Abstract

This product is a container for pickling, and the air valve on the lid allows for multiple operating modes, including vacuuming, pickling, airtight storage, and gas release. In vacuuming mode, the air valve's sealing ring is open, and the air inside can be removed with a vacuum pump, allowing for more thorough pickling. The vacuum state is released by lifting the silicone stopper on the air valve with your finger to allow air in. In pickling mode, the air valve's sealing ring is open, and the arrow on the air valve points to the "M" mark, setting it to pickling mode. By switching the vacuum pump to intake / exhaust mode to remove air, and then repeating the process of adding air, the food can be pickled more deeply. In airtight storage mode, the air valve's sealing ring can be folded in a vacuum or non-vacuum state to achieve completely airtight storage. The lid has a date display, and the pickling start date can be recorded by aligning the arrow on the air valve with the corresponding date and sealing the lid. Also, by placing the container upside down during storage, the food can be prevented from rising above the liquid surface. In gas release mode, gas may be generated from the food during the pickling process, potentially creating high pressure inside the container. After storage is complete, the air valve's sealing ring can be bent to open it, and the gas inside can be released by pressing the air valve. This prevents splashing when opening the lid under high pressure, and prevents the lid from becoming difficult to open due to the high pressure.
