Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an opening / closing device installation structure for fixing an opening / closing device that closes an opening / closing body along a guide rail, and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background Art

[0002] A general shutter device includes an opening / closing body that closes in a manner of partitioning a space, a guide rail that guides the opening / closing body in the vertical direction, and a storage section (shutter box) that stores the opening / closing body on the open side thereof. By the way, in recent years, there are cases where a large building frame is made of wood, and a large shutter device such as a weighted shutter is installed on the wooden frame. In such a case, since the storage section is relatively heavy, there is a risk that the strength of the wooden frame supporting the storage section and the strength of the fastening portion using screws or the like may be insufficient. Therefore, for example, there is a conventional technique in which a strong support (base member) such as made of steel is fixed to the wooden frame to reinforce the wooden frame, and the storage section is fastened to this support (see Patent Document 1). In this conventional technique, the support is overlapped and fastened with screws from the front side to a hanging portion on the ceiling side (for example, a dropped ceiling or a beam) in the wooden frame, and the storage section is fixed to this support (see Patent Document 1).

Embodiment for Carrying Out the Invention

[0008] Next, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In this specification, the "width direction of the opening / closing body" means a direction that is substantially orthogonal to the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing body and is not the thickness direction of the opening / closing body. Further, the "outside in the width direction of the opening / closing body" means the direction side that goes outward along the width direction of the opening / closing body, and the "inside in the width direction of the opening / closing body" means the direction side that goes inward along the width direction of the opening / closing body. For example, with reference to the right guide rail, the outside in the width direction of the opening / closing body means the right side of this guide rail, and the inside in the width direction of the opening / closing body with reference to the same guide rail means the left side of this guide rail.

[0009] The opening / closing device installation structure A shown in FIG. 1 fixes an opening / closing device 1 that closes an opening / closing body along the left and right guide rails 20, 20 between the wooden walls x1, x1 (fixed parts) on both sides by a base frame 2, a pressure contact tool 3, etc. (see FIG. 4).

[0010] The opening / closing device 1 includes an opening / closing body 10 that closes while partitioning a space, left and right guide rails 20, 20 that guide the opening / closing body 10 in the closing direction and the opening direction, and a storage unit 30 that feeds out the opening / closing body 10 in the closing direction or stores it in the opening direction above the opening / closing body 10.

[0011] The opening / closing body 10 is formed by connecting a plurality of slats formed by bending a horizontally long substantially rectangular metal plate so as to rotate between the upper and lower sides. This opening / closing body 10 may be referred to as a slat shutter curtain. As another example of this opening / closing body 10, a mode made of a flexible sheet such as fire resistance, a mode made of a plurality of panels, a mode in which a plurality of pipes are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, a mode in which slats, flexible sheets, panels, pipes, etc. are appropriately combined, etc. are possible.

[0012] The guide rail 20 is a long member that is continuous in the vertical direction at each of both ends in the width direction of the opening / closing body 10. This guide rail 20 is disposed on both sides of an opening that is opened and closed by the opening / closing body 10 so as to guide the widthwise end portions of the opening / closing body 10 in the opening / closing direction. This guide rail 20 is formed of a hard metal material (for example, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, alloys containing these, etc.).

[0013] According to a preferred example particularly shown in FIG. 3, this guide rail 20 has a covering portion 21 that extends to the prospective surface side of the vertical frame portion 2a so as to cover the head of the nut-shaped member 3a. This covering portion 21 covers the prospective surface of the vertical frame portion 2a over substantially the entire length in the vertical direction so as to sandwich a substantially sealed air layer S1 between the covering portion 21 and the prospective surface of the vertical frame portion 2a. The head of the nut-shaped member 3a that constitutes the pressure contact tool 3 is located in the air layer S1. According to this configuration, the air layer S1 alleviates the transfer of heat from the guide rail 20 to the nut-shaped member 3a.

[0014] The guide rail 20 having the above configuration is integrally formed with the vertical frame portion 2a of the base frame 2 to be described later. According to an example shown in FIG. 3, the guide rail 20 is fixedly and immovably attached to the front surface (search surface) and the prospective surface of the vertical frame portion 2a by welding or the like.

