Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of baby beds.

Background Art

[0002] A baby bed is a bed for infants or young children to rest and play. After being used for a long time, the baby bed needs to be cleaned, and after staying in the baby bed for a long time, infants or young children need to play outside. In this case, infants or young children need to be taken out of the baby bed. Most conventional baby beds have a high baby bed body above the ground, and the four walls of the baby bed body are also relatively high, and the baby bed body is very narrow, which is inconvenient for taking out infants or young children. To facilitate taking out infants or young children, a lowerable upper rod soft goods can be provided on one side of the baby bed body of the baby bed. When it is necessary to take an infant or young child out of the baby bed body of the baby bed, the upper rod soft goods can be manually lowered by a certain distance to safely and conveniently take out the infant or young child. Further, after the upper rod soft goods are lowered by an appropriate distance, even if far away from the baby bed, the state of the infant in the baby bed body can be clearly observed, and there is no need to walk close to look after the infant in the baby bed body due to the overly high surrounding walls of the baby bed body that block the view. However, after the upper rod soft goods are lowered, they are piled up, on the one hand, the appearance is bad. On the other hand, it is necessary to avoid the piled-up upper rod soft goods when taking out the infant. In other words, the piled-up upper rod soft goods may cause certain safety risks. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the conventional baby bed to overcome the above problems.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0003] The object of the present disclosure is to provide a baby bed that can address the problems of poor appearance and safety risks of the baby bed caused by stacking of the upper rod fabric product after it is lowered.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0004] To achieve this object, the present disclosure provides a baby bed including a baby bed body. The baby bed body includes a baby bed frame formed by a plurality of rods, a fabric product made of a soft material and fixed to the baby bed frame, and a baby bed body accommodation space surrounded by the baby bed frame and the fabric product. The entire upper rod or a part of the upper rod on one of the side surfaces of the baby bed frame is vertically adjustable in height between the upper end and the lower end of the baby bed frame. A tightening mechanism is provided on the baby bed frame. One end of the tightening mechanism is connected and fixed to the baby bed frame, and the other end is connected to the upper rod fabric product fixed to the upper rod. When the upper rod is adjusted in height and the upper rod fabric product is moved, the tightening mechanism can be correspondingly extended and contracted to provide a tightening force to the upper rod fabric product.

[0005] Compared with the prior art, the tightening mechanism of the baby bed of the present application has one end connected and fixed to the baby bed frame, and the other end is connected to the upper rod fabric product fixed to the upper rod. When the upper rod is adjusted in height and the upper rod fabric product is moved, the stacked upper rod fabric product is pulled by the tightening mechanism so that the tightening mechanism can be correspondingly extended and contracted to provide a tightening force to the upper rod fabric product, so as to maintain it in an unfolded state. Thereby, the problems of poor appearance and safety risks of the baby bed caused by stacking of the upper rod fabric product after it is lowered are solved.

[0006] The tightening mechanism is preferably provided on the bottom surface of the baby bed frame. The upper rod fabric product extends to the bottom surface of the baby bed frame and is connected to the other end of the elastic member. During the expansion and contraction of the tightening mechanism, the stacked upper rod fabric products can move towards the bottom surface of the baby bed body and be stored on the bottom surface of the baby bed body, thus improving the appearance and safety of the baby bed.

[0007] The tightening mechanism is preferably an elastic member or a winding-up mechanism.

[0008] The elastic member is preferably an elastic cloth or an elastic band.

[0009] The elastic member is preferably a spring. The other end of the spring is hooked on the edge of the upper rod fabric product. The outside of the spring is sleeved with a cloth cover or plastic. The cloth cover or plastic prevents the spring from being exposed outside and ensures the safety of infants or toddlers.

[0010] The upper rod fabric product preferably wraps the upper rod. The upper rod fabric product is fixed by a pressing rod provided under the upper rod and fixed to the upper rod. The pressing rod prevents the upper rod fabric product wrapping the upper rod from forming wrinkles.

[0011] Preferably, a groove is provided in the central portion of the upper rod. The upper rod fabric product is fixed in the groove.

[0012] Preferably, in order to implement height adjustment, a sliding groove is provided vertically on the side surface of the baby bed frame where the upper rod is provided. Sliding blocks that can slide in the sliding groove are fixedly provided at both ends of the upper rod. The sliding blocks slide along the sliding groove to move the upper rod and the upper rod fabric product. The elastic member can be correspondingly expanded and contracted to provide a tightening force to the upper rod fabric product.

