Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a cleaning liquid and a cleaning sheet. [Background technology]

[0002] In recent years, in addition to seasonal influenza virus epidemics, the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has become a global pandemic.

[0003] Highly pathogenic avian influenza viruses have mutated and been confirmed to infect humans, and there are also concerns about the SARS virus, which has an extremely high mortality rate, so anxiety about viruses is only increasing.

[0004] In addition, kitchens and dining rooms, where food is handled, are places where particular care should be taken with viruses. Furthermore, kitchens and dining rooms are also places where oil stains are generated from cooking and food spills, so it is necessary to remove both viruses and oil stains.

[0005] Patent Document 1 describes a wiping sheet in which a fiber assembly containing synthetic fibers is impregnated with a cleaning liquid, and the fiber assembly has a basis weight of 50 g / m2 in a dry state. 2 More than 100g / m 2 the cleaning solution contains at least two nonionic surfactants with different HLB values, one of the surfactants has an HLB value of 12 or more and less than 15, and the other surfactant has an HLB value of 15 or more and 18 or less, and the cleaning solution has a viscosity of 205 g / m 2 More than 380g / m 2 A wiping sheet impregnated with the following is disclosed. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0006] [Patent Document 1] WO2020 / 105585 publication Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] However, although the wiping sheet can remove oily stains, it is not described that it imparts antiviral properties to the cleaning surface after wiping. Although it is described that a bactericide may be added to the wiping sheet, simply adding a known bactericide causes a problem that the bactericide is inactivated by the nonionic surfactant, and the effect of the bactericide may not be fully exerted, and also causes a problem that the effect of removing oily stains by the nonionic surfactant may be reduced.

[0008] The present invention provides a cleaning liquid that has an excellent oil stain removing effect and can impart excellent antiviral properties to the cleaned surface after cleaning, and a cleaning sheet obtained by impregnating a fiber substrate with this cleaning liquid. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] The cleaning liquid of the present invention is characterized in that it contains an antiviral agent containing a metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound, an oil solvent, and water, and has a pH of 8 or higher at 25°C.

[0010] The cleaning sheet of the present invention is characterized by comprising a fibrous base material and the above-mentioned cleaning liquid. Effect of the Invention

[0011] Since the cleaning liquid of the present invention has the above-mentioned composition, it can achieve both an excellent oil removing effect and an excellent antiviral effect. That is, the cleaning liquid of the present invention can remove oil stains well, and furthermore, the cleaning surface from which the oil stains have been removed by the cleaning liquid is imparted with excellent antiviral properties. Therefore, the cleaning liquid of the present invention can provide a cleaning surface from which oil stains have been removed and which is clean and imparted with excellent antiviral properties.

[0012] The cleaning liquid of the present invention can be impregnated into a fiber substrate to form a cleaning sheet. By wiping a surface to be cleaned with the cleaning sheet, oily stains can be easily removed from the surface to be cleaned and excellent antiviral properties can be easily imparted to the surface to be cleaned. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013] The cleaning liquid of the present invention contains an antiviral agent containing a metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound, an oil solvent, and water, and has a pH of 8 or higher at 25°C.

[0014] [Oil solvent] The cleaning liquid contains an oil solvent. The cleaning liquid has an excellent oil-removing effect by containing an oil solvent. The oil solvent is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to contain glycol ethers, since they have an excellent oil-removing effect and have an effect of capturing and holding the antiviral agent on the cleaned surface after the oil is removed, and can impart excellent antiviral properties to the cleaned surface. The oil solvent may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds. The oil solvent is excluded from the alcohol represented by the following formula (2).

[0015] The glycol ethers are not particularly limited, and may be EO-based glycol ethers derived from ethylene oxide, or PO-based glycol ethers derived from propylene oxide.

[0016] Examples of EO glycol ethers include ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethylene glycol monohexyl ether, ethylene glycol mono-2-ethylbutyl ether, diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, triethylene glycol monobutyl ether, tetraethylene glycol monobutyl ether, polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether, and polyethylene glycol monoethyl ether.

[0017] Examples of PO-based glycol ethers include propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol monoethyl ether, propylene glycol monopropyl ether, propylene glycol monobutyl ether, propylene glycol tertiary butyl ether, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, dipropylene glycol monoethyl ether, dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether, dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether, tripropylene glycol monomethyl ether, tripropylene glycol monobutyl ether, tetrapropylene glycol monobutyl ether, polypropylene glycol monomethyl ether, and polypropylene glycol monoethyl ether.