[0015] The storage portion 30 includes a winding shaft 31 for winding and unwinding the opening / closing body 10, shaft support brackets 32, 32 that support the winding shaft 31 at both ends thereof, a winding shaft case 33 that covers the periphery of the winding shaft 31 and the opening / closing body 10 wound around the winding shaft 31, an opening / closing machine 34 that is a drive source for driving the winding shaft 31 to rotate, and a suspension reinforcement portion 35 that receives and suspends the shaft support brackets 32, 32 and the winding shaft case 33 from below and reinforces them, and is fixed to the connection portion 2b side of the base frame 2 (see FIGS. 1 and 2).

[0016] The winding shaft 31 is configured as a long cylindrical shape extending in the width direction of the opening / closing body and is rotatably supported. This winding shaft 31 may be configured in a manner such that a winding body is rotatably supported via a bearing on the outer periphery of a non-rotatable fixed shaft, or a shaft portion integral with the winding body is rotatably supported via a bearing with respect to the shaft support bracket 32, etc.

[0017] Two shaft support brackets 32 are provided at intervals in the lateral width direction so as to be positioned on both sides of the winding shaft 31. The rear end sides of these two shaft support brackets 32, 32 are respectively connected to the upper end vicinity portion of the vertical frame portion 2a by fixing with a fixing tool (for example, a screw, a bolt, a rivet, etc.) not shown in the figure or by welding.

[0018] The suspension reinforcement portion 35 is configured by connecting a plurality of long rigid members (for example, various steel materials such as angle steel, channel steel, and C-shaped steel). The lower end side of the suspension reinforcement portion 35 receives the winding shaft case 33 and the shaft support brackets 32, 32 from below via a receiving member 35a extending in the lateral width direction. Further, the upper end side of the suspension reinforcement portion 35 is connected to the protruding column portion 2b3 (see FIG. 1) of the base frame 2.

[0019] A cover portion 26 is provided below the suspension reinforcement portion 35 so as to surround the opening and closing path of the opening and closing body 10 at the height position of the ceiling portion x2. This cover portion 26 is fixed to a fixed portion (for example, the receiving member 35a or other fixed members on the ceiling side) near the ceiling portion x2.

[0020] The base frame 2 is provided between the wooden walls x1, x1 on both sides which are fixed portions. The opening and closing device 1 having the above configuration is fixed to this base frame 2.

[0021] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the base frame 2 includes vertical frame portions 2a, 2a positioned on the left and right sides of the opening a, and a connecting portion 2b that connects and integrates the upper end vicinity portions of these vertical frame portions 2a, 2a. According to the illustrated example, it is configured in a substantially gate shape in a front view.

[0022] Each of the vertical frame portion 2a, the upper and lower horizontal frame portions 2b1, 2b1, the central connecting portion 2b2, the protruding column portion 2b3, etc. that constitute the connecting portion 2b is formed by processing a long member made of a hard metal material (according to the illustrated example, a prismatic steel material) to an appropriate length.

[0023] The left and right vertical frame portions 2a are arranged along the left and right vertical edges of the opening a. A plurality of horizontal through-holes 2a1 are provided at intervals in the vertical direction in each vertical frame portion 2a, and a pressure contact tool 3 described later is mounted in a penetrating manner in each through-hole 2a1.

[0024] The connecting portion 2b integrally includes a plurality of horizontal frame portions 2b1 spaced apart in the vertical direction, a central connecting portion 2b2 that connects these horizontal frame portions 2b1 at substantially the center in the width direction, and a protruding column portion 2b3 that protrudes upward from substantially the center of the uppermost connecting portion 2b.

[0025] Both the left end side and the right end side of each horizontal frame portion 2b1 are connected to the left and right vertical frame portions 2a, 2a by welding or the like.

