Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The technical field of the cleaning device described in this specification relates to a cleaning device that sprays cleaning water onto a bed of a dump truck to clean the bed. [Background technology]
[0002] Patent Document 1 listed below describes a car wash machine for washing the cargo bed of a vehicle, which includes a base that can move in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle and a nozzle that is supported by the base and sprays liquid toward the cargo bed. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2023-111699 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] The conventional car wash machine described in Patent Document 1 washes the loading platform from above while moving the car wash machine main body forward and backward of the dump truck in a state where the loading platform is tilted so that the front part of the loading platform is lifted when the dump truck enters the car wash position. In order to wash the loading platform from above, the washing machine main body is equipped with a very tall (for example, nearly 10m high) gate-shaped cart, and washing water is sprayed from a nozzle provided on the gate-shaped cart toward the tilted loading platform, and the gate-shaped cart is moved forward and backward to wash it. In order to move the gate-shaped cart of the car wash machine main body forward and backward, a very large support frame needs to be installed at the car wash position, and the car wash machine main body becomes very large. For this reason, conventional washing machines have a problem that they have to be large as equipment.
[0005] In addition, because this type of dump truck opens and closes the rear door to unload the cargo on the bed, dirt tends to accumulate on the inside of the rear door, making it necessary to thoroughly clean the dirt on the inside of the rear door. However, conventional car washes have difficulty cleaning the inside of the rear door, and dirt tends to remain.
[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned points, and has an object to provide a cleaning device that can be configured compactly and can efficiently clean the bed of a dump truck. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] A cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present specification is a cleaning device that cleans the loading platform of a dump truck by tilting the loading platform backward and sliding off a load, A first bed water discharger that sprays cleaning water toward the bed with its rear end inclined downward is provided behind the parking lot where the dump truck is stopped, The first platform water cannon is characterized by having an up-down tilting mechanism that tilts the spray nozzle up and down so that the direction in which the spray nozzle sprays the cleaning water can be changed up, down, left, or right, and a left-right tilting mechanism that tilts the spray nozzle left and right.
[0008] According to the washing device of the embodiment, the first loading platform water discharger sprays wash water toward the inclined loading platform, and washes while tilting the direction of spraying the wash water in the up-down and left-right directions by the up-down tilting mechanism and the left-right tilting mechanism. As a result, the first loading platform water discharger sprays wash water while swinging the spray nozzle up-down and left-right to wash the inner surface of the loading platform. The washing device of the embodiment does not use a gate-shaped car wash machine body used in the past, and has a structure in which the first loading platform water discharger is installed behind the washing device, so that it can be configured compactly and can wash the loading platform thoroughly.
[0009] Here, in the above cleaning device, the first platform water canister can be configured to have a first jet nozzle and a second jet nozzle as the jet nozzles, and the first jet nozzle and the second jet nozzle can be configured to be inclined relative to each other so as to have an opening angle in the vertical direction.
[0010] This increases the vertical width over which cleaning water is sprayed, allowing the angle at which the vertical tilt mechanism is tilted up and down to be reduced.
[0011] In the above cleaning device, the first bed water discharger is extended upward by an extension rod, and an upper injection nozzle and a lower injection nozzle are provided on the upper side of the extension rod as the injection nozzles, The upper and lower jet nozzles may be configured to spray the cleaning water toward the upper and lower sides of the platform, respectively.
[0012] With this, the first loading platform water cannon can be extended upward by the extension rod, allowing it to approach the loading platform, and since the spray nozzles that spray cleaning water from the first loading platform water cannon are divided into those facing upward and those facing downward, the loading platform can be washed efficiently.
[0013] In the above cleaning device, an annular nozzle group is provided on each side of the substantially rectangular shape of the extension rod, the nozzle group having a pipe through which cleaning water flows and communicates with the nozzle group, The upper jet nozzle may be provided as the jet nozzle above the annular nozzle group, and the lower jet nozzle may be provided below the annular nozzle group.
