Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to a dishwashing sheet for use in the kitchen.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, as a dishwashing agent for use in the kitchen, a liquid detergent stored in a bottle has been used.
[0003] Regarding the components of the detergent, depending on the type of food residue attached to the tableware, it is a detergent for removing oily components, or a detergent component that easily dissolves starchy food residues such as rice dregs, and the types of liquid detergents are changed according to the components of the food residues to be washed and stored in resin containers.
[0004] Therefore, several types of detergent containers are prepared in the kitchen, occupying the kitchen space centered around the sink.
[0005] Furthermore, generally, since the detergent is used to wash tableware through a medium such as a sponge, after washing the tableware, the medium sponge must be washed again for hygiene management such as removing bacteria, etc. (for example, see Patent Document 1).

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0007] Thus, the actual situation of dishwashing agents in the kitchen is generally that several types of detergent storage resin containers are always arranged in a narrow kitchen space, and the resin containers are selected according to the purpose of dishwashing to perform the dishwashing operation. Furthermore, automatic dishwashers have the drawback that the occupied space is even larger.
[0008] Therefore, the space occupied by such a dishwashing detergent compresses the cooking space, causing an obstruction to the cooking operation, and the operation of extracting the liquid detergent from the container also requires a pushing-out operation while holding the container, which is complicated and goes against the efficiency improvement of the dishwashing operation.
[0009] Furthermore, in conventional dishwashing, since the sponge is impregnated with the detergent and foamed with water for washing, after the washing operation, the sponge needs to be washed again to remove the attachment of bacteria, etc., which is one of the complicated operations after dishwashing.
[0010] In this invention, the detergent itself is impregnated into a disposable sheet, which can simplify its handling and the washing operation. Since it is a sheet-shaped detergent, it does not require space for storage like a resin container, and can be discarded after use. Also, since it is made of cotton material, even if discarded, it will not have an adverse impact on environmental hygiene, and can greatly improve the convenience of handling and storing the detergent. The present invention aims to provide a dishwashing detergent sheet for kitchen use.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0011] This invention relates to a dishwashing detergent sheet for kitchen use, which is obtained by impregnating a sheet body made of a disposable cotton material having a certain area and a certain shape with a dishwashing detergent.
[0012] Also, as the dishwashing detergent, one or more of surfactants such as sodium alkyl ether sulfate and fatty acids, surfactants such as alkylamine oxide, and alcohol preparations such as ethanol and polylysine are used.
[0013] Also, the sheet body is characterized in that it is a disposable cotton material with surface porosity in which air storage spaces are concentrated.
[0014] Also, the sheet body is characterized in that it is substantially circular or square in shape.
[0015] In addition, the dishwashing detergent to be impregnated is characterized in that it contains an extract component of tea leaves to maintain an antibacterial function.
Advantages of the Invention
[0016] According to this invention, by impregnating a sheet body made of a disposable cotton material having a certain area and a certain shape with a dishwashing detergent, it is no longer necessary to place dishwashing detergents or sponges around the sink. As a result, a cooking space can be secured as wide as possible. In addition, the operation of extracting dishwashing detergent from the sponge is also unnecessary, and complicated operations during dishwashing can be omitted.
[0017] In addition, as the dishwashing detergent, one or more of surfactants such as sodium alkyl ether sulfate and fatty acids, surfactants such as alkylamine oxide, and alcohol preparations such as ethanol and polylysine may be used. With such a configuration, oily components attached to tableware and cooking utensils can be efficiently removed. In addition, according to the dishwashing detergent sheet containing these components, it is possible to exert an antibacterial effect. Therefore, it is also expected to prevent stickiness and food poisoning caused by unwashed soiled parts of tableware and cooking utensils.
[0018] In addition, since the sheet body is a disposable cotton material with surface porosity in which air storage spaces are concentrated, when water is contained in this dishwashing detergent sheet and tableware etc. are rubbed, in response to this operation, the opening and closing of the air storage spaces on the surface of the sheet body are repeated, and dishwashing detergent can exude from the sheet body while enclosing air to achieve good foaming.
[0019] Moreover, because such a surface structure causes friction with the fine irregularities on the surface of the finger, it is possible to prevent the sheet from slipping off during dishwashing when it becomes slippery due to the detergent. In addition, since the contact area with dirt increases, the dirt on the surface of the tableware can be more firmly caught.
