Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a cleaning management system and a program for improving the cleaning work in a hospital, such as in a patient room. [Background technology]
[0002] When cleaning in a hospital, it is important that the cleaning manager (the person contracted to do the cleaning work) and the cleaning staff communicate closely with the person in charge at the hospital (the ward clerk or nursing assistant) to receive instructions for the cleaning work and to report when cleaning is complete. Instructions from the hospital staff and reports from the cleaning staff are mutually written on forms and presented, or communicated by PHS. However, when they were unable to contact each other, the hospital staff would have to search for the cleaning staff, and the cleaning manager or cleaning staff would have to search for the hospital staff and contact them, which meant that both parties were unable to carry out their work smoothly.
[0003] Currently, there are provided lodging facility management systems and management methods for managing rooms (guest rooms) in lodging facilities such as hotels, inns, and hospitals (for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 7051147 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] The management system of Patent Document 1 is a management system that can access a floor database including the room layout of an accommodation facility and a cleaning staff team database including work information of the accommodation facility's cleaning staff team, and has a first interface that acquires in real time via a network an image of an existing room indicator panel placed in an area where the accommodation facility's cleaning management or linen is stored, a cleaning management unit that plans a cleaning schedule by referring to the floor database and the cleaning staff team database based on information obtained by analyzing the acquired image of the existing room indicator panel, and a second interface that transmits information regarding the planned cleaning schedule to the cleaning staff team's terminal via a network during or after cleaning is completed, and the second interface includes a function of transmitting the acquired image of the existing room indicator panel. The management system captures images of existing room indicator panels using a web camera or the like, acquires and analyzes the images in real time via the Internet or other computer networks, digitizes the information displayed on the room indicator in a cloud-based system, and distributes information regarding a cleaning schedule that has been created based on that information to a cleaning staff team. This can improve the efficiency of cleaning work at the accommodation facility.
[0006] However, the management system of Patent Document 1 uses images captured of the surface of existing room indicators installed in areas where cleaning management or linen is stored at accommodation facilities, so in facilities where room indicators are not installed, it may not be possible to improve the efficiency of work such as cleaning at accommodation facilities.
[0007] The present invention is devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has an object to provide a cleaning management system and program for improving the cleaning work performed within a hospital. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] The cleaning management system of the present invention includes a storage unit for cleaning area data illustrating a cleaning area where a cleaning worker is to clean, and a storage unit for work instruction data instructing cleaning work for the cleaning area of the cleaning area data, The system prompts the user to input work instruction data or reads work instruction data from an electronic medical record, stores the input or read work instruction data in a memory unit, outputs cleaning area data, and outputs the work instruction data stored in the memory unit for work instruction data on the output diagram of the cleaning area.
[0009] In addition, a storage unit for cleaning worker data identifying the cleaning worker is provided, and when work instruction data for a cleaning area by a cleaning worker is deleted upon completion of cleaning of the cleaning area, the work instruction data stored in the storage unit for work instruction data is output after the work instruction data is deleted.
[0010] In addition, the system is provided with a storage section for cleaning worker data that identifies cleaning workers, and a storage section for facility zoning data that divides the facility into areas that are at least contaminated with infectious disease pathogens and areas that are not contaminated, and if a cleaning worker is about to enter an area that is not contaminated after cleaning a contaminated area, an alert is output to warn the worker about the order of work.
[0011] The cleaning management program of the present invention is a program for managing a cleaning area by a computer that includes cleaning area data illustrating a cleaning area where a cleaning worker is to clean and work instruction data for instructing cleaning work for the cleaning area of the cleaning area data. The system is designed to execute the steps of prompting the input of work instruction data or reading work instruction data from an electronic medical record, saving the input or read work instruction data, outputting cleaning area data, and outputting the work instruction data stored in the work instruction data memory unit onto the output diagram of the cleaning area.
[0012] The computer is also provided with a storage unit for cleaning worker data that identifies the cleaning worker, and when work instruction data for a cleaning area by a cleaning worker is deleted upon completion of cleaning of the cleaning area, the computer is configured to execute a step of outputting the work instruction data stored in the storage unit for work instruction data after the work instruction data is deleted.
