Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a wooden base for an opening / closing device for mounting an opening / closing device, and an opening / closing device installation structure using the wooden base for the opening / closing device.

Background Art

[0002] A general shutter device includes an opening / closing body that closes by partitioning a space, a guide rail that guides the opening / closing body in the vertical direction, and a storage unit (shutter box) that winds up and stores the opening / closing body on the winding shaft on the opening direction side thereof. By the way, in recent years, there are cases where a large building frame is made of wood, and a large shutter device such as a weight shutter is installed on the wooden frame. In such a case, since the storage unit is relatively heavy, there is a risk that the strength of the wooden frame supporting the storage unit and the strength of the fastening portion by screws or the like may be insufficient. Therefore, for example, there is a conventional technique in which a strong support (base member) such as made of steel is fixed to a wooden frame to reinforce the wooden frame and the storage unit is fastened to this support (see Patent Document 1). In this conventional technique, the support is overlapped and fastened with screws from the front side to a hanging portion on the ceiling side (for example, a dropped ceiling or a beam) in the wooden frame, and the storage unit is fixed to this support (see Patent Document 1).

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0008] Next, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0009] <The First Embodiment> FIG. 1 shows an example of an opening / closing device installation structure including a wooden base for an opening / closing device according to the present invention. In this opening / closing device installation structure, the opening / closing device 1 is fixed to a wooden wall x1 of a wooden housing X that integrally houses the wooden base A for the opening / closing device.

[0010] The opening / closing device 1 includes an opening / closing body 10 that closes in a manner of partitioning a space, left and right guide rails 20, 20 that guide the opening / closing body 10 in the closing direction and the opening direction, and a storage portion 30 that extends the opening / closing body 10 in the closing direction or stores it in the opening direction above the opening / closing body 10.

[0011] The opening / closing body 10 is formed by connecting a plurality of slats formed by bending a horizontally long substantially rectangular metal plate so as to be rotatable between the upper and lower sides. This opening / closing body 10 may be referred to as a slat shutter curtain. As another example of this opening / closing body 10, there may be a mode made of a flexible sheet such as fire resistance, a mode made of a plurality of panels, a mode in which a plurality of pipes are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction, a mode in which slats, flexible sheets, panels, pipes, etc. are appropriately combined, etc.

[0012] The guide rails 20 are arranged on both sides of the opening that is opened and closed by the opening / closing body 10. Each guide rail 20 is a long member continuous in the vertical direction, and surrounds the end portion in the width direction of the opening / closing body 10 in a substantially concave shape and guides it in the opening / closing direction. The material of the guide rail 20 may be a hard metal material (for example, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, alloys containing these, etc.).

[0013] This guide rail 20 is connected to a wooden wall x1 having a wooden base A for an opening / closing device by a fixing tool 21 (for example, a screw, a bolt, a nail, etc.) (see FIG. 3).

[0014] The storage part 30 includes a winding shaft 31 for winding and unwinding the opening / closing body 10, support brackets 32, 32 for supporting the winding shaft 31 at both ends thereof, a winding shaft case 33 for covering the periphery of the winding shaft 31 and the opening / closing body 10 wound around the winding shaft 31, an opening / closing machine 34 which is a drive source for driving the winding shaft 31 to rotate, and a suspension reinforcement part 35 for receiving and suspending the support brackets 32, 32 and the winding shaft case 33 from below and reinforcing them (see FIGS. 1 and 2).

[0015] The winding shaft 31 is configured as a long cylindrical shape extending in the width direction of the opening / closing body, and is rotatably supported. This winding shaft 31 may be in a mode in which a winding body is rotatably supported on the outer periphery of a non-rotatable fixed shaft via a bearing, or a mode in which a shaft portion integrated with the winding body is rotatably supported by the support bracket 32 via a bearing, etc.

[0016] Two support brackets 32 are provided at intervals in the lateral width direction so as to be positioned on both sides of the take-up shaft 31. The rear end sides of these two support brackets 32, 32 are each connected to a support bracket mounting space 51a of a vertical timber 51 in the wooden base A for the opening / closing device via a decorative board x12 and a fire-resistant member x11.