[0014] According to this, the upper and lower sides of the loading platform can be suitably washed by the upper and lower jet nozzles of the annular nozzle group provided on the upper side of the extension rod.
[0015] In the above-mentioned cleaning device, a side jet nozzle for spraying cleaning water outward in the left and right directions may be provided on both the left and right sides of the annular nozzle group.
[0016] This allows the side surfaces of the cargo bed to be washed effectively by the side jet nozzles provided on both the left and right sides of the annular nozzle group.
[0017] In addition, in the above cleaning device, a second loading platform water sprayer is provided to spray cleaning water toward the inner surface of the rear door of the loading platform, The second loading platform water discharger includes a plurality of rear surface jet nozzles in the left and right direction above and in front of the rear door when the rear door is in an open state, the rear surface jet nozzles jetting cleaning water toward the inner surface of the rear door, The rear injection nozzle may be tiltable rearward.
[0018] According to this, since the rear jet nozzle that sprays cleaning water toward the inside surface of the rear door can be tilted rearward, the inside surface of the rear door can be efficiently cleaned. Effect of the Invention
[0019] According to the cleaning device of the embodiment, the structure can be made compact, and the loading platform can be thoroughly cleaned. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0021] (First embodiment) Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the washing device of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 6. The scope of the present invention is not limited to the scope disclosed in the embodiment. As shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the washing device according to the first embodiment includes a parking lot 100 where a dump truck 700 is parked, a first loading platform water discharger 310 that is provided on a base 170 at the rear of the parking lot 100 and that sprays washing water CL toward a floor 711 of a loading platform 710, and a second loading platform water discharger 350 that sprays washing water CL toward an inner surface 721 of a rear door 720 of the loading platform 710.
[0022] The first loading platform water discharger 310 sprays cleaning water CL toward the loading platform 710, which is tilted with the rear end downward (the front end upward), and is equipped with a vertical tilting mechanism 320 that tilts the direction in which the cleaning water CL is sprayed in the vertical direction (front-rear direction), and a left-right tilting mechanism 330 that tilts it in the left-right direction. In this specification, the orientation of the cleaning device is defined as the front side toward the parking lot 100 and the rear side toward the base 170 on which the first loading platform water discharger 310 and the second loading platform water discharger 350 are provided, as shown in Figures 4 and 5. Up, down, left, and right refer to the up, down, left, and right when the cleaning device is viewed from the front, and in the drawings, F indicates the front, B indicates the rear, U indicates the top, D indicates the bottom, L indicates the left, and R indicates the right.
[0023] The first loading platform water discharger 310 is installed on the base 170, and as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, it is a water discharger that sprays cleaning water CL toward the inside of the floor 711 and the side wall 712 of the loading platform 710 in a state in which the rear is inclined downward (the front is inclined upward). As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the first loading platform water discharger 310 includes a first jet nozzle 311 and a second jet nozzle 312 that spray cleaning water CL. The first jet nozzle 311 and the second jet nozzle 312 are provided so as to be inclined relative to each other so as to have an opening angle in the up-down direction (front-back direction). Specifically, the second jet nozzle 312 has a jet direction on the extension of the axis of the cylindrical first loading platform water discharger 310, and the first jet nozzle 311 has a jet direction inclined upward from the jet direction of the second jet nozzle 312 by an opening angle of 45° (preferably 30 to 90°). Since the first spray nozzle 311 and the second spray nozzle 312 are arranged at an angle relative to each other so as to have an opening angle in the vertical direction, the first bed water cannon 310 can expand the vertical width over which it sprays the cleaning water CL, so that the angle at which the vertical tilt mechanism 320 described below is tilted up and down (vertical tilt angle α1) can be reduced, thereby reducing the burden on the vertical tilt mechanism 320.
