Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a pipe manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a rehabilitated pipe to be lined on the inner surface of a pipe to be rehabilitated, such as a sewer pipe, and a method for repairing the pipe manufacturing apparatus, and in particular to a pipe manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a helical pipe made of a long strip-shaped member, and a method for repairing the same. [Background technology]

[0002] A method for rehabilitating a pipe to be rehabilitated, such as an aged sewer pipe, by lining the inner surface of the pipe to be rehabilitated with a rehabilitating pipe is known (see Patent Documents 1 and 2, etc.). The rehabilitating pipe is, for example, a helical pipe made by winding a long strip-shaped member in a helical shape. Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose a pipe making device for making a helical rehabilitating pipe. The pipe making device has a self-propelled pipe making unit engaged with the pipe end portion on the extending front side of the rehabilitating pipe during pipe making. The pipe making unit is provided with a pair of drive rollers and a drive hydraulic motor. The pair of drive rollers, with their axes directed in the pipe axial direction of the rehabilitating pipe, clamp the pipe end portion of the rehabilitating pipe from the inner side and the outer side. The drive rollers are rotated by the drive hydraulic motor, and the strip portion of the unmade pipe in the strip-shaped member is sequentially introduced between the pair of drive rollers and incorporated into the pipe end portion of the rehabilitating pipe, thereby progressing the pipe making. As a result, the pipe making unit is propelled (self-propelled) in a spiral shape toward the front of the stretching. In comparison, the end of the rehabilitated pipe slips out from between the pair of drive rollers toward the rear of the stretching. To allow this slipping out, the end of the outer drive roller of the pair of drive rollers is cantilevered at the front of the stretching and the end at the rear of the stretching is a free end. [0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-061559 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-200547 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] The drive rollers in this type of pipe making machine are subjected to a large load during operation. In particular, the cantilevered end of the outer peripheral drive roller is constantly subjected to a bending force during operation. Therefore, if the pipe making machine is operated for a long period of time, the outer peripheral drive roller in particular is likely to break due to fatigue. However, there is no guideline for how long the drive roller should be used before it is necessary to repair it by replacing it, and it is only when it breaks due to fatigue that it is replaced or repaired. In view of the above circumstances, the present invention has an object to provide a means for accurately determining the time for repair of the drive rollers of a pipe making device that produces rehabilitated pipes. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The inventors have conducted extensive research and investigations to solve the above problems. For example, it is conceivable to connect a cumulative revolutions meter to the drive roller or drive hydraulic motor to measure the cumulative revolutions and use this as a guide for repairs; however, inside a sewer pipe, the cumulative revolutions meter will be submerged in sewage every time it is positioned at the bottom of the pipe as the pipe making unit rotates, and electronic or optical cumulative revolutions meter, being a mechanical cumulative revolutions meter, is likely to malfunction. It is possible to use the cumulative flow rate of hydraulic oil supplied to the driving hydraulic motor as a guide for repairs, but the electrical system of the flow meter is easily damaged inside sewer pipes. It is conceivable to use the usage time of the drive roller as a guide for repair, but in this case, it is not possible to grasp the difference in the usage amount of the drive roller due to the feed speed of the belt-shaped member. It is possible to use the construction distance (axial length) of the rehabilitated pipe as a guideline for repairs, but in that case it would be necessary to subtract the length of the manually unwound portion when the rehabilitated pipe starts, and the amount of drive roller usage would vary depending on the diameter of the rehabilitated pipe even if the construction distance is the same, and if the pipe making equipment is operated in reverse, the amount of drive roller usage for the rewinding distance cannot be reflected.