[0018] Glycol ethers have a more excellent oil removing effect and can impart more excellent antiviral properties to the cleaned surface after oil removal, so it is preferable that they have a polyoxyalkylene structure represented by formula (1) in the molecule. As glycol ethers having a polyoxyalkylene structure in the molecule, polyalkylene glycol monoalkyl ethers are preferred, polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ethers are more preferred, and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether is more preferred.

[0019] -(R 1 -O)n- (1) (In the formula, R 1 represents an alkylene group having 1 to 14 carbon atoms, and n is the number of repeating units and is a positive integer.

[0020] An alkylene group is a divalent atomic group resulting from the removal of two hydrogen atoms bonded to two different carbon atoms in an aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon, and includes both linear and branched atomic groups. Note that branched includes the case where one carbon (methyl group) is bonded as a side chain.

[0021] Examples of the alkylene group include a methylene group [-CH2-], an ethylene group [-CH2-CH2-], a propylene group [-CH(CH3)-CH2-], a trimethylene group [-CH2-CH2-CH2-], a butylene group, an amylene group [-(CH2)5-], and a hexylene group.

[0022] The content of glycol ethers in the oil solvent is preferably 50% by mass or more, more preferably 60% by mass or more, more preferably 70% by mass or more, more preferably 80% by mass or more, more preferably 90% by mass or more, more preferably 95% by mass or more, more preferably 98% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass.

[0023] [Antiviral agents] The cleaning liquid contains an antiviral agent containing a metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound. The antiviral agent can impart excellent antiviral properties to the surface cleaned with the cleaning liquid. The antiviral agent contains a metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound as an active ingredient. The content of the metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound in the antiviral agent is preferably 50% by mass or more, more preferably 60% by mass or more, more preferably 70% by mass or more, more preferably 80% by mass or more, more preferably 90% by mass or more, more preferably 95% by mass or more, more preferably 99% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass.

[0024] Metal salts of sulfonic acid compounds exhibit antiviral properties due to the metal salt of the sulfo group (-SO3H) in the molecule. Metal salts of sulfonic acid compounds exhibit excellent antiviral properties, particularly against enveloped viruses.

[0025] In addition, antiviral properties refer to the effect of eliminating or reducing the infectivity of viruses to cells, or preventing them from multiplying in cells even if they infect. Methods for checking the infectivity of such viruses include, for example, ISO18184 and JIS L1922 for textile products, and ISO21702 for plastics and non-porous surface products other than textile products. The Society of International Studies on Antimicrobial Products (SIAA) certifies products that meet the safety standards of antiviral processing agents and certain antiviral effect standards with an antiviral processing mark, and the standard for antiviral properties is that the difference (antiviral activity value) between the common logarithm of the virus infectivity of a blank product (product without antiviral processing agent added) and the common logarithm of the virus infectivity of a processed product (product with antiviral processing agent added) in the evaluation of ISO21702 is 2.0 or more.

[0026] In the present invention, for example, when the antiviral activity is evaluated under the following conditions, a case where the difference in the common logarithm of the virus infectivity (antiviral activity value) is 2.0 or more is defined as having antiviral activity. In this regard, an agent that has a difference in the common logarithm of the virus infectivity (antiviral activity value) of 2.0 or more for influenza viruses is regarded as an antiviral agent.

[0027] 5 mg of the antiviral agent is reacted with 0.2 ml of a virus suspension prepared in accordance with ISO 21702 for 2 hours at 25°C. For the virus suspension two hours after the start of the reaction, the virus infectivity (common logarithm value) is calculated using the plaque method in accordance with ISO 21702.

[0028] Similarly, for a virus suspension that does not contain an antiviral agent, the virus infectivity is calculated by the plaque method. The virus infectivity of the virus suspension containing an antiviral agent is subtracted from the virus infectivity of the virus suspension that does not contain an antiviral agent to calculate the difference in the common logarithm of the virus infectivity (antiviral activity value).

[0029] Metal salts of sulfonic acid compounds have a metal salt of a sulfo group (-SO3H) in the molecule. Metal salts of sulfonic acid compounds exert antiviral properties due to the molecular structure portion containing a metal salt of a sulfo group (-SO3X: X is a metal ion). Metal salts of sulfonic acid compounds have excellent antiviral properties, particularly against enveloped viruses.

[0030] The metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound may have a carboxy group (-COOH), a phosphonic acid group [-P(=O)(OH)2], a phosphoric acid group [-OPO(OH)2], a thiol group (-SH), and a hydroxyl group (-OH).

[0031] The salt of the sulfo group is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include sodium salt (-SO3Na), calcium salt [(-SO3 - )2Ca 2+ ], ammonium salt (-SO3 - NH4 + ), magnesium salt [(-SO3 - ) 2Mg 2+ ], barium salts [(-SO3 - )2Ba 2+ ], and the sodium salt (-SO3Na) is preferred.