[0013] It is preferable that the sliding block is provided with a locking member, a driving member, and an operating member. The locking member is hooked in the positioning groove portion on the baby bed frame and is fixedly connected to the driving member. The operating member is operated so as to move the driving member and to separate the locking member from the positioning groove portion.

[0014] It is preferable that the operating member is provided with an inclined surface. After the operating member is operated, the inclined surface pushes the driving member and moves the driving member in order to separate the locking member from the positioning groove portion.

[0015] It is preferable that the sliding block further includes a reset member. One end of the reset member is fixed to the driving member, and the other end of the reset member is fixed to the sliding member. The reset member can reset the driving member and cause the locking member to be hooked in the positioning groove portion.

[0016] The baby bed of the present application further includes a support member that supports the baby bed frame. The support member includes a cross beam and a vertical beam. One end of the vertical beam is connected to the baby bed frame, and the other end of the vertical beam is connected to the cross beam. Casters are provided on the cross beam.

MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0018] The present application provides a baby bed that can address the stacking of fabric products that occurs after the fabric products are lowered. The baby bed includes a baby bed frame formed by a plurality of rods, a fabric product made of a soft material and fixed to the baby bed frame, and a baby bed body accommodation space surrounded by the baby bed frame and the fabric product. The upper rod on one side of the baby bed frame can be adjusted in height vertically between the upper end and the lower end of the baby bed frame. Therefore, the fabric product fixed to the upper rod is adjusted so that it is more convenient for the caregiver to observe the baby in the baby bed or take the baby out. Further, a tightening mechanism is provided on the baby bed frame, which provides a tightening force for tightening the upper rod fabric product fixed to the upper rod when the height of the upper rod is adjusted. For this purpose, one end of the tightening mechanism is connected and fixed to the baby bed frame, and the other end is connected to the fabric product fixed to the upper rod. The tightening mechanism can be any mechanism that can provide a tightening ability, including an elastic mechanism or a fastening mechanism.

[0019] To facilitate the understanding of the present application, the present application will be described more comprehensively with reference to the related drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present application are shown in the accompanying drawings. However, the present application can be implemented in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. On the contrary, providing these embodiments makes the understanding of the disclosure of the present application more complete and comprehensive.

[0020] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3 and FIG. 7, they are schematic structural diagrams of a baby bed 100 according to one of the preferred embodiments of the present application. As shown in the figures, the baby bed 100 includes a baby bed body (not shown in the figures). The baby bed includes a baby bed frame 1 formed by a plurality of rods, a fabric product (not shown in the figures) made of a soft material and fixed on the baby bed frame 1, and a baby bed body accommodation space surrounded by the baby bed frame 1 and the fabric product. The entire upper rod 21 or a part of the upper rod 21 on one side of the baby bed frame 1 can be adjusted in height in the vertical direction between the upper end and the lower end of the baby bed frame 1. A tightening mechanism 4 is provided on the baby bed frame 1. One end of the tightening mechanism 4 is connected and fixed to the baby bed frame 1, and the other end is connected to an upper rod fabric product 3 fixed on the upper rod 21. When the upper rod 21 is adjusted in height and the upper rod fabric product 3 is moved, the tightening mechanism 4 can be correspondingly stretched and contracted to provide a tightening force to the upper rod fabric product 3. Since one end of the tightening mechanism 4 provided on the baby bed frame 1 is connected and fixed to the baby bed frame 1, and the other end is connected to the upper rod fabric product 3 fixed to the upper rod 21, when the upper rod 21 is adjusted in height and the upper rod fabric product 3 is moved, the stacked upper rod fabric products 3 are pulled by the tightening mechanism 4 and maintained in an extended state. The tightening mechanism 4 can be correspondingly stretched and contracted to provide a tightening force to the upper rod fabric product 3, thereby solving the problems of poor appearance and safety risks of the baby bed 100 caused by the stacking of the upper rod fabric product 3 after it is lowered. Specifically, the baby bed frame 1 includes a front surface, a rear surface, a left surface, a right surface, and a bottom surface. The upper rod 21 can be provided at the upper end of the front surface, the rear surface, the left surface, the right surface, or any combination thereof. To clearly illustrate the structure of the present application, in the drawings of the present preferred embodiment, the upper rod 21 is provided on the front surface of the baby bed frame 1. The baby bed frame 1 may be provided with rods for supporting the frame of the baby bed frame 1.The rod can be divided into a vertical rod 11, a horizontal rod 12, and a vertical rod 13. The vertical rod 11 and the horizontal rod 12 can form a frame that supports the baby bed frame 1. The upper rod 21 is connected to two vertical rods 11 on the same plane. As shown from FIG. 1 to FIG. 2, the entire upper rod 21 disposed between the two vertical rods 11 can be adjusted in height in the vertical direction. In another preferred embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a vertical rod 13 parallel to the vertical rod 11 may be further provided between adjacent vertical rods 11. Generally, the inner diameter of the vertical rod 11 is smaller than the inner diameter of the vertical rod 13. When the vertical rod 13 is provided on the baby bed frame 1, the upper rod 21 on each surface is connected to the corresponding vertical rod 13 between the two vertical rods 11. The vertical rod 11 and the vertical rod 13 are fixedly connected to the horizontal rod 12. The context of "the entire upper rod 21 or a part of the upper rod 21 on one side of the baby bed frame 1 can be adjusted in height in the vertical direction between the upper end and the lower end of the baby bed frame 1" means that the upper rod 21 can be adjusted in height entirely or partially selectively, and the difference lies only in whether the height adjustment mechanism is provided directly on the vertical rod or provided independently. It should be noted that the structural patterns of the baby bed frame fixed to the upper rod have the same performance.