[0017] The suspension reinforcement part 35 is formed by connecting a plurality of long rigid members (for example, various steel materials such as angle steel, channel steel, and C-shaped steel). The lower end side of this suspension reinforcement part 35 receives the take-up shaft case 33 and the support brackets 32, 32 from below via a receiving member 35a extending in the lateral width direction. Also, the upper end side of the suspension reinforcement part 35 is connected to a buttress part 54 (see FIGS. 1 and 4) of the wooden base A for the opening / closing device.

[0018] A damper part 26 is provided below the suspension reinforcement part 35 so as to surround the opening / closing path of the opening / closing body 10 at the height position of the ceiling part x2. This damper part 26 is fixed to a fixed part (for example, a receiving member 35a or other fixed members on the ceiling side) near the ceiling part x2.

[0019] The wooden structure X to which the opening / closing device 1 is to be installed is a large building mainly made of wood. This wooden structure X has an opening Xa opened and closed by the opening / closing body 10, wooden walls x1 located on both sides and above this opening Xa, a ceiling part x2 that substantially horizontally covers the lower side of the storage part 30, and the like.

[0020] The wooden wall x1 has the wooden base A for the opening / closing device inside in a substantially gate shape in a front view around the opening Xa. The outer surface of this wooden base A for the opening / closing device is covered by a multi-layered fire-resistant member x11, and further this fire-resistant member x11 is covered by a wooden decorative board x12 (see FIG. 3).

[0021] The fire-resistant member x11 is a plate-shaped member having fire resistance and is composed of, for example, a gypsum board, a calcium silicate board, or the like. According to the figure example, this fire-resistant member x11 covers the front and back surfaces of the wooden base A for the opening / closing device, the surface on the opening Xa side, a part of the guide rail 20, etc.

[0022] The decorative board x12 is a wooden board material that covers the outer surface of the fire-resistant member x11, improves the appearance of the wall surface, and also functions as a char layer member. That is, in the unlikely event that the decorative board x12 catches fire due to a fire or the like, this decorative board x12 forms a carbonized layer and functions as a char layer that blocks heat transfer, and the inner fire-resistant member x11 functions as a fire-stop member that prevents further spread of fire.

[0023] As illustrated in FIG. 4, the wooden base A for the opening / closing device includes two vertical timbers 51, 51 standing upright left and right at intervals, two upper and lower horizontal timbers 52, 52 connecting these two vertical timbers 51, 51 near the upper ends, a vertical connecting portion 53 connecting the upper and lower horizontal timbers 52, 52 substantially vertically between the left and right vertical timbers 51, 51, and a protruding column portion 54 protruding upward near the center in the width direction of the upper horizontal timber 52.

[0024] Each member (vertical timber 51, horizontal timber 52, vertical connecting portion 53, protruding column portion 54) constituting the framework of the wooden base A for the opening / closing device is formed by cutting a long wooden square timber to a predetermined length. The wooden base A for the opening / closing device is formed by integrally connecting these plurality of timbers with appropriate fasteners (for example, screws, bolts, nails, connecting metal fittings, etc.).

[0025] The vertical timber 51 is formed in a long shape longer than the total height of the opening / closing device 1. On the upper end side of the vertical timber 51, a support bracket mounting space 51a for mounting the support bracket 32 and an upper extending portion 51b extending upward from this support bracket mounting space 51a are provided.

[0026] The support bracket mounting space 51a is formed in a flat surface shape extending in the vertical direction so as to include the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the support bracket 32. A fire-resistant member x11 is stacked in multiple layers in this support bracket mounting space 51a, and a bent portion 32a having an L-shaped cross section on the rear end side of the support bracket 32 is stacked on the surface of the fire-resistant member x11 (see FIG. 2). The support bracket 32 is fixed to the support bracket mounting space 51a by a fastener 37 inserted through the bent portion 32a.

[0027] The upward extending portion 51b is a portion that extends upward from the horizontal timbers 52, 52 connected to the vertical timber 51. This upward extending portion 51b is used to fix the wooden base A for the opening / closing device to a fixed portion (for example, a beam, a column, a structural plywood, etc.) of the wooden structure X.

[0028] The horizontal timbers 52 are formed in a long shape extending between the left and right vertical timbers 51, 51, and a plurality (two in the illustrated example) are provided at intervals in the vertical direction. The vertical pitch interval between the upper and lower horizontal timbers 52, 52 is set to be approximately the same as the vertical dimension of the bent portion 32a of the support bracket 32.