[0032] The metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound is preferably an organic compound. In the present invention, the organic compound refers to a compound containing at least one carbon (preferably two or more) in the molecule and containing a carbon-hydrogen bond (CH bond).

[0033] When the metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound is an organic compound, the affinity with the oil solvent is improved, and the antiviral agent can be stably retained on the cleaning surface by being captured by the oil solvent, particularly glycol ethers, and excellent antiviral properties can be imparted to the cleaning surface. Furthermore, the interaction between the oil solvent and the metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound makes it easier for the metal salt of the sulfo group to interact with viruses, and the antiviral properties against viruses having an envelope (envelope viruses) are particularly improved.

[0034] The metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound preferably has an aromatic ring. When the metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound has an aromatic ring, the affinity with the oil solvent is improved, and the antiviral agent can be captured by the oil solvent, especially glycol ethers, so that the antiviral agent can be more stably held on the cleaning surface, and the cleaning surface can be given more excellent antiviral properties. Furthermore, the interaction between the oil solvent and the metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound makes the metal salt of the sulfo group more likely to interact with viruses, and the antiviral properties against viruses having an envelope (envelope viruses) are particularly improved.

[0035] The aromatic ring may be a monocyclic aromatic ring, or may be a monocyclic aromatic ring that is condensed (condensed aromatic ring). The aromatic ring is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a benzene ring, a naphthalene ring, an anthracene ring, a biphenyl, and a phenoxyphenyl, and the like, with a benzene ring and a naphthalene ring being preferred. The aromatic ring is a monocyclic aromatic ring or a condensed aromatic ring from which one or more hydrogen atoms have been removed, and is bonded to other atoms by a covalent bond.

[0036] In the metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound, the metal salt of the sulfo group is preferably directly bonded to an aromatic ring, which makes it easier for the metal salt of the sulfo group to interact with viruses, thereby improving the antiviral activity, particularly against enveloped viruses.

[0037] The metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound is not particularly limited as long as it has one or more metal salts of a sulfo group in the molecule, and examples thereof include metal salts of linear alkylbenzenesulfonic acid, metal salts of α-olefinsulfonic acid, metal salts of alkyldiphenylethersulfonic acid, metal salts of polyoxyalkylene alkylether sulfates, and polymers having a metal salt of a sulfo group in the side chain of a linear polymer.

[0038] The metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound preferably has a surfactant action. When the metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound has a surfactant action, the compatibility with the oil solvent is improved, and the metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound can be easily captured and held by the oil solvent on the cleaning surface after cleaning, and antiviral properties can be more reliably imparted to the cleaning surface. Examples of metal salts of sulfonic acid compounds having such a surfactant action include metal salts of linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid, metal salts of α-olefin sulfonic acid, metal salts of alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonic acid, and metal salts of polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfate. The surfactant action refers to the action of adsorbing or arranging at the interface between gas-liquid, gas-solid, liquid-solid, liquid-liquid, and liquid-solid, and significantly changing the properties of the interface or surface.

[0039] Examples of metal salts of linear alkylbenzenesulfonic acid include sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, calcium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, magnesium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, barium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, sodium tridecylbenzenesulfonate, and sodium tetradecylbenzenesulfonate, with sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate being preferred.

[0040] The number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group of the metal salt of linear alkylbenzenesulfonic acid is preferably 10 or more, more preferably 11 or more, and more preferably 12 or more. The number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group of linear alkylbenzenesulfonic acid is preferably 25 or less, more preferably 20 or less, and more preferably 18 or less. When the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group is within the above range, the affinity between the hydrophobic portion derived from the alkyl group and the oil solvent allows the metal salt of the sulfo group to be directed outward, improving the synergistic effect with viruses, and in particular improving the antiviral property against enveloped viruses.

[0041] Examples of metal salts of α-olefinsulfonic acid include sodium C12 to C18 olefinsulfonate, calcium C12 to C18 olefinsulfonate, magnesium C12 to C18 olefinsulfonate, barium C12 to C18 olefinsulfonate, and the like, with sodium C14 tetradecenesulfonate being preferred.

[0042] The carbon number of the α-olefin in the α-olefin sulfonate is preferably 12 or more, and more preferably 14 or more. The carbon number of the α-olefin in the α-olefin sulfonate is preferably 22 or less, and more preferably 18 or less. When the carbon number of the α-olefin is within the above range, the affinity between the hydrophobic portion derived from the α-olefin chain of the metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound and the oil solvent allows the metal salt of the sulfo group to be directed outward, improving the synergistic effect with viruses and particularly improving the antiviral property against enveloped viruses.