[0013] The computer is also provided with cleaning worker data identifying cleaning workers and facility zoning data dividing the facility into areas contaminated with at least infectious disease pathogens and uncontaminated areas, and is configured to execute a step of outputting an alert to warn the cleaning worker about the order of work if the cleaning worker is about to enter an uncontaminated area after cleaning a contaminated area. Effect of the Invention
[0014] According to the cleaning management system and program of the present invention, instructions for cleaning the inside of the hospital can be received and cleaning can be performed according to those instructions. The cleaning details are displayed on the terminal display, and the display is shared between the hospital staff (ward clerk or nursing assistant) and the cleaning staff. This eliminates the need for the hospital staff to write the details of the work instructions on paper and show them to the cleaning staff. The progress of the cleaning is also shown on the terminal display, and the display is shared between the hospital staff and the cleaning staff. This eliminates the need for hospital staff to visit the cleaning area in person or check the progress by PHS. This means that they can keep in close contact with the hospital staff, and work can be carried out smoothly on both sides. In addition, the terminal display can display an alert for zoning cleaning (the incorrect order of cleaning work, moving from an infected area to a clean area or general area), which can help prevent infection during cleaning within the hospital. [0016] The present invention realizes smoother in-hospital cleaning operations. EXAMPLES
[0017] The cleaning management system of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing the cleaning management system of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a flow diagram of the cleaning management program of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing a work instruction input screen displayed on the display of the terminal in step 1 of Fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a daily work management screen displayed on the display of the terminal in step 4 of Fig. 2. The cleaning management system of the present invention is a computer 10 and a program 10a that provide information to support in-hospital cleaning in response to requests from hospital personnel (ward clerks or nursing assistants) and cleaning staff (FIG. 1). The cleaning management system 10 in Figure 1 is a system that can be used on the Internet and is accessible by hospital staff, cleaning staff, and cleaning managers, and provides hospital staff and cleaning personnel with information to support in-hospital cleaning.
[0018] In FIG. 1, a cleaning management system 10 (server) is connected via the Internet 12 to user terminals 14 (clients) of hospital staff, cleaning personnel, and cleaning managers. The user terminal 14 includes an input means 14a (keyboard, touch panel) for inputting information for accessing the cleaning management system 10, and an output means 14b for displaying data and information output from the cleaning management system 10 (server) on a screen of the display of the user terminal 14. For example, the user terminal 14 is a computer including the input means 14a and the output means 14b, such as a PC (personal computer), a smartphone, or a tablet terminal.
[0019] The cleaning management system 10 (server) is equipped with an input means for inputting data in a format suitable for a computer, and an output means for outputting the data in a form that can be understood by hospital staff, cleaning personnel, and cleaning managers on the output means 14b of the user terminal 14. In addition, as a method of introducing the cleaning management system 10 (server), in addition to the Web system that can be used on the Internet 12 described above, there is also a method of installing the cleaning management system 10 on a user terminal 14, or a method of installing the system 10 on a network to which the user terminal 14 is connected.
[0020] The cleaning management system 10 (computer) has a memory section for cleaning area data 16, a memory section for work instruction data 18, a memory section for usage status data 20, a memory section for option data 22, and a memory section for special notes data 24. The electronic medical record 26 holds data such as the work instruction data 18, the usage status data 20, the option data 22, and the special notes data 24, and is considered to hold at least the work instruction data 18. The cleaning management system 10 can read the various data 18, 20, 22, and 24 held by the electronic medical record 18 and store them in the memory section for the various data. The cleaning management system 10 in FIG. 1 is capable of searching, storing, and updating information related to cleaning within the hospital, such as cleaning area data 16 and work instruction data 18.
[0021] The cleaning area data 16 is a diagram showing cleaning areas (rooms such as patient rooms and toilets). The daily work management screen of Fig. 4 displays cleaning area data 16 showing rooms in "Building C, 4th floor" of the hospital. For example, rooms to be cleaned, such as patient room numbers "401" to "410", "medicine room", "forest lounge", "hair washing room", "laundry", "toilet", and "soil room", are displayed as a diagram (image) showing them in square frames.
