Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to footwear with an open lower part from the ankle, such as zori sandals.

Background Art

[0002] Open footwear with an open lower part from the ankle, such as zori sandals, is generally composed by attaching a belt or a thong to a flat sole shaped like the sole of the foot. Conventionally, there have been zori sandals and sandals with beneficial health functions, such as providing protrusions on the sole to stimulate the depressions on the sole while walking, or tilting the sole laterally to correct knock knees or bow legs, which have become popular.

[0003] Conventionally, as a technology of this kind, there is the technology described in Patent Document 1. Patent Document 1 discloses a health sandal in which the positions for attaching the front part of the thong are set at two places so as to sandwich the index finger, with the three fingers of the middle finger, ring finger, and little finger centered on the index finger being in a 1-to-3 ratio, and the top part where the index finger rides is made about 2 to 5 mm higher.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] By the way, in recent years, even relatively inexpensive footwear such as beach sandals is desired to have beneficial health functions. In particular, the emergence of beach sandals with functions to correct knock knees and posture is desired.

[0006] An object of the present invention is to meet such a demand and provide footwear having a function of correcting knock knees and posture.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0007] To achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.

[0008] (1) Footwear (e.g., footwear 1) provided with a footrest (e.g., footrest 10) on which the foot is placed, The footrest has a heel thin part (e.g., heel missing part 11a) with a reduced thickness at a part facing the user's heel, a little finger side thin part (e.g., little finger side missing part 11c) with a reduced thickness at a part on the little finger side with respect to the end on the toe side and on the toe side with respect to the heel thin part, and a placement part (e.g., toe part 11b) formed at a part excluding the heel thin part and the little finger side thin part, on which the user's sole is placed. The placement part has a horizontal part (e.g., horizontal part 11e) where the transverse head of the abductor hallucis contacts from the part where the transverse head of the abductor hallucis contacts to the heel side, and an inclined part (e.g., inclined part 11d) that slopes upward from the horizontal part toward the toe side. The little finger side thin part is a part facing at least the middle finger, ring finger, little finger of the user's foot and their root parts, and the part of the transverse head of the abductor hallucis located closer to the heel with respect to the root part. When the sole is divided into a front side and a heel side near the instep and the front side is further divided into an inner half on the thumb side and an outer half on the little finger side, it is formed at a part facing the outer half, and does not face the thumb side with respect to the end on the toe side. The footwear is characterized by this.

[0009] According to (1), by forming the little finger side thin part on the footrest, when the user walks wearing the footwear of the present invention, since the part on the front side and the outer side of the sole is separated from the upper surface of the footrest, the user's body weight is concentrated on the inner side part of the user's sole. Thereby, it becomes possible to correct the center of gravity of the user's leg inward, and if the user has knock knees, it becomes possible to narrow the interval between the user's knees. Further, by forming the heel thin part on the footrest, the user assumes a posture of walking on tiptoe. For this reason, by walking while wearing the footwear, it becomes possible to naturally exercise the calf muscles and the muscles from the back of the thigh to the buttocks. In addition, when the user wears the footwear of the present invention, with the foot placed on the footrest, it becomes possible to place the heel on the surface of the thin heel part. For this reason, since the heel side is lower than the toe side, it becomes possible to move the user's center of gravity backward, making it easier for the weight to be applied to the heel side. As a result, it is possible to correct the forward-bending posture, and the user can move the heel up and down with the foot placed on the footrest when walking, enabling efficient exercise of the muscles from the user's calf, the back of the thigh to the buttocks. Moreover, since the transverse head of the abductor hallucis is located on the horizontal part of the footrest and the thumb is located on the inclined part, when the user wears the footwear of the present invention, it is possible to keep the line of the spine straight with respect to the ground and make it easier for the weight to be applied to the heel side. As a result, it is possible to efficiently exercise the muscles from the user's calf, the back of the thigh to the buttocks, and it is possible to correct the forward-bending posture.

[0010] (2) In (1), it further includes a nose strap that consists of a front strap portion sandwiched between the big toe and the index finger of the foot and a transverse strap portion extending across the instep of the foot, and is attached to the footrest. The footwear is characterized in that the front strap portion is arranged on the inclined part.