[0043] Examples of metal salts of alkyldiphenyl ether sulfonic acid include sodium salts, calcium salts, magnesium salts and barium salts of alkyldiphenyl ether sulfonic acid having an alkyl group of C6 to C18, and sodium dodecyldiphenyl ether sulfonate having an alkyl group of C12 is preferred.

[0044] The number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group of the metal salt of alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonic acid is preferably 8 or more, and more preferably 10 or more. The number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group of the metal salt of alkyl diphenyl ether sulfonic acid is preferably 24 or less, and more preferably 18 or less. When the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group is within the above range, the affinity between the hydrophobic portion derived from the alkyl group of the metal salt of the sulfonic acid compound and the oil solvent allows the metal salt of the sulfo group to be directed outward, improving the synergistic effect with viruses, and in particular improving the antiviral property against enveloped viruses.

[0045] In the polymer having a metal salt of a sulfo group in the side chain of a linear polymer, the linear polymer is not particularly limited, and for example, vinyl polymers, polyesters, and polyurethanes are preferred, with vinyl polymers being preferred.

[0046] The polymer having a metal salt of a sulfo group in the side chain of a linear polymer is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a polymer containing a metal salt component of styrenesulfonic acid, a metal salt homopolymer of styrenesulfonic acid, a metal salt copolymer of styrene-styrenesulfonic acid, a metal salt of a sulfonic acid of a compound obtained by sulfonating the benzene ring of polystyrene, and a metal salt of a sulfonic acid of a compound obtained by sulfonating the benzene ring of a polymer containing a styrene component.

[0047] The polymer having a metal salt of a sulfo group in the side chain of the linear polymer is preferably a homopolymer or copolymer of a monomer having a metal salt of a sulfo group. Examples of the monomer having a metal salt of a sulfo group include sodium p-styrenesulfonate, sodium m-styrenesulfonate, sodium o-styrenesulfonate, calcium p-styrenesulfonate, calcium m-styrenesulfonate, calcium o-styrenesulfonate, sodium naphthalenesulfonate, and calcium naphthalenesulfonate. Sodium styrenesulfonate is preferred, and sodium p-styrenesulfonate is more preferred because it has less steric hindrance in reactivity with viruses.

[0048] The monomer having a metal salt of a sulfo group may form a copolymer with other monomers. Examples of copolymerizable monomers include alkyl acrylate, alkyl methacrylate, vinyl alkyl ether, vinyl acetate, ethylene, propylene, butylene, butadiene, diisobutylene, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, 2-vinylnaphthalene, styrene, acrylonitrile, acrylic acid, sodium acrylate, methacrylic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, maleic anhydride, acrylamide, methacrylamide, diacetone acrylamide, vinyl toluene, xylene sulfonic acid, vinyl pyridine, vinyl sulfonic acid, vinyl alcohol, methyl methacrylate, sodium methacrylate, and hydroxyethyl methacrylate, with styrene being preferred.

[0049] A polymer having a metal salt of a sulfo group in the side chain of a linear polymer can be produced by a general-purpose method, such as a method of radically polymerizing a monomer having a metal salt of a sulfo group, a method of radically polymerizing a monomer having a metal salt of a sulfo group and a monomer copolymerizable with this monomer, and a method of neutralizing the sulfo group of a polymer containing a monomer component having a sulfo group with an alkali (e.g., sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, etc.).

[0050] The content of the antiviral agent in the cleaning liquid is preferably 0.1 parts by mass or more, more preferably 0.5 parts by mass or more, more preferably 1 part by mass or more, and more preferably 5 parts by mass or more, relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. The content of the antiviral agent in the cleaning liquid is preferably 30 parts by mass or less, more preferably 20 parts by mass or less, more preferably 18 parts by mass or less, and more preferably 15 parts by mass or less, relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. When the content of the antiviral agent is 0.5 parts by mass or more, excellent antiviral properties can be imparted to the cleaning surface cleaned with the cleaning liquid. When the content of the antiviral agent is 20 parts by mass or less, the cleaning liquid has a better oil-removing effect.

[0051] The antiviral agent is preferably dissolved in its entirety in the cleaning liquid at 25°C. The water in the cleaning liquid volatilizes during and after cleaning of the cleaning surface. When the antiviral agent is dissolved and uniformly contained in the cleaning liquid, it is uniformly precipitated and dispersed in the cleaning liquid as the water volatilizes, and excellent antiviral properties can be uniformly imparted to the cleaning surface. Furthermore, the antiviral agent gradually precipitates as the water in the cleaning liquid volatilizes, so that the oil-removing effect of the oil solvent is preferentially expressed, and the antiviral properties can be favorably imparted to the cleaning surface that has been cleaned or has been cleaned.

