Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a method of making a comforter and the comforter itself, in which multiple elastic sheets are placed on the inside of the comforter, the upper and lower fabrics etc. are temporarily fixed to a formwork in a stretched state using the elasticity of the elastic sheets, the elastic sheets and the upper and lower fabrics etc. are sewn together in multiple places, and then the elastic sheets and the upper and lower fabrics etc. are removed from the formwork and contracted using the elasticity of the rubber sheets, drawing each sewn part to the inside of the comforter to form thickness and fullness, preventing the comforter from shifting position, providing heat retention and fitting, and enabling the comforter to be washed to clean the inside. [Background technology]
[0002] Among size-adjustable comforters, there is a comforter that has a main body with a pair of long sides and a pair of short sides, and a pair of openings provided at the corners, with a U-shaped guide section provided along one of the pair of long sides and the pair of short sides, a rubber cord is movably inserted along the length of the guide section, parts of which are pulled out to the outside through the opening in pairs, and the rubber cord fixed to the corners and the part of the rubber cord pulled out to the outside from the opening have insertion holes through which the guide sections can be movably inserted, and the size of the main body can be adjusted by moving the guide sections relative to the rubber cord (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] However, this type of comforter had the problem that the elastic cord was pulled out to the center of the short side of the comforter, and when the outer fabric was contracted with the elastic cord, only the outer fabric rose up, which became very bothersome when using the comforter.
[0004] To solve such problems, there is a duvet that is equipped with a pair of adjustment parts, which have an insertion hole through which a rubber cord is movably inserted in the longitudinal direction of the guide part and the parallel part on the same side is pulled out to the outside through an opening, and through which the part of the rubber cord pulled out to the outside from this opening is movably inserted, and which expands and contracts the guide part by moving it relative to the rubber cord, thereby adjusting the size of the main body (see, for example, Patent Document 2). This comforter has a U-shaped guide section formed around the peripheral edge of the main body, an elastic cord is inserted into this guide section, the end of the guide section along the long side is opened, the elastic cord is pulled outward from this opening, and this pulled-out section is secured and adjusted with a knot, thus solving the problem of the side fabric bulging.
[0005] However, with these comforters, the size of the comforter itself could not be adequately adjusted by moving the elastic cords, making it difficult to achieve the desired thickness and fullness in the comforter. In addition, conventional duvets obtain their heat retention and fitting by filling the cover with, for example, batting, feathers, or polyester cotton, which results in a large amount of waste when they are disposed of, and also poses the problem of rising material costs due to the recent rise in prices of filling materials. Furthermore, conventional duvets, whether down duvets or polyester duvets, have a waterproof coating applied to the fabric to prevent the filling from blowing out, so when washing the duvet as a whole, water cannot penetrate into the duvet and the filling cannot be washed. [0007] The present invention solves these problems by providing a method for making a duvet, and a duvet itself, in which multiple elastic sheets are placed on the inside of the duvet, the upper and lower fabrics etc. are temporarily fixed to a formwork in a stretched state using the elasticity of the elastic sheets, the elastic sheets and the upper and lower fabrics etc. are sewn together in multiple places, and then the elastic sheets and the upper and lower fabrics etc. are removed from the formwork and contracted using the elasticity of the rubber sheets, drawing each sewn part to the inside of the duvet to give it thickness and fullness, preventing the duvet from shifting, providing heat retention and a good fit, and enabling the duvet to be washed to clean the inside. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] The invention of claim 1 relates to a method for manufacturing a quilt that closes the edges of upper and lower fabrics arranged opposite each other, in which multiple elastic sheets are arranged between the upper and lower fabrics, each elastic sheet is stretched by pulling it in the length direction, and the ends of the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheets are temporarily fixed to a formwork, after which the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheets are sewn together at multiple points, and after sewing, the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, and the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are contracted to their original length by the elasticity of the rubber sheets and pulled inward, forming the thickness and fullness of the quilt in the center of the quilt to prevent the quilt from shifting position and to obtain heat retention and fitting. In the invention of claim 2, a rubber sheet of a predetermined length is disposed in the middle of the elastic sheet, so as to temporarily fix the upper and lower fabrics, etc., in a tensioned state against the formwork. The invention of claim 3 applies a greater tensile force to multiple elastic sheets in the center of the duvet than to the other elastic sheets when each elastic sheet is pulled, thereby increasing the amount of elongation and strengthening the tensile force of the upper and lower fabrics, etc.
