Abstract

To provide insoles and footwear capable of adjusting the feet and the whole body (posture) by intentionally forming the sole arches.SOLUTION: The insole is composed of a front plate-like body 2 that contacts the toe part of the sole of the foot and a rear plate-like body 3 that contacts the heel part of the sole of the foot, wherein the rear plate-like body that contacts the heel side of the sole of the foot is formed by a 4-th part that has a gradient that reduces in thickness from the rear end of the heel part toward the arch side, 5a-th and 5b-th parts that have a gradient that reduces in thickness from both sides of the rear plate-like body toward the center, a 6-th part that is a flat part of an isosceles triangle, and a slight bulge in part 10. The front plate-like body that comes into contact with the toes on the sole of the foot is formed from a 7-th part having a flat surface in the tip region where the toes come into contact, an 8-th part having a gradient in which the thickness gradually decreases from the 7-th part toward the rear, and a 9-th part having a gradient in which the thickness gradually increases slightly from the lowest part of the eighth part toward the rear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