[0026] One end side of the central connecting portion 2b2 is connected to the upper horizontal frame portion 2b1 by welding or the like, and the other end side is connected to the lower horizontal frame portion 2b1 by welding or the like to reinforce the upper and lower horizontal frame portions 2b1, 2b1.

[0027] One end side of the protruding column portion 2b3 is connected to the upper connecting portion 2b by welding or the like, and the other end side protrudes upward. The above-described suspension reinforcement portion 35 is connected to this protruding column portion 2b3.

[0028] The pressure contact tool 3 includes a nut-shaped member 3a fixed to the vertical frame portion 2a along the central axis in the width direction of the opening and closing body, and a bolt-shaped member 3b screwed into the nut-shaped member 3a with the tip side facing outward in the width direction of the opening and closing body. By rotating the head on the rear end side of the nut-shaped member 3a with a tool or the like, the tip side of the bolt-shaped member 3b is projected outward in the width direction of the opening and closing body from the vertical frame portion 2a and is pressure-contacted with a fixed portion (according to FIG. 3, a receiving member 4 provided on the end face of the wooden wall x1).

[0029] The nut-shaped member 3a is a nut made of a hard metal material (for example, steel material, stainless steel, etc.) and is fixed to the outer surface on the inner side in the width direction of the opening and closing body of the vertical frame portion 2a by welding or the like.

[0030] According to the illustrated example, the bolt-shaped member 3b is a hexagonal bolt made of a hard metal material (e.g., steel, stainless steel, etc.). This bolt-shaped member 3b is screwed into the nut-shaped member 3a from the outside in the width direction of the opening / closing body, penetrates the vertical frame portion 2a, and projects its tip side to the outside in the width direction of the opening / closing body of the vertical frame portion 2a.

[0031] As another example of the bolt-shaped member 3b, it is also possible to adopt a mode having a hexagonal hole or a cross hole in the head, or a mode in which the head can be rotated manually (e.g., a butterfly screw, etc.).

[0032] The wooden structure X to which the opening / closing device 1 is to be installed is a large building mainly made of wood. The wooden structure X in the illustrated example has an opening a opened and closed by the opening / closing body 10, wooden walls x1, x1 located on both sides of this opening a, a ceiling portion x2 covering the lower side of the storage portion 30, etc.

[0033] The wooden wall x1 has a wooden base x11 extending in the vertical direction in a portion near the opening a, and covers the expected surface and the found surface of this wooden base x11 with a plurality of (two in the illustrated example) fire-resistant members x12 (e.g., gypsum board, calcium silicate board, etc.), and further covers this fire-resistant member x12 with a wooden decorative board x13.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 3, the wooden wall x1 is provided with a recess x1a recessed in a corner shape on the side of the opening a and the front side in the fire-resistant member x12. A receiving member 4 is provided in this recess x1a so as to receive the tip of the bolt-shaped member 3b of the pressure contact tool 3.

[0035] Furthermore, in this recess x1a, the vertical frame portion 2a of the base frame 2 is fitted in a state where an air layer S2 is secured. The air layer S2 is an air layer secured between the vertical frame portion 2a, the wooden wall x1, and the receiving member 4, and alleviates the heat transfer from the vertical frame portion 2a to the wooden wall x1.

[0036] The decorative board x13 covers the outer surfaces of the vertical frame portion 2a and the fire-resistant member x12. This decorative board x13 also functions as a charring member. That is, in the unlikely event that the decorative board x13 catches fire due to a fire or the like, this decorative board x13 forms a carbonized layer and functions as a charring layer that blocks heat transfer, and the inner fire-resistant member x12 functions as a fire-stopping member that prevents further spread of fire.

[0037] Also, a fire-resistant sealing material x14 is filled in the gap formed between the end of the decorative board x13 and the guide rail 20 (see Fig. 3). The fire-resistant sealing material x14 is filled in the gap in a state having fluidity and cures at normal temperature to become a fire-resistant elastic body.