[0009] In the invention of claim 4, when the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the elasticity of the elastic sheet draws each sewn part toward the inside of the comforter, moving the sewn part to the center of the comforter and forming a larger bulge in that part than in other parts, preventing the comforter from shifting position and providing good heat retention and fitting. The invention of claim 5 arranges connecting sheets on both sides of the rubber sheet of the elastic sheet and has hanging pieces at the ends of the connecting sheets, thereby realizing easy attachment of the elastic sheet to the formwork. According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, a plurality of hook portions to which the hook pieces can be attached and detached are protruded from the peripheral surface of the formwork, thereby enabling easy attachment and detachment of the elastic sheet to and from the formwork. The invention of claim 7 has multiple rubber sheets in the central part of the duvet for each elastic sheet formed to be the longest length, and the lengths of the connecting sheets away from the central part are formed to be gradually shorter, thereby adjusting the amount of stretch of each elastic sheet.
[0010] The invention of claim 8 makes the length of the connecting sheet in the central part of the duvet of each elastic sheet the shortest, and makes the lengths of the connecting sheets away from the central part gradually longer, thereby adjusting the amount of stretch of each elastic sheet. The invention of claim 9 forms the sewn portions of the elastic sheet in multiple places into curved lines that protrude inward or outward, forms the inner curved lines to be gradually gentler, and connects the sewn portions of the elastic sheet in a curved shape, thereby achieving a smooth and stable operating state. In the invention of claim 10, the sewn portions of the elastic sheet are formed in straight lines that intersect perpendicularly with the elastic sheet, and the sewn portions of the elastic sheet are connected in a straight line to ensure a smooth operating state. According to the invention of claim 11, after the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the curved line is corrected to a substantially straight line, thereby ensuring a smooth operating state. In the invention of claim 12, after the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the elasticity of the rubber sheet is used to correct the straight line into a curved line that curves inward, thereby ensuring a smooth operating state.
[0011] The invention of claim 13 relates to a comforter in which the edges of upper and lower fabrics arranged opposite each other are sealed, multiple elastic sheets are placed between the upper and lower fabrics, each elastic sheet is pulled and stretched in the length direction, and the ends of the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheets are temporarily fixed to a formwork, after which the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheets are sewn together at multiple points, and after sewing, the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheet are removed from the formwork and the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheet are contracted to their original length by the elasticity of the rubber sheets and pulled inward, forming the thickness and fullness of the comforter in the center of the comforter to prevent the comforter from shifting position and providing good heat retention and fitting. The invention of claim 14 has a rubber sheet of a predetermined length disposed in the middle of the elastic sheet, so as to realize temporary fixing in a tensioned state to the formwork of the upper and lower fabrics, etc. The invention of claim 15 applies a greater tensile force to the multiple elastic sheets in the central part of the duvet than to the other elastic sheets when each elastic sheet is pulled, thereby increasing the amount of elongation and strengthening the tensile force of the multiple elastic sheets in the central part.
[0012] In the invention of claim 16, when the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the elasticity of the rubber sheet is used to pull each sewn part toward the inside of the comforter, moving the sewn part to the centre of the comforter and making the bulge in that part larger than other parts, thereby forming the thickness and bulge of the comforter in the centre of the comforter, preventing the comforter from shifting position and providing good heat retention and fitting. The invention of claim 17 has connecting sheets arranged on both sides of the rubber sheet of the elastic sheet, and hanging pieces arranged on the ends of the connecting sheets, thereby enabling the elastic sheet to be easily attached to the formwork. The invention of claim 18 has multiple rubber sheets in the central part of the comforter of each elastic sheet formed to be the longest length, and the lengths of the connecting sheets away from the central part are formed to be gradually shorter, thereby adjusting the elasticity of each part of the rubber sheets. The invention of claim 19 makes the length of the connecting sheet in the central part of the duvet for each elastic sheet the shortest, and makes the lengths of the connecting sheets away from the central part gradually shorter, thereby adjusting the elasticity at each point of the rubber sheet.