[0024] The first loading platform water discharger 310 can be tilted up and down at a swing angle of up and down tilt angle α1 by the vertical tilt mechanism 320 as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, and can be tilted left and right at a swing angle of left and right tilt angle β1 by the horizontal tilt mechanism 330 as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 5. The first loading platform water discharger 310 sprays cleaning water CL toward the floor part 711 of the inclined loading platform 710, and washes while tilting the spraying direction of the cleaning water CL in the up, down, left and right directions by the vertical tilt mechanism 320 and the horizontal tilt mechanism 330. The first loading platform water discharger 310 sprays cleaning water CL while swinging the first spray nozzle 311 and the second spray nozzle 312 up, down, left and right to wash the floor part 711 of the loading platform 710 and the inside of the side wall 712 except for the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720.
[0025] As shown in Fig. 3, the vertical tilt mechanism 320 rotates a horizontal rotation shaft 322 by a motor 321 to tilt the first bed water discharger 310 up and down at a swing angle of vertical tilt angle α1. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the left-right tilt mechanism 330 rotates a vertical rotation shaft 332 by a motor 331 to tilt the first bed water discharger 310 left and right at a swing angle of left-right tilt angle β1. The vertical tilt angle α1 and the left-right tilt angle β1 are set depending on the type of the dump truck 700 (depending on the size of the bed 710).
[0026] The second loading platform water discharger 350 is installed on the base 170, and as shown in FIG. 4, is a water discharger that sprays cleaning water CL toward the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720 in an open state from the loading platform 710 in a state in which the rear is tilted downward. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the second loading platform water discharger 350 is disposed above and in front of the rear door 720 in an open state from the loading platform 710, and six rear jet nozzles 352 that spray cleaning water CL toward the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720 are provided at equal intervals across the left and right width of the rear door 720. The rear jet nozzles 352 are provided with jet ports that can be tilted backward, and spray cleaning water CL from above toward the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720 arranged at the lower side, slightly backward. The rear jet nozzles 352 are configured to be tiltable backward, so that the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720 can be more accurately washed. Since the second loading platform water sprayer 350 cleans the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720, the cleaning device of the first embodiment can thoroughly clean the entire inside of the floor 711 and side wall 712 of the loading platform 710 using the first loading platform water sprayer 310 and the second loading platform water sprayer 350.
[0027] The first loading platform water discharger 310 and the second loading platform water discharger 350 are installed on the base 170 and are structured not to be moved from the base 170. Therefore, the cleaning device of the embodiment is configured around the base 170 and is compact.
[0028] 4 and 5, in the cleaning device, a parking lot 100 is provided in front of a base 170 on which the first loading platform water discharger 310 and the second loading platform water discharger 350 are installed, where a dump truck 700 whose loading platform 710 is to be cleaned is parked. As shown in FIG. 5, the parking lot 100 is provided with dividing lines and guide lights 113 for guiding the dump truck 700 so that it can park at the center of the parking lot 100 in the left-right direction.
[0029] The demarcation line is composed of a center line 111 and side lines 112. The center line 111 is arranged in the front-rear direction along the center in the left-right direction of the parking lot 100, and the dump truck 700 is guided to the appropriate position of the washing device by parking with the center in the left-right direction of the dump truck 700 backed up along the center line 111. The side lines 112 are arranged in the front-rear direction on both the left and right of the center line 111, and the driver of the dump truck 700 checks the position of the side lines 112 using the side mirrors, so that the dump truck 700 is guided to the appropriate position of the washing device. An escort light 113 is provided behind the side lines 112 to assist in guiding the dump truck 700 to the appropriate position of the washing device.
[0030] 4, the vehicle stop 100 is provided with a vehicle stop 120 that is movable forward and backward, and the front and rear stopping positions are adjusted by a vehicle stop control unit 804 described later depending on the type of dump truck 700. On the side line 112, a front wheel stop line 112a indicating the stopping position of the front wheels of the dump truck 700 depending on the type of dump truck 700 is marked for each type of dump truck 700.
