[0001] The present disclosure relates to a mounting device for mounting an object on a ceiling. [Background technology]
[0002] 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various mounting objects have been mounted on the ceiling side. For example, Patent Document 1 below discloses a structure in which a louver material comprising a louver body formed from gypsum board and consisting of a front panel and a pair of side panels, and a siding sandwiched between the pair of side panels of the louver body, is attached to a siding support by fixing metal fittings fitted into the siding. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2018-204267 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, in the mounting structure described in Patent Document 1, the fixing brackets are fitted into the siding, which raises concerns that the louver material including the siding may be prone to rattle relative to the fixing brackets.
[0005] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of the above-described circumstances, and aims to provide a mounting device that can stably mount a mounting object to a ceiling substrate. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to achieve the above object, the mounting device of the present disclosure comprises a hanging member that is hooked onto a groove-shaped ceiling substructure that is arranged to open upward and has an attachment portion to which an attachment object is attached, and a fixing member that is arranged within the ceiling substructure and has an engaging portion that engages with an engaging portion that is provided on the edge of the opening of the ceiling substructure so as to protrude toward the center of the opening width direction, and at least one of the fixing piece of the hanging member and the fixing member that is arranged to span between both edges of the opening of the ceiling substructure is provided with a loose insertion hole that allows the fixing member, through which the shank of a fastener that passes through the fixing piece and the fixing member and changes the distance between them is inserted, to be inserted into the ceiling substructure through the opening, and allows the fixing member to be displaced relative to the ceiling substructure so that the engaging portion can engage with the engaging portion when inserted into the ceiling substructure. [Effects of the Invention]
[0007] The mounting device according to the present disclosure has the above-described configuration, and is therefore capable of stably mounting the mounting object to the ceiling substrate. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0009] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. In some drawings, some of the detailed reference numerals used in other drawings are omitted. In the following embodiment, directions such as the up-down direction will be described based on the state in which the mounting device according to this embodiment is installed. 1 to 6 are diagrams schematically showing an example and a modified example of the attachment device according to the present embodiment.
[0010] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, mounting device 2 according to this embodiment includes hanging member 20 having mounting portion 25 that is hooked onto groove-shaped ceiling substrate 4 that is arranged to open upward and that constitutes the mounting substrate to which louver material 10 as the mounting object is attached. With this configuration, hanging member 20 having mounting portion 25 to which louver material 10 as the mounting object is attached can be hooked onto ceiling substrate 4 and temporarily held in place. Mounting device 2 includes fixing member 26 that is arranged within ceiling substrate 4 and has locking portion 27 that locks onto folded piece 7 that constitutes a locked portion provided on the edge of the opening of ceiling substrate 4 so as to protrude toward the center in the opening width direction. An example of a specific configuration of mounting device 2 that includes hanging member 20 and fixing member 26 will be described later.
[0011] In this embodiment, the mounting device 2 is provided in a louver ceiling device 1 including a louver material 10 as the mounting target. The louver ceiling device 1 includes a hollow cylindrical louver material 10 surrounded by sheet-like peripheral walls (11, 12, 12, 13) and a reinforcing member 14 inserted into the louver material 10 and aligned along the inner peripheral surface of the louver material 10. The louver ceiling device 1 includes a spacing retaining member (17) inserted into a through-hole 11a provided in the peripheral wall of the louver material 10 and positioned between the reinforcing member 14 and a ceiling-side mounting base (25) to ensure a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the louver material 10 and the mounting base. The louver ceiling device 1 also includes a fastener (18) that penetrates the spacing retaining member and the reinforcing member 14 to secure the louver material 10 to the mounting base. This configuration allows for a lighter louver material 10 and improved handleability compared to a configuration in which the louver body and the rafters are integrated and made of gypsum board. Furthermore, since a gap is secured between the outer peripheral surface of the louver material 10 and the mounting base, the louver material 10 is not pressed against the mounting base when the fastener is tightened, and damage to the louver material 10 can be suppressed. The louvered ceiling device 1 may be installed on the ceilings of relatively small buildings such as residences and offices, or on the ceilings of various relatively large buildings such as gymnasiums, halls, shopping malls, schools, and welfare facilities.