[0038] The receiving member 4 is formed in an angle shape from a hard metal material (for example, steel material or stainless steel). This receiving member 4 fits into the corner-like portion in the recess x1a and is fixed by a fastening tool (not shown) or the like. This receiving member 4 may be formed to have a length extending substantially over the entire vertical length of the vertical frame portion 2a. As another example, a plurality of receiving members 4 may be provided at intervals in the vertical direction so as to correspond to the plurality of pressure contact members 3 in the vertical direction.

[0039] The receiving member 4 having the above configuration prevents the wooden wall x1 (particularly the fire-resistant member x12) from being deformed or damaged by the pressing force at the tip of the bolt-like member 3b of the pressure contact member 3.

[0040] <Regarding the manufacturing method> Next, the manufacturing method features of the opening / closing device installation structure A will be described in detail. First, the receiving member 4 having the above configuration is attached to each wooden wall x1 (see Figs. 3 and 4).

[0041] Next, the base frame 2 is provided between the left and right wooden walls x1, x1 which are immovable parts. Specifically, each vertical frame portion 2a of the base frame 2 is fitted into the recess x1a of the corresponding wooden wall x1.

[0042] Then, for all the crimping tools 3, the head of the bolt-shaped member 3b is tightened by a tool such as a wrench, and the tip of the bolt-shaped member 3b is crimped to the receiving member 4 respectively.

[0043] Therefore, the base frame 2 is fixed by receiving the reaction force due to the tightening of the plurality of crimping tools 3 from both the left and right sides (see Fig. 4).

[0044] After that, the left and right shaft support brackets 32, 32 are attached to the base frame 2 fixed as described above, and the storage portion 30 is assembled (see Figs. 1 and 2).

[0045] Also, the left and right guide rails 20 are connected to the left and right vertical frame portions 2a, 2a respectively by appropriate connecting means (for example, welding, screwing, riveting, etc.). Note that the work of connecting the guide rail 20 to the base frame 2 can be performed either before or after fixing the base frame 2 between the wooden walls x1, x1.

[0046] <Function and Effect> Therefore, according to the opening / closing device installation structure A and its manufacturing method having the above configuration, even in a wooden structure X without a lowered ceiling on the back side (rear side), the base frame 2 can be fixed using the left and right wooden walls x1, x1, and the workability is good, and damage to the wooden wall x1 during the work can be reduced. In addition, heat due to a fire or the like can be blocked from being transmitted from the guide rail 20 to the wooden floor x11 by the air layers S1, S2 around the vertical frame portion 2a and the fire-resistant member x12, etc., and thus, the wooden floor x11 can be prevented from being thermally deteriorated or burned.

[0047] <Modification Example Shown in Fig. 5> According to the above embodiment, the crimping tools 3 are provided for the left and right vertical frame portions 2a, 2a respectively. However, as another example, it is also possible to omit the crimping tool 3 for either one of the left and right vertical frame portions 2a. That is, in the base frame 2' shown in FIG. 5, the pressure contact tool 3 is provided only on one of the left and right vertical frame portions 2a, 2a, and this pressure contact tool 3 is pressure contacted to one of the corresponding wooden walls x1, and the other vertical frame portion 2a is directly abutted against the other wooden wall x1 facing it. According to this base frame 2', the operation of tightening the pressure contact tool 3 can be performed on only one of the left and right sides.

[0048] <Modification example shown in FIG. 6> According to the above embodiment, as a particularly preferable example, the outer surface of the fire-resistant member x12 is covered with the decorative board x13. However, as another example, as shown in FIG. 6, it is also possible to adopt a mode in which the decorative board x13 is omitted.

[0049] <Modification example shown in FIG. 7> According to the above embodiment, the base frame 2 and the guide rail 20 are configured separately. However, as another example, it is also possible to provide an integral guide rail on the vertical frame portion that is a part of the base frame. The opening / closing device installation structure illustrated in FIG. 7 is obtained by omitting the guide rail 20 from the above opening / closing device installation structure A and replacing the above base frame 2 with a base frame 2' having an integral guide rail. The base frame 2' is obtained by replacing the left and right vertical frame portions 2a, 2a in the above base frame 2 with vertical frame portions 2a', respectively.