[0013] The invention of claim 20 forms the sewn portions of the elastic sheet at multiple points into curved lines that protrude inward or outward, and forms the inner curved lines to become gradually gentler, thereby ensuring smooth and stable operation of the sewn portions. In the invention of claim 21, the sewn portions at a plurality of points of the elastic sheet are formed in straight lines that intersect perpendicularly with the elastic sheet, so that the sewn portions can be easily connected. In the invention of claim 22, after the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the elasticity of the rubber sheet is used to correct the curved line to an approximately straight line, so that the upper and lower fabrics, etc. are pulled compactly toward the center. In the invention of claim 23, after the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the elasticity of the rubber sheet is used to correct the straight line into a curved line that curves inward, allowing the upper and lower fabrics, etc. to operate smoothly and stably. The invention of claim 24 downproofs the upper and lower fabrics and seals the joints between them to prevent the polyester cotton from blowing out. The downproofing process also prevents water and detergent from penetrating the polyester cotton, making it possible to wash the comforter in a washing machine, for example. Regular washing keeps the comforter hygienic and allows for comfortable use. Effect of the Invention
[0014] The invention of claim 1 arranges multiple elastic sheets between upper and lower fabrics, pulls and stretches each elastic sheet in the lengthwise direction, temporarily fastens the ends of the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheets to a formwork, then sews the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheets together at multiple points, and after sewing, removes the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheet from the formwork and causes the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheet to shrink to their original length due to the elasticity of the rubber sheets and are pulled inward, thereby forming the thickness and fullness of the futon in the center of the futon to prevent the futon from shifting position, and achieving good heat retention and fitting. In the invention of claim 2, a rubber sheet of a predetermined length is disposed in the middle of the elastic sheet, so that the upper and lower fabrics, etc. can be temporarily fixed to the formwork in a tensioned state. The invention of claim 3 increases the amount of elongation by applying a greater tensile force to multiple elastic sheets in the center of the duvet than to the other elastic sheets when each elastic sheet is pulled, thereby strengthening the tensile force of the upper and lower fabrics, etc.
[0015] In the invention of claim 4, when the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheet are removed from the form, the elasticity of the elastic sheet draws each sewn part toward the inside of the comforter, moving the sewn parts to the center of the comforter, thereby making the bulge in that part larger than other parts, preventing the comforter from shifting position and providing good heat retention and fitting. According to the invention of claim 5, connecting sheets are arranged on both sides of the rubber sheet of the elastic sheet, and hooking pieces are arranged on the ends of the connecting sheets, so that the elastic sheet can be easily attached to the formwork. The invention of claim 6 has a plurality of protruding hanging portions on the peripheral surface of the formwork to which the hanging pieces can be attached and detached, so that the elastic sheet can be easily attached and detached to the formwork, thereby simplifying this type of work. The invention of claim 7 forms the length of the multiple rubber sheets in the central part of the duvet of each elastic sheet to be the longest, and forms the lengths of the connecting sheets away from the central part to be gradually shorter, thereby making it possible to adjust the amount of stretch of each elastic sheet.
[0016] The invention of claim 8 makes the length of the connecting sheet at the center of the duvet for each elastic sheet the shortest, and makes the lengths of the connecting sheets away from the center gradually longer, thereby making it possible to adjust the amount of stretch of each elastic sheet. The invention of claim 9 forms the sewn portions of the elastic sheet in multiple places in a curved line shape that protrudes inward or outward, and forms the inner curved line to be gradually gentler, thereby connecting the sewn portions of the elastic sheet in a curved shape, thereby achieving a smooth and stable operating state. In the invention of claim 10, the sewn portions of the elastic sheet are formed in straight lines that intersect perpendicularly to the elastic sheet, so that the sewn portions of the elastic sheet are connected in a straight line, thereby achieving a smooth operating state.
[0017] The invention of claim 11 has the effect of obtaining a smooth operating state, since after the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the curved line is corrected to an approximately straight line by the elasticity of the rubber sheet. In the invention of claim 12, after the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the elasticity of the rubber sheet is used to correct the straight line to a curved line that curves inward, thereby achieving a smooth operating state.
