Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0009] [Description of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure] First, the embodiments of the present disclosure will be listed and described.
[0010] The wiring module for a floor of the present disclosure is as follows.
[0011] (1) A silencer, a carpet laminated on one main surface of the silencer, and a wiring member sandwiched and held between the silencer and the carpet, wherein a laminated region of the silencer and the carpet includes a first region where the silencer and the carpet are heat-pressed and fixed, and a second region located adjacent to the first region on the one main surface and where the wiring member is located between the silencer and the carpet, and it is a wiring module for a floor.
[0012] According to such a wiring module for a floor, since the silencer and the carpet are heat-pressed and fixed in the first region, they can be fixed with a relatively high fixing force. As a result, in the wiring module for a floor, the silencer and the carpet are easily kept in an integrated state, so that the silencer and the carpet can be easily arranged on the floor panel. Further, since the second region adjacent to the first region is an arrangement region of the wiring member, the wiring member can be easily arranged on the laminate of the silencer and the carpet, and the influence of the heat-pressing in the first region hardly reaches the wiring member.
[0013] (2) In the wiring module for a floor of (1), the laminated region may include a third region located adjacent to the second region on the one main surface and where the silencer and the carpet are fixed via a mechanical joining member. Thereby, the third region can be easily provided. Further, the first region, the second region, and the third region can be provided in this order, and the influence of the heat-pressing in the first region hardly reaches the wiring member.
[0014] (3) In the wiring module for a floor of (2), the area occupied by the first region on the one main surface may be larger than the area occupied by the third region. Thereby, the state where the silencer and the carpet are integrated is easily maintained.
[0015] (4) In the floor wiring module of (2) or (3), the first region may be arranged in a region of the vehicle floor that is more likely to be stepped on by the occupant than the second region and the third region. Thereby, the wiring member in the second region and the mechanical joining member in the third region are less likely to be stepped on by the occupant. Further, since the silencer and the carpet are fixed by heat pressing in the first region, it is easy to obtain strength against being stepped on by the occupant.
[0016] (5) In any one of the floor wiring modules from (1) to (4), a wiring holding portion for fixing the wiring member to at least one of the silencer and the carpet may be provided in the second region. Thereby, displacement between the wiring member and the laminate of the silencer and the carpet is suppressed.
[0017] (6) In the floor wiring module of (5), the wiring holding portion may be a holding portion having a mechanical joining member or an adhesive holding portion having an adhesive force weaker than the adhesive force between the silencer and the carpet in the first region. Thereby, even when it is necessary to remove the wiring member from the laminate of the silencer and the carpet during repair of the floor wiring module or the like, the removal of the wiring member becomes easy.
[0018] (7) In any one of the floor wiring modules from (1) to (6), the carpet may have a window portion located in an inner region than the outer edge on the one main surface of the silencer, and the wiring member may have an end portion extending onto the carpet through the window portion. Thereby, the wiring member can be easily connected to a device located in an inner region than the outer edge on the one main surface of the silencer.
[0019] (8) Further, the laminate for floor of the present disclosure includes a silencer and a carpet laminated on one main surface of the silencer, and the laminated region of the silencer and the carpet includes a fixed region where the silencer and the carpet are heat-pressed and fixed, and a separation region that is located adjacent to the fixed region on the one main surface and where the silencer and the carpet are separated, and is a laminate for floor.
[0020] According to such a laminate for floor, since the silencer and the carpet are heat-pressed and fixed in the fixed region, they can be fixed with a relatively high fixing force. Thereby, in the wiring module for floor, since the silencer and the carpet are easily kept in an integrated state, the silencer and the carpet can be easily arranged on the floor panel. Further, since the silencer and the carpet are separated in the separation region different from the fixed region, it is easy to arrange the wiring member between the silencer and the carpet.
[0021] (9) Further, the manufacturing method of the wiring module for floor of the present disclosure includes a step of heat-pressing and fixing a part of the laminated region of the silencer and the carpet, and a step of arranging a wiring member between the silencer and the carpet in another part of the laminated region where the silencer and the carpet are not fixed, and is a manufacturing method of the wiring module for floor.
