Abstract

This article is a writing instrument, a side-knock type writing instrument that allows the nib to be pushed out simply by bending the center of the body with the hand holding the writing instrument, as shown in the reference front view of the pen tip being pushed out. Furthermore, the joining line at the joint between the upper and lower parts in the center of the body is wavy, so that even if the center of the body has a bulging spindle shape, it is possible to minimize the gap that occurs at the joint when the parts are bent, making it easy to avoid problems such as marring the aesthetic appearance of the writing instrument or pinching the skin of the hand.