[0029] One end side and the other end side in the length direction of the upper horizontal timber 52 are each connected to the vertical timber 51 at a height position near the upper end of the bent portion 32a of the support bracket 32 mounted on the vertical timber 51.

[0030] One end side and the other end side in the length direction of the lower horizontal timber 52 are each connected to the vertical timber 51 at a height position near the lower end of the bent portion 32a of the support bracket 32 mounted on the vertical timber 51.

[0031] The vertical connecting portion 53 connects the upper and lower horizontal timbers 52, 52 at approximately the center in the width direction. That is, the upper end portion of the vertical connecting portion 53 is connected to approximately the center portion in the width direction of the upper horizontal timber 52, and the lower end portion of the vertical connecting portion 53 is connected to approximately the center portion in the width direction of the lower horizontal timber 52.

[0032] The protruding column portion 54 has one end connected to a substantially central portion in the width direction of the upper horizontal timber 52 on the upper side, and the other end protruding upward. The hanging reinforcement portion 35 of the storage portion 30 in the opening / closing device 1 is connected to this protruding column portion 54 (see FIGS. 1 and 2).

[0033] The wooden base A for the opening / closing device with the above configuration is erected on the floor portion x4 of the wooden structure X by arranging the left and right vertical timbers 51, 51 on both sides of the opening Xa. The left and right vertical timbers 51 are fixed to immovable parts of the wooden structure X (for example, the floor portion x4, beams, columns, structural plywood, etc. not shown). The outer surface of the wooden base A for the opening / closing device is covered with a fire-resistant member x11 and a decorative panel x12.

[0034] The opening / closing device 1 is fixed to the wooden wall x1 of the wooden structure X by fixing the left and right guide rails 20, 20 and the left and right support brackets 32, 32 to the left and right vertical timbers 51, 51, respectively.

[0035] Therefore, according to the above embodiment, even when there is no appropriate dropped ceiling, beam, etc. in the wooden structure X, the wooden base A for the opening / closing device can be erected on the floor portion x4 and integrated with the wooden wall x1 to strongly reinforce the wooden wall x1. Furthermore, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to this wooden wall x1. Moreover, even if a fire breaks out, the spread of flames and heat to the wooden base A for the opening / closing device can be blocked by the fire-resistant member x11 etc. covering the wooden base A for the opening / closing device. As a result, it is possible to prevent the opening / closing device 1 from falling off due to thermal degradation, burning, etc. of the wooden base A for the opening / closing device.

[0036] <Second Embodiment> Next, another example of the wooden base for the opening / closing device according to the present invention will be described. Since the wooden base for the opening / closing device described below is a modification of a part of the above wooden base A for the opening / closing device, mainly the modified part will be described in detail, and the same reference numerals will be used for the parts that function in the same way as the wooden base A for the opening / closing device.

[0037] The wooden base B for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 5 is such that, for the above-mentioned wooden base A for the opening / closing device, auxiliary vertical timbers 61, 61 are provided on both outer sides in the width direction of the left and right vertical timbers 51, 51, and the space between the vertical timber 51 and the auxiliary vertical timbers 61 is connected by upper and lower width direction connecting parts 63, 63.

[0038] Each auxiliary vertical timber 61 is a prismatic timber having substantially the same length as the vertical timber 51. This auxiliary vertical timber 61 is located on the outer sides in the width direction of the left and right vertical timbers 51, 51, is erected at a distance from the vertical timber 51, and is substantially parallel to the vertical timber 51. Note that the outer side in the width direction means the direction toward the outside of the opening Xa along the lateral width direction of the opening Xa between the left and right vertical timbers 51, 51. That is, according to the illustrated example, the outer side in the width direction is the left side of the left vertical timber 51 and the right side of the right vertical timber 51.

[0039] This auxiliary vertical timber 61 is integrally connected by a substantially horizontal width direction connecting part 63. The upper and lower width direction connecting parts 63, 63 are each extended substantially horizontally at the height position of the cross timbers 52, 52, with one end side connected to the vertical timber 51 and the other end side connected to the auxiliary vertical timber 61.