[0052] In particular, when the oil solvent contains glycol ethers, the antiviral agent is gradually precipitated from the cleaning liquid, so that the antiviral agent acts uniformly on the entire glycol ethers and can be more firmly captured by the glycol ethers. Therefore, even if a rubbing force is applied to the cleaning surface after cleaning, the antiviral agent can be more reliably held on the cleaning surface, and the cleaning surface can be endowed with antiviral properties having superior durability.

[0053] The cleaning liquid contains an antiviral agent containing a metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound and an oil solvent, and the antiviral agent containing a metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound and the oil solvent do not inhibit each other's actions, i.e., the antiviral properties and oil removing effects, and the cleaning liquid exhibits an excellent oil removing effect and the effect of imparting excellent antiviral properties to the cleaning surface.

[0054] Furthermore, when the oil solvent contains a glycol ether, the glycol ether can well capture the antiviral agent containing a metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound without inhibiting the antiviral property thereof, and can impart excellent antiviral property to the surface cleaned with the cleaning liquid.

[0055] As described above, glycol ethers can more firmly capture an antiviral agent containing a metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound, and therefore even when a rubbing force is applied to the cleaned surface after cleaning with the cleaning liquid, the antiviral agent can be more reliably held on the cleaned surface, and the cleaned surface can be imparted with antiviral properties having superior durability.

[0056] [water] The cleaning liquid contains water. The content of water in the cleaning liquid is preferably 500 parts by mass or more, more preferably 600 parts by mass or more, more preferably 700 parts by mass or more, and more preferably 800 parts by mass or more, relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. The content of water in the cleaning liquid is preferably 1500 parts by mass or less, more preferably 1400 parts by mass or less, more preferably 1300 parts by mass or less, more preferably 1200 parts by mass or less, more preferably 1100 parts by mass or less, and more preferably 1000 parts by mass or less, relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. When the content of water is 500 parts by mass or more, the antiviral agent can be dissolved uniformly, and then the antiviral agent can be uniformly precipitated and present on the cleaning surface as the water evaporates, and uniform antiviral properties can be imparted to the cleaning surface. When the content of water is 1500 parts by mass or less, the volatility of the cleaning liquid is improved.

[0057] [alcohol] It is preferable that the cleaning liquid further contains alcohol. When the cleaning liquid contains alcohol, not only the disinfecting property of the cleaning liquid is improved, but also the volatility of the cleaning liquid is improved, thereby improving the feeling of use. Although there is no particular limitation, the alcohol is preferably an aliphatic alcohol. The aliphatic alcohol is R 2 It has a structure represented by the formula (2): R 2is a monovalent substituent resulting from the removal of a hydrogen atom from an aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon. Aliphatic hydrocarbons are organic compounds in which all carbon atoms in the molecule are connected in a single chain, or in which the chain of carbon atoms has a branched structure but does not contain a cyclic structure. Alicyclic hydrocarbons are hydrocarbons in which carbon atoms are bonded in a ring, excluding aromatic hydrocarbons (hydrocarbons with aromatic properties).

[0058] The aliphatic alcohol is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include alkyl alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butanol, isobutyl alcohol, pentyl alcohol, hexyl alcohol, heptyl alcohol, octyl alcohol, nonyl alcohol, decyl alcohol, undecyl alcohol, lauryl alcohol, tridecanol, tetradecanol, pentadecanol, hexadecanol, heptadecanol, octadecanol, nonadecanol, and eicosanol; cycloalkyl alcohols such as cyclopentyl alcohol, cyclohexyl alcohol, and cycloheptyl alcohol. The alcohols may be used alone or in combination of two or more.

[0059] Alcohols are less irritating to the skin, so alkyl alcohols [R 2is preferably an alkyl group]. The alkyl alcohol may be either a linear or branched alkyl alcohol. The number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group of the alkyl alcohol is preferably 1 to 5, more preferably 1 to 3. As the alkyl alcohol, methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butanol, and isobutyl alcohol are preferred, methanol, ethanol, propanol, and isopropanol are more preferred, ethanol, propanol, and isopropanol are more preferred, and ethanol is more preferred. When the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl group of the alkyl alcohol is within the above range, the oil removing effect of the oil solvent and the antiviral property of the antiviral agent can be satisfactorily expressed without interfering with each other. The alkyl group refers to the atomic group remaining after removing one hydrogen atom from an aliphatic saturated hydrocarbon.

[0060] It is preferable that the alcohol does not have an ether structure (-O-) or a polyoxyalkylene structure represented by the above formula (1) in the molecule.