[0018] The invention of claim 13 arranges multiple elastic sheets between the upper and lower fabrics, pulls and stretches each elastic sheet in the lengthwise direction, temporarily fastens the ends of the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheets to a formwork, and then sews the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheets together at multiple points. After sewing, the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheets are removed from the formwork and the elasticity of the rubber sheets causes the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheets to shrink to their original lengths and are pulled inward, thereby forming the thickness and fullness of the futon in the center of the futon to prevent the futon from shifting position and providing good heat retention and fitting. According to the invention of claim 14, a rubber sheet of a predetermined length is disposed in the middle of the elastic sheet, so that the upper and lower fabrics can be temporarily fixed in a tensioned state against the formwork. The invention of claim 15 increases the amount of elongation by applying a greater tensile force to the multiple elastic sheets in the central part of the duvet than to the other elastic sheets when each elastic sheet is pulled, thereby strengthening the tensile force of the multiple elastic sheets in the central part.
[0019] The invention of claim 16 has the effect that, when the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the elasticity of the rubber sheet draws each sewn part toward the inside of the comforter, moving the sewn part to the centre of the comforter and making the bulge in that part larger than other parts, thereby forming the thickness and bulge of the comforter in the centre of the comforter, preventing the comforter from shifting position and providing good heat retention and fitting. According to the invention of claim 17, connecting sheets are arranged on both sides of the rubber sheet of the elastic sheet, and hooking pieces are arranged on the ends of the connecting sheets, so that the elastic sheet can be easily attached to the formwork. The invention of claim 18 has multiple rubber sheets in the central part of the duvet for each elastic sheet formed to be the longest length, and the lengths of the connecting sheets away from the central part are formed to be gradually shorter, thereby making it possible to adjust the elasticity of the rubber sheets at each point.
[0020] The invention of claim 19 makes the length of the connecting sheet in the central part of the duvet for each elastic sheet the shortest, and makes the lengths of the connecting sheets away from the central part gradually shorter, thereby making it possible to adjust the elasticity at each point of the rubber sheet. The invention of claim 20 has multiple sewn portions on the elastic sheet formed into curved lines protruding inward or outward, with the inner curved line being gradually gentler, thereby achieving smooth and stable operation of the sewn portions. In the invention of claim 21, the sewn portions at a plurality of points on the elastic sheet are formed in straight lines that intersect perpendicularly with the elastic sheet, so that the sewn portions can be connected simply.
[0021] In the invention of claim 22, after the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the curved line is corrected to an approximately straight line by the elasticity of the rubber sheet, so that the upper and lower fabrics, etc. can be pulled compactly to the center. In the invention of claim 23, after the upper and lower fabrics and elastic sheet are removed from the formwork, the straight line is modified to a curved line that curves inward by the elasticity of the rubber sheet, so that the upper and lower fabrics, etc. can be operated smoothly and stably. In the invention of claim 24, the upper and lower fabrics are downproofed, which seals the gaps between them to prevent the polyester cotton from blowing out and also prevents water and detergent from penetrating the polyester cotton, making it possible to wash the duvet completely, for example in a washing machine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0024] The present invention will now be described in terms of the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a duvet 1 to which the present invention is applied. An upper fabric 2 and a lower fabric 3 made of synthetic fiber fabric are arranged one above the other and have a horizontally elongated rectangular shape. These fabrics 2, 3 have been subjected to a known downproofing treatment to seal the seams. A horizontally elongated rectangular polyester cotton 4, 5 serving as a filling material is placed between the upper fabric 2 and the lower fabric 3, and a plurality of elastic sheets 6 are placed between the polyester cotton 4, 5 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the upper and lower fabrics 2, 3.
[0025] A plurality of hanging pieces 7 are sewn to the periphery of the upper fabric 2 and the lower fabric 3, and the hanging pieces 7 are formed by folding a sheet piece into a U-shape, with its base end being sewn to the periphery of the upper fabric 2 and the lower fabric 3, and the folded part at the other end being detachably hung on a wooden formwork 8. The formwork 8 is made by framing wooden boards into a horizontally elongated rectangle roughly the same shape as the upper and lower substrates 2 and 3, and has a number of hanging pins 9 protruding from its periphery, to which the folded portions of the hanging pieces 7 are detachably hung.
