Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of part III in Fig. 2. Fig. 4 is an external perspective view of a conductor portion. Fig. 5 is an external perspective view of a connector.
[0014] (Camera module) As shown in FIG. 1, the camera module 1 includes an imaging unit (another component) 2 including a lens 2a, and an electronic component 10. That is, the electronic component 10 according to this embodiment constitutes, for example, a part of the camera module 1. A coaxial cable (connection object) 3 is conductively connected (hereinafter simply referred to as "connection") to one side (hereinafter referred to as "X1 side") of the electronic component 10 in a predetermined direction (X direction in the figure. Hereinafter referred to as "X direction"). The imaging unit 2 is assembled to the other side (hereinafter referred to as "X2 side") of the electronic component 10 in the X direction. An end of the coaxial cable 3 opposite to the end connected to the electronic component 10 is connected to a processing device (not shown) or the like that processes an imaging signal from the camera module 1. The camera module 1 outputs an imaging signal captured by the imaging unit 2 to a processing device (not shown) or the like via the coaxial cable 3.
[0015] (Electronic Components) 1 to 4, electronic component 10 includes housing 11, conductor portion 12, and connector 13. Conductor portion 12 and connector 13 are connected inside housing 11. In the following description, connection between conductor portion 12 and connector 13 means that the axial center of conductor portion 12 extending in the X direction and the axial center of connector 13 extending in the X direction are substantially coaxial, unless otherwise specified. In the following, a state in which conductor portion 12 and connector 13 are connected will be described, unless otherwise specified.
[0016] (housing) As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the housing 11 is a member that defines an accommodation space 14 that accommodates various components therein, and is formed of an insulating material such as synthetic resin. The housing 11 of this embodiment defines an accommodation space 14 that is open to the X2 side. The housing 11 has an inner side surface (one side surface) 11a that defines the X1 side of the accommodation space 14 perpendicular to the X direction, and an inner side surface 11b that extends from the outer periphery of the inner side surface 11a to the X2 side and defines the side of the accommodation space 14 (the direction intersecting the X direction). The imaging unit 2 is assembled to the X2 side of the housing 11. The X2 side of the accommodation space 14 is closed by the imaging unit 2. That is, the housing 11 defines the accommodation space 14 together with another component (the imaging unit 2 in this embodiment) by being assembled to the other component. In the accommodation space 14, a board 18 that is connected to the imaging unit 2, a connector 13 that is mounted on the board 18, and the like are arranged. Although one substrate 18 is shown in the figure, the number of substrates 18 provided is not limited to one.
[0017] A connecting portion 15 for detachably connecting the coaxial cable 3 is formed on the exterior of the X1 side of the housing 11. The connecting portion 15 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape extending in the X direction. The housing 11 has a communication hole 17 that communicates a space 16 inside the connecting portion 15 with the accommodation space 14. The communication hole 17 in this embodiment is formed in a circular cross section and extends in the X direction.
[0018] (Conductor part) 2 to 4, the conductor portion 12 is a portion for electrically connecting the coaxial cable 3 and the connector 13 on the substrate 18, and is formed in a generally rod-like shape extending along the X direction. The conductor portion 12 is fixedly supported by the housing 11 in a state where it is inserted into a communication hole 17 of the housing 11. The X1 side of the conductor portion 12 is exposed to a space 16 inside the coupling portion 15 of the housing 11, and is connectable to the coaxial cable 3. The X2 side of the conductor portion 12 is exposed to the accommodation space 14 of the housing 11, and is connected to the connector 13 in the accommodation space 14.
[0019] The conductor portion 12 has an axially shaped inner conductor 19 extending in the X-direction at the center, an outer conductor 20 formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the X-direction and arranging the inner conductor 19 on its radial inside (approximately the center in this embodiment), and a dielectric 21 between the inner conductor 19 and the outer conductor 20.