[0022] According to such a manufacturing method of the wiring module for floor, since the silencer and the carpet are heat-pressed and fixed in a part of the laminated region, they can be fixed with a relatively high fixing force. Thereby, in the wiring module for floor, since the silencer and the carpet are easily kept in an integrated state, the silencer and the carpet can be easily arranged on the floor panel. Further, since the wiring member is arranged in a region different from the region where the silencer and the carpet are heat-pressed and fixed, the influence of the heat-pressing for fixing the silencer and the carpet hardly affects the wiring member.
[0023] [Details of Embodiments of the Present Disclosure] Specific examples of the floor wiring module, floor laminate, and method for manufacturing the floor wiring module of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the drawings. Note that the present disclosure is not limited to these examples, but is defined by the claims, and is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the claims.
[0024] [Embodiment 1] Hereinafter, the floor wiring module 10, floor laminate 100, and method for manufacturing the floor wiring module 10 according to Embodiment 1 will be described. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the floor wiring module 10 according to Embodiment 1. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II of FIG. 1. The front-rear direction (FRONT, REAR), left-right direction (LEFT, RIGHT), and up-down direction (UP, LOW) shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 correspond to the front-rear direction, left-right direction, and up-down direction in the vehicle.
[0025] The floor wiring module 10 is disposed on the floor panel 80 of the vehicle. The floor panel 80 is disposed in the lower part of the passenger compartment. The floor panel 80 is, for example, a metal floor plate. The floor wiring module 10 includes a silencer 20, a carpet 30, and a wiring member 50.
[0026] The silencer 20 is a soundproof member disposed on the floor panel 80. The silencer 20 may be a member that flattens irregularities such as the floor panel 80. The silencer 20 is, for example, a molded body made of a material such as fiber or foamed resin. The silencer 20 may be thicker than the carpet 30. The silencer 20 may have higher rigidity than the carpet 30 and be able to maintain its form.
[0027] The carpet 30 is disposed on the silencer 20. The carpet 30 is usually exposed as a design surface in the vehicle interior. The carpet 30 may have lower rigidity compared to the silencer 20 and may be easily bent. The carpet 30 is laminated on one main surface of the silencer 20. The wiring member 50 is sandwiched and held between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30. Here, the carpet 30 is divided in the vehicle's front-rear direction.
[0028] The wiring member 50 connects devices in the vehicle. The wiring member 50 includes a plurality of linear transmission members 51. The linear transmission member 51 may be an electric wire for transmitting electricity or an optical fiber cable for transmitting light. The plurality of linear transmission members 51 may be grouped according to their respective paths in the vehicle. The plurality of linear transmission members 51 may be bundled by a bundling member such as an adhesive tape or a binding band.
[0029] Here, a connector 52 is provided at the end of the linear transmission member 51. The linear transmission member 51 is connected to a device or another wiring member 50 via the connector 52. The connector 52 has, for example, a connector 52 terminal and a connector 52 housing. The end of the linear transmission member 51 is connected to the connector 52 terminal. The connector 52 terminal is positioned and held in the connector 52 housing. The end of the linear transmission member 51 may be directly connected to a device or the like without passing through the connector 52.
[0030] Here, the wiring member 50 has a first extending portion 53, a second extending portion 54, and a third extending portion 55.
[0031] The first extending portion 53 extends along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Here, a pair of first extending portions 53 are provided. The pair of first extending portions 53 are spaced apart from each other in the vehicle width direction. One of the pair of first extending portions 53 extends along the left side edge of the silencer 20, and the other of the pair of first extending portions 53 extends along the right side edge of the silencer 20. The front end portion of the first extending portion 53 extends forward of the vehicle from the front end of the silencer 20 beyond the silencer 20. The rear end portion of the first extending portion 53 extends rearward of the vehicle from the rear end of the silencer 20 beyond the silencer 20.
[0032] The second extending portion 54 extends along the vehicle width direction. The second extending portion 54 is disposed at the middle portion of the silencer 20 along the extending direction of the first extending portion 53. The confluence portion of the first extending portion 53 and the second extending portion 54 is a branching portion 56. The left end portion of the second extending portion 54 extends leftward of the vehicle from the left end of the silencer 20 beyond the silencer 20. The right end portion of the second extending portion 54 extends rightward of the vehicle from the right end of the silencer 20 beyond the silencer 20.
