The other end side of the first light source unit 12 is detachably attached to the second light source unit 13. Details of the configuration in which the other end side of the first light source unit 12 is attached to the second light source unit will be described later.
[0018] Also, the first light source unit 12 is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The first light source unit 12 is formed in a long shape and has a waterproof structure. The first light source unit 12 has an upper insertion region 12a inserted into the recess 23 of the instrument body 11 and a lower protruding region 12b arranged outside the recess 23 of the instrument body 11.
[0019] The first light source unit 12 includes a cylindrical cover 35 and caps 36 that are waterproofed by packing and attached to both ends of the cover 35. At least the protruding region 12b of the cover 35 has light transmissibility. Inside the cover 35, there are a chassis inserted and arranged inside the cover 35, a light source module having a common light source such as an LED (Light Emitting Diode) arranged on the lower surface side of the chassis, and a first power supply unit (not shown) arranged on the upper surface side of the chassis for lighting the first light source. For example, the first power supply unit is arranged in the insertion region 12a. Removable screws 37 that are detachably attached to the light source unit attachment portion 32 of the instrument body 11 and the second light source unit 13 are incorporated in the caps 36 at both ends, respectively.
[0020] The protruding regions 12b of the cover 35 and the caps 36 are formed in a convexly curved shape with a cross-section in the width direction X protruding downward.
[0021] A connection line connected to the power input part of the first power supply unit (not shown) is drawn out from one of the caps 36 in a waterproof manner by packing, and this connection line is electrically connected to the power line drawn into the instrument body 11.
[0022] Also, the second light source unit 13 is shown in FIGS. 4 to 13. The second light source unit 13 includes a housing 40, a light source part 41 arranged inside the housing 40, and a second power supply part 42.
[0023] The housing 40 includes a first housing 45 formed of a metal such as aluminum die-casting, a second housing 44 to which the first housing 45 is attached, and a packing 46 that makes the housing 40 a waterproof structure.
[0024] The second power supply part 42 is arranged inside the first housing 45, and the light source part 41 and the second power supply part 42 are accommodated between the first housing 45 and the second housing 44. The light source part 41 is arranged on the back side of the second housing 44, and the first housing 45 and the second housing 44 are assembled by screwing.
[0025] The second housing 44 is disposed outside the recess 23 of the appliance main body 11 and is, for example, a metal decorative frame such as an aluminum die-cast. On the front side of the second housing 44, a surface portion 47 is formed in a convexly curved shape with a downward protrusion in the cross-section in the width direction X so as to be continuous with the surface shape of the protruding region 12b of the first light source unit 12. Further, on the surface portion 47 of the second housing 44, a light source hole portion 50 provided substantially at the center of the surface portion 47 of the first housing 44 and facing the light source portion 41, and an inspection hole portion 51 provided separately from the side portion of the light source hole portion 50 are included.
[0026] Furthermore, on the back surface of one end side (the end side of the appliance main body) of the second housing 44, there are a screw hole 302 for screwing and fixing the attachment portion 98 of the first housing 45, and a third attachment hole 301 for screwing and fixing to the light source unit attachment portion 32 of the appliance main body 11. On the other end side of the second housing 44 (the side facing the first light source unit), there is a second protruding portion 402 that protrudes from the second housing 44 toward the side facing the first light source unit 12 and to which the first housing 45 is screwed and fixed.
[0027] The second protruding portion 402 is, for example, a substantially triangular shape with a curved vertex, has a columnar boss portion 55 extending toward the bottom surface portion 19 side of the appliance main body 11, and a screw hole is provided in the boss portion 55.
[0028] Also, the second protruding portion 402 is smaller than the width in the X direction of the recess 23 (smaller than the width in the X direction of the through hole 409 of the first protruding portion 401 to be described later), and the width in the X direction of the tip becomes smaller as it approaches the first light source unit 12.
[0029] As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the light source portion 41 includes an emergency light source 60, a heat sink 61, a socket 62, and a lens 63.
[0030] As the light source 60, a light-emitting module in which a semiconductor light-emitting element such as an LED or an organic EL is mounted on a substrate is used.
[0031] The heat sink 61 is composed of a metal plate, and the light source 60 is thermally connected and arranged by the socket 62.
[0032] The socket 62 sandwiches the light source 60 between the heat sink 61 and is attached to the heat sink 61 by screwing. The socket 62 is electrically connected to the light source 60, and the wiring from the second power supply unit 42 is electrically connected, electrically connecting the light source 60 and the second power supply unit 42.