[0061] The content of alcohol in the cleaning liquid is preferably 10 parts by mass or more, more preferably 15 parts by mass or more, and more preferably 20 parts by mass or more, relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. The content of alcohol in the cleaning liquid is preferably 60 parts by mass or less, more preferably 55 parts by mass or less, and more preferably 50 parts by mass or less, relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. When the content of alcohol is 10 parts by mass or more, both the oil removing effect of the oil solvent and the antiviral property of the antiviral agent can be well expressed. When the content of alcohol is 60 parts by mass or less, the skin irritation of the cleaning liquid is low, which is preferable.

[0062] [Cleaning liquid] The cleaning liquid contains an antiviral agent containing a metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound, an oil solvent, and water, and has a pH of 8 or more at 25°C. The cleaning liquid exhibits excellent oil removability by having a pH of 8 or more at 25°C. The pH of the cleaning liquid at 25°C is preferably 8.5 or more, more preferably 9.0 or more, more preferably 9.8 or more, and more preferably 10.0 or more, since the oil removability is improved. The pH of the cleaning liquid at 25°C is preferably 12.0 or less, and more preferably 11.0 or less, since the skin irritation of the cleaning liquid is reduced.

[0063] If necessary, a pH adjuster may be contained in the cleaning liquid to adjust the pH of the cleaning liquid to 8 or more at 25° C. The pH adjuster is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include acids, bases, and salts.

[0064] Examples of the acid include citric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, boric acid, carbonic acid, hypophosphorous acid, phosphorous acid, and phosphoric acid. Citric acid is preferred because it does not inhibit the action of the oil solvent and the antiviral agent.

[0065] Examples of the base include sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide.

[0066] Examples of the salts include carbonates, sulfates, nitrates, borates, hypophosphites, phosphites, and phosphates, with carbonates and sulfates being preferred, and carbonates being more preferred.

[0067] The salt of the salts is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include sodium salts, potassium salts, calcium salts, etc., and sodium salts are preferred because they do not inhibit the action of the oil solvent and the antiviral agent. As the salts, sodium carbonate and sodium sulfate are preferred, and sodium carbonate is more preferred.

[0068] The pH adjuster preferably contains a carbonate and citric acid, more preferably sodium carbonate and citric acid. The pH adjuster preferably contains a carbonate, a sulfate and citric acid, more preferably sodium carbonate, sodium sulfate and citric acid. By using the above combination of pH adjusters, the antiviral agent can be well dissolved in the cleaning liquid, the cleaning surface can be well cleaned due to the oil removing effect of the cleaning liquid, and excellent antiviral properties can be imparted to the cleaning surface.

[0069] The total content of the pH adjuster in the cleaning liquid is preferably 5 parts by mass or more, more preferably 10 parts by mass or more, more preferably 13 parts by mass or more, and more preferably 15 parts by mass or more, relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. The total content of the pH adjuster in the cleaning liquid is preferably 40 parts by mass or less, more preferably 35 parts by mass or less, and more preferably 30 parts by mass or less, relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. If the total content of the pH adjuster is 5 parts by mass or more, it is preferable because it is easy to adjust the pH of the cleaning liquid to 8 or more. If the total content of the pH adjuster is 40 parts by mass or less, it is preferable because the cleaning surface after cleaning with the cleaning liquid becomes cleaner.

[0070] The content of the acid in the cleaning liquid may be 0 parts by mass, but may be 0.1 parts by mass or more, 0.2 parts by mass or more, 0.3 parts by mass or more, 0.8 parts by mass or more, 1 part by mass or more, or 1.5 parts by mass or more relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. The content of the acid in the cleaning liquid is preferably 10 parts by mass or less, more preferably 8 parts by mass or less, and more preferably 6 parts by mass or less relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. If the content of the acid is 10 parts by mass or less, it is preferable because it is easy to adjust the pH of the cleaning liquid to 8 or more.

[0071] The content of salts in the cleaning liquid is preferably 10 parts by mass or more, more preferably 12 parts by mass or more, and more preferably 14 parts by mass or more, relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. The content of salts in the cleaning liquid is preferably 35 parts by mass or less, more preferably 30 parts by mass or less, and more preferably 25 parts by mass or less, relative to 100 parts by mass of the oil solvent. If the content of salts is 10 parts by mass or more, it is preferable because it is easy to adjust the pH of the cleaning liquid to 8 or more. If the content of salts is 35 parts by mass or less, it is preferable because the surface to be cleaned after cleaning with the cleaning liquid becomes cleaner.

