Abstract

To solve the problem of conventional care information provision in which a care manager, as an expert advisor, provides a commodity or a service from user's perspective; however, there is a limit to the amount of data accumulated as knowledge or the content of commodities or services provided is different depending on care managers.SOLUTION: A care information providing system includes: a caregiving-related concern list page which presents, as a list, items of concerns related to caregiving and allows a user to select a concern related to caregiving; a search result display page which displays a result of search regarding at least target persons and solutions to the concern related to caregiving in accordance with the items selected by the user, based on the items selected by the user from the caregiving-related concern list page; and an information presentation page which presents information on appropriate commodities or services for the user to solve the concerns related to caregiving, by allowing the user to select the content of concerns related to caregiving from the search result display page.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