[0011] According to (2), since the front strap portion is arranged on the inclined part, it becomes possible to maintain the state where the base parts of the big toe and the index finger of the foot are arranged on the inclined part.

[0012] (3) In (2), the footrest has an upper and lower two-layer structure (for example, a first layer 11 and a second layer 12). The lower layer, which is one of the two-layer structures, has a shape that follows the outer periphery of the foot without providing a missing part. The upper layer, which is the other of the two-layer structures, has the placement part, a heel missing part (for example, heel missing part 11a) where the part facing the user's heel is missing, and a little finger side missing part (for example, little finger side missing part 11c) where the part on the little finger side with respect to the front strap portion and on the toe side with respect to the heel missing part is missing. The heel thin part is a part below the heel missing part in the lower layer, The little toe side thin part is a part below the little toe side missing part in the lower layer, and is characterized by the footwear.

[0013] (3) According to this, the heel thin part is formed by the heel missing part of the upper layer, and the little toe side thin part is formed by the little toe side missing part of the upper layer. Thus, similar to (1), if the user has O-shaped legs, it becomes possible to narrow the distance between the user's knees. Moreover, it is possible to correct the forward-bending posture and efficiently exercise the muscles of the user's calf and the back of the thigh to the buttocks.

[0014] (4) In (3), the upper layer is a two-layer structure composed of a first upper layer (for example, the upper layer 31) with a uniform thickness that abuts against the user's sole, and a second upper layer (for example, the lower layer 32) fixed to the lower surface of the first upper layer. The second upper layer has a lower layer horizontal part (for example, the lower layer horizontal part 32a) where the area on the heel side faces the part where the transverse head of the abductor hallucis in the first upper layer abuts, and a lower layer inclined part (for example, the lower layer inclined part 32b) that gradually thickens from the lower layer horizontal part toward the toe side and whose upper surface slopes upward from the upper surface of the lower layer horizontal part, and is characterized by the footwear.

[0015] (4) According to this, by fixing the lower surface of the first upper layer to the upper surface of the second upper layer in a state where the first upper layer is deformed along the lower layer inclined part, an inclined part is formed in the upper layer. Therefore, by fixing the first layer, which has been processed to form anti-slip features such as unevenness on the surface, to the second layer, it becomes possible to easily create the upper layer with a predetermined process on the surface of the inclined part.

[0016] (5) In (4), the second upper layer has a back side inclined part (for example, the back side inclined part 32c) that gently slopes downward toward the toe side on the opposite surface of the lower layer inclined part, and is characterized by the footwear.

[0017] According to (5), the thickness on the toe side of the upper layer can be increased.

[0018] (6) In (5), the footwear is characterized in that the first upper layer and the second upper layer are made of the same member and are colored in different colors from each other.

[0019] (6) According to (6), since the first layer and the second layer are colored in different colors, it is possible to impress the user that the second layer becomes thicker toward the toe side and the area for placing the thumb is higher.

[0020] (7) In (1) to (6), the footwear is characterized in that the height from the upper surface of the horizontal part to the top of the inclined part is 7 mm or more and 22 mm or less.

[0021] (7) According to (7), it becomes possible to set the height from the upper surface of the horizontal part to the top of the inclined part to a height at which the operational effect of (1) is easily achieved.

Effect of the Invention

[0022] According to the present invention, it becomes possible to provide footwear having a function of correcting O-shaped legs and posture.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention

[0024] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0025] [First Embodiment] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the footwear 1 in the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a side view of FIG. 1. The footwear 1 is a so-called beach sandal and includes a sole 10 and a strap 20. Note that FIGS. 1 to 3 show the footwear 1 worn on the user's left foot, and since the footwear 1 worn on the right foot is symmetric with respect to the footwear 1 worn on the left foot, a detailed description of the footwear 1 worn on the right foot will be omitted.

[0026] The sole 10 is made of a rubber material, an EVA urethane material, or the like and has a two-layer structure of a first layer 11 and a second layer 12.

[0027] The first layer 11 is a plate-like member that follows the outer periphery of the foot and includes a heel cutout portion 11a, a toe portion 11b, and a little finger side cutout portion 11c.

[0028] The heel cutout portion 11a is formed by cutting out the portion where the user's heel faces.