[0020] (inner conductor) The inner conductor 19 of the conductor section 12 is made of a conductive metal material and is a member for transmitting an imaging signal from the imaging unit 2 to the coaxial cable 3. The inner conductor 19 is formed in a pin shape (shaft shape) extending in the X direction and is disposed radially inside the outer conductor 20 (at the center of the conductor section 12). The inner conductor 19 is supported by the outer conductor 20 via a holding member 22 for holding the inner conductor 19, a seal member 23 for sealing between the storage space 14 side of the housing 11 and the space 16 on the connecting section 15 side, a dielectric 21 to be described later, and the like. The X1 side of the inner conductor 19 is exposed to the space 16 inside the connecting section 15 of the housing 11 and can be connected to the inner conductor (not shown) of the coaxial cable (connection object) 3 outside the storage space 14. The X2 side of the inner conductor 19 extends beyond the inner side surface 11a of the housing 11 toward the X2 side, and is connected to a connector terminal 29 of the connector 13 in the accommodating space 14 of the housing 11, which will be described later.
[0021] (Outer conductor) The outer conductor 20 of the conductor portion 12 is made of a conductive metal material, covers the inner conductor 19 from the outside in the radial direction (the radial direction with the inner conductor 19 as the axis), and functions as a shield to prevent signal leakage to the outside and radio waves from entering from the outside. The outer conductor 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the X direction and constitutes the outer peripheral edge portion of the conductor portion 12. The X1 side of the outer conductor 20 extends in the X direction to approximately the same position as the X1 side of the inner conductor 19, and can be connected to an outer conductor (not shown) that functions as the ground of the coaxial cable 3. The X2 side of the outer conductor 20 extends further to the X2 side than the X2 side of the inner conductor 19, and is connected to a connector shell 30 (described later) that functions as the ground of the connector 13.
[0022] A receiving space 25 into which the connector 13 is inserted is defined at the X2-side end of the internal space 24 of the outer conductor 20. That is, the receiving space 25 into which the connector 13 is inserted is defined radially inside the X2-side end of the outer conductor 20. The receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20 extends continuously from an opening 20a on the X2 side of the outer conductor 20 to a dielectric 21 on the X1 side, which will be described later. Note that the outer conductor 20 is not limited to being formed of one cylindrical body, and may be formed by, for example, connecting a plurality of cylindrical bodies in the X direction.
[0023] (Expanded diameter part) The outer conductor 20 is provided at its end on the X2 side with a conductor part-side expanded diameter portion (expanded diameter portion) 26 that expands in diameter toward the X2 side. The X2 side end of the conductor part-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20 defines an opening 20a on the X2 side of the outer conductor 20. The inner peripheral surface 26a of the conductor part-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20 defines the radially outer side of a partial region on the X2 side of the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20. The inner peripheral surface 26a of the conductor part-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20 can guide a connector shell 30 (described later) of the connector 13 to the depth of the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20 when connecting the conductor part 12 and the connector 13. The conductor part-side expanded diameter portion 26 of this embodiment is provided with a plurality of (three) slits 27. The multiple slits 27 extend from the opening 20a of the outer conductor 20 toward the X1 side along the X direction, and are disposed at positions that equally divide (in three in this embodiment) the conductor side expanded diameter portion 26 in the circumferential direction. Note that, although the slits 27 are provided in the conductor side expanded diameter portion 26 in this embodiment, this is not limited thereto, and the slits 27 may not be provided.
[0024] (same diameter part) A constant diameter portion 28 is provided on the X1 side of the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20, extending with a substantially constant diameter from the X1 side end of the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 toward the X1 side. In this embodiment, the constant diameter portion 28 extends from the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 to the X1 side beyond another side surface 21a on the X2 side of the dielectric 21 described below. The inner circumferential surface 28a of the constant diameter portion 28 defines the radial outside of a portion of the X1 side region of the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20 (the region between the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 and the dielectric 21).
[0025] (Dielectric) The dielectric 21 is an insulating layer surrounding the central portion of the inner conductor 19 in the X direction, and is formed, for example, in a cylindrical shape and is press-fitted into the internal space 24 of the outer conductor 20. The inner conductor 19 is press-fitted into the inner diameter portion of the dielectric 21. The dielectric 21 keeps the inner conductor 19 and the outer conductor 20 in an insulated state. The dielectric 21 also has a function of holding the inner conductor 19 against the outer conductor 20. The dielectric 21 is provided in a region of the internal space 24 of the outer conductor 20 on the X1 side of the one inner side surface 11a of the housing 11. That is, the other side surface 21a of the dielectric 21 is located on the X1 side of the one inner side surface 11a of the housing 11. The other side surface 21a of the dielectric 21 defines the X1 side of the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20. That is, the dielectric 21 is disposed between the inner conductor 19 and the outer conductor 20 and is located on the X1 side of the receiving space 25. As shown in Figure 4, when the conductor portion 12 is not connected to the connector 13, the inner conductor 19 of the conductor portion 12 protrudes toward the X2 side from the radial center of the other side 21a of the dielectric 21 and is exposed to the receiving space 25.