[0021] In the baby bed according to the present application, the adjustment range of the upper rod 21 may be the entire upper rod 21 or a part of the upper rod 21. The difference lies only in whether the height adjustment mechanism is provided directly on the vertical rod or provided independently. It should be noted that the structural patterns of the baby bed frame fixed to the upper rod have the same performance.

[0022] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5 and FIG. 10, they are schematic structural diagrams of the tightening mechanism 4 according to the preferred embodiment of the present application. As shown in the figures, the tightening mechanism 4 can be an elastic member 41 or a winding mechanism 42 (shown in FIG. 10). The elastic member 41 can be specifically exemplified as an elastic cloth 411, an elastic band (not shown in the figure), or a spring 412. One end of the tightening mechanism 4 is connected to the bottom surface of the baby bed frame 1. The upper rod fabric product 3 extends to the bottom surface of the baby bed frame 1 and is connected to the other end of the tightening mechanism 4. When the upper rod 21 is adjusted downward, the stacked upper rod fabric products 3 can move toward the bottom surface of the baby bed frame 1 and can be stored on the bottom surface of the baby bed frame 1. Therefore, the tightening mechanism 4 is correspondingly contracted so as to improve the appearance and safety of the baby bed 100. Correspondingly, when the upper rod 21 is adjusted upward, the tightening mechanism 4 can be extended so that the upper rod fabric product 3 is not overly taut. In one of the preferred embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the elastic member 41 may be an elastic cloth 411. The width of the elastic cloth 411 may be the same as that of the upper rod fabric product 3. One end of the elastic cloth 411 is connected to the upper rod fabric product 3, and the other end is fixed to the baby bed frame 1. Specifically, the other end of the elastic cloth 411 is fixed to a rod on the bottom surface of the baby bed frame 1. In another preferred embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the elastic member 41 may be a spring 412. The other end of the spring 412 is hooked on the edge of the upper rod fabric product 3. Specifically, the connected part between the upper rod fabric product 3 and the spring 412 is a hard fabric edge 43. The other end of the spring 412 is fixed to a rod on the bottom surface of the baby bed frame 1. The hard fabric edge 43 can be made of plastic or metal. The hard fabric edge 43 facilitates the fixed connection between the spring 412 and the upper rod fabric product 3, thereby avoiding tearing of the upper rod fabric product 3. The outside of the spring 412 is covered with a cloth cover or plastic so that the spring 412 is not exposed outside to ensure the safety of infants or young children. When the elastic member 41 is an elastic band and the elastic member 41 has a structure similar to that of the spring 412, it is not described in this specification. It should be noted that the foregoing is only one of the preferred embodiments of the present application. Of course, in other embodiments, any structure in which a tightening mechanism is provided in the baby bed frame to provide a tightening force when the upper rod is adjusted in height falls within the protection scope of the present application, and therefore the present application is not limited to the foregoing embodiments.