[0020] By making the sheet body substantially circular or square, it is possible to provide a dishwashing sheet that can be used according to the shape of the inner bottom of tableware and cooking utensils. Thereby, it is possible to surely wash while rubbing even the inner bottom corners that are difficult to wash.
[0021] Furthermore, according to such a dishwashing sheet, a plurality of sheets can be stacked and stored in a drawer or a box. Thereby, even while securing a wide cooking space, it can be taken out and used when necessary, so that the dishwashing work can be efficiently performed.
[0022] By mixing the extract component of tea leaves into the dishwashing agent to be impregnated and maintaining the antibacterial function, it is possible to provide a dishwashing sheet having a highly safe antibacterial function.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0024] The gist of this invention relates to a dishwashing sheet for kitchen use in which a sheet body made of a disposable cotton material having a certain area and a certain shape is impregnated with a dishwashing agent.
[0025] As a dishwashing detergent, one or more of surfactants such as sodium alkyl ether sulfate and fatty acids, surfactants such as alkylamine oxide, and alcohol preparations such as ethanol and polylysine are used.
[0026] The sheet body is characterized in that it is a disposable cotton material with surface porosity that intensifies the air storage space.
[0027] Also, the sheet body is characterized in that it is substantially circular or square.
[0028] Also, the dishwashing detergent to be impregnated is characterized in that an extract component of tea leaves is mixed therein to maintain an antibacterial function.
[0029] Examples of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an external view of a dishwashing detergent sheet A for kitchen use according to the present invention.
[0030] As shown in FIG. 1, the dishwashing detergent sheet A for kitchen use according to the present invention is formed by impregnating a sheet body 10 made of a disposable cotton material having a certain area and a certain shape with a dishwashing detergent.
[0031] The shape is substantially circular or substantially square. When washing the inside of a dish such as a deep-bottomed bowl with a circular bottom, the substantially circular dishwashing detergent sheet A is attached to the inside of the dish and stored in a state where it is rubbed with water to generate foam for washing.
[0032] As the dishwashing detergent, one or more of surfactants such as sodium alkyl ether sulfate and fatty acids, surfactants such as alkylamine oxide, and alcohol preparations such as ethanol and polylysine are used. An extract component of tea leaves is mixed in these dishwashing detergents to maintain an antibacterial function.
[0033] In addition, the sheet body 10 is made of a disposable cotton material with surface porosity that intensifies the air storage space 24. That is, by using a cotton material with a coarse texture, as many air storage spaces 24 as possible are formed inside to improve the foaming function of the impregnated detergent and enhance the cleaning function.
[0034] In addition, if necessary, the sheet body 10 is drilled with a large number of holes with a diameter of about several millimeters to increase the air-containing function and also improve the foaming function.
[0035] The thickness of the disposable sheet body 10 has various types, such as 50 μm to 100 μm, 100 μm to 500 μm, or 500 μm to 1000 μm, etc. It is configured so that it can be timely selected and used from sheet bodies 10 with different thicknesses according to the type and adhesion situation of food residues adhering to tableware.
[0036] Therefore, several types of sheet bodies 10 with different thicknesses are prepared so that the dishwashing detergent sheet A with various thicknesses of the sheet body 10 can be selected according to the situation of the object B to be cleaned.
[0037] In addition, as shown in Fig. 1(a), these sheet bodies 10 are stacked and stored in a predetermined case C so that they can be pulled out one by one from the upper opening. For example, like the pulling-out structure of tissue paper, each sheet body 10 is alternately folded in half and stacked, and as the upper sheet body 10 is pulled out, the sheet body 10 below it pops out from the opening of the case C, enabling the next sheet body 10 to be pulled out. In this way, the storage and retrieval of the dishwashing detergent sheet A can be efficiently carried out in the kitchen space.
[0038] In addition, the dishwashing detergent to be impregnated is characterized by being mixed with an extract component of tea leaves to maintain the antibacterial function. Therefore, the dishwashing detergent can also perform the sterilization and antibacterial function after cleaning. Along with the removal of dirt from the dishes by the simple sheet body 10, the sterilization and antibacterial treatment of the dishes can be carried out, and the subsequent sanitary management of dish storage becomes easier.
[0039] In actual cleaning, as shown in Fig. 1(b), the sheet body 10 of the present invention is immersed in water in advance to impregnate it with water, and in this state, it is pressed against the soiled part of the tableware and rubbed to clean the soiled part while generating foaming.