[0033] The third extending portion 55 branches from the middle portion along the extending direction of the second extending portion 54. The branching portion 56 of the second extending portion 54 and the third extending portion 55 is provided between the pair of first extending portions 53.
[0034] The laminated region of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 includes a first region 12, a second region 14, and a third region 16.
[0035] The first region 12 is a region where the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are heat-pressed and fixed. Here, a thermal adhesive 40 is provided between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30. The silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are firmly fixed via the thermal adhesive 40.
[0036] The second region 14 is located adjacent to the first region 12 on one main surface of the silencer 20. The dashed-dotted line in FIG. 1 indicates the boundary between the first region 12 and the second region 14. The second region 14 is a region where the wiring member 50 is located between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30. In the second region 14, since the wiring member 50 is located between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30, at least one of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 may be bent or curved by the thickness of the wiring member 50. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the silencer 20 is bent and the carpet 30 is curved. The carpet 30 may be prevented from bending by providing a groove in the silencer 20 or the like.
[0037] In the second region 14, a wiring holding portion 15 for fixing the wiring member 50 to at least one of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 is provided. The wiring holding portion 15 is a holding portion having a mechanical joining member or an adhesive holding portion having an adhesive force weaker than the adhesive force between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 in the first region 12.
[0038] When the wiring holding portion 15 is a holding portion having a mechanical joining member, such a mechanical joining member may be an elastic member such as a sponge. Frictional force is generated by the elastic member being sandwiched and compressed between the wiring member 50 and the silencer 20 or the carpet 30, and the wiring member 50 is held by the frictional force.
[0039] When the wiring holding portion 15 is an adhesive holding portion having an adhesive force weaker than the adhesive force between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 in the first region 12, the adhesive holding portion may be a portion adhered using an adhesive member such as a single-sided adhesive tape, a double-sided adhesive tape, or an adhesive. The adhesive holding portion may be a portion where the resin of at least one of the wiring member 50 and the silencer 20 or the carpet 30 is melted and adhered to the other member without using another member, such as by fusion. In FIG. 2, an example of an adhesive holding portion having an adhesive member 60 such as a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive is shown as the wiring holding portion 15.
[0040] The wiring holding part 15 may be provided at a plurality of positions spaced apart along the extending direction of the wiring member 50 that can be placed on the silencer 20. In this case, it is preferable that the wiring holding part 15 is provided at a part where the wiring member 50 extends from the silencer 20, a branch part 56 of the wiring member 50, etc. The wiring holding part 15 may be provided over the entire length along the extending direction of the wiring member 50 that can be placed on the silencer 20.
[0041] The third region 16 is located adjacent to the second region 14 on one main surface of the silencer 20. The third region 16 is a region where the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are fixed via the mechanical joining member 42. The mechanical joining member 42 is not particularly limited and may be, for example, a tag pin-shaped member, a stapler, or a sewing thread. The third region 16 includes the outer edge of the carpet 30. The third region 16 is connected to the first region 12 via the second region 14. The second region 14 is interposed between the first region 12 and the third region 16. Before the fixing of the third region 16, the second region 14 and the third region 16 are free ends.
[0042] In FIG. 2, an example of the tag pin-shaped member 42 as the mechanical joining member 42 is shown. The tag pin-shaped member 42 has, for example, a pair of support pieces 43 and a connecting piece 44 that connects the pair of support pieces 43. One of the pair of support pieces 43 is located below the lower surface of the silencer 20 and is hooked on the lower surface of the silencer 20. The other of the pair of support pieces 43 is located above the upper surface of the carpet 30 and is hooked on the upper surface of the carpet 30. The connecting piece 44 penetrates through the silencer 20 and the carpet 30.
[0043] The area occupied by the first region 12 on one main surface of the silencer 20 is larger than the area occupied by the third region 16. The area occupied by the first region 12 may be larger than the area occupied by the second region 14. The area occupied by the first region 12 may be larger than the sum of the area occupied by the second region 14 and the area occupied by the third region 16. More than half of the area of one main surface of the silencer 20 may be the first region 12.