[0029] The toe portion 11b is the portion where the user's toes are placed on the first layer 11 and has an inclined portion 11d and a horizontal portion 11e.

[0030] The little finger side cutout portion 11c is formed by making a cut along the longitudinal direction of the first layer 11 from the end portion on the toe side of the first layer 11, passing through a portion slightly closer to the little finger than the front end portion 21 of the strap 20, and passing through a portion slightly closer to the toe than the edge on the heel side of the first layer 11, and cutting in a gentle arc shape to the outer side portion of the sole 10.

[0031] On the toe portion 11b, portions other than the portion facing the heel cutout portion 11a and the portion facing the little finger side cutout portion 11c on the user's sole abut. The horizontal portion 11e is the portion where the heel side abuts from the portion where the transverse head of the abductor hallucis of the user in the toe portion 11b abuts. The inclined portion 11d is the portion where the thumb, index finger of the user and the vicinity of their bases abut, and is formed by gradually increasing the thickness from the horizontal portion 11e in the toe portion 11b toward the toe. As a result, the upper surface of the inclined portion 11d becomes an inclined surface that slopes upward toward the toe. Note that the lower surface of the first layer 11 is a flat surface.

[0032] The first layer 11 has a two-layer structure composed of an upper layer 31 and a lower layer 32. The upper layer 31 and the lower layer 32 are composed of the same member and have the same shape in plan view. The upper layer 31 is composed of a plate-like member with a uniform thickness, and the sole of the user abuts on the upper surface. The upper surface of the upper layer 31 is formed as a rough surface with fine irregularities. As a result, it becomes difficult for the sole of the user to slip on the upper surface of the upper layer 31. In addition, chamfering is performed on the edge on the heel side of the upper layer 31, that is, the edge that forms the boundary with the heel cutout portion 11a. Also, chamfering is performed on the edge on the little finger side of the upper layer 31, that is, the edge that forms the boundary with the little finger side cutout portion 11c.

[0033] The lower layer 32 is adhesively fixed to the lower surface of the upper layer 31. The lower layer 32 is composed of a lower layer horizontal portion 32a and a lower layer inclined portion 32b. The lower layer horizontal portion 32a is the portion where the heel side faces through the upper layer 31 from the portion where the transverse head of the abductor hallucis in the upper layer 31 abuts. The lower layer inclined portion 32b gradually increases in thickness from the lower layer horizontal portion 32a toward the toe side, and the upper surface is the portion that slopes upward from the upper surface of the lower layer horizontal portion 32a.

[0034] According to the present embodiment, it is preferable to set the height H from the upper surface of the lower layer horizontal portion 32a to the top of the inclined surface of the lower layer inclined portion 32b in the range of 7 mm or more and 22 mm or less, and particularly preferably in the range of 15 mm or more and 20 mm or less.

[0035] The upper layer 31 and the lower layer 32 are colored with different colors from each other. It is desirable that the colors of the upper layer 31 and the lower layer 32 are colors that can be clearly distinguished from each other. As an example, black can be applied to the upper layer 31 and white can be applied to the lower layer 32.

[0036] The second layer 12 has a flat plate shape that mimics the outer periphery of the foot, where the heel cutout portion 11a, the little finger side cutout portion 11c, and the inclined portion 11d are not formed in the first layer 11. The lower surface of the second layer 12 is formed as a rough surface with wavy irregularities. Thereby, the second layer 12 becomes less slippery with respect to the ground.

[0037] The footrest 10 is configured by adhering the lower surface of the first layer 11, that is, the lower surface of the lower layer 32, and the upper surface of the second layer 12, and a step is formed by the upper surface of the first layer 11 and the upper surface of the second layer 12 at the positions of the heel cutout portion 11a and the little finger side cutout portion 11c. That is, in the footrest 10, the positions of the heel cutout portion 11a and the little finger side cutout portion 11c become thin portions. Further, by adhesively fixing the lower surface of the upper layer 31 to the upper surface of the lower layer 32, the upper layer 31 is fixed to the upper surface of the second layer in a state deformed along the upper surface of the lower layer 32. Thereby, the upper layer 31 inclines along the lower layer horizontal portion 32a and the lower layer inclined portion 32b of the lower layer 32, and a horizontal portion 11e and an inclined portion 11d are formed in the first layer 11.