[0040] Compared with the operation of impregnating a sponge with a detergent and rubbing it, since it is in the form of a sheet, when the sheet body 10 is brought into close contact with the soiled part of the tableware, the sheet body 10 is pressed with the fingertip of the finger and rubbed while moving, so that the tableware cleaning operation can be performed while feeling it with the fingertip. Therefore, since the operation of squeezing and removing the soiled part can be accurately performed by fingertip feeling, there is an effect that the tableware can be accurately cleaned in a short time.
[0041] After cleaning the tableware, the dishwashing detergent sheet A can be discarded as it is, as shown in Fig. 1(c). Since it is made of cotton material, there is no problem in environmental hygiene, and the convenience of use can be improved at each stage.
[0042] Next, a method for manufacturing a dishwashing detergent sheet according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 2. Note that Fig. 2 shows a method for manufacturing the dishwashing detergent sheet A according to the present embodiment.
[0043] A method for manufacturing the dishwashing detergent sheet A according to the present embodiment will be described. The manufacturing method of the dishwashing detergent sheet A, as shown in Fig. 2, is characterized by having a manufacturing process of the sheet body, a preparation process of the dishwashing detergent, a process of impregnating the sheet body with the dishwashing detergent, and a process of drying the dishwashing detergent and coating the sheet body.
[0044] The manufacturing process of the sheet body in the present embodiment is a process of forming a spun yarn using cotton as a raw material and weaving this spun yarn to manufacture a sheet body 10 having a predetermined area and shape.
[0045] Cotton has excellent heat retention and moisture retention functions. These functions are attributed to the fact that the cotton fibers have a so-called "natural twist" shape where they are flat and twisted in places, and the inside of the fibers is hollow. The twisted shape of the fibers can hold a sufficient amount of liquid detergent on the surface to increase the surface area. Also, liquid detergent will enter and be retained in the hollow part. The dishwashing detergent sheet A made of fibers with such a structure can maintain the cleaning action for a long time because when it is wetted and used, the detergent on the surface and the detergent in the hollow part will leach out with a time difference.
[0046] The present invention focuses on the fact that the above-described cotton fiber structure can hold as much dishwashing detergent as possible and maintain the cleaning effect for a long time. Also, since the spun yarn made of cotton has the characteristic of increasing in strength when wetted with water, there is no risk of damage even when it is used wet. In other words, the material of the sheet body 10 can hold a large amount of dishwashing detergent, has a structure that allows the detergent to leach out over a long time, and natural fibers or chemical fibers other than cotton can be adopted as long as it does not break during use.
[0047] Note that the cotton used as the raw material of the sheet body 10 may be degreased before spinning. By performing the degreasing treatment, the reaction between the surfactant contained in the dishwashing detergent impregnated in the subsequent process and the oil and fat in the cotton fibers can be suppressed. Therefore, by performing such a process, it is possible to obtain the dishwashing detergent sheet A that maintains a high cleaning action of the dishwashing detergent because there is no reduction in the cleaning action due to the loss of the surfactant of the dishwashing detergent.
[0048] Also, if the dishwashing detergent does not contain a surfactant, the oil and fat contained in the cotton fibers will not repel the liquid detergent, so the dishwashing detergent can quickly penetrate into the corners of the hollow part of the fibers. As a result, it is possible to shorten the manufacturing time of the dishwashing detergent sheet A.
[0049] Furthermore, the cotton may be bleached. In particular, if the cotton is bleached with a weakly acidic agent such as hydrogen peroxide, the surface structure of the cotton fibers will become rough and have a rough texture. Therefore, if cotton treated in this way is used as a raw material, the roughness on the surface of the sheet body 10 can entangle the dirt on the tableware, and a dishwashing sheet A can be provided in which the dishwashing detergent chemically removes the dirt.
[0050] Also, the cotton can be dyed. By changing the type of dishwashing detergent to be impregnated according to the color of the sheet body 10, it is possible to select and use a sheet that exhibits the desired function without mistake from among a plurality of types of dishwashing sheets A.
[0051] Here, spinning will be briefly explained. Spinning is the formation of yarn by twisting a bundle of short fibers such as cotton or wool. As the twisting method, three types are known: soft twist, normal twist, and hard twist. Soft twist is a twisting method with a twist count of about 300 or less twists per 1 m of yarn (300 twist portions 14), normal twist is a twisting method with a twist count of about 500 to 600 twists per 1 m of yarn (500 to 600 twist portions 14), and hard twist refers to a twisting method with a twist count of about 800 or more twists per 1 m of yarn (800 or more twist portions 14).