[0022] The work instruction data 18 instructs cleaning work for the cleaning area of the cleaning area data. The work instruction data 18 can be input (selected) from the work instruction input screen of Fig. 3. The work instruction input screen of Fig. 3 shows examples of work instruction data 18 for "sun", "circle", "water", and "sky" as "work instructions". The input work instruction data 18 is saved (accumulated) in the memory unit of the work instruction data 18. The work instruction data 18 "Day" shown as an example on the work instruction input screen in Fig. 3 instructs daily cleaning, which is the usual cleaning of a patient's hospitalized room. "Circle" instructs discharge cleaning, which includes changing the sheets and wiping down the room, including the TV. "Water" instructs discharge cleaning, which includes cleaning the sink, toilet, shower room, and other areas around water in the patient's room. "Empty" instructs a vacant room check, which checks whether a clean vacant room (room) after cleaning is soiled.
[0023] The usage status data 20 indicates the usage status of a room. The usage status data 20 can be input (selected) from the work instruction input screen of FIG. 3. The work instruction input screen of FIG. 3 shows examples of the usage status data 20 such as "present", "left", "moved", and "vacant" as "status". The input usage status data 20 is saved (accumulated) in the storage unit for the usage status data 20. The usage status data 20 "Occupied" shown as an example on the work instruction input screen in Fig. 3 represents a room (occupied) where a patient is currently hospitalized and is not scheduled to be discharged on the day of cleaning. "Discharged" represents a room where a patient is scheduled to be discharged on the same day. "Moved" represents a room where the room will be moved within the same floor or to a different floor. "Vacant" represents a room that is vacant. In addition, in the work instruction input screen of FIG. 3, the input of "status" (usage status data 20) and "work instructions" (work instruction data 18) are linked. For example, when "present" is selected in the usage status data 20, "day" in the work instruction data 18 is selected in linkage. When "retired" is selected, "environment" and "water" are selected in linkage. When "empty" is selected, "empty" is selected in linkage. This allows the work instruction data 18 to be input smoothly. The linked input may be canceled and the work instruction data 18 input (selection) may be performed.
[0024] The option data 22 represents instructions and contact information other than the work instruction data 18. The option data 22 can be input (selected) from the work instruction input screen of Fig. 3. The work instruction input screen of Fig. 3 shows, as examples, the option data 22 of "fabric" and "feel" as "options". The input option data 22 is saved (accumulated) in the memory unit of the option data 22. Option data 22 "Cloth" shown as an example on the work instruction input screen in Fig. 3 is for instructing the change of bedding in the case of death when discharged. "Sensation" is for informing the user that the room is an infected room, since cleaning methods are different for rooms infected with influenza, norovirus, etc. The highlight option data 22 "urgent" shown in the work instruction input screen of Fig. 3 is used when work needs to be done urgently. "Proposed" is used to inform the patient that the room has already been booked for admission. In FIG. 3, data marked with a "●" or a "■" (parts indicated by black symbols) are data that will be saved (accumulated) in the storage unit of each data item by confirming the input contents.
[0025] The special notes data 24 is information that requires advance notification to cleaning staff. The special notes data 24 can be entered by entering text or by selecting a standard phrase from the work instruction input screen of FIG. 3. The work instruction input screen of FIG. 3 shows examples of special notes data 24 such as "Hospitalization after discharge", "Hospitalization", and "Sofa inspection" as "Special notes". Other possible special notes data 24 include "PM operation" and "Chem". The entered special notes data 24 is saved (accumulated) in the memory of the usage status data 20.
[0026] In the cleaning management system 10 (computer), the various data 18, 20, 22, 24 (step 1 in FIG. 2) input (selected) via the work instruction input screen in FIG. 3 are stored (accumulated) in the storage unit for each data (step 3). Also, when the various data 18, 20, 22, 24 are read from the electronic medical record 26 (step 2 in FIG. 2), they are stored (accumulated) in the storage unit for each data (step 3 in FIG. 2). When the data are read from the electronic medical record 26 (step 2 in FIG. 2), the manual input work of inputting via the work instruction input screen in FIG. 3 (step 1 in FIG. 2) can be omitted.