[0040] For the wooden base B for the opening / closing device having the above configuration, the vertical timber 51, the auxiliary vertical timbers 61, etc. are fixed to the immovable parts of the wooden structure X. And the outer surface of the wooden base B for the opening / closing device is covered with a fire-resistant member x11 and a decorative panel x12 in the same manner as in the case of the wooden base A for the opening / closing device.

[0041] And the opening / closing device 1 is fixed to the wooden wall x1 of the wooden structure X by fixing a guide rail 20 and a support bracket 32 to the vertical timber 51 located on the side of the opening Xa with respect to each auxiliary vertical timber 61.

[0042] Therefore, according to the wooden base B for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 5, the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa can be reinforced more strongly, and further, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to this wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good. <Third Embodiment> The wooden base C for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 6 is obtained by replacing the upper and lower horizontal timbers 52, 52 with horizontal timbers 52', 52' and replacing the left and right vertical timbers 51, 51 with vertical timbers 51', 51' and vertical connecting parts 53', 53' in the wooden base B for the opening / closing device.

[0043] The horizontal timbers 52', 52' are obtained by extending the upper and lower horizontal timbers 52, 52 to both sides in the width direction, and both ends are connected to the left and right auxiliary vertical timbers 61, 61 respectively.

[0044] The vertical timbers 51', 51' are obtained by shortening the upper end sides of the vertical timbers 51, 51, and their upper ends are connected to the lower horizontal timber 52'.

[0045] The vertical connecting parts 53' connect the upper and lower horizontal timbers 52', 52' on the upward extension lines of the respective vertical timbers 51'. A support bracket mounting space 53a' for mounting the support bracket 32 is secured between the upper and lower horizontal timbers 52', 52' along each vertical connecting part 53'.

[0046] And the outer surface of the wooden base C for the opening / closing device is covered with a fire-resistant member x11 and a decorative board x12 in the same manner as in the case of the wooden base A for the opening / closing device.

[0047] Therefore, according to the wooden base C for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 6, similar to the wooden base B for the opening / closing device, the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa can be robustly reinforced, and further, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to this wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good. <Fourth Embodiment> The wooden base D for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 7 is provided with an inclined connecting part 64 that obliquely connects two timbers including the vertical timber 51, the auxiliary vertical timber 61, or the horizontal timber 52 in the wooden base B for the opening / closing device.

[0048] The inclined connecting part 64 is a long timber with a continuous rectangular cross-section, and is provided in a criss-cross manner to reinforce the wooden base D for the opening / closing device. If we explain in detail an example of FIG. 7, this inclined connecting portion 64 is connected in a crisscross manner between the vertical connecting portion 53 on the central side and the upper horizontal timber 52, between the vertical timber 51 and the upper horizontal timber 52, between the vertical timber 51 and the upper widthwise connecting portion 63, and between the vertical timber 51 and the lower widthwise connecting portion 63, respectively.

[0049] Therefore, according to the wooden base D for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 7, the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa can be further strongly reinforced, and furthermore, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to this wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good. <Fifth Embodiment> The wooden base E for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 8 is obtained by extending the upper ends of the vertical timbers 51, 51, the auxiliary vertical timbers 61, 61, and the projecting column portion 54 upward in the above-mentioned wooden base B for the opening / closing device, and adding the widthwise connecting portion 63 and the inclined connecting portion 64 at appropriate positions.

[0050] The widthwise connecting portion 63 is disposed between the vertical timber 51 and the auxiliary vertical timber 61 on the extension line of the lower horizontal timber 52 and at a position spaced downward from this extension line, and is respectively extended in a substantially horizontal direction to connect the vertical timber 51 and the auxiliary vertical timber 61.

[0051] The inclined connecting portion 64 connects the lower horizontal timber 52 and the vertical connecting portion 53, the upper horizontal timber 52 and the vertical timber 51, the vertical timber 51 and the auxiliary vertical timber 61 above the upper widthwise connecting portion 63, the lower widthwise connecting portion 63 and the auxiliary vertical timber 61 between the upper and lower widthwise connecting portions 63, 63, and the widthwise connecting portion 63 and the auxiliary vertical timber 61 below the lower inclined connecting portion 64, respectively.

[0052] Therefore, according to the wooden base E for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 8, the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa can be further strongly reinforced, and furthermore, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to this wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good.

