Rotary buried pile

Abstract

This article is a rotary-embedded pile in which a pair of spiral projections are provided on the circumferential surface of a rod-shaped pile body in an opposing and twisted state in the same direction, and a stepped projection is provided parallel to the inclined upper surface of the spiral projection in the direction of the extension of the spiral. When the upper end of the pile body is driven into the ground, this article is embedded in the ground while rotating around the axis of the pile body, and is used to hold down covering materials such as sheets, nets, and mats laid on the ground surface and fix them to the ground, or to fix outdoor installations such as tents to the ground. As shown in the "First, Second, and Third Reference Perspective Views Showing the Stepped Projection" and the "Reference Diagram Showing Soil Movement in the Stepped Projection," the stepped projection has a nearly horizontal upper surface connected to the upper end of the inclined surface of the projection which is inclined with respect to the inclined upper surface. As the article rotates around its axis, the soil rises relative to the inclined surface of the protrusion, as indicated by the arrows in the "Reference Diagram Showing Soil Movement on the Step-Shaped Protrusion," and rests on the horizontal upper surface of the protrusion. The reverse rotation of the pile body due to the pull-out force acting on the pile body is effectively prevented by the resistance of the soil present on the horizontal upper surface of each protrusion against the lifting of the pile body. The length of the pile body is 150 to 500 mm.
