Coil bobbin

Abstract

The article relating to the present design is, for example, a coil bobbin for a small transformer. The article mainly comprises a winding core for winding a coil, a terminal block, and an L-shaped terminal. The L-shaped terminal has a vertical portion used for connecting to a mounting board and a horizontal portion connected to the coil end. The winding core has a convex portion on its front side that is thicker, and the presence of this convex portion forms a receiving groove for accommodating the starting wire of the coil winding. A starting wire conductor path is formed that guides the starting wire of the coil winding from the horizontal portion to the upper part of the winding core, via the horizontal portion of the L-shaped terminal, the lower notch of the terminal block, and the receiving groove.