[0027] As described above, the cleaning management system 10 (computer) prompts the user to input work instruction data 18 (step 1 in FIG. 2) or reads the work instruction data 18 from the electronic medical record (step 2 in FIG. 2), and stores the input or read work instruction data 18 in a storage unit (step 3 in FIG. 2). Then, the cleaning area data 16 is output, and the work instruction data 18 stored in the storage unit for the work instruction data 18 is output to the output diagram of the cleaning area (step 4 in FIG. 2). Since the work instruction data 18 is displayed for each cleaning area data 16 on the display 14b of the terminal 14 (FIG. 4), the cleaning staff can receive instructions for cleaning work and clean according to those instructions. In addition, the instructions can be shared with the hospital staff (ward clerk or nursing assistant). This eliminates the need for the hospital staff to write the work instructions on paper and show them to the cleaning staff, allowing the cleaning of the hospital to proceed smoothly.
[0028] Next, the cleaning completion report to the person in charge on the hospital side and the cleaning manager will be described with reference to Figs. 1, 2, 5 to 7. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing the cleaning staff input screen displayed on the display of the terminal in step 5 of Fig. 2, Fig. (a) is a screen displayed when the figure of room number "401" (cleaning area data 16) in Fig. 4 is tapped, Fig. (b) is a screen displayed when the "Enter" button in Fig. (a) is selected, and Fig. (c) is an image displayed when the "Update mode ON" button in Fig. (b) is selected. Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of cleaning staff data in the cleaning management system in Fig. 1. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing one cleaning area data (room No. 401) displayed on the daily work management screen in Fig. 4, Fig. (a) is a screen displaying the data input from the input screen in Fig. 3, and Fig. (b) is a screen displayed after the processing of step 6 in Fig. 2. When the cleaning area data 16 and the diagram (image) of the room (room number) "401" displayed on the display 14b of the cleaning staff terminal 14 are tapped, a cleaning staff input screen 28 is displayed on the display 14b of the cleaning staff terminal 14 (FIG. 5(a), step 5 in FIG. 2). The cleaning staff input screen 28 in FIG. 5(a) displays the work instruction data 18, usage status data 20, option data 22, and special notes data 24 for room number "401" that are stored in the memory of the cleaning management system 10. For the work instruction data 18, a table 28a is displayed, with columns for "Instructions" and "Implementation." In the "Instructions" column, a "■" mark is displayed in the "Environment" and "Water" items. The "Implementation" column is left blank. In FIG. 5, the marks "■" (parts indicated by black symbols) indicate that the data is saved (stored) in the storage section for the work data 18 or the storage section for the option data 22.
[0029] When a cleaning staff member, “Tanaka XX”, who will be cleaning room number “401”, selects (tap) the “Enter” button in FIG. 5(a), “Currently in the room: Tanaka XX” is displayed on the cleaning staff input screen 28 (FIG. 5(b)). The cleaning management system 10 is provided with a storage unit for cleaning staff data 30 (FIGS. 1 and 6). The cleaning staff data 30 in FIG. 6 is composed of the name of the cleaning staff "Tanaka XX", the ID of the terminal used (or the identification number of the cleaning staff "Tanaka XX"), etc. When the "Enter" button in FIG. 5(a) is selected (tapped), data such as the "Date of execution" (date of entry and cleaning), the number of the "room" entered, and the time of entry and exit are stored as cleaning staff data 30 (FIG. 6).
[0030] In addition, the "Circle" and "Water" items in the "Implementation" column of table 28a are provided with cleaning completion buttons 28b. After cleaning according to the work instruction data 18 for "Circle" and "Water", cleaning worker "Tanaka XX" selects (tap) the cleaning completion buttons 28b for "Circle" and "Water", and selects (tap) the "Update mode ON" button 28c on the cleaning worker input screen 28 (FIG. 5(b)). By selecting (tapping) the buttons 28b and 28c, the "Not implemented" display on the cleaning worker input screen 28 in FIG. 5(b) changes to a "Cleaned" display, and the "Circle" and "Water" items in the "Implementation" column also display "■" marks (FIG. 5(c)). In FIG. 5(c), the "■" marks displayed on the "Circle" and "Water" items in the "Implementation" column are marks indicating that the cleaning work has been completed. The cleaning worker, "Tanaka XX," checks that a "■" is displayed in all of the "Circulation" and "Water" items in the "Instructions" and "Implementation" columns of Table 28a in Figure 5(c), and then leaves room number "401" after completing his cleaning work. In this embodiment, the exit time in FIG. 6 is the time when the cleaning staff input screen 28 in FIG. 5(c) is displayed, but is not limited to this.
