Abstract

To provide a mechanism for controlling display so that channels recommended for scanning are specified via a setting screen for specifying operating channels such as those in the 6 GHz band.SOLUTION: A communication device functioning as an access point provides a user with a setting screen on which an operation setting of an operating channel of the access point device in a specific frequency band can be specified. The setting screen is a setting screen controlled so that a channel different from a channel recommended for scanning via the setting screen is not selected as an operation setting of the operating channel of the access point in the specific frequency band.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