[0044] The first region 12 is arranged in a region on the floor of the vehicle that is more likely to be stepped on by the occupant than the second region 14 and the third region 16. The region that is likely to be stepped on by the occupant is, for example, the foot area of the occupant. The region that is less likely to be stepped on by the occupant is, for example, under the seat, on the side of the rocker 82, etc.
[0045] In the carpet 30, the portion forming the first region 12 is taken as the first fixing portion 31, the portion forming the second region 14 is taken as the wiring covering portion 32, and the portion forming the third region 16 is taken as the second fixing portion 33. The wiring covering portions 32 are connected to the left, right, and rear of the first fixing portion 31 of the carpet 30 located at the front of the vehicle. The left wiring covering portion 32 and the rear wiring covering portion 32 are separated via a slit 34A. The right wiring covering portion 32 and the rear wiring covering portion 32 are separated via a slit 34B. Also, the rear wiring covering portion 32 is separated into left and right via a slit 34C. In the portion covering the branch portion 56 between the first extending portion 53 and the second extending portion 54 of the rear wiring covering portion 32, tag pin-shaped members 42 are provided at four locations around the branch portion 56. The wiring covering portions 32 are connected to the left and right of the first fixing portion 31 of the carpet 30 located at the rear of the vehicle.
[0046] The carpet 30 has a window portion 35 located in an inner region rather than the outer edge on one main surface of the silencer 20. The wiring member 50 has an end portion that extends onto the carpet 30 through the window portion 35. Here, the end portion of the third extending portion 55 extends onto the carpet 30 through the window portion 35. The end portion of the third extending portion 55 is connected to a device on the carpet 30. Such a device may be a device arranged on the seat.
[0047] <Manufacturing method> Next, with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5, a manufacturing method of the floor wiring module 10 will be described. FIGS. 3 to 5 are perspective views showing the manufacturing method of the floor wiring module 10.
[0048] First, as shown in FIG. 3, a part of the laminated area of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 is heated and pressed to be fixed. The carpet 30 is divided into two along the front-rear direction. Further, a slit 34 is formed in the front carpet 30. In FIG. 3, the area of the carpet 30 to be heated and pressed is the area surrounded by the two-dot chain line. Note that in FIG. 3, the front carpet 30 and the rear carpet 30 are separated in the front-rear direction. The front carpet 30 and the rear carpet 30 may be in contact with each other in the front-rear direction.
[0049] The heating and pressing are performed using a heating and pressing device 90. The heating and pressing device 90 includes a pair of press members 91 and 92. The press member 91 presses the carpet 30, and the press member 92 presses the silencer 20. For example, the heating and pressing is performed in a state where at least one of the pair of press members 91 and 92 is heated by a heating device.
[0050] A thermal adhesive 40 is provided at a portion to be fixed between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30. By heating and pressing the portion where the thermal adhesive 40 is provided, the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are fixed via the thermal adhesive 40. Note that a portion where the thermal adhesive 40 is not provided between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 may also be heated and pressed. In this case, the portion where the thermal adhesive 40 is not provided between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 does not have to be fixed when heated and pressed.
[0051] Next, a wiring member 50 is disposed between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 at another part of the laminated area of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 where the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are not fixed.
[0052] Here, as shown in FIG. 4, the floor laminate 100 is a laminate in which a part of the laminated region of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 is fixed by hot pressing. The floor laminate 100 includes the silencer 20 and a carpet 30 laminated on one main surface of the silencer 20. In the floor laminate 100, the laminated region of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 includes a fixed region 102 and a separation region 104. The fixed region 102 is a region where the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are fixed by hot pressing. The fixed region 102 corresponds to the first region 12 in the floor wiring module 10. The separation region 104 is located adjacent to the fixed region 102 on one main surface of the silencer 20. The separation region 104 is a region where the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are separated. The separation region 104 is a portion that becomes the second region 14 and the third region 16 in the floor wiring module 10.