[0033] The lens 63 is formed in a convex lens shape protruding in the light irradiation direction, receives the light emitted from the light source 60, and emits it so as to have a predetermined light distribution. The lens 63 faces the light source 60 and is attached to the heat sink 61 by screwing. By arranging the light source unit 41 on the back side of the second housing 44, the lens 63 is arranged in the light source hole 50 of the second housing 44. A second packing portion 57 is interposed between the lens 63 and the second housing 44 around the light source hole 50 to form a waterproof structure.
[0034] Also, the second power supply unit 42 is arranged in the first housing 45. The first housing 45 has a wire insertion hole 406 covered with a fourth packing 407 on the side of the first light source unit 12. The second power supply unit 42 inserts a power line and a battery wire through this wire insertion hole 406 and is connected to an external power supply and a battery 14.
[0035] The second power supply unit 42 includes a case 65 and a circuit unit 66 housed in this case 65. The circuit unit 66 of the second power supply unit 42 includes a charging circuit that converts external power into a predetermined charging power to charge the battery 14 when external power is supplied from an external power supply, and a backup lighting circuit that converts the power stored in the battery 14 into a predetermined lighting power to supply it to the light source and light it up when the external power supply fails. The backup lighting circuit is electrically connected to the light source 60 by a harness.
[0036] The second power supply unit 42 includes an inspection unit 67 disposed to face the inspection hole portion 51. The inspection unit 67 includes a receiving unit 68 that receives a wireless signal such as an infrared signal transmitted from an external terminal such as a remote control, a transmitting unit 69 that transmits an inspection result to the external terminal, an inspection switch 70 for instructing an inspection by manual operation, and a monitor lamp 71 that displays an inspection result and the like. And, through the inspection unit 67, it is possible to inspect the life of the battery 14 and the abnormality of the light source 60.
[0037] The first housing 45 includes an insertion portion 52 inserted into the recess 23 of the appliance main body 11, a first protruding portion 401 provided on the opposing surface portion 52a facing the first light source unit 12 of the insertion portion 52 and protruding toward the first light source unit 12 side, a leg portion 404 protruding from the insertion portion 52 toward the bottom surface portion 19 side of the appliance main body 11, a third protruding portion 403 provided on the bottom surface portion 19 side rather than the first protruding portion 401 and protruding toward the first light source 12 side, and a plurality of ribs 72 provided on the bottom surface side inside the first housing 45 for positioning the second power supply unit 42 in the X direction and the Y direction.
[0038] The insertion portion 52 of the first housing 45 is provided in a rectangular box shape with an open bottom surface side.
[0039] The width in the width direction X of the insertion portion 52 is shorter than the width in the X direction of the recess 23 of the appliance main body 11, enabling the insertion portion 52 to be inserted into the recess 23. The insertion portion 52 is inserted into the recess 23, and the fixing portion 405 provided on the leg portion 404 is screwed to the bottom surface portion 19 of the appliance main body 11, thereby attaching the insertion portion 52 to the appliance main body 11.
[0040] Further, the opposing surface portion 52a includes a wire insertion hole 406 through which an electric wire is inserted, and a fourth packing 407 is attached to the wire insertion hole 406.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 4, the first protruding portion 401 is provided at the center of the lower side of the opposing surface portion 52a. Further, the first protruding portion 401 has, for example, a plate-like shape, and the length of the width in the X direction is shorter than the width of the insertion portion 52. Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 9, one end side (the insertion portion 52 side) of the first protruding portion 401 has a through hole 409 through which the boss portion 55 of the second housing 44 penetrates, and the other end side (the first light source unit 12 side) has a first fixing hole 58 to which the first light source unit 12 is screwed and fixed.
[0042] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 12, the third protruding portion 403 is provided on the central side above the first protruding portion 401 of the opposing surface portion 52a and protrudes toward the first light source unit 12. Further, the width of the tip becomes smaller as it approaches the first light source unit 12, the length of the width in the X direction is shorter than the width of the through hole 409, and the length of the third protruding portion 403 in the Y direction is shorter than the through hole 409. Further, the third protruding portion 403 has a second fixing hole 59 and is screwed and fixed to the tip of the boss portion 55 of the second protruding portion 402 that has penetrated the through hole 409.
[0043] The leg portion 404 protrudes toward the first light source unit 12 and has a fixing portion 405 provided at the tip. The fixing portion 405 has a screw hole 408. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 11, in a front view, the fixing portion 405 is provided closer to the side surface portion 20 of the instrument main body 11 than the first protruding portion 401. That is, it is provided at a position that does not overlap the first protruding portion 401 in a front view. The fixing portion 405 is inserted into an insertion hole 200 provided in the bottom surface portion 19 of the instrument main body 11, and is arranged on the back surface side of the bottom surface portion 19 by sliding the housing 40 toward the end side (the side opposite to the protruding direction of the first protruding portion 401), and is screwed to the bottom surface portion 19 of the instrument main body 11 from the opening side with respect to the bottom surface portion 19 side of the instrument main body 11. Note that FIG. 11 is a view in which the second housing 44 and the first light source unit 12 are removed for explanation.