[0012] As shown in FIG. 1, the ceiling substrate 4 may be elongated joists that are spaced apart in a first direction and extend in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and the vertical direction. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, this ceiling underlayment 4 includes side wall portions 6, 6 that rise from both sides in the groove width direction (opening width direction) of the bottom wall portion that defines the groove bottom and define both sides in the groove width direction. The upper ends of these side wall portions 6, 6 are provided with folded pieces 7, 7 that constitute engaging portions and are folded back toward the center and downward in the opening width direction. These folded pieces 7, 7 include a tip portion that hangs down vertically and a convex curved portion that connects each tip portion to the upper end of each side wall portion 6, 6 and is curved convexly upward. The folded pieces 7, 7 are not limited to a configuration with such convex curved portions.
[0013] The width dimension along the opening width direction and the height dimension along the vertical direction of this ceiling substructure 4 may be approximately the same as that of the joists that make up a general ceiling substructure, for example, about 20 mm to 50 mm. In the example shown, the width dimension and height dimension of the ceiling substructure 4 are approximately the same, but are not limited to these dimensions. Furthermore, the siding that constitutes such ceiling substructure 4 may be made of light steel material and constitute a so-called light ceiling substructure (steel ceiling substructure). This ceiling substructure 4 may be configured to be supported by long siding supports 3 that are provided at intervals in the second direction and extend in the first direction. The steel ceiling substructure may include hangers that suspend and support such siding supports 3, and hanging bolts that are inserted into the insertion holes of the hangers and fixed with nuts.
[0014] The louver material 10 is elongated in a first direction. This louver material 10 forms a louver ceiling together with other louver materials 10 arranged at appropriate intervals in a second direction. By forming a louver ceiling using such multiple louver materials 10, various devices such as air conditioning equipment, lighting equipment, and audio equipment arranged above the louver materials 10 can be made less noticeable. The length of the louver material 10 may be any appropriate size from the viewpoints of weight reduction and ease of handling, for example, about 1000 mm to 4000 mm, or about 1500 mm to 2500 mm. The width and vertical dimensions of the louver material 10 along the second direction may be any appropriate size depending on the shape of the louver material 10 viewed in the longitudinal direction, and from the viewpoints of weight reduction and appearance, for example, about 20 mm to 200 mm, or about 30 mm to 100 mm. The louver material 10 has peripheral walls (11, 12, 12, 13) that define a hollow portion that penetrates in the longitudinal direction. In this embodiment, the louver material 10 has a rectangular tubular shape with four peripheral walls including a top wall portion 11 in which a through hole 11a is provided.
[0015] This louver material 10 has a top wall portion 11 that forms the four surrounding walls, side wall portions 12, 12 that are arranged to hang down from both side ends in the width direction (second direction) of the top wall portion 11, and a bottom wall portion 13 that is arranged to span between the lower ends of these side wall portions 12, 12. The top wall 11 and the bottom wall 13 are sheet-shaped and arranged with their thickness direction aligned with the vertical direction. The side wall portions 12, 12 are sheet-shaped and arranged with their thickness direction aligned with the second direction. In the illustrated example, the width of the side wall portions 12, 12 along the vertical direction is larger than the width of the top wall portion 11 and the bottom wall portion 13, i.e., the louver material 10 is an elongated rectangular tube. However, this is not a limitation. Also, the top wall portion 11 and the bottom wall portion 13 have approximately the same width and are parallel to each other. However, instead of this, one of the top wall portion 11 and the bottom wall portion 13 may have a larger width than the other. In other words, the louver material 10 may have an approximately trapezoidal shape when viewed in the longitudinal direction.
[0016] The thickness of the top wall 11, both side walls 12, 12, and bottom wall 13 may vary depending on the materials used to make them, but may be, for example, approximately 0.5 mm to 3 mm, or approximately 1 mm to 2 mm. The top wall 11, both side walls 12, 12, and bottom wall 13 may be made of metal or synthetic resin, or may be made of paper to reduce weight and improve processability. In this case, the top wall 11, both side walls 12, 12, and bottom wall 13 may include a flame-retardant or non-combustible paper layer. Such a flame-retardant or non-combustible paper layer may be appropriately configured so that the louver material 10 meets the technical standards for the performance required for flame-retardant or non-combustible materials set forth in the Building Standards Act. A decorative layer such as kraft paper may be provided on the outer peripheral surfaces of the top wall 11, both side walls 12, 12, and bottom wall 13, or a decorative base layer to which paint or a decorative sheet can be attached may be provided. The louver material 10 may be tubular in shape, with the top wall 11, both side walls 12, 12, and bottom wall 13 made of the paper layers as described above being integrally formed.