[0026] The elastic sheet 6 is attached with a certain tension in parallel to the horizontal frame of the formwork 8. As shown in Figure 4, this elastic sheet 6 has a slightly wide and long rubber sheet 10 placed in the middle, slightly narrow cloth connecting sheets 11 sewn to both sides of it, and the hanging pieces 7 are sewn to the tips of the connecting sheet 11. The multiple rubber sheets 10 in the center of the elastic sheet 6 are stretched by being given a large tension, while the other rubber sheets 10 are stretched by being given a slightly smaller tension. This mounting state is as shown in Figure 5, where the multiple rubber sheets 10 in the center are stretched long, while the other rubber sheets 10 are stretched shorter than that, and are gradually formed shorter toward the ends.
[0027] In this way, the upper fabric 2, the lower fabric 3, and the polyester cotton 4, 5 are placed on the formwork 8, and after a number of elastic sheets 6 with a certain tension are placed between them, the ends of these are hung on the formwork 8 and sewn together at a number of points to complete the comforter 1.
[0028] As shown in FIG. 5, the rubber sheet 10 and the connecting sheet 11 are sewn together at their connecting portions, which are curved outward. Using this sewing line as a reference, the elastic sheets 6 are sewn together at multiple points in their middle portions, which are curved outward. The curvature of the sewing line on the outside of the reference sewing line 12 is large, and the curvature of the sewing line on the inside of the reference sewing line 12 is gradually reduced. Therefore, the upper fabric 2, the lower fabric 3, and the polyester cotton 4, 5 are attached by being pulled outward by the tension of the stitching and the elastic sheet 6.
[0029] After the above-mentioned attachment, each of the hanging pieces 7 is detached from the hanging pins 9 of the formwork 8, and the upper fabric 2, the lower fabric 3 and the polyester cotton 4, 5 are removed from the formwork 8. By doing this, each elastic sheet 6 is released from the restraint of the hook pins 9, and the rubber sheet 10 contracts and recovers its original length, displacing inward and drawing inward the connecting sheet 11 and hook piece 7 sewn to the rubber sheet 10, and also drawing inward the upper fabric 2, lower fabric 3, and polyester cotton 4, 5 sewn to the elastic sheet 6. This situation is shown in Figure 6.
[0030] In this case, the multiple rubber sheets 10 in the center are given a large tension as described above, while the other rubber sheets 10 are given a slightly smaller tension, so that after each rubber sheet 10 is removed from the formwork 8, the multiple rubber sheets 10 in the center shrink more and the other rubber sheets 10 shrink less.
[0031] As each rubber sheet 10 shrinks in this manner, each of the sewing lines 12 to 17 sewn to the rubber sheet 10 in a crosswise manner is pulled inward, and the curved shape is gradually corrected. That is, the multiple stitching lines 12, 17 in the central portion are displaced gradually by the large contraction displacement, and the curved portions are pulled inward and displaced gradually, and are corrected to be approximately vertical. Similarly, the other sewing lines 15 to 14 are also drawn inward and gradually displaced, and are corrected to be approximately vertical lines.
[0032] In this way, after the upper fabric 2, the lower fabric 3, and the polyester cotton 4, 5 are removed from the formwork 8, they are pulled inward and displaced, and the resulting polymerization or swelling is accumulated and formed in the center of the futon, so that the futon is less likely to slip even when you turn over in your sleep, improving its fit.
[0033] After this, bed tape (not shown) is applied to the edges of the upper fabric 2, lower fabric 3, and polyester cotton 4, 5, closing their openings to prevent them from moving, and the edges are trimmed to give them a nice appearance, completing the processing of the duvet.
[0034] In the above-described embodiment, the upper fabric 2, the lower fabric 3, and the polyester cotton 4, 5, which are temporarily fixed to the formwork 8, are curved inward and outward and sewn to the elastic sheet 6, but this is not limited to the example and they may be sewn in a straight line at multiple points perpendicular to the elastic sheet 6. In that case, when the upper fabric 2, the lower fabric 3, and the polyester cotton 4, 5 are removed from the formwork 8, the straight sewing line is pulled inward and curved, and the resulting overlap or swelling accumulates on the inside, making the futon less likely to slip and improving its fit.