[0026] (connector) 2, 3, and 5, the connector 13 is mounted on the substrate 18, disposed within the accommodation space 14 of the housing 11, and connected to the conductor portion 12. The connector 13 has a connector terminal 29 connected to the inner conductor 19 of the conductor portion 12, and a connector shell 30 formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the X direction and having the connector terminal 29 disposed therein. The connector 13 also has a resin connector support portion 31. The connector 13 and the substrate 18 may be provided integrally with the imaging unit 2, or may be provided separately from the imaging unit 2 and connected to the imaging unit 2.
[0027] (Connector terminal) The connector terminal 29 of the connector 13 is made of a conductive metal material, disposed radially inside the connector shell 30, and connected to the end of the inner conductor 19 of the conductor portion 12 on the X2 side. The connector terminal 29 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape that allows the inner conductor 19 of the conductor portion 12 to be inserted. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the connector terminal 29 has a cylindrical terminal other end 29a supported by the connector support portion 31, and a plurality of (three in this embodiment) terminal pieces 29b extending from the terminal other end 29a to the X1 side in a state of being equally divided (divided into three in this embodiment) in the circumferential direction. That is, the X2 side of the plurality of terminal pieces 29b is supported by the terminal other end 29a in a cantilevered manner. The terminal other end 29a is integrally provided with a board connection portion 29c that is connected to the board 18 located on the X2 side by soldering or the like. The board connection portion 29c extends radially outward from the terminal other end 29a, and its tip side is connected to the board 18.
[0028] The terminal pieces 29b of the connector terminal 29 are supported at the X2 side by the other end 29a of the terminal in a cantilever manner, and can be elastically deformed in the radial direction with the other end 29a of the terminal as an axis. At the end of the terminal pieces 29b on the X1 side, a contact portion 29d that can contact the outer circumferential surface of the inner conductor 19 of the conductor portion 12 and an inclined portion 29e that extends from the contact portion 29d to the outside in the radial direction on the X1 side are provided. As shown in FIG. 5, when the conductor portion 12 is not connected to the connector 13, the inner conductor 19 of the conductor portion 12 is not inserted into the connector terminal 29, and a space having a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the inner conductor 19 is defined radially inside the contact portion 29d of the terminal pieces 29b. The inclined portion 29e of the terminal pieces 29b guides the inner conductor 19 into the space between the contact portions 29d of the terminal pieces 29b when the conductor portion 12 is connected to the connector 13. That is, when the conductor portion 12 is connected to the connector 13, the inner conductor 19 is guided by the inclined portions 29e of the terminal pieces 29b and inserted radially inward of the connector terminal 29. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the contact portions 29d of the terminal pieces 29b are in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the inner conductor 19, and the terminal pieces 29b are pressed by the inner conductor 19 and elastically deformed radially outward.
[0029] (connector shell) The connector shell 30 of the connector 13 is made of a conductive metal material, is formed into a cylindrical shape extending in the X direction, and constitutes the outer peripheral edge of the connector 13. The connector shell 30 is connected to the outer conductor 20 of the conductor portion 12 and functions as a ground. The connector shell 30 includes a cylindrical portion 32 formed into a cylindrical shape extending in the X direction, and a bulging portion 33 disposed at the end of the cylindrical portion 32 on the X1 side and extending in the circumferential direction while protruding radially outward from the cylindrical portion 32. The bulging portion 33 is located at the outermost position in the radial direction of the connector 13, and contacts an inner peripheral surface 28a of the outer conductor 20 of the conductor portion 12.
[0030] The tubular portion 32 in this embodiment has a base end tubular portion 34 of the same diameter as the tubular portion 32, which is supported by the connector support portion 31 and extends from the connector support portion 31 toward the X1 side, and a connector side expanded diameter portion 35 which extends continuously from the base end tubular portion 34 so as to expand in diameter toward the X1 side. A board connection portion 36 which is connected by soldering or the like to the board 18 located on the X2 side is integrally provided on the base end tubular portion 34. The board connection portion 36 extends radially outward from the base end tubular portion 34, and its tip side is connected to the board 18.