[0031] As shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the bus station 100 is equipped with a drainage section 210 and a purification section 220 for reusing the wash water CL. The drainage section 210 is a temporary water collection area that collects and discharges wastewater WL generated from the wash water CL sprayed onto the loading platform 710 of the dump truck 700. The purification section 220 is a facility that purifies the wastewater WL discharged from the drainage section 210 and recycles it into purified water PL that can be used again as wash water CL. The wash water CL that has washed the loading platform 710 with the washing device absorbs foreign matter such as sand and chemical components attached to the loading platform 710 to become wastewater WL, which is temporarily accumulated in the drainage section 210. The wastewater WL accumulated in the drainage section 210 is transferred to the purification section 220 together with the foreign matter.
[0032] The purification section 220 is a system that separates foreign matter such as sand from the wastewater WL and recycles the wastewater WL into purified water PL that can be used as cleaning water CL. The purification section 220 is composed of a water tank (pond) (not shown) that stores the wastewater WL transferred from the drainage section 210 and separates foreign matter such as sand from the wastewater WL by settling, and an oxygen supply device (not shown) that circulates the wastewater WL in the water tank to increase the oxygen concentration. The purification section 220 is also equipped with a pH adjustment device that adjusts the pH of the wastewater WL (purified water PL) to suppress the generation of rust in the cleaning device.
[0033] The water tank has a capacity of about 5,000 m3, and stores the wastewater WL transferred from the drainage section 210 and separates foreign matter such as sand from the wastewater WL over time. 3 The capacity of the storage tank is set to 100 to 10,000 m, based on the amount of wastewater WL generated and the time required for foreign matter to settle. 3 The water tank can be any tank capable of separating foreign matter such as sand from the wastewater WL by settling, and for example, a waterway such as a circulating waterway can be used instead of the water tank to separate foreign matter. The sand separated from the wastewater WL and settling in the water tank is collected and reused as aggregate for concrete, mortar, etc.
[0034] The oxygen supplying device is a device that supplies oxygen to purified water PL from which foreign matter has been separated from wastewater WL, and returns the purified water PL with the oxygen supply to the water tank. The oxygen dissolving device is a device that dissolves oxygen into the purified water PL by contacting oxygen generated from a PSA oxygen generating device that separates oxygen using the nitrogen and oxygen adsorption properties of an adsorbent (synthetic zeolite), an oxygen generating catalyst, or compressed air, etc., with the purified water PL in a curtain or spray form. If the oxygen concentration of the wastewater WL (purified water PL) in the water tank decreases, there is a risk that odorous substances such as hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan will be generated due to the activity of anaerobic microorganisms, so in order to prevent this, the oxygen supplying device increases the oxygen concentration of the wastewater WL (purified water PL).
[0035] The purified water PL purified from the waste water WL in the purification section 220 is used as cleaning water CL for the cleaning device, and is recycled by circulating within the cleaning device.
[0036] FIG. 6 shows a control unit 800 of the washing device. The control unit 800 is configured to control the vehicle stop control unit 804, the first pump 805, the second pump 806, the up-down tilt mechanism 320, and the left-right tilt mechanism 330 based on a program of a car wash process operation corresponding to the type of the dump truck 700, which is created in advance from an operation instruction signal input from an operation unit 802, and to execute a predetermined car wash process. The first pump 805 is a pump that sends wash water CL to the first bed water discharger 310 at 9,600 L / h. The second pump 806 is a pump that sends wash water CL to the second bed water discharger 350 at 9,600 L / h. The first pump 805 and the second pump 806 can be pumps that have a water supply volume of 5,000 to 12,000 L / h.