[0072] In the pH adjuster, the mass ratio of the salt content to the acid content (salt content / acid content) is preferably 2 or more, more preferably 4 or more, and more preferably 6 or more. In the pH adjuster, the mass ratio of the salt content to the acid content (salt content / acid content) is preferably 14 or less, more preferably 12 or less, and more preferably 10 or less. When the mass ratio of the salt content to the acid content (salt content / acid content) is within the above range, the cleaning liquid has an oil-removing effect that allows the cleaning surface to be well cleaned, and excellent antiviral properties can be imparted to the cleaning surface.

[0073] [Other additives] If necessary, other additives such as preservatives, detergents, disinfectants, etc. may be added to the cleaning liquid within a range that does not impair the action and effect of the cleaning liquid.

[0074] [Manufacturing method and usage method] The cleaning solution can be produced by uniformly mixing the antiviral agent containing the metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound, the oil solvent, and water with alcohol, a pH adjuster, and other additives, which may be contained as necessary, in a known manner.

[0075] The cleaning liquid can be applied to a cleaning surface having oil stains, and then the cleaning surface can be wiped with a fiber substrate or the like to remove (wipe off) the oil stains present on the cleaning surface and impart excellent antiviral properties to the cleaning surface. The fiber substrate is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, and knitted fabric. Examples of fibers constituting the fiber substrate include synthetic fibers and natural fibers.

[0076] The cleaning surface is not particularly limited as long as it is a place where oil stains adhere. Examples of members to be cleaned having a cleaning surface include kitchen countertops, kitchen tables, kitchen utensils, flooring materials, interior products and interior materials (seats, child seats, etc.) for vehicles (e.g., cars, airplanes, ships, etc.), baby products, building interior materials, etc.

[0077] In the above, the cleaning liquid is supplied to the surface to be cleaned by spraying or the like, and then the surface to be cleaned is wiped with a separately prepared fiber substrate, but a cleaning sheet may be constructed by impregnating a fiber substrate with the cleaning liquid. By wiping the surface to be cleaned with the cleaning sheet, the cleaning liquid can be supplied to the surface to be cleaned and the oil on the surface to be cleaned can be removed at the same time, and the surface to be cleaned after cleaning can be provided with excellent antiviral properties.

[0078] In the cleaning sheet, the content of the cleaning liquid is preferably 100 parts by mass or more, more preferably 200 parts by mass or more, and preferably 300 parts by mass or more, per 100 parts by mass of the fiber base material. In the cleaning sheet, the content of the cleaning liquid is preferably 700 parts by mass or less, more preferably 600 parts by mass or less, and more preferably 500 parts by mass or less, per 100 parts by mass of the fiber base material.

[0079] As described above, the cleaning liquid has excellent oil-removing effect and antiviral properties, and therefore can easily remove oil from the cleaning surface and can impart excellent antiviral properties to the cleaning surface, thereby keeping the cleaning surface clean.

[0080] In particular, when the oil solvent contains a glycol ether, the antiviral agent containing a metal salt of a sulfonic acid compound can be firmly adhered to the cleaning surface after cleaning, and excellent antiviral properties that act over a long period of time can be imparted to the cleaning surface.

[0081] A surface treated (cleaned) with the cleaning solution has antiviral properties against various viruses, and exhibits particularly excellent antiviral properties against enveloped viruses.

[0082] Examples of enveloped viruses include influenza viruses (e.g., types A and B), rubella viruses, Ebola viruses, coronaviruses (e.g., SARS virus, novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2)), measles viruses, varicella-zoster viruses, herpes simplex viruses, mumps viruses, arboviruses, respiratory syncytial viruses, hepatitis viruses (e.g., hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, etc.), yellow fever viruses, AIDS viruses, rabies viruses, hantaviruses, dengue viruses, Nipah viruses, and lyssaviruses.

[0083] Examples of non-enveloped viruses include adenovirus, norovirus, rotavirus, human papillomavirus, enterovirus, coxsackievirus, human parvovirus, encephalomyocarditis virus, poliovirus, and rhinovirus. EXAMPLES

[0084] The present invention will be described in more detail below using examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0085] In the examples and comparative examples, the following compounds were used. [Oil solvent] Polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether

[0086] [Antiviral agents] Sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate ·Sodium polystyrene sulfonate Polyhexamethylene biguanide ·Zirconium phosphate 4-Aminobenzoic acid

[0087] [alcohol] Ethanol (anhydrous)

[0088] [pH adjuster] Sodium carbonate Sodium sulfate Citric acid

[0089] [Antiviral properties of antiviral agents] The antiviral agent was subjected to an antiviral test using influenza virus (enveloped virus) as described below.