[0031] The bulging portion 33 is located on the X1 side of the connector side expanded diameter portion 35, is formed continuously from the connector side expanded diameter portion 35, and protrudes radially outward beyond the connector side expanded diameter portion 35. The bulging portion 33 of this embodiment is located at the end of the connector shell 30 on the X1 side. The inner peripheral surface of the bulging portion 33 of this embodiment is formed in a groove shape extending in the circumferential direction while being recessed radially outward (see FIG. 3). That is, the bulging portion 33 of this embodiment is formed in a shape that bulges radially outward by being pressed from the inside to the outside in the radial direction. Note that the cross-sectional shape of the bulging portion 33 is not limited to the above-mentioned shape in which the inner peripheral surface is recessed radially outward, and may have a shape in which at least the outer peripheral surface side protrudes radially outward beyond the cylindrical portion 32.
[0032] The connector shell 30 of this embodiment has a plurality of slits 38 (three in this embodiment) extending in the X direction from the end on the X1 side to the base end tubular portion 34. The plurality of slits 38 are open to the X1 side and are arranged spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction so as to equally divide at least the bulging portion 33 and the connector side expanded diameter portion 35 in the circumferential direction (in this embodiment, they are equally divided into three). By providing the slits 38 in this manner, the X1 side of the connector shell 30 is formed so as to be elastically deformable inward in the radial direction. Even when the connector shell 30 is elastically deformed to the smallest diameter (for example, when the side surfaces of the bulging portions 33 located on both sides of the slits 38 in the circumferential direction are in contact with each other), the bulging portions 33 of the connector shell 30 protrude radially outward from the tubular portion 32 and are located radially outward from the tubular portion 32.
[0033] 2 and 3, the connector shell 30 is inserted into the receiving space 25 from the opening 20a at the X2 side end of the outer conductor 20 of the conductor portion 12, and connected to the outer conductor 20 of the conductor portion 12. The connector shell 30 is connected to the outer conductor 20 with the X1 side elastically deformed radially inward. The bulging portion 33 of the connector shell 30 contacts the inner circumferential surface 28a of the same diameter portion 28 of the outer conductor 20. The area of the connector shell 30 other than the bulging portion 33 does not contact the outer conductor 20. The X1 side end of the connector shell 30 is located at approximately the same height position (X direction position; the same applies below) as one inner side surface 11a of the housing 11. Due to this arrangement, in the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20, a region 39 (see FIG. 3) on the X1 side of the one inner side surface 11a of the housing 11 and on the X2 side of the other side surface 21a of the dielectric 21 becomes a region that allows entry of a part of the connector 13 (the X1 side end of the connector shell 30) when the connector 13 is tilted with respect to the conductor portion 12. In addition, the X2 side end of the constant diameter portion 28 of the outer conductor 20 is located on the X2 side of the X2 side end of the connector side expanded diameter portion 35 of the connector shell 30.
[0034] 3, the diameter of the opening 20a on the X2 side of the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20 is set to a size such that, when viewed from the X1 side, the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 completely covers the board connection portions 29c, 36 of the connector 13 from the X1 side. That is, the board connection portions 29c, 36 of the connector 13 do not protrude radially outward beyond the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20. From the viewpoint of improving the shielding effect, the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20 may be formed to have a length (length in the X direction) that covers the board connection portions 29c, 36 of the connector 13 not only from the X1 side but also from the radial outside.
[0035] Next, a case where the axis of connector 13 is inclined relative to the axis of conductor portion 12 during or after the electronic component 10 is assembled will be described.
[0036] FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which the conductor portion and the connector are inclined relative to each other.
[0037] For example, when connecting the conductor 12 and the connector 13 during assembly of the electronic component 10, or when vibration welding the housing 11 of the electronic component 10 and a housing (not shown) of the imaging unit 2 side to assemble the imaging unit 2 to the electronic component 10, the axis of the connector 13 may be inclined relative to the axis of the conductor 12 as shown in Fig. 6. Even after the assembly of the electronic component 10 is completed, depending on the location (e.g., a vehicle, etc.) where the camera module 1 is mounted, vibration may be input to the camera module 1, causing the axis of the connector 13 to be inclined relative to the axis of the conductor 12 as shown in Fig. 6.