[0037] The control unit 800 is provided with a communication unit 801, which has a communication means by short-distance wireless communication and is configured to send instructions to the control unit 800 according to the information of the dump truck 700 and the cleaning method transmitted from a wireless remote controller used by the driver of the dump truck 700. For example, Bluetooth of a mobile phone can be used as the wireless remote controller. The information of the dump truck 700 is vehicle type information of the dump truck 700, and the dimensions of the dump truck 700 including the loading platform 710 can be grasped from the vehicle type information of the dump truck 700, and the vertical tilt angle α1 and the left and right tilt angle β1 of the first loading platform water discharger 310 and the front-rear position of the car stopper 120 (FIG. 4) are adjusted based on the dimensions of the dump truck 700. The transmitted cleaning method specifies the strength of cleaning depending on the degree of dirt on the loading platform 710.
[0038] Next, a method for cleaning the bed 710 of the dump truck 700 using the cleaning device of the first embodiment will be described. The load on the bed 710 of the dump truck 700 is mainly earth and sand, and the cleaning method will be described by transmitting information about the dump truck 700 and the cleaning method, moving the dump truck 700 to the vehicle station 100, cleaning the bed 710 of the dump truck 700 by the cleaning device, and circulating the cleaning water CL. In the initial state, the first bed water discharger 310 faces downward in the up-down direction and faces forward in the left-right direction, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 3. This is to discharge the water in the first bed water discharger 310 downward to prevent freezing in the first bed water discharger 310 in winter.
[0039] The information on the dump truck 700 and the cleaning method are transmitted to a communication unit 801 (FIG. 6) of the cleaning device by a communication means. As shown in FIG. 6, the control unit 800 of the cleaning device controls the vehicle stop control unit 804, the first pump 805, the second pump 806, the vertical tilt mechanism 320, and the left-right tilt mechanism 330 based on the information on the dump truck 700 and the cleaning method transmitted to the communication unit 801 of the cleaning device. Specifically, the vehicle stop control unit 804 adjusts the front-rear position of the vehicle stop 120 (FIG. 4) in order to adjust the stopping position of the dump truck 700 in the front-rear direction according to the size of the loading platform 710. The vertical tilt mechanism 320 adjusts the vertical tilt angle α1 of the first loading platform water discharger 310 according to the size of the loading platform 710. The left-right tilt mechanism 330 adjusts the left-right tilt angle β1 of the first loading platform water discharger 310 according to the size of the loading platform 710.
[0040] The dump truck 700 is moved to the vehicle stop 100 by the driver backing the dump truck 700 from the front of the cleaning device. At this time, the driver of the dump truck 700, along a center line 111 arranged in the front-rear direction along the center in the left-right direction of the vehicle stop 100, checks the positions of side lines 112 arranged in the front-rear direction on both sides of the center line 111 and the rear guide lights 113 on the side lines 112, and thereby the dump truck 700 is guided to an appropriate position of the cleaning device. The dump truck 700 is guided to an appropriate position in the front-rear direction of the vehicle stop 100 by the vehicle stop 120 and the front wheel stop line 112a attached to the side line 112.
[0041] When the loading platform 710 of the dump truck 700 is cleaned by the cleaning device, the first loading platform water sprayer 310 alternately cleans the upper and lower sides of the floor 711 of the loading platform 710 multiple times, and at the same time, the second loading platform water sprayer 350 cleans the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720.
[0042] Washing of the upper side of the floor 711 of the loading platform 710 is started by the control unit 800 controlling the vertical tilt mechanism 320 to tilt the first loading platform water discharger 310 from the downward orientation shown by the solid line in Fig. 3 (Fig. 4) to the upward orientation by a vertical tilt angle α1 shown by the two-dot chain line, and the control unit 800 activating the first pump 805 (Fig. 6) which guides water to the first loading platform water discharger 310. After that, the control unit 800 controls the left-right tilt mechanism 330 to tilt the first loading platform water discharger 310 left and right a number of times by the left-right tilt angle β1 as shown in Fig. 5, thereby washing the upper side of the floor 711 of the loading platform 710.