[0006] The present invention was made as a result of such research and consideration, and is a pipe manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a rehabilitated pipe in a spiral shape that fits the inner surface of a pipe to be rehabilitated by helically winding a long strip-shaped member, a pipe making unit that is engaged with a pipe end of the rehabilitating pipe being made; a pair of drive rollers provided in the pipe making unit, which clamp the band portion of the unmade pipe connected to the pipe end of the band-shaped member and the pipe end from the inner side and the outer side, thereby incorporating the band portion into the pipe end; a driving hydraulic motor provided in the pipe making unit and connected to at least one of the drive rollers directly or via a torque transmission mechanism; a hydraulic pump provided away from the pipe making unit and connected to the driving hydraulic motor via a hydraulic pressure oil circulation path; a measurement hydraulic motor that is disposed in the working pressure oil circulation path away from the pipe making unit and has the same structure as the drive hydraulic motor; a cumulative rotation speed meter that measures a cumulative rotation speed of the measurement hydraulic motor; The present invention is characterized by comprising:

[0007] The cumulative rotation speed of the measurement hydraulic motor corresponds to the cumulative rotation speed of the drive hydraulic motor. The cumulative rotation speed of the drive hydraulic motor corresponds to the cumulative usage of the drive roller, and therefore corresponds to the degree of fatigue of the drive roller. Therefore, by using the measurement value of the cumulative rotation speed by the cumulative rotation speed meter as an index, it is possible to accurately determine the timing of repair of the drive roller, and to replace the drive roller before it suffers fatigue damage such as fatigue breakage. By separating the measuring hydraulic motor and the cumulative revolution counter from the pipe making unit, even if the pipe to be rehabilitated is a sewer pipe, the cumulative revolution counter can be positioned so that it is not submerged in sewage, thereby preventing or suppressing failure of the cumulative revolution counter. By using the cumulative number of rotations of the drive roller as an index rather than the cumulative usage time, the cumulative usage of the drive roller can be accurately reflected regardless of differences in the feed speed of the strip-shaped member, etc. Also, by using the cumulative number of rotations as an index rather than the construction distance (shaft length) of the rehabilitating pipe, the cumulative usage of the drive roller can be accurately reflected regardless of differences in the pipe diameter of the rehabilitating pipe, the presence or absence of reverse operation and the rewinding length, the length of the manually unwound portion at the starting end, etc.

[0008] Preferably, the driving hydraulic motor and the measurement hydraulic motor are disposed in series along the hydraulic pressure oil circulation path. As a result, the cumulative rotational speed of the measuring hydraulic motor coincides with the cumulative rotational speed of the driving hydraulic motor, and therefore the cumulative usage of the driving hydraulic motor, and therefore the driving roller, can be accurately determined from the measurement results by the cumulative rotational speed meter.

[0009] Preferably, the accumulative revolution counter is a mechanical accumulative revolution counter. The mechanical revolution counter does not require an electrical system, so even in harsh environments such as inside a sewer pipe, it is possible to avoid problems such as damage to the electrical system of the mechanical revolution counter.

[0010] Preferably, the pipe making apparatus is equipped with a measurement unit including a traveling cart, and the measurement hydraulic motor and the cumulative revolution counter are mounted on the traveling cart. In the case where the pipe making unit is a self-propelled type that is propelled in conjunction with the making of the rehabilitated pipe, the measurement unit can be moved in accordance with the progress of the pipe making. By separating the measurement unit from the pipe making unit, even if the pipe to be rehabilitated is a sewer pipe, for example, the cumulative revolution counter can be easily positioned so that it is not submerged in sewage, and breakdowns of the cumulative revolution counter can be prevented or suppressed.

[0011] The method of the present invention is a method for repairing the pipe making apparatus, comprising the steps of: The timing of the repair is determined based on a repair guideline cumulative rotation count set according to the limit cumulative rotation count at which a cantilevered drive roller among the drive rollers is broken by fatigue and on the measurement value obtained by the cumulative rotation count meter. The limit cumulative rotation number can be obtained from an experiment, a calculation, past data, etc. Preferably, the repair guideline cumulative rotation number is set to be smaller than the limit cumulative rotation number, thereby making it possible to avoid fatigue damage to the drive roller. Preferably, after repair, the cumulative revolution counter is reset. Effect of the Invention

[0012] According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately determine the time to repair the drive rollers of a pipe producing device that produces rehabilitated pipes. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0013] [Figure 1] FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view taken along the axis of an existing sewer pipe being rehabilitated by a pipe manufacturing apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention. [Diagram 2] FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the circle II in FIG. [Diagram 3] FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the circle III in FIG. [Figure 4] FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing the structure of a cumulative revolution counter of the measurement unit of the pipe making apparatus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 shows the process of rehabilitating a pipe 1. The pipe 1 to be rehabilitated is an existing sewerage pipe, but is not limited to this and may be an existing pipe such as a water supply pipe, an agricultural water pipe, a gas pipe, a hydroelectric power generation water pipe, or a tunnel.