[0023] Referring to FIG. 10, it is a schematic structural diagram of a winding mechanism according to one of the preferred embodiments of the present application. As shown in the figure, the tightening mechanism 4 can be the winding mechanism 42. The winding mechanism 42 includes a winding disk 421, a shaft 420, and a coil spring 426. The winding disk 421 can rotate around the shaft 420. Specifically, the winding disk 421 includes a first gear disk 4211, a second gear disk 4214, a winding shaft 4213 fixed between the first gear disk 4211 and the second gear disk 4214, and an overhanging section 4212 provided at the connection part between the first gear disk 4211 and the second gear plate disk 4214. The length of the winding shaft 4213 is slightly longer than the width of the upper rod textile product 3. The winding shaft 4213 is fixed to one end of the upper rod textile product 3. The fixing method may be adhesive fixing. The diameter of the overhanging section 4212 decreases as the distance from the first gear disk 4211 or the second gear disk 4214 increases. The overhanging section 4212 is beneficial for properly winding the upper rod textile product 3. The winding shaft 4213 can wind up the upper rod textile product 3. A holding ring 422 is provided on the outer surfaces of the first gear disk 4211 and the second gear disk 4214. The holding ring 422 is formed as an annular strip. An opening 4221 is provided in the holding ring 422. A shield 423 is provided outside the opening 4221. The shield 423 has a substantially U-shaped structure. The two legs of the U-shaped structure are fixedly connected to the outer surfaces of the holding ring 422 arranged on both sides of the opening 4221 respectively. The shaft 420 includes an inner shaft 425 having a smaller radius, and an outer shaft 424 has a larger radius and is fixed to both ends of the inner shaft 425. A radial slot 4251 is provided in the inner shaft 425, and it is arranged inside the holding ring 422. The coil spring 426 includes a coil spring body 428, a first hook portion 427 provided at one end of the coil spring body 428, and a second hook portion 429 provided at the other end of the coil spring body 428.The first hook portion 427 and the second hook portion 429 can be formed by bending both ends of the coil spring body 428. The coil spring 426 is provided inside the holding ring 422. The first hook portion 427 is hooked on the opening 4221 of the holding ring 422. The second hook portion 429 is hooked on the radial slot 4251 of the inner shaft 425. Further, a cover plate (not shown in the figure) can be provided outside the coil spring 426, which is fixed to the holding ring 422 and covers the coil spring 426. Subject to the elastic action of the coil spring 426, the coil spring 426 can act on the winding disk 421 and rotate about the shaft 420. Specifically, the winding mechanism 42 can be fixed to the rod 21 on the bottom surface of the baby bed frame 1 by the outer shaft 424. The winding shaft 4213 is adhesively fixed to one end of the upper rod textile product 3. When the upper rod 21 adjusts its height and moves the upper rod textile product 3, the coil spring 426 of the winding mechanism 42 is correspondingly stretched and contracted, bringing a tightening force to the upper rod textile product 3.

[0024] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 7, in this case, the upper rod 21 is wrapped by the upper rod textile product 3. In one of the preferred embodiments of the present application, the upper rod textile product 3 is fixed by a pressing rod 22 provided under the upper rod 21 and fixed to the upper rod 21. The pressing rod 22 can prevent the upper rod textile product 3 wrapping the upper rod 21 from wrinkling. As another fixing method of the upper rod textile product 3, as shown in FIG. 9, in this case, a groove portion 211 is provided in the central portion of the upper rod 21. The upper rod textile product 3 is fixed in the groove portion 211. The fixing of the upper rod textile product 3 on the upper rod 21 is mainly judged to be beneficial in order to prevent the upper rod textile product 3 from easily wrinkling when it is lowered. The arrangement of the upper rod textile product 3 can be selected according to specific situations.