[0031] On the cleaning staff input screen 28 in FIG. 5(b), the cleaning staff selects (taps) the cleaning completion buttons 28b for "Circle" and "Water" and selects (taps) the "Update mode ON" button 28c, which is an operation to delete the work instruction data 18 for room number "401" and executes the processing of step 6 in FIG. 2. After the work instruction data 18 for room number "401" is deleted, the work instruction data 18 for room number "401" is no longer stored in the memory of work instruction data 18. Since the cleaning management system 10 (computer) displays the data stored in the memory of work instruction data 18 all the time or as needed (step 4 in FIG. 2, FIG. 4), the cleaning area data 16 for room number "401" on the daily work management screen in FIG. 4 (FIG. 7(a)) is displayed as cleaning area data 16 with the work instruction data 18 deleted after the data is deleted (FIG. 7(b)). When the hospital staff or cleaning manager confirms that the work instruction data 18 is not displayed in the cleaning area data 16 for room number "401" on the daily work management screen in Figure 4, they can know that the cleaning work for the work instruction data 18 "Circle" and "Water" in room number "401" has been completed. Therefore, it is no longer necessary for the hospital staff to personally visit the cleaning area (patient room with room number "401") to check, or to check the progress of the cleaning by PHS, as was done in the past. This allows the hospital staff and cleaning staff to keep in close contact with each other and to carry out their work smoothly. The process of step 6 in FIG. 2 may be executed by simply selecting (tapping) the cleaning completion button 28b.
[0032] Next, the implementation of zoning cleaning, which divides areas into those contaminated with infectious disease pathogens (contaminated areas) and those not contaminated (clean areas) to prevent infection and performs cleaning according to the division, will be explained with reference to Figures 1, 2 and 8. Figure 8 shows an example of facility zoning data of the cleaning management system in Figure 1. The cleaning management system 10 in FIG. 1 is provided with a storage unit for facility zoning data 32. The facility zoning data 32 is divided into three areas: clean area, general area, and contaminated area, and cleaning area data 16 corresponding to each area is stored (FIG. 8). The cleaning area data 16 for each area is color-coded blue (clean area), yellow (general area), and red (contaminated area) (FIG. 8). For example, the cleaning area data 16 for the contaminated areas "toilet" and "septic room" are displayed in red on the daily work management screen in FIG. 4 (not shown). It is assumed that the cleaning worker recognizes that when cleaning rooms in the cleaning area data 16 color-coded blue, yellow, and red, the cleaning worker enters from the blue room to the yellow room and from the yellow room to the red room to clean the rooms as a cleaning rule. When the cleaning worker completes cleaning the "toilet" (contaminated area cleaning area data 16 displayed in red) and leaves the room, and taps the cleaning area data 16 "laundry" (general area cleaning area 16 displayed in yellow), the cleaning management system 10 (computer) determines that the order of work is incorrect (step 7 in FIG. 2), and an alert (a warning or caution message notified by the cleaning management system 10) saying "The order of work is incorrect. Please select the room to clean again" is displayed on the display 14b of the terminal 14 used by the cleaning worker (step 8 in FIG. 2). This makes it possible to prevent in-hospital infections caused by cleaning. When an alert is displayed on the display 14b of the terminal 14, the cleaning staff input screen 28 in FIG. 5 is not displayed.
[0033] The present invention is a cleaning management system and program that can be implemented not only in the medical facilities exemplified in this embodiment, but also in hotels and other accommodation facilities and facilities that perform daily and regular cleaning. [Explanation of symbols]