[0035] Thus, the method of making a duvet of the present invention involves preparing a form 8 of approximately the same shape as the duvet 1 and multiple elastic sheets 6, temporarily fastening the sheets 6 to the form 8, applying strong tension to the central elastic sheet 6, and removing the upper and lower fabrics 2 and 3 and the polyester cotton batting 4, 5 from the form 8 and allowing them to shrink, drawing them inward and moving them inwards, causing the polymerization or swelling to accumulate on the inside, preventing the duvet from slipping and improving its fit. Therefore, compared to conventional quilts in which the quilting of the surface fabric is mechanically and monotonously sewn in a grid pattern, the sewing lines are formed rationally, the sewing force is applied precisely, and sufficient fitting is obtained by the elasticity of the sheet rubber 10.
[0036] On the other hand, the duvet 1 produced in this manner has the upper fabric 2, the lower fabric 3 and the underside cloth 3 downproofed to seal the joints, thereby preventing the upper fabric 2, the lower fabric 3 and the polyester cotton 4, 5 from blowing out, and the downproofing process makes it difficult for water and detergent to penetrate the polyester cotton 4, 5, so the duvet 1 can be washed in a washing machine, for example. Regular washing keeps the duvet 1 hygienic and allows for comfortable use.
[0037] In addition, the duvet 1 of the present invention has multiple elastic sheets 6 arranged on the inside of the upper fabric 2 and the lower fabric 3, and the elasticity of the elastic sheets 6 prevents the upper fabric 2, the lower fabric 3 and the polyester cotton 4, 5 from expanding, ensuring a sufficient fitting between them. This means that less filling material such as feathers and polyester cotton can be used compared to conventional duvets, making the duvet 1 lighter and less costly.
[0038] In this way, the method of making a duvet and the duvet of the present invention place multiple elastic sheets on the inside of the duvet, and the elasticity of these elastic sheets is used to create thickness and fullness in the center of the duvet, thereby obtaining the desired heat retention and fitting properties, and the duvet can be washed completely to clean the inside, making it hygienic and comfortable to use. [Industrial Applicability]
[0039] The method of making a duvet and the duvet of the present invention involve placing multiple elastic sheets on the inside of the duvet, temporarily fixing the upper and lower fabrics etc. to a formwork in a stretched state using the elasticity of the elastic sheets, and sewing the elastic sheets and the upper and lower fabrics etc. together in multiple places, after which the elastic sheets and the upper and lower fabrics etc. are removed from the formwork and contracted using the elasticity of the rubber sheets, drawing each sewn part to the inside of the duvet to give it thickness and fullness, preventing the duvet from shifting, providing good heat retention and fitting, and allowing the duvet to be washed completely to clean the inside. 15. 14. The comforter according to claim 13, wherein when the elastic sheets are pulled, a greater tensile force is applied to the multiple elastic sheets in the center of the comforter than to the other elastic sheets, thereby increasing the amount of stretch.
16. A comforter as described in claim 13, wherein when the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the form, the elasticity of the elastic sheet draws each sewn portion toward the inside of the comforter, moving the sewn portion to the center of the comforter and forming a larger bulge in that portion than in other portions.
17. 14. The comforter according to claim 13, wherein connecting sheets are disposed on both sides of the rubber sheet of the elastic sheet, and hooking pieces are disposed on the ends of the connecting sheets.
18. 14. The comforter according to claim 13, wherein the length of the plurality of rubber sheets at the center of each elastic sheet is the longest, and the lengths of the connecting sheets away from the center are gradually shortened.
19. 14. The comforter according to claim 13, wherein the length of the connecting sheet in the center of each elastic sheet is made the shortest, and the lengths of the rubber sheets away from the center are made gradually shorter.
20. 14. The comforter according to claim 13, wherein the elastic sheet has a plurality of sewn portions formed in curved lines protruding inward or outward, the inner curved lines being gradually gentler.
21. 14. The comforter according to claim 13, wherein the elastic sheet has a plurality of sewn portions formed in straight lines intersecting the elastic sheet at right angles.
22. 21. The comforter according to claim 20, wherein after the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the form, the curved lines are corrected to approximately straight lines by the elasticity of the rubber sheet.
23. 23. The comforter according to claim 22, wherein after the upper and lower fabrics and the elastic sheet are removed from the form, the straight lines are corrected to curved lines curved inwardly by the elasticity of the rubber sheet.
24. 14. The comforter according to claim 13, wherein the upper and lower fabrics are downproofed.