[0052] Such a difference in the twist count affects the physical properties of the finally manufactured fabric (sheet body 10). That is, by setting the spun yarn 11 used in the manufacture of the sheet body 10 to a predetermined soft twist, it is possible to hold more dishwashing detergent, and the characteristic of efficiently adsorbing dirt on tableware and the like is exhibited.
[0053] Also, by repeating spinning, the thickness and physical properties of the spun yarn 11 can be adjusted. That is, a single-twist yarn (constituent yarn 12) with a soft twist of cotton fibers can be formed, and two single-twist yarns (constituent yarns 12) can be twisted together to form one spun yarn 11. Furthermore, if this spun yarn 11 is woven as the warp 11a and the weft 11b, the sheet body 10 can be obtained. Note that the sheet body 10 may be a plain-woven fabric, but it can also be a pile weave.
[0054] As shown in the lower half of FIG. 3, in this embodiment, since the sheet body 10 is composed of two component yarns 12 from the spun yarn 11, when the twist is released, it is divided into the component yarn 12a and the component yarn 12b.
[0055] Further, as shown in the upper half of FIG. 3, each of the component yarns 12a and 12b is formed by twisting a plurality of sub-component yarns 13 (in this embodiment, two sub-component yarns 13a and 13b).
[0056] In this embodiment, the spun yarn 11 constituting the sheet body 10 is formed by twisting a plurality of (two in this embodiment) component yarns 12 (component yarns 12a and 12b) in a left twist as shown in the lower half of FIG. 3. Further, the component yarn 12a is formed by twisting the sub-component yarns 13a and 13b in a right twist, and the component yarn 12b is formed by twisting the sub-component yarns 13a and 13b in a left twist. Incidentally, the spun yarn 11 constituting the sheet body 10 is a mixed twist yarn in which the component yarn 12a twisted in the opposite direction to the spun yarn 11 with respect to the sub-component yarns 13a and 13b and the component yarn 12b twisted in the same direction as the spun yarn 11 (warp yarn 11a and weft yarn 11b) with respect to the sub-component yarns 13a and 13b is a sweet twist.
[0057] As described above, the mixed twist yarn (spun yarn 11) in which the twist direction of the component yarn 12a and the twist direction of the component yarn 12b are exactly opposite has a structure in which a gap formed by four sub-component yarns 13 is widely maintained between adjacent twist portions 14 as shown in FIG. 5(a). This is due to the torque being eccentric to the left twist side because the right-twist component yarn 12a and the left-twist component yarn 12b are twisted into the left-twist spun yarn 11.
[0058] And by weaving the spun yarn 11 (warp yarn 11a and weft yarn 11b) having such a configuration, the sheet body 10 can be made flexible and it becomes easier to carry the dishwashing detergent.
[0059] The thickness of the spun yarn 11 can be changed according to the thickness of the sheet body 10 to be manufactured. Specifically, when manufacturing a thin dishwashing detergent sheet A for a small number of people, the spun yarn is made thinner, and when manufacturing a thick dishwashing detergent sheet A for a large number of people, the spun yarn is made thicker. By changing the thickness of the spun yarn in this way, it is possible to adjust the thickness of the sheet body 10 and the content of the dishwashing detergent.
[0060] Also, since the sheet body 10 is a woven fabric made of spun yarns 11 (warp 11a and weft 11b), it has high strength. Thereby, even if the sheet body 10 is strongly rubbed against tableware or cooking utensils, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the cleaning function and breakage due to a decrease in the fiber density of the sheet body 10. As the weaving method of the sheet body 10, a known weaving method can be adopted as long as the spun yarn does not come loose during use. Specifically, it can be adopted from plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, etc.
[0061] The sheet body 10 may form a rough uneven surface on the surface by adopting warp 11a and weft 11b with different yarn thicknesses and numbers of twist portions 14. According to such a configuration, since dirt can be scraped off at the convex portions and the dirt can be scraped off at the concave portions during dishwashing, it is possible to provide a dishwashing sheet with a high cleaning effect. Also, if spun yarns in which the warp 11a and the weft 11b are dyed in different colors are adopted, it is possible to provide a dishwashing detergent sheet A with enhanced design.
[0062] Furthermore, if the sheet body 10 is made into a pile weave, a high cleaning function can be imparted. That is, since the surface area of the sheet body 10 is increased by the pile 21, it becomes possible to hold a larger amount of dishwashing detergent. Moreover, it is possible to provide a dishwashing detergent sheet A that easily removes dish dirt by friction.