[0038] The nose strap 20 is composed of cloth or synthetic resin, and is composed of a front strap portion 21 and a lateral strap portion 22. The front strap portion 21 extends upward from the plate surface of the footrest 10 and is a portion sandwiched between the thumb and index finger of the user's foot, and is disposed at the inclined portion 11d of the first layer 11. The lateral strap portion 22 is composed of a string-like or belt-like member made of cloth or synthetic resin, and is divided into two parts: an inner lateral strap portion 22a extending from the front strap portion 21 toward the thumb side portion (hereinafter referred to as the inner side portion) of the footrest 10 and an outer lateral strap portion 22b extending toward the little finger side portion (hereinafter referred to as the outer side portion). The terminal end of the inner lateral strap portion 22a is fixed to the thumb side corner at the heel side end of the first layer 11. The outer lateral strap portion 22b is fixed to the little finger side corner at the heel side end of the first layer 11.

[0039] Next, the state where the user wears the footwear 1 will be described.

[0040] The user can put on the footwear 1 by passing the foot through the nose strap 20 and sandwiching the front strap portion 21 between the thumb and index finger of the user's foot. At this time, the inner lateral strap portion 22a passes through the base of the user's thumb, and the outer lateral strap portion 22b passes over the instep of the user's foot, making it difficult for the footwear 1 to come off the user's foot. Further, since the front strap portion 21 is disposed on the inclined portion 11d, the thumb, index finger, and the base thereof of the user come into contact with the inclined surface of the inclined portion 11d. For this reason, only the portions of the thumb, index finger, and the base thereof on the sole of the user's foot are positioned higher than the upper surface of the horizontal portion 11e.

[0041] In the state where the user wears the footwear 1, the little toe side cutout portion 11c faces the middle finger, ring finger, little finger, and the root portions thereof of the user's foot, the portion of the transverse head of the adductor hallucis located closer to the heel with respect to the root portion, and the lateral portion of the ball of the foot in the flexor digiti minimi brevis. That is, when the sole of the foot is divided into a toe side and a heel side near the ball of the foot, and the toe side is further divided into a thumb side (inner side) and a little finger side (outer side), the outer half portion of the toe side generally faces the little toe side cutout portion 11c.

[0042] For this reason, when the user walks while wearing the footwear 1, since the outer half portion of the toe side on the sole of the foot is separated from the upper surface of the second layer 12, the weight of the user concentrates on the inner side portion of the sole of the user's foot. Also, when standing upright or walking, the user becomes conscious so that the outer portion of the sole of the foot where the little toe side cutout portion 11c faces does not adhere to the upper surface of the second layer 12. Thereby, it becomes possible to correct the center of gravity of the user's leg inward, and if the user has knock knees, it becomes possible to narrow the interval between the user's knees.

[0043] In addition, since the footwear 1 has the heel cutout portion 11a, the entire heel of the user faces the heel cutout portion 11a. Therefore, when the user walks while wearing the footwear 1, the user assumes a posture of walking on tiptoe, and by walking while wearing the footwear 1, it becomes possible to naturally exercise the calf muscles and the muscles from the back of the thigh to the buttocks. Also, even in a standing posture, since the heel of the user is in a state where it can move up and down, the muscles on the back side of the foot are used, and the hip joint does not spread but closes. In this way, it becomes possible to correct bowed legs.

[0044] In addition, the user can also exercise the muscles by walking from the heels. Specifically, when the user walks with the heels of the footwear 1 touching the ground first, the user's heels are positioned on the upper surface of the second layer 12 which is lower than the upper surface of the first layer 11. As a result, the center of gravity moves backward and the body weight is more likely to be applied to the rear. In particular, the tip of the user's foot is placed on the inclined portion 11d, and the thumb, index finger, and the base portions thereof are at a higher position than other parts on the sole of the foot. Therefore, the heel side is likely to move downward and it becomes difficult for the user to bend forward. As a result, usually, since the parts other than the thumb, index finger, and the base portions thereof on the sole of the foot are placed on the horizontal portion 11e, it becomes possible to take a posture in which the line of the spine is along the direction perpendicular to the ground. Here, after a lapse of time, even if the line of the spine inclines forward and the user tries to bend forward, since the thumb, index finger, and the base portions thereof are placed on the inclined portion 11d, it becomes difficult to bend forward, and even if the user bends forward, it is possible to return the line of the spine along the direction perpendicular to the ground. In this way, it becomes possible to correct the user's posture. In addition, since it is difficult to bend forward, it is possible to shorten the time of taking a posture in which gravity is applied to the face like a hunched posture. As a result, it becomes possible to reduce the accumulation of moisture on the face and the occurrence of puffiness, and as a result, a small face effect can also be expected. Furthermore, by making it difficult to bend forward and correcting the forward inclination posture to a better posture, it becomes possible to release the eyeballs from being pressed against the fascia, and the eye fatigue can be alleviated. In addition, by correcting the forward inclination posture to a better posture, effects such as improving the walking posture, making it easier to lift the feet, reducing shoulder stiffness, and improving the blood flow behind the neck can be achieved.

