Abstract

This device is a catheter instrument for suppressing tricuspid valve regurgitation. It comprises an anchor section, a curved section, a spacer section, and a tip section. The anchor section is located within the inferior vena cava and stabilizes the device against the vessel wall. The spacer section is positioned across the tricuspid annulus to improve the connection of the tricuspid valve leaflets, thereby suppressing tricuspid valve regurgitation. The tip section is located within the pulmonary artery and securely positions the device.