[0015] As shown in Fig. 1, a rehabilitating pipe 9 is lined on the inner surface 1a of a pipe 1 to be rehabilitated, thereby rehabilitating the pipe 1. The rehabilitating pipe 9 is a spiral pipe made of a long strip-shaped member 90. As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, a pair of male and female fitting portions 93, 94 are formed on both edges in the strip width direction of the strip-shaped member 90. The strip-shaped member 90 is wound spirally along the inner surface 1a, and the fitting portions 93, 94 are fitted together in a concave-convex manner to form a rehabilitating pipe 9 in the shape of a spiral tube.

[0016] As shown in Figure 1, the rehabilitated pipe 9 is produced by a pipe producing apparatus 10. The pipe producing apparatus 10 includes a pipe producing unit 11, a drive unit 20, and a measurement unit 30. The pipe producing unit 11 is engaged with a pipe end 9e on the front side (right side in Figure 1) in the extension direction of the rehabilitated pipe 9 during pipe production. The pipe producing unit 11 includes an annular main body frame 12, a pair of drive rollers 13, 14, a drive hydraulic motor 15, a torque transmission mechanism 16, and a swivel joint 17.

[0017] The pipe end 9e is wrapped around the outer periphery of the annular main body frame 12. The main body frame 12 and thus the pipe making unit 11 are propelled forward (to the right in Figure 1) while being rotated in association with the production of the rehabilitating pipe 9. The pipe making device 10 is a so-called self-propelled pipe making device.

[0018] As shown in Fig. 2, a pair of drive rollers 13, 14 and a drive hydraulic motor 15 are provided on a main body frame 12 of the pipe making unit 11. The drive rollers 13, 14 face each other in the radial direction of the main body frame 12 (the up-down direction in Fig. 2).

[0019] The inner drive roller 13 is disposed on the inner side of the pipe end 9e. The inner drive roller 13 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The axis of the inner drive roller 13 is oriented in the width direction (left and right direction in FIG. 2) perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the pipe making unit 11. Both ends of the inner drive roller 13 are supported by the main frame 12 so as to be rotatable.

[0020] The outer drive roller 14 is disposed radially outward (upper in FIG. 2) of the inner drive roller 13 of the main frame 12. The axis of the outer drive roller 14 is parallel to the inner drive roller 13 and faces in the width direction of the pipe making unit 11 (left and right in FIG. 2). The width direction of the pipe making unit 11 is aligned with the extension direction of the rehabilitating pipe 9.

[0021] The end of the outer drive roller 14 on the extended front side (right side in Fig. 2) is rotatably supported by the main frame 12 in a cantilever manner. The end of the outer drive roller 14 on the extended rear side (left side in Fig. 2) is a free end. The outer drive roller 14 is disposed on the outer surface of the pipe end 9e, and is inserted between the pipe end 9e and the pipe 1 to be rehabilitated. A plurality of disk-shaped guide flanges 14a are provided side by side on the outer drive roller 14. Each guide flange 14a is fitted into an outer circumferential groove 95 of a band-shaped member 90 that constitutes the pipe end 9e.

[0022] A driving hydraulic motor 15 is supported on the main body frame 12. There is no particular limitation on the type of driving hydraulic motor 15, and it may be a gear motor, a vane motor, or a piston motor. An output shaft 15a of the driving hydraulic motor 15 is connected to the driving rollers 13, 14 via a torque transmission mechanism 16 housed in the main body frame 12. The torque transmission mechanism 16 includes gears, belts, chains, etc., and transmits the driving torque of the driving hydraulic motor 15 to the driving rollers 13, 14.

[0023] As shown in Fig. 1, a drive unit 20 is disposed inside the pipe to be rehabilitated 1 extending forward (to the right in Fig. 1) of the rehabilitating pipe 9 being produced and the pipe production unit 11. The drive unit 20 includes a hydraulic pump 21 and a traveling carriage 22. The traveling carriage 22 may be of a hand-pushed type or a self-propelled type including power. The hydraulic pump 21 is mounted on the traveling carriage 22.

