When the user touches or clicks on the image of the setup they want to view, the image transitions to an image showing the changed state, with the selected setup displayed enlarged. The image showing the changed state not only displays various information necessary for the setup on a single screen, but also displays the setup state in three dimensions, allowing the user to move the image to the desired angle as needed. Examples of usage states are shown in "Reference Diagram 1 Showing Usage State" and "Reference Diagram 2 Showing Usage State." These images allow users to quickly check the information they need, reducing setup time and improving productivity.