[0043] The cleaning of the underside of the floor 711 of the loading platform 710 is started by the control unit 800 controlling the vertical tilt mechanism 320 to tilt the first loading platform water discharger 310 from the upward direction shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 3 (FIG. 4) to the downward direction shown by the solid line. The first pump 805 remains activated. After that, the control unit 800 controls the left-right tilt mechanism 330 to tilt the first loading platform water discharger 310 left and right a plurality of times at the left-right tilt angle β1 as shown in FIG. 5, thereby cleaning the underside of the floor 711 of the loading platform 710. The cleaning of the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720 by the second loading platform water discharger 350 is started by the control unit 800 starting the second pump 806 (FIG. 6) which guides water to the second loading platform water discharger 350. During cleaning, the notification unit 130 notifies the user that the cleaning device is cleaning.
[0044] The cleaning water CL used in the cleaning is circulated and reused. The cleaning water CL used to clean the loading platform 710 in the cleaning device absorbs dirt such as sand and chemical components adhering to the loading platform 710 and becomes waste water WL, which is temporarily accumulated in the drainage section 210. The waste water WL accumulated in the drainage section 210 is transferred to the purification section 220 together with the dirt, where foreign matter such as sand is precipitated and separated, the pH is adjusted with a pH adjuster or the like to prevent rust from forming in the piping, and the waste water WL is recycled as purified water PL that can be used as cleaning water CL and is reused as cleaning water CL for the cleaning device.
[0045] Towards the end of the cleaning process, tap water (or well water) is used instead of the recycled purified water PL as the cleaning water CL. This is to finish the cleaning process with tap water that does not contain chemicals such as pH adjusters.
[0046] Washing is terminated by the control unit 800 stopping the first pump 805 and the second pump 806, and the control unit 800 controlling the vertical tilt mechanism 320 and the horizontal tilt mechanism 330 to tilt the first loading platform water discharger 310 downward and left and right forward as shown by the solid lines in Fig. 3 (Fig. 4). This causes the water in the first loading platform water discharger 310 to be discharged downward, and in winter, freezing inside the first loading platform water discharger 310 is prevented.
[0047] According to the cleaning device according to the first embodiment, the first loading platform water discharger 310 sprays cleaning water CL toward the floor 711 of the inclined loading platform 710, and performs cleaning while tilting the direction of spraying the cleaning water CL in the up-down and left-right directions by the up-down tilting mechanism 320 and the left-right tilting mechanism 330. At the same time, the second loading platform water discharger 350 sprays the cleaning water CL toward the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720 to clean the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720 of the loading platform 710. As a result, the first loading platform water discharger 310 sprays and cleans the cleaning water CL while swinging the spray nozzle up-down and left-right, cleaning the floor 711 of the loading platform 710 and the inside of the side wall 712 except for the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720. The second cargo bed water sprayer 350 sprays cleaning water toward the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720 of the cargo bed 710, and the cleaning device can clean the entire inside of the side wall 712, including the floor 711 of the cargo bed 710 and the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720.
[0048] The cleaning device of the first embodiment does not use the gate-shaped car wash machine body that was previously used, and instead has a structure in which the first loading platform water sprayer 310 and the second loading platform water sprayer 350 are installed at the rear of the cleaning device, so that it can be configured compactly and can thoroughly clean the entire inside of the side wall 712, including the floor 711 of the loading platform 710 and the inner surface 721 of the rear door 720.
[0049] Second embodiment Next, a second embodiment of the washing device of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 7 to Fig. 11. In the washing device of the second embodiment, a dump truck to be washed will be described by taking as an example a dump truck 700A in which the top of a loading platform 710A is covered with a canopy 730 having an opening 732. In the second embodiment, elements common to the first embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.
[0050] As shown in Fig. 8 to Fig. 11, the first loading platform water discharger 310A of the cleaning device of the second embodiment is extended upward (front side) by the extension rod 317, and is configured so that the spray nozzle can enter the loading platform 710A from the opening 732 of the loading platform 710A during cleaning.