[0024] The hydraulic pump 21 is driven by electricity from a generator 29. The generator 29 is arranged, for example, near the above-ground entrance of the reach manhole 4B. A power supply cable 28 from the generator 29 passes through the reach manhole 4B, is inserted into the pipe to be rehabilitated 1 from the reach side pipe port 1b of the pipe to be rehabilitated 1, and is connected to the hydraulic pump 21.

[0025] The hydraulic pump 21 and the driving hydraulic motor 15 are connected via a hydraulic pressure oil circulation path 40. The hydraulic pressure oil circulation path 40 includes an outward path 41 that sends hydraulic pressure oil from the hydraulic pump 21 to the driving hydraulic motor 15, and a return path 42 that returns the hydraulic pressure oil from the driving hydraulic motor 15 to the hydraulic pump 21. The ends of the outward path 41 and the return path 42 on the drive unit 20 side are connected to the hydraulic pump 21. The ends of the outward path 41 and the return path 42 on the pipe making unit 11 side are connected to the driving hydraulic motor 15 via a swivel joint 17 provided on the main body frame 12.

[0026] As shown in Fig. 1, a hydraulic motor cumulative usage measurement unit 30 is provided between pipe making unit 11 and drive unit 20. The measurement unit 30 includes a measurement hydraulic motor 31, a traveling cart 32, and a cumulative revolution counter 50. The measurement hydraulic motor 31 is mounted on the traveling cart 32. The traveling cart 32 may be of a hand-pushed type or a self-propelled type including power.

[0027] The measurement hydraulic motor 31 is interposed in the hydraulic pressure oil circulation path 40. As a result, the drive hydraulic motor 15 and the measurement hydraulic motor 31 are connected in series along the hydraulic pressure oil circulation path 40. In Fig. 1, the measurement hydraulic motor 31 is provided in the outgoing path 41, but this is not limiting and it may be provided in the return path 42.

[0028] The measurement hydraulic motor 31 is configured by a hydraulic motor having the same structure as the drive hydraulic motor 15. In other words, the type, specifications, and performance of the measurement hydraulic motor 31 are the same as those of the drive hydraulic motor 15. Specifically, if the drive hydraulic motor 15 is a gear motor, the measurement hydraulic motor 31 is also a gear motor. If the drive hydraulic motor 15 is a vane motor, the measurement hydraulic motor 31 is also a vane motor. If the drive hydraulic motor 15 is a piston motor, the measurement hydraulic motor 31 is also a piston motor. The rated output (N·m) and rated rotation speed (min ー1 The specifications of the driving hydraulic motor 15 and the measurement hydraulic motor 31, such as the rotational speed (Hz), the rated flow rate (L / min), etc., are the same. More preferably, the manufacturer and model of the driving hydraulic motor 15 and the measurement hydraulic motor 31 are the same.

[0029] A cumulative revolution counter 50 is connected to the measurement hydraulic motor 31. The cumulative revolution counter 50 measures the cumulative number of revolutions of the measurement hydraulic motor 31. Preferably, the cumulative revolution counter 50 is a mechanical cumulative revolution counter (mechanical counter) that counts the rotations of the measurement object by a mechanical mechanism.

[0030] As shown in FIG. 4, the cumulative revolution counter 50 includes an input lever 51, a number display unit 52, a carry mechanism 53, and a reset button 54. The input lever 51 is connected to the output shaft 31a of the measurement hydraulic motor 31. The input lever 51 rotates (or reciprocates) due to the rotation of the output shaft 31a. The number display unit 52 has number wheels 52a, 52b, 52c, 52d, and 52e corresponding to each digit of the decimal number. In FIG. 4, the number of digits of the number display unit 52 is five, but this is not limited thereto, and it may be six or more digits or less than five digits.