[0053] In the carpet 30 forming the floor laminate 100, a floating piece 36 is formed in a portion of the separation region 104 such that the tip end portion can move freely around the base end portion connected to the fixed region 102. The floating piece 36 can be bent with the base end portion connected to the fixed region 102 as a fold. In the carpet 30 in front of the vehicle, four floating pieces 36 are provided on the left, right, left rear, and right rear sides with respect to the fixed region 102 by providing slits 34A, 34B, and 34C. In the carpet 30 behind the vehicle, floating pieces 36 are provided on the right and left sides with respect to the fixed region 102, respectively.
[0054] In the separation region 104 of this floor laminate 100, a wiring member 50 is disposed between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30.
[0055] First, as shown in FIG. 4, the movable pieces 36 are bent to expose the upper surface of the silencer 20. Then, the wiring member 50 is disposed on the exposed upper surface of the silencer 20. At this time, the upper surface of the silencer 20 exposed by bending all the movable pieces 36 has a shape corresponding to the path of the wiring member 50. Therefore, by disposing the wiring member 50 on the exposed upper surface of the silencer 20, the wiring member 50 can be easily disposed along a predetermined path. In the example shown in FIG. 4, the movable pieces 36 are bent at 90 degrees. The movable pieces 36 may be bent at 180 degrees and overlapped with the fixed region 102. The carpet 30 may be formed such that the movable pieces 36 can be bent so as to overlap the fixed region 102.
[0056] In FIG. 4, an adhesive member 60 such as a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive is provided on the upper surface of the silencer 20. The wiring member 50 is disposed on the upper surface of the silencer 20, and the adhesive member 60 adheres to the silencer 20 and the wiring member 50, thereby forming the wiring holding portion 15.
[0057] After the wiring member 50 is disposed on the exposed upper surface of the silencer 20, the movable pieces 36 are returned to their original positions. In the front carpet 30 of the two carpets 30, the movable pieces 36 located behind the fixed region 102 may or may not be in contact with the rear carpet 30 of the two carpets 30. At this time, here, the end of the first extending portion 53 and the end of the second extending portion 54 are drawn out to the outside of the silencer 20. Further, the third extending portion 55 is drawn out onto the carpet 30 from between the two movable pieces 36 separated by the slit 34C. The space between the two movable pieces 36 is the window portion 35. Thereby, the wiring member 50 is disposed between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30, and the state shown in FIG. 5 is obtained. Note that the window portion 35 only needs to be able to draw out a part of the wiring member 50. For example, the window portion 35 may be in a slit shape when the portions of the two movable pieces 36 in front of and behind the wiring member 50 are in contact with each other in the left-right direction. Further, for example, the window portion 35 may be in an open shape when the two movable pieces 36 are separated from each other in the left-right direction.
[0058] Next, on the side of the wiring member 50 in the separation region 104, the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are fixed. FIG. 5 shows an example in which the tag pin-shaped member 42 is driven in using the jig 94 to fix the silencer 20 and the carpet 30. The tag pin-shaped member 42 is fixed to the tip of the floating piece 36 on the side opposite to the fixed region 102. At a predetermined location in the laminated region, the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are fixed via the tag pin-shaped member 42, whereby the floor wiring module 10 is manufactured.
[0059] The floor wiring module 10 may be conveyed to the vehicle assembly factory and the floor wiring module 10 may be disposed on the floor panel 80. The floor laminate 100 may be conveyed to the vehicle assembly factory, the floor laminate 100 may be disposed on the floor panel 80, and the wiring member 50 may be disposed on the floor laminate 100 on the floor panel 80 to form the floor wiring module 10.
[0060] <Effect, etc.> According to the floor wiring module 10 configured as described above, since the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are heat-pressed and fixed in the first region 12, they can be fixed with a relatively high fixing force. As a result, in the floor wiring module 10, the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are easily kept in an integrated state, so that the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 can be easily arranged on the floor panel 80. Further, since the second region 14 adjacent to the first region 12 is the arrangement region of the wiring member 50, the wiring member 50 can be easily arranged on the laminate of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30, and the influence of the heat pressing in the first region 12 hardly reaches the wiring member 50.