[0038] In the electronic component 10 configured as described above, the connector 13 has the bulging portion 33 disposed at the end of the X1 side of the cylindrical portion 32 and extending in the circumferential direction while projecting radially outward, so that the bulging portion 33 of the connector 13 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface 28a of the outer conductor 20. In addition, the cylindrical portion 32 having a smaller diameter than the bulging portion 33 is located on the X2 side of the bulging portion 33 of the connector 13. That is, since a region (the cylindrical portion 32) having a smaller diameter than the bulging portion 33 exists on the X2 side of the bulging portion 33 of the connector 13, a space 40 (see FIG. 3) exists between the connector 13 and the region of the outer conductor 20 on the X2 side of the portion in contact with the bulging portion 33 of the connector 13. Therefore, even if the axis of the connector 13 is inclined with respect to the axis of the conductor portion 12 (see FIG. 6), the space 40 can ensure a large inclination tolerance of the connector 13 with respect to the conductor portion 12.
[0039] As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide an electronic component 10 that can tolerate tilt of the connector 13 during and after assembly. As a result, when the connector 13 is tilted with respect to the conductor portion 12 as shown in Fig. 6, it is possible to prevent the region of the outer conductor 20 on the X2 side from the portion in contact with the bulge portion 33 from contacting the tubular portion 32 of the connector 13, thereby suppressing damage to the connector 13 and the conductor portion 12.
[0040] The connector shell 30 is formed so as to be elastically deformable inward in the radial direction, and contacts the inner peripheral surface 28a of the outer conductor 20 of the conductor portion 12 in a state in which the connector shell 30 is elastically deformed inward in the radial direction. Therefore, the elastic deformation of the connector shell 30 allows the connector 13 to move parallel to the conductor portion 12 in a direction intersecting the axial direction (e.g., in the radial direction). This makes it possible to suppress damage to the connector 13 and the conductor portion 12 when the connector 13 moves parallel to the conductor portion 12 in a direction intersecting the axial direction.
[0041] Further, even in a state where the connector shell 30 is elastically deformed to the smallest diameter, the bulging portion 33 of the connector shell 30 protrudes radially outward from the cylindrical portion 32 and is located radially outward from the cylindrical portion 32. Therefore, as described above, even if the connector 13 moves parallel to the conductor portion 12 in a direction intersecting the axial direction and a predetermined portion of the circumferential direction of the connector shell 30 is largely elastically deformed radially inward, the above-mentioned space 40 can be secured between the connector 13 and a region of the outer conductor 20 on the X2 side from a portion of the outer conductor 20 that is in contact with the bulging portion 33 of the connector 13. As a result, even if the connector 13 moves parallel to the conductor portion 12 in a direction intersecting the axial direction and the axis of the connector 13 is further inclined with respect to the axis of the conductor portion 12, the above-mentioned space 40 can secure a large tilt tolerance of the connector 13 with respect to the conductor portion 12, so that damage to the connector 13 and the conductor portion 12 when the connector 13 is inclined with respect to the conductor portion 12 can be suppressed.
[0042] In addition, since the other side surface 21a of the dielectric 21 is located closer to the X1 side than the one inner side surface 11a of the housing 11, the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20 expands toward the X1 side than the one inner side surface 11a of the housing 11. In this manner, since the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20 is expanded significantly toward the X1 side than the one inner side surface 11a of the housing 11, even if the connector 13 is inserted into the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20 up to a position substantially the same height as the one inner side surface 11a of the housing 11, a partial region 39 of the receiving space 25 can be secured on the X1 side of the connector 13. Therefore, the connector 13 can be inserted deeply into the X1 side of the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20, and the above-mentioned region 39 (region 39 on the X1 side of the inner side surface 11a of the housing 11 and on the X2 side of the other side surface 21a of the dielectric 21) of the receiving space 25 can function as a region that allows the entry of a part of the connector 13 (the end on the X1 side of the connector shell 30) when the connector 13 is tilted relative to the conductor portion 12 (see FIG. 6). Therefore, not only the radially outer space 40 of the connector 13 but also the part of the region 39 of the receiving space 25 on the X1 side of the connector 13 can ensure the tilt tolerance of the connector 13 relative to the conductor portion 12, and damage to the connector 13 and the conductor portion 12 when the connector 13 is tilted relative to the conductor portion 12 can be suppressed.