[0053] <Sixth Embodiment> The wooden base F for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 9 is obtained by adding the inclined connecting portion 64 at an appropriate position in the above-mentioned wooden base B for the opening / closing device.

[0054] Specifically, the inclined connecting portion 64 connects the vertical connecting portion 53 on the central side and the upper horizontal timber 52, the upper horizontal timber 52 and the buttress portion 54, the vertical timber 51 and the upper horizontal timber 52 between the upper and lower horizontal timbers 52, 52, the upper horizontal timber 52 and the vertical timber 51, the vertical timber 51 and the upper widthwise connecting portion 63 between the upper and lower widthwise connecting portions 63, 63, the upper widthwise connecting portion 63 and the vertical timber 51, and the vertical timber 51 and the lower widthwise connecting portion 63, respectively.

[0055] Therefore, according to the wooden base F for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 9, the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa can be reinforced more robustly, and further, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to the wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good.

[0056] <The Seventh Embodiment> The wooden base G for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 10 is obtained by shifting the positions of the vertical timbers 51' on both sides in the above-mentioned wooden base C for the opening / closing device and adding the inclined connecting portion 64 at an appropriate position.

[0057] The vertical timbers 51' are arranged so as to be shifted toward the center in the width direction of the entire wooden base G for the opening / closing device from directly below the support brackets 32 to be attached, according to the opening width of the opening Xa or the like.

[0058] The inclined connecting portion 64 connects the vertical timber 51' and the lower widthwise connecting portion 63 substantially directly below the vertical connecting portion 53'.

[0059] Therefore, according to the wooden base G for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 10, after effectively reinforcing the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to the wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good.

[0060] <The Eighth Embodiment> The wooden base H for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 11 is formed by connecting the upper and lower horizontal timbers 52, 52, the vertical connecting portion 53, and the upper sides of the left and right vertical timbers 51, 51 with a reinforcing plate 71 that covers them from the surface side.

[0061] The reinforcing plate 71 is a rigid plate material having an appropriate thickness, and is formed in a rectangular shape, for example, from a wooden plate material such as structural plywood. This reinforcing plate 71 covers these woods and the like so as to include connection portions of the woods that constitute the framework of the wooden base H for the opening / closing device, such as the connection portion between the vertical wood 51 and the horizontal wood 52, and the connection portion between the horizontal wood 52 and the vertical connecting portion 53 in the vertical direction. And this reinforcing plate 71 is fastened to the woods and the like by fasteners (for example, nails or screws not shown) inserted on both sides of the connection portion.

[0062] Therefore, according to the wooden base H for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 11, the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa can be strongly reinforced by the reinforcing plate 71 having a simple structure. Furthermore, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to this wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good.

[0063] In addition, according to the illustrated example, the surface sides of the woods such as the upper and lower horizontal woods 52, 52, the vertical connecting portion 53 in the vertical direction, and the left and right vertical woods 51, 51 are covered with the reinforcing plate 71. However, as another example, a mode in which the back side of the woods is covered with the reinforcing plate 71, a mode in which both the surface side and the back side of the woods and the like are covered with the reinforcing plate 71, and the like are also possible.

[0064] <The Ninth Embodiment> The wooden base I for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 12 is obtained by changing the range in which the woods and the like are covered with the reinforcing plate 71 in the wooden base H for the opening / closing device. In this wooden base I for the opening / closing device, the reinforcing plate 71 covers the woods and the like so as to include connection portions of the woods that constitute the framework of the wooden base H for the opening / closing device, such as the connection portion between the vertical wood 51 and the horizontal wood 52, the connection portion between the horizontal wood 52 and the vertical connecting portion 53 in the vertical direction, and the connection portion between the horizontal wood 52 and the buttress portion 54. And this reinforcing plate 71 is fastened to the woods and the like by fasteners (for example, nails or screws not shown) inserted on both sides of the connection portion.

[0065] Therefore, according to the wooden base I for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 11, the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa can be more robustly reinforced by the reinforcing plate 71 with a simple structure. Furthermore, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to this wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good.

[0066] <Tenth Embodiment> The wooden base J for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 13 is a modification of the wooden base I for the opening / closing device in which the range covered by the reinforcing plate 71 with respect to the wood and the like is further changed.