[0063] FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a pile woven sheet body 10 that can be used as a sheet-like carrier of the dishwashing detergent sheet A according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 4, the sheet body 10 includes a base fabric 15 composed of warp yarns 11a and weft yarns 11b, and a plurality of piles 21 are formed by protruding pile yarns 20 in a loop shape from the eye portions of the base fabric 15.
[0064] The pile yarn 20 can be the same mixed twisted yarn as the spun yarn 11 (warp yarn 11a and weft yarn 11b) constituting the sheet body 10 described above. In this way, by also making the pile yarn 20 a mixed twisted yarn, a structure in which extremely fine wool-like keva is vegetated on the surface of the pile yarn 20 (hereinafter, also referred to as a microhair vegetation structure) appears. According to this microhair vegetation structure, it is of course advantageous for carrying the dishwashing detergent, and by increasing the surface area, the adsorption of dirt attached to tableware and the like can be performed well.
[0065] Particularly, when the twisting method of the pile yarn 20 is not in a tightened state but in a relaxed state of slack twist, the twisted yarn is slightly untwisted at the loop portion 22 of the pile 21, so that a larger amount of dishwashing detergent can be retained in the gaps between the fibers. Furthermore, the adjacent piles are evenly arranged in an orderly manner to form a dense pile fabric, maintaining the stability of the pile form, that is, a state where the pile tips are softly unraveled, and the adsorption of dirt on tableware and the like is extremely efficiently performed over a large area.
[0066] In the present embodiment, the length of the pile 21 is adjusted so that each pile has two or more twist portions 23. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5(b), if the number of twists per meter is about 300 single twists, two or more twists (two twist portions 23) are formed in a 10 mm long yarn. Therefore, in a pile fabric with a height of about 5 mm, there are at most two or more twist portions in one pile 21.
[0067] As a result, a predetermined gap is formed between the cotton fibers as shown in Fig. 5(b), and a fine pile-like vegetation state appears on the surface of the cotton fibers in this gap. That is, fine upright hairs are densely packed between the twisted portions 23 of each pile 21, which not only promotes the foaming of the detergent but also promotes the adsorption of dirt.
[0068] In addition, a minute space (hereinafter also referred to as the air storage space 24) is formed inside the pile 21. Such an air storage space 24 enables a large amount of the dishwashing detergent to be retained between adjacent yarns when impregnated in a later process. Also, when the dishwashing detergent sheet A is wetted and used, it has the function of realizing good foaming while enclosing air.
[0069] In order to provide as many air storage spaces 24 as possible, it is desirable to use fibers with a rough surface structure or single-twist yarns with slack twist for the pile yarn 20. In particular, single-twist yarns formed with slack twist can form as many gaps as possible for storing air when made into a loop shape because the fibers spread outward of the loop (see Fig. 5(b)).
[0070] In addition, in order to adjust the thickness of the sheet body 10, it can also be stretched by pulling in the stretching direction of the warp or weft, or the sheet body 10 can be stretched by pressure through between rollers.
[0071] When the sheet body 10 is stretched, the spun yarns extending in the stretched direction have a lower fiber density compared to the spun yarns extending in the direction perpendicular to the stretched direction. However, spun yarns made of short-fiber cotton as raw materials will have their twists untwisted when stretched, and innumerable fiber fuzzes will be formed on the surface. This fuzz increases the surface area of the sheet body 10. Therefore, the sheet body 10 is formed by weaving and stretching the spun yarns to produce the following effects. That is, by weaving the spun yarns, the influence on the strength due to stretching can be minimized as much as possible, and by increasing the surface area, the amount of dishwashing detergent to be coated in the subsequent process can be increased. Moreover, when washing dishes, a high cleaning effect can be obtained because the fuzz of the sheet body 10 entangles dirt.
[0072] Furthermore, the sheet body 10 can be processed to provide holes at predetermined intervals. Specifically, in the manufacture of the dishwashing detergent sheet A according to the present embodiment, a process may be provided in which the sheet body 10 formed by weaving the spun yarns is continuously passed between a punching jig and a roller, and a conical punching needle is pressed against the surface of the sheet body 10 to form holes.
[0073] The punching jig and the roller are arranged parallel to each other. A plurality of gears interlocked with the rotating shaft are fixed to the punching jig. A large number of punching needles are provided on the outer edge of the gear.