[0043] In addition, since the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20 is wider toward the X1 side than the inner side surface 11a of the housing 11, it is possible to ensure the required insertion amount of the connector 13 into the outer conductor 20 while ensuring the inclination tolerance of the connector 13 with respect to the conductor portion 12 without increasing the size of the product (electronic component 10) in the X direction. For example, if the other side surface 21a of the dielectric 21 is disposed at the same height as the inner side surface 11a of the housing 11, in order to ensure the required insertion amount of the connector 13 into the outer conductor 20 and prevent the product from increasing in size in the X direction, the space between the connector 13 and the dielectric 21 becomes narrow, so that the inclination tolerance of the connector 13 with respect to the conductor portion 12 becomes small. On the other hand, in order to ensure the required insertion amount of the connector 13 into the outer conductor 20 and sufficiently ensure the inclination tolerance of the connector 13 with respect to the conductor portion 12, it is necessary to provide a sufficient space between the connector 13 and the dielectric 21, so that the electronic component 10 increases in size in the X direction. In this embodiment, the required insertion amount of the connector 13 into the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20 can be ensured while ensuring the allowable tilt amount of the connector 13 with respect to the conductor portion 12 without increasing the size of the product in the X direction.
[0044] A conductor-side expanded diameter portion 26 that expands in diameter toward the X2 side is provided at the end of the outer conductor 20 on the X2 side. Therefore, when the connector shell 30 of the connector 13 is inserted into the outer conductor 20 of the conductor portion 12, the inner circumferential surface 26a of the conductor-side expanded diameter portion 26 can guide the connector shell 30 to the depth of the receiving space 25 of the outer conductor 20.
[0045] Moreover, when viewed from the X1 side, the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20 completely covers the board connection portions 29c, 36 of the connector 13 from the X1 side, and the board connection portions 29c, 36 of the connector 13 do not protrude radially outward beyond the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20. In this manner, the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20 of the conductor portion 12 covers the board connection portions 29c, 36 of the connector 13 from the X1 side, thereby improving the shielding effect of the outer conductor 20. Moreover, by forming the conductor portion-side expanded diameter portion 26 of the outer conductor 20 to have a length (length in the X direction) that covers the board connection portions 29c, 36 of the connector 13 not only from the X1 side but also from the radially outer side, the shielding effect of the outer conductor 20 can be further improved.
[0046] In this embodiment, the conductor side expanded diameter portion 26 is provided at the end of the outer conductor 20 on the X2 side, but this is not limited to this. For example, without providing the conductor side expanded diameter portion 26, the constant diameter portion 28 may be extended toward the X2 side, and the end of the outer conductor 20 on the X2 side may be configured with the constant diameter portion 28.
[0047] In addition, in this embodiment, the other side 21a of the dielectric 21 is positioned on the X1 side of the inner side 11a of the housing 11, but this is not limited to this and, for example, it may be positioned at approximately the same height as the inner side 11a of the housing 11.
[0048] In the present embodiment, the tubular portion 32 of the connector 13 is configured with the base end tubular portion 34 having the same diameter as the tubular portion, and the connector side expanded diameter portion 35 that is continuous with the base end tubular portion 34 and expands in diameter toward the X1 side, but is not limited to this. For example, the tubular portion 32 may be formed in a tubular shape of the same diameter as a whole, and the bulging portion 33 may protrude from the tubular portion 32 radially outward in a flange-like shape.
[0049] In the present embodiment, the cylindrical portion 32 and the bulging portion 33 of the connector 13 are provided on the connector shell 30, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, instead of the connector shell 30 connected to the outer conductor 20, another member that is not electrically connected to the outer conductor 20 and simply comes into contact with it from the inside in the radial direction may be provided on the connector 13, and the other member may be provided with a cylindrical portion formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the X direction, and a bulging portion that is disposed at the end of the cylindrical portion on the X1 side and extends in the circumferential direction while protruding radially outward.
[0050] In addition, in this embodiment, the electronic component according to the present disclosure is applied to electronic component 10 that is assembled to an imaging unit (other component) 2 and forms part of a camera module 1, but this is not limited to this, and the electronic component may be assembled to other components different from the imaging unit 2, or may be applied to an electronic component that forms part of another device different from the camera module 1.
[0051] Although the present invention has been described based on the above embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the contents of the above embodiment, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the scope of the present invention. In other words, all other embodiments, examples, and operational techniques made by those skilled in the art based on this embodiment are naturally included in the scope of the present invention.
