Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0015] Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or corresponding elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and overlapping descriptions are omitted as appropriate. The drawings may be drawn with some parts simplified or exaggerated for ease of understanding, and dimensional ratios and the like are not limited to those described in the drawings.
[0016] In the present disclosure, the rod-shaped cosmetic is, for example, lipstick, lip stick, lip liner, lip gloss, eyeliner, eyebrow, eyeshadow, concealer, or beauty stick. The rod-shaped cosmetic may be a rod-shaped material containing a solid material at normal temperature (for example, 25°C), or alternatively or additionally, a rod-shaped material containing a flexible material (for example, semi-solid, soft-solid, jelly-like, mousse-like, or a kneaded product containing these).
[0017] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the stick cosmetic 1 has a stick shape with a circular cross-section. The stick cosmetic 1 is housed in a tapered cylindrical container 2 to constitute a cosmetic tool 100. The cosmetic tool 100 can use the stick cosmetic 1 by feeding it out from the tip side of the container 2 by a feeding mechanism (not shown). That is, in the cosmetic tool 100, the stick cosmetic 1 can be applied in a state where at least a part of the end face and the outer peripheral surface (side surface) in the axial direction (hereinafter, also simply referred to as the "axial direction") of the stick cosmetic 1 is exposed. In the cosmetic tool 100, the stick cosmetic 1 may be loaded on a wooden shaft or a resin shaft, or may be loaded in a feeding cartridge. The stick cosmetic 1 may be an oil-based stick cosmetic, for example, the oil-based component may be 30% by mass or more and 80% by mass or less. The stick cosmetic 1 may contain a pearl pigment. The cross-sectional shape of the stick cosmetic 1 is not particularly limited, and may be a shape such as a polygonal shape, an elliptical shape, a flat circular shape, a droplet shape (also referred to as a teardrop shape or a teardrop shape).
[0018] As shown in FIG. 3, the stick cosmetic 1 has a multicolor region 11 composed of a plurality of regions whose cross-sections perpendicular to the axial direction are colored in N types (N is an integer of 2 or more). Here, the multicolor region 11 is a region that appears in the entire area other than the outer edge portion in the cross-section perpendicular to the axial direction of the stick cosmetic 1. The multicolor region 11 is a region that appears in the cross-section at any position in the axial direction of the stick cosmetic 1. The multicolor region 11 includes a pattern composed of at least any one of a dot pattern, a marble pattern, a camouflage pattern, and a mosaic pattern. The dot pattern is, for example, a pattern formed by arranging a plurality of dots (balls) regularly or irregularly. The marble pattern is, for example, a pattern imitating marble, and is a pattern formed by overlapping fine swirls or streaks, or overlapping a flowing shape in multiple colors. The camouflage pattern is, for example, a pattern with an atmosphere that blends into a forest or the like, and is also referred to as a camouflage pattern. The mosaic pattern is, for example, a pattern formed by joining small pieces together.
[0019] Among the plurality of regions color-coded with N types of colors in the multi-color region 11, the area of the largest maximum region is 30% or less of the total area of the multi-color region 11. Among the plurality of regions color-coded with N types of colors in the multi-color region 11, the area of the smallest minimum region is 0.1% or more of the total area of the multi-color region 11. The boundary lines of the plurality of regions color-coded with N types of colors in the multi-color region 11 are amorphous. The boundary lines of the plurality of regions color-coded with N types of colors in the multi-color region 11 do not form a fixed straight line or a fixed curve, but extend with fluctuations or irregularities. The number of intersections between the center line passing through the center of the multi-color region 11 and the boundary lines of the plurality of regions color-coded with N types of colors is 5 or more, preferably 10 or more, more preferably 15 or more, and even more preferably 20 or more.