[0074] By pressing the punching needle against the surface of the sheet body 10, holes with gradually decreasing diameters are formed. Such holes in the sheet body 10 form innumerable non-uniformities in fiber density. Therefore, forming non-uniformities in fiber density in the sheet body 10 produces the following effects. That is, the portions with high fiber density contribute to maintaining the strength of the sheet body 10 and also function to hold a large amount of dishwashing detergent. The portions with low fiber density can enhance the function of removing dirt because they form an air storage space 24 to improve foaming and make fuzzing easier.
[0075] The preparation process of the dishwashing detergent is a process of preparing a liquid dishwashing detergent by mixing one or more detergents aimed at removing dish stains and one or more solvents aimed at removing bacteria and inhibiting their growth.
[0076] The detergent to be mixed can be freely selected according to the purpose of the dishwashing detergent sheet A. Specifically, it can be freely selected from anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants, long-chain fatty acid salts, solvents, etc.
[0077] In addition, auxiliary agents can also be added to the dishwashing detergent. Specifically, fragrances, colorants, enzymes, disinfectants, antibacterial agents, abrasives, bleaching agents, etc. can be added.
[0078] As an example of the auxiliary agent, tea extract can be adopted. Catechins contained in tea extract are known to have bactericidal, antibacterial, antiviral, detoxifying, and deodorizing effects. Therefore, by adding tea extract to the dishwashing detergent, bacteria and toxins that cause food poisoning remaining on the dishes can be removed. Also, the odor of dishes after using strongly scented ingredients can be removed.
[0079] The process of impregnating the sheet body with the dishwashing detergent is a process of immersing the sheet body 10 in the prepared dishwashing detergent so that the dishwashing detergent is included inside the fibers of the sheet body 10.
[0080] The time for immersing the sheet body 10 in the dishwashing detergent can be selected according to the viscosity of the dishwashing detergent, the concentration of various components contained, the material and thickness of the sheet body 10, etc., and is not particularly limited as long as the dishwashing detergent can be impregnated into every corner of the fibers constituting the sheet body 10.
[0081] The step of drying the dishwashing detergent and coating it on the sheet body 10 is a step of leaving the dishwashing detergent on the surface and the hollow part of the cotton fibers constituting the sheet body 10. Specifically, in the case of coating a dishwashing detergent that does not contain alcohols, the liquid component in the dishwashing detergent is volatilized, and the solidified dishwashing detergent is left behind. Also, in the case of coating a dishwashing detergent that contains alcohols, glycerin or a water-soluble polymer is added to leave a gel-like dishwashing detergent.
[0082] As a method of volatilizing the liquid component in the dishwashing detergent, a known method can be adopted as long as the liquid component can be volatilized to the inside of the fibers constituting the sheet body 10. For example, natural drying or vacuum drying can be adopted. Also, although it is possible to adopt a drying method by heating such as hot air drying or infrared drying, it is preferable to set the temperature so that the functions of the components contained in the dishwashing detergent are not lost.
[0083] In addition, the step of impregnating the sheet body 10 with the dishwashing detergent and the step of drying the dishwashing detergent and coating it on the sheet body 10 can be repeated a plurality of times as necessary. Such layering of the dishwashing detergent can cause the sheet body 10 to hold an amount of dishwashing detergent sufficient to wash the dishes.
[0084] When layering the dishwashing detergent, the type (contained components) of the dishwashing detergent can be changed for each step of impregnating the sheet body 10 with the dishwashing detergent. Specifically, first, a dishwashing detergent containing a relatively weak surfactant and a skin moisturizing component can be coated, and then a dishwashing detergent containing a strong surfactant can be coated. With such a dishwashing detergent sheet, it is possible to provide a dishwashing detergent sheet A in which a surfactant that strongly removes the dirt on the dishes first oozes out, and a component that protects the skin oozes out over time.
[0085] Thus, the manufacturing method of the dishwashing sheet A has been described, but it is not limited to the order of this manufacturing method, and the dishwashing sheet A may be manufactured through different processes. In short, it is sufficient to be able to manufacture the dishwashing sheet A by impregnating a sheet body 10 made of a disposable material having a certain area and a certain shape with a dishwashing agent. For example, a manufacturing method consisting of a spinning yarn manufacturing process, a dishwashing agent preparation process, a process of impregnating the spinning yarn with the dishwashing agent, and a process of weaving the spinning yarn to manufacture the dishwashing sheet may be adopted.