[0044] Also, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, since the leg portion 404 protrudes from the bottom surface 43 of the insertion portion 52 toward the bottom surface portion 19 of the instrument main body 11, the bottom surface 43 of the insertion portion 52 and the bottom surface portion 19 of the instrument main body 11 are separated. When the separation distance between the bottom surface 43 and the bottom surface portion 19 of the instrument main body 11 is defined as A, the separation distance A is preferably at least longer than the diameter of the power line inserted through the wiring hole 25 of the instrument main body 11. Also, the separation A is preferably shorter than the length of the insertion portion 52 of the first housing 45. For example, when the length of the insertion portion 52 is 5 cm, the separation distance is preferably 2 cm or the like. By separating the bottom surface 43 and the bottom surface portion 19 of the instrument main body 11, it becomes possible to accommodate the wiring of the instrument main body 11 in the separated space, and the clutter of the wiring inside the instrument main body 11 can be reduced.
[0045] Also, when the end plate 18 of the instrument main body 11 has an insertion hole 16 for inserting wiring to the outside, as shown in FIG. 4, by setting the separation distance A so that at least a part of the insertion hole 16 is located between the bottom surface 43 of the insertion portion 52 and the bottom surface portion 19 of the instrument main body 11, when wiring is inserted through the end plate 18 to connect the external device, the second light source unit 13, and the first light source unit 12, the wiring can pass through the space formed by the separation distance, and the wiring work becomes easy.
[0046] Also, the opposing surface portion 52a has a wire insertion hole 406 above the first protruding portion 401 and the second protruding portion 402. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 11, it is preferable that at least a part of this wire insertion hole 406 is provided at a position on the X-direction side with respect to the first protruding portion 401. By providing the wire insertion hole 406 at this position, since a part of the wire insertion hole 406 does not overlap with the first protruding portion 401 in a front view, it is easy for an operator to visually confirm the situation of the wire insertion hole 406, such as whether wiring is inserted through the wire insertion hole 406, during construction.
[0047] Next, the assembly procedure of the second light source unit 13 and the attachment procedure to the instrument main body 11 will be described.
[0048] First, screw-fix the light source 60 together with the socket 62 to the heat sink 61, cover the light source 60 and the socket 62 with the lens 63, and attach an annular second packing 57 to the lens 63. Next, cover the inspection switch 70 with a third packing 56, and screw-fix the heat sink 61 to the second housing 44. Next, connect the power line inserted through the wiring hole 25 from the outside to the second power supply unit 42 via the insertion part 52 of the first housing 45, position the second power supply unit 42 in the X direction and the Y direction with a plurality of ribs 72 provided on the bottom surface side inside the first housing 45, and accommodate it in the first housing 45. Next, pass the second protruding part 402 of the second housing 44 through the through hole 409 of the first protruding part 401 of the first housing 45 and screw-fix it from the back surface side of the third protruding part 403, and also fix the screw on the opposite side (the appliance end side).
[0049] Next, the procedure for attaching the second light source unit 13 to the appliance main body 11 will be described.
[0050] First, insert the second light source unit 13 into the recess 23 of the appliance main body 11, insert the fixing part 405 of the leg part 404 of the first housing 45 into the insertion hole 200 provided in the bottom surface part 19 of the appliance main body 11, and slide the second light source unit 13 toward the end side of the appliance main body 11 (the side opposite to the protruding direction of the first protruding part 401). At this time, the second mounting hole 300 on the bottom surface part 19 and the screw hole 408 of the fixing part 405 overlap, and the light source unit mounting part 32 provided at the end of the appliance main body 11 and the third mounting hole 301 of the second housing 44 overlap. Next, insert a screw from below the third mounting hole 301 of the second housing 44 and screw-fix the second housing 44 and the appliance main body 11, and insert a screw into the second mounting hole 300 on the bottom surface part 19 from the opening side to screw-fix the bottom surface part 19 of the appliance main body 11 and the fixing part 405.
[0051] At this time, since the fixing part 405 and the first protruding part 401 are formed so as not to overlap in a front view, screw-fixing from the opening side becomes possible. For example, an attachment tool such as a driver is inserted between the first protruding part 401 and the side surface part 20 of the appliance main body 11, and the screwing operation becomes easy.