[0031] The number wheel 52a for the ones digit is linked to the input lever 51. The number wheel 52a rotates by one digit for each rotation of the input lever 41 and therefore the output shaft 31a. Adjacent number wheels 52a-52e are linked to each other via a carry mechanism 53 including special gears, pawls, etc. Each time a number wheel for the lower digit (right side) of the adjacent number wheels 52a-52e rotates once, the number wheel for the upper digit (left side) is rotated by one digit by the carry mechanism 53. As a result, the cumulative number of rotations of the measurement hydraulic motor 31 is counted and displayed on the number display unit 52. The mechanical revolution counter 50 does not include any electrical circuitry or optical elements.

[0032] The cumulative revolution counter 50 is disposed as high as possible in the measurement unit. Preferably, the cumulative revolution counter 50 is disposed higher than the sewage level of the rehabilitating target pipe 1 which is a sewer pipe. More preferably, the cumulative revolution counter 50 has a waterproof structure. The measurement unit 30 may be provided with an illuminator (not shown) for illuminating the number display section 52 .

[0033] The pipe making apparatus 10 rehabilitates the pipe 1 to be rehabilitated as follows. A strip portion 91 of the unmade pipe in the strip-shaped member 90 is unwound from a drum 5 on the ground, passes through the starting manhole 4 and the inside of the rehabilitating pipe 9 being made, and is introduced between a pair of drive rollers 13, 14 of the pipe making unit 11.

[0034] Furthermore, the hydraulic pump 21 is driven by the power supply from the generator 29. As a result, hydraulic pressure oil is circulated between the hydraulic pump 21 and the driving hydraulic motor 15 via a hydraulic pressure oil circulation path 40. The driving hydraulic motor 15 is rotationally driven by the hydraulic pressure oil. The output of the driving hydraulic motor 15 is transmitted to the driving rollers 13, 14 via a torque transmission mechanism 16, thereby driving the driving rollers 13, 14 to rotate.

[0035] As a result, the spiral pipe end 9e and the subsequent unmade pipe band portion 91, which are offset from each other by one revolution, are pinched from the inner and outer sides by the drive rollers 13, 14, and the fitting portion 94 of the band portion 91 and the fitting portion 93 of the pipe end 9e are fitted together. As a result, the band portion 91 is incorporated into the pipe end 9e, and the manufacturing of the rehabilitated pipe 9 proceeds. At this time, a load due to a reaction force of the recessed and protruding parts is applied to the drive rollers 13, 14. In particular, a bending force is constantly applied to the connection end of the drive roller 14 that is in a cantilevered state and connected to the support frame 12.

[0036] As the pipe is produced, the pipe production unit 11 is propelled (self-propelled) in a spiral shape toward the extension front while rotating. Accordingly, the drive unit 20 and the measurement unit 30 are moved toward the extension front (toward the arrival manhole 4, to the right in FIG. 1). In this manner, the rehabilitating pipe 3 is manufactured, and the pipe to be rehabilitated 1 is rehabilitated.

[0037] The hydraulic pressure oil circulating through the hydraulic pressure circulation path 40 passes through the measurement hydraulic motor 31 in addition to the drive hydraulic motor 15, thereby rotating the measurement hydraulic motor 31 as well. In other words, when the drive hydraulic motor 15 is rotated, the measurement hydraulic motor 31 is rotated at the same time. The accumulated rotation speed of the measurement hydraulic motor 31 is measured by a mechanical accumulated rotation speed meter 50.

[0038] Since the measurement hydraulic motor 31 has the same structure as the drive hydraulic motor 15, the cumulative rotation speed of the measurement hydraulic motor 31 coincides with the cumulative rotation speed of the drive hydraulic motor 15. The cumulative rotation speed of the drive hydraulic motor 15 corresponds to the cumulative usage of the drive rollers 13, 14. It can be said that the cumulative usage of the drive rollers 13, 14 correlates with the degree of fatigue of the drive rollers 13, 14. Therefore, the cumulative rotation speed measured by the mechanical cumulative rotation speed meter 50 makes it possible to grasp the degree of fatigue of the drive rollers 13, 14, and to accurately determine the time for repair of the drive rollers 13, 14.