[0045] In particular, according to the present embodiment, the height H from the upper surface of the lower layer horizontal portion 32a to the top of the inclined surface of the lower layer inclined portion 32b is set in the range of 7 mm or more and 22 mm or less. Here, if the height H is too low, it becomes difficult to move the line of the spine backward, and conversely, if it is too high, there is a risk of moving the line of the spine backward more than necessary in a normal posture. Therefore, as in the present embodiment, within the range of 7 mm or more and 22 mm or less, when the user assumes a forward-leaning posture and the line of the spine inclines forward, it is possible to move the line of the spine backward to correct it to a straight state with respect to the ground. More preferably, by setting the height H in the range of 15 mm or more and 20 mm or less, it becomes possible to stably correct when the user assumes a forward-leaning posture and the line of the spine inclines forward.

[0046] Furthermore, in a state where the user's heel is on the upper surface of the second layer 12, since the user's middle finger, ring finger, little finger, and the roots thereof float facing the little finger side missing portion 11c, the user steps on the thumb, index finger, and the vicinity thereof placed on the first layer 11 in order to balance. For this reason, the middle finger, ring finger, little finger, and the roots thereof are maintained in a floating state. Thereby, it becomes possible to correct the center of gravity of the user's leg inward, and if the user has knock knees, it becomes possible to narrow the interval between the user's knees.

[0047] By the way, among users, there are those who have a habit of walking with their weight on the heel side (so-called heel walkers), and those who have a habit of walking with their weight on the toe side (so-called toe walkers). A heel walker can correct the center of gravity forward by being conscious of walking so that the heel does not touch the upper surface of the second layer 12. Also, a toe walker can correct the center of gravity backward by walking with the heel on the upper surface of the second layer 12. Thus, the footwear 1 can correct the walking postures of both heel walkers and toe walkers.

[0048] In addition, since the stepped portion formed by the heel cutout portion 11a is arc-shaped, it is possible to stimulate the area near the arch that is close to the arc-shaped heel portion during walking. Further, since the portion between the heel cutout portion 11a and the little toe side cutout portion 11c in the first layer 11 is formed to be narrow, the user can stimulate the side of the arch by moving the outer part of the sole of the foot up and down. Thereby, a beneficial effect on health by stimulating the foot sole can be expected.

[0049] According to the first embodiment configured as described above, when the user wears the footwear 1, the user's weight concentrates on the inner side portion of the sole of the foot, so that it becomes possible to correct the center of gravity of the user's leg inward, and it becomes possible to narrow the distance between the user's knees. Further, it becomes possible to efficiently exercise the muscles of the user's calf and from the back of the thigh to the buttocks. Thereby, when changing into swimwear by the sea, the user can walk without being overly concerned about having knock knees.

[0050] Furthermore, by forming the heel cutout portion 11a in the footrest 10, the user assumes a posture of walking on tiptoe, and by walking while wearing the footwear 1, it becomes possible to naturally exercise the muscles of the calf and from the back of the thigh to the buttocks. Also, when the user wears the footwear 1, with the foot placed on the upper surface of the first layer 11, it becomes possible to place the heel on the upper surface of the second layer 12 below the heel cutout portion 11a, and the user's center of gravity can be moved backward. Thereby, it is possible to correct the forward-bent posture, and the user can move the heel up and down while the foot is placed on the first layer 11 during walking. As a result, it becomes easier for the weight to be applied to the heel side, and it becomes possible to efficiently exercise the muscles of the user's calf and from the back of the thigh to the buttocks.