[0067] In this wooden base J for the opening / closing device, the reinforcing plate 71 covers the wood and the like so as to include connection portions of the wood constituting the framework of the wooden base H for the opening / closing device, such as the connection portion between the vertical wood 51 and the horizontal wood 52, the connection portion between the horizontal wood 52 and the vertical connection portion 53 in the vertical direction, the connection portion between the horizontal wood 52 and the projecting column portion 54, the connection portion between the vertical wood 51 and the upper and lower widthwise connection portions 63, and the connection portion between the auxiliary vertical wood 61 and the upper and lower widthwise connection portions 63. And this reinforcing plate 71 is fixed to the wood and the like by fasteners (for example, nails or screws not shown) inserted on both sides of the connection portion.

[0068] Therefore, according to the wooden base J for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 13, the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa can be more robustly reinforced by the reinforcing plate 71 with a simple structure. Furthermore, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to this wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good.

[0069] <Eleventh Embodiment> The wooden base K for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 14 is a modification of the wooden base I for the opening / closing device in which the range covered by the reinforcing plate 71 with respect to the wood and the like is further changed. In this wooden base K for the opening / closing device, the reinforcing plate 71 covers the wood and the like so as to include connection portions of the wood constituting the framework of the wooden base H for the opening / closing device, such as the connection portion between the vertical wood 51 and the horizontal wood 52, the connection portion between the horizontal wood 52 and the vertical connection portion 53 in the vertical direction, the connection portion between the vertical wood 51 and the lower widthwise connection portion 63, and the connection portion between the auxiliary vertical wood 61 and the upper widthwise connection portion 63. And this reinforcing plate 71 is fixed to the wood or the like by fasteners (for example, nails, screws, etc., not shown in the figures) inserted through both sides of the connection portion.

[0070] Therefore, according to the wooden base K for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 14, the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa can be reinforced more strongly by the reinforcing plate 71 with a simple structure. Furthermore, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to this wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good.

In this wooden base L for the opening / closing device, the reinforcing plate 71 covers the wood or the like so as to include the connection portions of the woods constituting the framework of the wooden base H for the opening / closing device, such as the connection portion between the vertical wood 51 and the horizontal wood 52, the connection portion between the horizontal wood 52 and the vertical connection portion 53 in the vertical direction, the connection portion between the horizontal wood 52 and the projecting column portion 54, the connection portion between the vertical wood 51 and the widthwise connection portion 63 in the upper and lower directions, and the connection portion between the auxiliary vertical wood 61 and the widthwise connection portion 63 in the upper and lower directions. Moreover, in each of the left and right sides, it covers the entire height range of the vertical wood 51 and the auxiliary vertical wood 61. That is, the reinforcing plate 71 is formed in a substantially gate shape in a front view so as to cover the entire surface of all the woods that form the framework of the wooden base L for the opening / closing device.

[0072] And this reinforcing plate 71 is fixed to the wood or the like by fasteners (for example, nails, screws, etc., not shown in the figures) inserted through both sides of the connection portion. And on the surface of the reinforcing plate 71, as shown in FIG. 16, fire-resistant members x11 are stacked in multiple layers, and a guide rail 20 is fixed near the opening Xa on the surface thereof. Also, on the surface of the fire-resistant members x11, the outer surfaces other than the portion where the guide rail 20 is fixed are covered with a decorative panel x12.

[0073] Therefore, according to the wooden base L for the opening / closing device shown in FIG. 15, the wooden wall x1 at the periphery of the opening Xa can be more strongly reinforced by the reinforcing plate 71 with a simple structure, and further, the opening / closing device 1 can be firmly fixed to this wooden wall x1, and the fire resistance is also good.

[0074] <Modification example> According to the above embodiment, the reinforcing plate 71 is made of a single plate material. However, as another example, this reinforcing plate 71 can also be composed of a plurality of plate materials arranged in the plane direction.

[0075] According to the above embodiment, as an aspect with particularly good fire resistance, the wood or the like that forms the framework of the wooden base for the opening / closing device is covered with the fire-resistant member x11. However, as another example, it is also possible to adopt an aspect in which the wood or the like is exposed without being covered by the fire-resistant member x11.

[0076] According to the above embodiment, the reinforcing plate 71 is provided in a single layer. However, as another example, this reinforcing plate 71 may be configured in a multi-layer by overlapping a plurality of sheets.