[0050] Each vertical frame portion 2a' is formed in a long shape with a substantially rectangular frame-shaped cross section continuous in the vertical direction. On the front side of this vertical frame portion 2a', a guide rail portion 2a3' is provided to surround the widthwise end portion of the opening / closing body 10 in a concave cross section and guide it in the vertical direction, and a pressure contact tool 3 is provided on the back side of the vertical frame portion 2a'.

[0051] This vertical frame portion 2a' fits into the recess x1a of the wooden wall x1 so as to secure an air layer S in a substantially airtight state between it and the wooden wall x1. The gaps formed around the air layer S, such as the gap between the vertical frame portion 2a' and the end portion of the decorative board x13, are filled with a fire-resistant sealing material x14.

[0052] In the wall portion on the opening a side in the vertical frame portion 2a' and the wall portion on the wooden wall x1 side, concentric through holes 2a1' and 2a2' are provided. The pressure contact tool 3 is inserted and mounted in these through holes 2a1' and 2a2'. Specifically, the nut-shaped member 3a of the pressure contact tool 3 is welded to the inner wall surface on the wooden wall x1 side of the vertical frame portion 2a' in a substantially concentric manner with the through holes 2a1' and 2a2'. The bolt-shaped member 3b is inserted through the through hole 2a1' and screwed into the nut-shaped member 3a, and its tip portion is pressure contacted with the receiving member 4. The through hole 2a1' on the opening a side is formed in a shape and size that allows the bolt-shaped member 3b and a tool for tightening the bolt-shaped member 3b to be inserted. According to these configurations, by tightening the bolt-shaped member 3b with a tool or the like, the base frame 2' can be fixed immovably.

[0053] The upper end sides of the left and right vertical frame portions 2a' and 2a' are connected by a horizontally long and elongated connecting portion (not shown) extending across these vertical frame portions 2a' and 2a'. In this other example, the storage portion 30 may be fixed to the vertical frame portions 2a' and 2a', may be fixed to the connecting portion (not shown), or may be fixed to another immovable portion (for example, the lowered wall of the wooden structure X).

[0054] Therefore, according to the aspect shown in FIG. 7, with a simpler structure, it is possible to improve the installation workability of the opening and closing device 1 and reduce the damage to the wooden structure X caused by the installation work.

[0055] <Other Modification Examples> According to the above embodiment, the pressure contact tool 3 is configured as a nut-shaped member 3a and a bolt-shaped member 3b. However, this pressure contact tool may be configured to project outward in the width direction of the opening and closing body from the base frame 2 and be pressure contacted with the opposing portion when operated. As another example of this pressure contact tool, a mode may be adopted in which a rack portion engaged with a gear portion advances outward in the width direction of the opening and closing body from the base frame 2 when the gear portion is rotated.

[0056] In the above-described embodiment, the opening / closing device 1 is installed in the opening a between the prospective surfaces of the wooden wall x1 on the left side and the prospective surface of the wooden wall x1 on the right side. However, as another example, it is also possible to adopt a structure in which the opening / closing device 1 is installed between the wall surfaces on both sides of the passage. That is, in this other example, the base frame 2 is fixed by pressing the pressure contact tool 3 against the wall surfaces on both sides that form the passage, and the opening / closing device 1 is attached to this base frame 2.

[0057] According to the above-described embodiment, the opening / closing device installation structure A is applied as a structure for installing the opening / closing device 1 on the wooden housing X. However, this opening / closing device installation structure A can also be applied as a structure for installing the opening / closing device 1 on a housing made of reinforced concrete.

[0058] According to the above-described embodiment, as a particularly preferable example, the base frame 2 is formed of a hard metal material. However, as another example, the base frame 2 can be formed of a material other than a hard metal having appropriate strength, such as synthetic resin, ceramic, or wood.

[0059] Further, the present invention is not limited to the above-described specific configuration, and can be appropriately changed without changing the gist of the present invention.

[0060] <Summary> As described above, the following inventions are disclosed in the above-described embodiment.