[0051] Moreover, since the transverse head of the user's abductor hallucis muscle is located on the horizontal portion 11e of the base 10, and the thumb, middle finger, and the vicinity of their bases are located on the inclined portion 11d, when the user wears the footwear of the present invention, the line of the spine can be made straight with respect to the ground, and it becomes possible to make the state where the weight is likely to be applied to the heel side. As a result, when the user assumes a forward-bent posture, the line of the spine can be moved backward, and it can be corrected to a correct posture.

[0052] Further, by adhesively fixing the lower surface of the upper layer 31 to the upper surface of the lower layer 32 in a state where the upper layer 31 is deformed along the lower layer inclined portion 32b, the inclined portion 11d is formed in the first layer 11. Therefore, by adhesively fixing the upper layer 31, which has been processed to form an anti-slip such as unevenness on its surface (upper surface), to the lower layer 32, it becomes possible to easily create the first layer 11 having an anti-slip such as unevenness on the surface (upper surface) of the inclined portion 11d.

[0053] In addition, since the upper layer 31 and the lower layer 32 are colored in different colors, when the footwear 1 is viewed from the side, it is possible to visually impress the user that the lower layer 32 becomes thicker toward the toe side and the area for placing the thumb is higher.

[0054] Incidentally, according to the first embodiment, when a stud paste is attached to the fish-eye formed on the outside of the sole, by wearing the footwear 1, the portion to which the stud paste is attached can be separated from the ground, so that it is possible to expect an effect of reducing the displacement or peeling of the stud paste during walking.

[0055] As described above, the first embodiment of the present invention has been described. However, the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the first embodiment described above. For example, in the first embodiment described above, a beach sandal was described as an example, but it can also be applied to zori. Further, although the sole is made of a rubber material, an EVA urethane material, or the like, the material of the sole is not limited thereto. For example, it may be made of wood.

[0056] In the first embodiment, the base 10 is formed in two layers. However, as long as a thin portion with a reduced plate thickness is formed at the portion where the outer half on the toe side and the portion where the heel portion face each other on the user's sole of the base, it may be a single layer (single plate). Also, the first layer 11 and the second layer 12 may each be configured in multiple layers. Also, although the first layer 11 also has a two-layer structure, it may be a single layer (single plate).

[0057] [Second Embodiment] FIG. 4 is a side view showing the appearance of the footwear 2 in the second embodiment of the present invention. In the footwear 2 in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, members that are the same as or have the same function as the members constituting the footwear 1 in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.

[0058] In the footwear 2 in the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a back side inclined portion 32c that gently inclines downward toward the toe side is formed on the opposite surface of the lower layer inclined portion 32b in the lower layer 32.

[0059] As a result, the thickness of the toe portion of the lower layer 32 in the second embodiment becomes smaller than the thickness of the toe portion of the lower layer 32 in the first embodiment. For this reason, when the footwear 1 is viewed from the side, the lower layer 32 becomes thicker toward the toe side, and it becomes possible to more strongly and visually impress the user that the area for placing the thumb is higher.

[0060] Also, on the portion of the upper surface of the second layer 12 that faces the back side inclined portion 32c, an inclined surface that inclines downward with the same gradient as the back side inclined portion 32c is formed. Thereby, the back surface of the second layer 12 in the footwear 2 can be made into a flat surface without inclination.

[0061] FIG. 5 is a side view showing a modified example of the footwear 2 in the second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, an inclined surface is formed on the upper surface of the toe side of the second layer 12. However, in the modified example of the second embodiment, the second layer 12 having a uniform thickness is applied without forming an inclined surface on the upper surface of the toe side of the second layer 12.

[0062] As a result, since the second layer 12 is inclined along the back inclined portion 32c, as shown in FIG. 5(a), the toe portion of the second layer 12 is slightly inclined downward. However, when the user wears the footwear 2 and stands on the ground, as shown in FIG. 5(b), the toe portion of the second layer 12 is elastically deformed by the amount of inclination, and the inclined portion 11d is lifted. As a result, it becomes possible to slightly lift the thumb, the middle finger, and the base portions thereof upward.