[0052] One end side of the first light source unit 12 is screwed and fixed to the light source unit mounting portion 32 of the fixture main body 11, and the other end side is screwed and fixed to the first fixing hole 58 provided in the first protruding portion 401 of the second light source unit 13, whereby the first light source unit 12 is fixed to the fixture main body 11. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, at least a part of the second housing 44 of the second light source unit 13 overlaps with the end portion of the first light source unit 12 in a front view. Thus, in the lighting device 10 of the present embodiment, the first light source unit 12 and the second light source unit 13 are arranged adjacent to each other in the recess 23 of the fixture main body 11, and one end side of the first light source unit 12 is fixed to the second light source unit 13. Therefore, fixing parts for attaching the first light source unit 12 to the fixture main body 11 are not required, and the number of parts can be reduced. Further, since the fixing parts are not required, for example, compared with a configuration provided with fixing parts, it is possible to suppress the limited space in the recess 23 of the fixture main body 11 from being compressed by the fixing parts.
[0053] Further, by reducing the number of parts, it can be expected that the work of attaching the fixing member to the fixture main body during the manufacture of the lighting device 10 becomes unnecessary, and the steps of the assembling work of the lighting device 10 can be reduced.
[0054] In addition, since the housing 40 of the second light source unit 13 has a first protruding portion 401 to which the first light source unit 12 is fixed protruding toward the first light source unit 12 side, when attaching the first light source unit 12 to the second light source unit 13, the operator can easily check the first protruding portion 401, so that the workability of the attachment work can be improved. In the above-described embodiment, the form in which the insertion region 12a and the like are accommodated in the recess 23 of the instrument body 11 as at least a part of the first light source unit 12 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this form, and the entire first light source unit 12 may be accommodated in the recess 23. For example, the cover 35 of the first light source unit 12 may be accommodated. Also, the form in which the housing 45 and the like are accommodated in the recess 23 of the instrument body 11 as at least a part of the second light source unit 13 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this form, and the entire second light source unit 13 may be accommodated in the recess 23. For example, the second housing 44 of the second light source unit 13 may be accommodated.
[0055] Further, in a front view in which the first protruding portion 401 and the fixing portion 405 are arranged so as not to overlap from the opening side toward the bottom surface portion 19 side, when attaching the second light source unit 13 to the instrument body 11, the attachment work using a fixing member such as a screw can be easily performed after facing from the opening side toward the bottom surface portion 19 side.
[0056] Also, the second protruding portion 402 provided on the second housing 44 of the second light source unit 13 is located on the bottom surface portion 19 side rather than the first light source unit 12, and a part of the second protruding portion 402 overlaps with the end portion of the first light source unit 12 in a front view. Therefore, for example, even when the fixing state between the second protruding portion 402 and the third protruding portion 403 cannot be maintained due to deterioration of a screw or the like, the second protruding portion 402 can be caught by the end portion of the first light source unit 12, and the second housing 44 can be prevented from falling.
[0057] Further, the housing 40 of the second light source unit 13 has legs 404 that separate the bottom surface 43 of the insertion portion 52 from the bottom surface portion 19 of the appliance body 11, and wires and the like can be accommodated in this separated space. As a result, when the wiring in the appliance body 11 is too long, it is possible to accommodate the excess wiring, thereby reducing the clutter of the wiring within the appliance body 11.
[0058] Also, the opposing surface portion 52a of the housing 40 has a wire insertion hole 406 above the first protrusion 401 and the second protrusion 402. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 11, it is preferable that at least a part of this wire insertion hole 406 is provided at a position on the X-direction side relative to the first protrusion 401. By providing it at this position, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 11, it is easier for the operator to check the wire insertion hole 406 when the second light source unit 13 is installed on the appliance body 11.
[0059] In the above-described embodiment, the form in which the first light source unit 12 is screwed to the first protrusion 401 of the second light source unit 13 has been described. However, the form is not limited to this, and any form in which the first light source unit 12 is fixed to the second light source unit 13 may be used. For example, a form in which the first light source unit 12 and the first protrusion 401 have engaging portions that engage with each other may be used. For example, a form in which the second light source unit 13 has a protrusion (male side) that protrudes toward the first light source unit 12 side, and the first light source unit 12 has a receiving portion (female side) into which the protrusion of the second light source unit 13 is inserted and engaged with each other may also be used. Further, for example, a form in which magnets or the like are provided at the ends of the first light source unit 12 and the second light source unit 13, respectively, and the first light source unit 12 and the second light source unit 13 are attached may also be used.
[0060] Although some embodiments of the present invention have been described, these embodiments are presented by way of example and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These novel embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, replacements, and changes can be made without departing from the gist of the invention. These embodiments and their modifications are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are also included in the invention described in the claims and its equivalent scope.