[0061] Further, the laminated region is located adjacent to the second region 14 on one main surface of the silencer 20, and includes a third region 16 where the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are fixed via a mechanical joining member 42. Thereby, the third region 16 can be easily provided. Also, the first region 12, the second region 14, and the third region 16 can be provided in this order, and the influence of the hot pressing in the first region 12 hardly reaches the wiring member 50.
[0062] Also, the area occupied by the first region 12 on one main surface of the silencer 20 is larger than the area occupied by the third region 16. Thereby, the larger the area of the first region 12 where the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are fixed by hot pressing, the easier it is to maintain the state where the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are integrated.
[0063] Also, the first region 12 is arranged in a region on the vehicle floor that is more likely to be stepped on by the occupant than the second region 14 and the third region 16. Thereby, the wiring member 50 in the second region 14 and the mechanical joining member 42 in the third region 16 are less likely to be stepped on by the occupant. Also, since the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are fixed by hot pressing in the first region 12, it is easy to obtain strength against being stepped on by the occupant.
[0064] Also, a wiring holding portion 15 for fixing the wiring member 50 to at least one of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 is provided in the second region 14. Thereby, displacement between the wiring member 50 and the laminate of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 is suppressed.
[0065] Also, the wiring holding portion 15 is a holding portion via a mechanical joining member or an adhesive holding portion having an adhesive force weaker than the adhesive force between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 in the first region 12. Thereby, even when it is necessary to remove the wiring member 50 from the laminate of the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 during repair of the floor wiring module 10 or the like, the wiring member 50 can be easily removed.
[0066] Further, the carpet 30 has a window portion 35 located in an inner region than the outer edge on one main surface of the silencer 20, and the wiring member 50 has an end portion extending onto the carpet 30 through the window portion 35. Thereby, the wiring member 50 can be easily connected to a device located in an inner region than the outer edge on one main surface of the silencer 20.
[0067] Also, according to the floor laminate 100, since the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are heat-pressed and fixed in the fixing region 102, they can be fixed with a relatively high fixing force. Thereby, in the floor wiring module 10, since the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are easily kept in an integrated state, the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 can be easily arranged on the floor panel 80. Further, since the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are separated in the separation region 104 different from the fixing region 102, it is easy to arrange the wiring member 50 between the silencer 20 and the carpet 30.
[0068] Also, according to the manufacturing method of the floor wiring module 10, since the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are heat-pressed and fixed in a part of the lamination region, they can be fixed with a relatively high fixing force. Thereby, in the floor wiring module 10, since the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are easily kept in an integrated state, the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 can be easily arranged on the floor panel 80. Further, since the wiring member 50 is arranged in a region different from the region where the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 are heat-pressed and fixed, the influence of the heat press for fixing the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 hardly reaches the wiring member 50.
[0069] [Appendix] So far, the laminated region has been described as including the third region 16, but this is not an essential configuration. The laminated region may not include the third region 16. For example, the floating piece 36 of the carpet 30 may remain unfixed in the vehicle. Also, for example, the floating piece 36 of the carpet 30 may be fixed to a member other than the silencer 20 in the vehicle, and the state where the silencer 20 and the carpet 30 sandwich the wiring member 50 may be maintained.
[0070] So far, the wiring holding portion 15 has been described as being provided in the second region 14, but this is not an essential configuration. For example, the wiring holding portion 15 may not be provided in the second region 14.
[0071] So far, the wiring member 50 has been described as having an end portion extending onto the carpet 30 through the window portion 35, but this is not an essential configuration. For example, the wiring member 50 may not have the third extending portion 55. Also, the window portion 35 does not have to be the slit 34, and may be a hole penetrating the carpet 30 or the like.
[0072] So far, the carpet 30 has been described as being divided into a plurality of parts, and the silencer 20 has been described as having a size corresponding to the size obtained by combining the divided bodies of the plurality of carpets 30, but this is not an essential configuration. For example, the silencer may be divided into a plurality of parts, and the carpet may have a size corresponding to the size obtained by combining the divided bodies of the plurality of silencers.
[0073] In addition, the respective configurations described in the above embodiments and respective modification examples can be appropriately combined as long as they do not conflict with each other.