[0090] 5 mg of the antiviral agent was reacted with 0.2 ml of the virus suspension prepared in accordance with ISO21702 for 2 hours at 25°C. For the virus suspension 2 hours after the start of the reaction, the virus infectivity (common logarithm value) was calculated by the plaque method in accordance with ISO21702.

[0091] Similarly, the viral infectivity titer (common logarithm) (PFU / vial) of the virus suspension not containing an antiviral agent was calculated to be 6.5 PFU / vial.

[0092] The antiviral activity value was calculated by subtracting the viral infectivity of the virus suspension containing an antiviral agent from the viral infectivity of the virus suspension not containing an antiviral agent. The antiviral activity value of each antiviral agent is shown in Table 1. In the table, ">Y" (Y is a numerical value) means "greater than Y."

[0093] [Table 1]

[0094] (Examples 1 to 5, Comparative Examples 1 to 4) The oil solvent, antiviral agent, alcohol, water and pH adjuster in the amounts shown in Table 2 were stirred at a stirring speed of 300 rpm for 30 minutes to uniformly mix, thereby obtaining a cleaning liquid.

[0095] The pH of the resulting cleaning solution at 25° C. was measured, and the results are shown in the “pH” column of Table 2.

[0096] The obtained cleaning solution was visually observed at 25°C to confirm whether or not the antiviral agent had precipitated in the cleaning solution. Cases in which the antiviral agent had not precipitated (when the entire amount was dissolved in the cleaning solution) were rated as "A," and cases in which the antiviral agent had precipitated (when the entire amount was not dissolved in the cleaning solution) were rated as "B." The evaluation results are shown in the "Presence or Absence of Precipitation" column in Table 2.

[0097] For the cleaning liquid in which the antiviral agent had not precipitated, 400 parts by mass of the cleaning liquid was impregnated into 100 parts by mass of a nonwoven fabric made of polyester fibers to produce a cleaning sheet.

[0098] The obtained cleaning sheet was used to measure oil removability, initial antiviral property, durable antiviral property and disinfecting property, and the results are shown in Table 2.

[0099] [Oil removal] Frying oil was dropped onto a stainless steel plate and allowed to solidify, to prepare a flat square test piece (pre-cleaning test piece) with each side measuring 10 cm, with oil stains adhering to the surface of the stainless steel plate.

[0100] Before cleaning, the oil-stained surface of the test piece was pressed with a cleaning sheet at a pressure of 500g / 9cm 2 The oil-stained surface of the test piece was cleaned by rubbing it back and forth 10 times with a cloth to remove the oil, and then the test piece was prepared.

[0101] After cleaning, the oil-stained surface of the test piece was visually observed for the degree to which the oil stain had been removed and evaluated according to the following criteria. A: All oil stains had been removed. B: There was still oil stain or the stain had become severe.

[0102] [Early antiviral activity] A test piece (before cleaning test piece) was prepared in the same manner as in the evaluation of oil removability, and the same oil removal work was performed on this test piece to obtain a test piece after cleaning. For the oil-stained surface of the test piece after cleaning, an antiviral test was performed in accordance with ISO21702 as follows.

[0103] First, a suspension of influenza virus (enveloped virus) was dropped onto the oil-stained surface of the cleaned test specimen, and the virus infectivity value (common logarithm value) of the cleaned test specimen was calculated using the plaque method for the virus suspension 24 hours after the start of the reaction.

[0104] Similarly, for the surface of the test specimen before the oil removal work was performed (pre-cleaning test specimen), the virus infectivity value (common logarithm value) of the pre-cleaning test specimen was calculated by the plaque method using the virus suspension 24 hours after the start of the reaction.

[0105] The antiviral activity value (initial antiviral activity) was calculated by subtracting the viral infectivity of the test specimen after cleaning from the viral infectivity of the test specimen before cleaning.

[0106] [Durable antiviral properties] After cleaning, test pieces were obtained in the same manner as for the initial antiviral test. Furthermore, the oil-stained surface of the test piece after cleaning was pressed with a dry nonwoven fabric at a pressure of 300 g / 25 cm. 2 The oil-stained surface of the test piece was rubbed back and forth ten times with a cleaning cloth to obtain a durability test piece in which a rubbing stress was applied to the oil-stained surface of the test piece after cleaning.

[0107] The antiviral activity value (durable antiviral property) of the surface of the durability test piece was calculated in the same manner as for the initial antiviral property.

[0108] [Eliminating properties] A cleaned test piece was obtained in the same manner as for the initial antiviral property. The oil-stained surface of the cleaned test piece was subjected to the antibacterial property measurement against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in accordance with JIS Z2801:2010, and the antibacterial activity value was measured.