[0020] The area of any one of the plurality of regions color-coded with N types of colors in the multi-color region 11 may be 0.1 - 30% of the whole of the multi-color region 11, or may be 0.2 - 5%. There may be 30 or more regions of each color in the multi-color region 11. Here, the multi-color region 11 includes approximately 30 A-color regions, approximately 30 B-color regions, and approximately 30 C-color regions. Between the multi-color region 11 of the first cross-section at an arbitrary position of the stick-shaped cosmetic 1 and the multi-color region 11 of the second cross-section at an arbitrary position different from the first cross-section, the area ratio of the regions of each color is equal. Between the multi-color region 11 of the first cross-section at an arbitrary position of the stick-shaped cosmetic 1 and the multi-color region 11 of the second cross-section at an arbitrary position different from the first cross-section, the arrangement of the regions of each color is different.
[0021] The stick-shaped cosmetic 1 can express a predetermined color obtained by mixing N colors in the multi-color region 11 as an application color. That is, the stick-shaped cosmetic 1 can express a predetermined color as an application color by mixing each color in the multi-color region 11 in an amount corresponding to the area ratio of the regions of each color in the multi-color region 11. As an example, in the stick-shaped cosmetic 1, the area ratio of the A-color region, the B-color region, and the C-color region in the multi-color region 11 is set to 1:1:1, and a predetermined color obtained by mixing the A color, the B color, and the C color at 1:1:1 is used as the application color. The predetermined color is theoretically the same color as the mixture of the three colors of the A color, the B color, and the C color. For example, the A color may be blue, the B color may be orange, the C color may be green, and the predetermined color may be brown.
[0022] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the outer peripheral surface of the stick-shaped cosmetic 1 has a predetermined color region 12 as a region of a predetermined color that is the application color. The predetermined color region 12 is provided on the entire outer peripheral surface of the stick-shaped cosmetic 1. As shown in FIG. 3, a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic 1 has the predetermined color region 12. The predetermined color region 12 in the cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the stick-shaped cosmetic 1 is an annular region provided so as to surround the multi-color region 11 at the outer edge portion of the cross section.
[0023] Next, a method for manufacturing the stick-shaped cosmetic 1 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. 4.
[0024] First, a plurality of single-color core materials constituting the stick-shaped cosmetic 1 are prepared for each of the N colors and the predetermined color (step S1: first step). The core material is a thin rod-shaped material. The shape of the cross section of the core material is not particularly limited, and for example, it is circular. Subsequently, a bottomed cylindrical cylindrical member is prepared. A plurality of core materials of a predetermined color are bundled while aligning the axial directions and packed into the outer edge portion inside the cylindrical member. Thereby, a plurality of core materials of a predetermined color are arranged at the outer edge portion inside the cylindrical member (step S2). A plurality of core materials of N colors are bundled while aligning the axial directions and packed into the inside of the cylindrical member without gaps except for the outer edge portion. Thereby, a plurality of core materials of N colors are randomly arranged without gaps outside the outer edge portion inside the cylindrical member (step S3).
[0025] In the above step S3, a plurality of core materials of N types of colors are arranged so that, except for the outer edge portion of the bulk block obtained in the subsequent process, a pattern formed of at least any one of a dot pattern, a marble pattern, a camouflage pattern, and a mosaic pattern is formed when viewed from the axial direction.
[0026] Subsequently, a plurality of core materials packed inside the cylindrical member are compressed and integrated in the axial direction using a press machine. Thereby, a columnar bulk block (intermediate body) is formed (step S4). The bulk block includes a plurality of core materials of a predetermined color in the outer edge portion and a plurality of core materials of N types of colors outside the outer edge portion. In the bulk block, a plurality of core materials are integrated. Subsequently, the bulk block is extrusion-molded by an extrusion molding machine to obtain, for example, a rod-shaped cosmetic 1 having a diameter (width) that is 1 / 10 of the diameter (width) of the bulk block (step S4).
[0027] As described above, the rod-shaped cosmetic 1 has a predetermined color region 12 on the outer peripheral surface, and can exhibit a predetermined color as the coating color on its appearance. Therefore, the user can easily grasp the coating color.