[0039] Since the mechanical cumulative rotation meter 50 has no electrical system, it can operate without problems even in harsh environments such as inside sewer pipes. In addition, the mechanical cumulative rotation meter 50 is arranged in the measurement unit 30 separated from the pipe manufacturing unit 11 that can be frequently immersed in sewage, and moreover, by being arranged at a high position of the measurement unit 30, it can be made to come into contact with sewage as little as possible. Therefore, the cumulative rotation speed of the measurement hydraulic motor 31 and thus the cumulative usage amount of the drive rollers 13 and 14 can be accurately grasped. Furthermore, by preventing or suppressing the immersion of the mechanical cumulative rotation meter 50, the digital display unit 52 can be easily visually confirmed. If necessary, the digital display unit 52 may be illuminated by a lighting device (not shown) attached to the measurement unit 30.

[0040] By using the cumulative rotation speed rather than the cumulative usage time of the drive rollers 13 and 14 as an index, the cumulative usage amount of the drive rollers 13 and 14 can be accurately reflected regardless of differences in the feeding speed of the belt-like member 90 or the like. Also, by using the cumulative rotation speed rather than the construction distance (axial length) of the rehabilitation pipe 9 as an index, the cumulative usage amount of the drive rollers 13 and 14 can be accurately reflected regardless of differences in the pipe diameter of the rehabilitation pipe 9, the presence or absence of reverse operation and the rewinding length, the length of the manually unwound portion at the starting end, and the like.

[0041] In particular, since the drive roller 14 in the cantilever state is prone to fatigue because the connecting end with the support frame 12 is constantly subjected to bending force, preferably, the repair timing is set based on the relationship between the fatigue degree of the drive roller 14 in the cantilever state and the cumulative rotation speed.

[0042] For example, the limit cumulative rotation speed N1 at which the drive roller 14 in the cantilever state causes fatigue failure such as fatigue fracture is obtained in advance from experiments, calculations, past data, etc. According to the obtained limit cumulative rotation speed N1, a repair reference cumulative rotation speed N0 serving as a reference for the repair timing is set. The repair reference cumulative rotation speed N0 is smaller than the limit cumulative rotation speed N1 (N0 < N1). Preferably, it is about N0 = N1 × 0.5 to N1 × 0.9. The obtained repair reference cumulative rotation speed N0 may be displayed at a predetermined location of the pipe manufacturing apparatus 10.

[0043] The timing of repair is then determined based on the measurement value N by the cumulative rotation speed meter 50 during actual pipe making operation of the pipe making apparatus 10 and the repair target cumulative rotation speed N0. Preferably, when the measurement value N reaches the repair target cumulative rotation speed N0, repairs are performed on the drive rollers 13, 14 before it reaches the limit cumulative rotation speed N1. Preferably, repairs such as replacement are performed on the cantilevered drive roller 14. This makes it possible to prevent fatigue breakage of the drive rollers 13, 14 (especially the cantilevered drive roller 14). After the repair, the reset button 54 of the cumulative revolution counter 50 is pressed to reset the numerical display of the number display section 52 to zero.

[0044] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the pipe making device is not limited to the self-propelled type of the embodiment, but may be of a push type in which the pipe making unit is arranged to engage with the pipe end portion behind the extension of the rehabilitated pipe 9 and pushes the manufactured rehabilitated pipe forward in the extension, or of a towing type in which the pushed out rehabilitated pipe is towed from the front side in the extension. In a push-type or towing-type pipe making device, the inner drive roller 13 may be cantilevered on the main frame 12 of the pipe making unit 11, and the repair timing may be set according to the cumulative number of rotations of the inner drive roller 13. The pair of drive rollers 13, 14 may both be supported at both ends by the main body frame 12. The repair timing may be set according to the cumulative number of rotations of the drive rollers supported at both ends. One of the pair of drive rollers 13 and 14 may be connected to a driving hydraulic motor 15 . The drive rollers 13, 14 may be directly connected to the output shaft 15a of the drive hydraulic motor 15, and the torque transmission mechanism 16 may be omitted. The measurement hydraulic motor 31 may be disposed in parallel with the drive hydraulic motor 15. The time for repair of the drive rollers 13, 14 may be determined based on the distribution ratio of the hydraulic pressure oil to the two hydraulic motors 15, 31 and the measurement value of the cumulative rotation number by the mechanical cumulative rotation number meter 50. The cumulative revolution counter is not limited to a mechanical type, but may be an electronic type or an optical type. [Industrial Applicability]
