Abstract

To provide an imaging apparatus capable of performing focus adjustment at high speed.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 includes focus adjustment means 12 which is arranged between a lens 11 and an image sensor 13 and adjusts an optical path length between the lens 11 and the image sensor 13 and a control part which controls the operation of the focus adjustment means 12. The focus adjustment means 12 includes a plurality of mirrors which are rotatably arranged so that incident light from the lens 11 is reflected and made incident on the image sensor 13 and driving means which rotationally drives the plurality of mirrors. The control part adjusts the optical path length between the lens 11 and the image sensor 13 by controlling the driving means, to change the reflection angles of the plurality of mirrors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