[0028] In the rod-shaped cosmetic 1, the predetermined color region 12 on the outer peripheral surface is provided over the entire surface of the outer peripheral side surface. In this case, the user can more easily grasp the coating color.
[0029] In the rod-shaped cosmetic 1, the multicolor region 11 includes a pattern formed of at least any one of a dot pattern, a marble pattern, a camouflage pattern, and a mosaic pattern. In this case, the aesthetic property can be enhanced by the color pattern included in the multicolor region 11. Also, since it is difficult to grasp the coating color at a glance from the multicolor region 11, the above-described effect that the user can easily grasp the coating color is effective.
[0030] In the rod-shaped cosmetic 1, a cross-section perpendicular to the axial direction has the predetermined color region 12. In this case, the predetermined color as the coating color can also be exhibited in the cross-section of the rod-shaped cosmetic 1, and the user can more easily grasp the coating color.
[0031] The embodiments of the stick cosmetic and its manufacturing method according to the present disclosure have been described above. However, the stick cosmetic and its manufacturing method according to the present disclosure are not limited to the contents of the above-described embodiments.
[0032] In the above-described embodiments, the entire outer peripheral surface of the stick cosmetic 1 is the predetermined color region 12. However, a part of the outer peripheral surface of the stick cosmetic 1 may be the predetermined color region 12. In short, it is sufficient that the side surface of the stick cosmetic 1 has a region of a predetermined color. For example, one aspect of the present disclosure may be the stick cosmetic 1A shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
[0033] The stick cosmetic 1A is housed in the container 2 to form the cosmetic tool 100A. The outer peripheral surface of the stick cosmetic 1A includes a striped pattern. Here, the entire outer peripheral surface of the stick cosmetic 1 exhibits a striped pattern. The striped pattern on the outer peripheral surface of the stick cosmetic 1 extends along the axial direction and is composed of a plurality of linear regions colored with N types of colors. Further, the striped pattern on the outer peripheral surface of the stick cosmetic 1 extends along the axial direction and includes a predetermined color region 13 which is a linear region colored with a predetermined color. As shown in FIG. 7, the cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the stick cosmetic 1A has a predetermined color region 13. The predetermined color region 13 is provided at the outer edge portion of the cross section of the stick cosmetic 1A. Even in such a stick cosmetic 1A, the user can easily grasp the application color.
[0034] In the above-described embodiments, for example, the number of core materials used, the cross-sectional shape of the stick cosmetic 1, the shape of the pattern of the multi-color region 11, the color matching pattern of the pattern of the multi-color region 11, and the density of the pattern of the multi-color region 11 are not particularly limited.
[0035] In the above-described embodiments, a bulk block was formed as an intermediate. However, without forming a bulk block (without performing the above steps S2 and S3), a bundle of a plurality of core materials of N types of colors and a plurality of core materials of a predetermined color arranged around them with their axial directions aligned may be used. In this case, a guide of an arbitrary shape may be inserted into the cylinder of the extrusion molding machine, and a plurality of the core materials may be arranged therein. In the above-described embodiments, powder or paste may be attached to the core material, or powder or paste may be attached to a bundle of a plurality of core materials. In the above-described embodiments, the oil absorption amount or hardness of the core material is not limited, and various oil absorption amounts or hardnesses may be used.
[0036] In the above-described embodiments, the 30% by mass of the oily component of the core material may be approximately 30% by mass, and may have errors in measurement or the like. In the above-described embodiments, the 80% by mass of the oily component of the core material may be approximately 80% by mass, and may have errors in measurement or the like. In the above-described embodiments, the term "equal" may not only be completely equal, but may also be approximately equal, allowing differences in the degree of measurement errors.
[0037] Each configuration in the above-described embodiments or modified examples can be arbitrarily applied to each configuration in other embodiments or modified examples. A part of each configuration in the above-described embodiments or modified examples can be appropriately omitted without departing from the gist of one aspect of the present invention. The shape, position, size, number, material, and arrangement mode of each part of the above-described embodiments or modified examples can be appropriately changed within the scope of the above-described gist.