[0025] In one of the side surfaces of the baby bed frame, FIGS. 2 and 6 show an example of a preferred embodiment for vertically adjusting the height of the entire upper rod 21 or a part of the upper rod 21 between the upper end and the lower end of the baby bed frame 1. As shown in the figures, the upper rod 21 is provided on one of the side surfaces of the baby bed frame 1. In the baby bed frame 1, a sliding groove portion 5 is provided on the outer surface of the upright rod 11 where the upper rod 21 is provided, and the sliding groove portion 5 is slidable in the vertical direction. Two sliding groove portions 5 can be provided facing each other. (Refer to FIG. 7) At both ends of the upper rod 21, sliding blocks 6 that are slidable within the sliding groove portion 5 are fixedly provided. In other words, the entire upper rod 21 is slidable within the sliding groove portion 5. The sliding block 6 slides along the sliding groove portion 5, and (refer to FIGS. 1 to 5) the upper rod 21 and the upper rod fabric product 3 are moved so that the elastic member 41 can be expanded and contracted. When the sliding block 6 slides downward along the sliding groove portion 5, the sliding block 6 causes the elastic member to be contracted. The force generated by the contraction of the elastic member 41 pulls the upper rod fabric product 3 to move and keeps it in an unfolded state. When the sliding block 6 slides upward along the sliding groove portion 5, the sliding block 6 causes the elastic member 41 to be extended, and the elastic member 41 pushes the upper rod fabric product 3 to move in the opposite direction of the former, still keeping the upper rod fabric product 3 in an unfolded state. The sliding block 6 may be provided with a protruding portion that matches the sliding groove portion 5. The sliding block 6 slides along the sliding groove portion 5 by the protruding portion. On one of the side surfaces of the baby bed frame 1, (as shown in FIG. 3) a sliding structure for a part of the upper rod 21 is provided, which means that the sliding groove portion 5 is provided on the vertical rod 13 between the adjacent upright rods 11 of the baby bed frame 1. The sliding method and detailed structure of the sliding structure are similar to those described above and will not be repeated here.

[0026] In order to implement that the upper rod 21 can slide vertically up and down and can be fixed to the baby bed frame 1, another preferred embodiment of a fixed embodiment is given in FIG. 8. The sliding block 6 is provided with a locking member 61, a driving member 63, and an operating member 62. The locking member 61 is engaged in a positioning groove portion 8 on the baby bed frame 1 (see FIG. 2 or FIG. 5) and is fixedly connected to the driving member 63. The operating member 62 is operated so as to move the driving member 63 and to separate the locking member 61 from the positioning groove portion 8. The operating member 62 is provided with an inclined surface 621. After the operating member 62 is operated, the inclined surface 621 pushes the driving member 63, moves the driving member 63, and separates the locking member 61 from the positioning groove portion 8. Specifically, the positioning groove portion 8 is arranged at the upper part of the baby bed frame. The locking member 61 may be a latching pin. After the operating member 62 is operated, the inclined surface 621 pushes the driving member 63, moves the driving member 63, and separates the latching pin from the positioning groove portion 8. The sliding block 6 further includes a reset member 64. One end of the reset member 64 is fixed to the driving member 63, and the other end is fixed to the sliding block 6. The reset member 64 can be such that the driving member 63 is reset in order to enable the locking member 61 to be engaged in the positioning groove portion 8. Specifically, the reset member 64 may be a spring. Specifically, the driving member 63 may compress a reset member 64 such as a spring during the pushing movement of the rear inclined surface 621 of the operating member 62. After the locking member 61 such as the latching pin is separated from the positioning groove portion 8, the sliding block 6 slides downward with respect to the sliding groove portion 5 in order to move the upper rod fabric product 3 downward. Correspondingly, when the sliding block 6 moves upward to the position where the positioning groove portion 8 is arranged, the operating member 62 is released. Therefore, under the elastic force of the reset member 64 such as a spring, the locking member 61 is engaged in the positioning groove portion 8 and is fixed thereto again so that the sliding block 6 is fixed to the sliding groove portion 5.

[0027] Referring back to FIG. 1, in one of the preferred embodiments of the present application, the baby bed 100 further includes a support member 7 that supports the baby bed frame 1. The support member 7 includes a cross beam 72 and a vertical beam 71. One end of the vertical beam 71 is connected to the baby bed frame, and the other end is connected to the cross beam 72. Casters 721 are provided on the cross beam 72 so that the baby bed 100 can be moved to a desired position.

[0028] The disclosure in the previous paragraph is only a preferred example of the present application and cannot be used to limit the scope of rights of the present application. Therefore, equivalent changes made based on the claims of the present application fall within the scope of the present application.