[0017] The through-hole 11a in the top wall portion 11 penetrates the top wall portion 11 in the thickness direction to allow the insertion of the spacing retainer (17). This through-hole 11a is provided so as to be located in the center of the top wall portion 11 in the second direction. This through-hole 11a may be provided at both longitudinal ends of the louver material 10, or may be provided in a mid-way position in the longitudinal direction. In other words, at least both longitudinal ends of the louver material 10 may be fixed to the mounting portions 25, 25 by mounting bolts 18, 18 that constitute fasteners that fasten the reinforcing members 14, 14 arranged within each end to the mounting portions 25, 25. The through holes 11a may be formed in advance in the louver material 10 at a factory or the like, or may be formed at a processing site or construction site of the louver material 10. In the illustrated example, the through holes 11a are round holes, but they may also be square holes or the like. The spacing portion (17) inserted into this through hole 11a is a spacing member 17 provided with a female threaded hole 17a into which the male threaded portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 screws. With this configuration, as will be described in detail later, the male threaded portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 can be threaded through the reinforcing member 14 and screwed into the female threaded hole 17a of the spacing member 17 to integrate them, or can be threaded through the mounted portion 25 and screwed into the female threaded hole 17a of the spacing member 17 to integrate them.
[0018] The dimension of this spacing member 17 in the vertical direction may be an appropriate dimension so that the gap between the reinforcing members 14 arranged on both the top and bottom sides of this spacing member 17 and the attached portion 25 is larger than the thickness dimension of the top wall portion 11. The dimension of this spacing member 17 in the vertical direction may be about 1.2 to 5 times the thickness dimension of the top wall portion 11. The hole diameter of the above-mentioned through hole 11a only needs to be larger than the outer diameter of this spacing member 17. In the illustrated example, the spacing member 17 is in the shape of a hexagonal nut, but is not limited to this example. The mounting bolt 18 constituting the fastener has its male threaded portion 18a threaded into a female threaded hole 19a provided in a mounting nut 19 constituting the fastener. The louver material 10 is attached to the mounted portion 25 by the mounting bolt 18 passing through the reinforcing member 14 and the mounted portion 25 and threading onto the mounting nut 19. The mounting bolt 18 may be a so-called upset bolt, which has a cross recess or a slot provided in its head so that it can be operated with a jig such as a screwdriver. The mounting bolt 18 and the mounting nut 19 may also have an appropriate washer such as a spring washer incorporated therein.
[0019] The mounting portion 25 provided on the ceiling substrate 4 side is a plate-like member arranged so that its thickness direction is the vertical direction. An insertion hole 25a, through which the male thread portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 is inserted, is formed in the mounting portion 25 so as to penetrate in the thickness direction. The reinforcing member 14 may include at least an abutment plate portion 15 that is fitted along the top wall portion 11. The abutment plate portion 15 is plate-shaped and arranged so that its thickness direction is the up-down direction, and abuts against the underside of the top wall portion 11 that forms the inner circumferential surface of the louver material 10. The abutment plate portion 15 has an insertion hole 15a that penetrates in the thickness direction and through which the male thread portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 is inserted. The insertion hole 15a is provided so as to be located at the center of the abutment plate portion 15 in the second direction. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4(b) and (d), a spacing member 17 is held so as to be sandwiched between the abutment plate portion 15 and the mounted portion 25.
[0020] 3 and 4, the reinforcing member 14 has side plate portions 16, 16 that are provided so as to hang down from both ends of the abutting plate portion 15 and are arranged close to the side wall portions 12, 12 of the louver material 10. With this configuration, the side plate portions 16, 16 of the reinforcing member 14 are aligned along the inside of the side wall portions 12, 12 of the rectangular tubular louver material 10, thereby suppressing deformation of the louver material 10. The side plate portions 16, 16 are plate-shaped and arranged so that their thickness direction corresponds to the second direction. In the illustrated example, chamfered portions are provided at both corners in the first direction (the louver longitudinal direction) of the lower ends of these side plate portions 16, 16. At least one of these side plate portions 16, 16 may abut against the inner peripheral surfaces (opposing surfaces) of the side wall portions 12, 12 of the louver material 10. The dimensions of both side plate portions 16, 16 along the vertical direction may be set to appropriate dimensions from the viewpoint of weight reduction and suppressing deformation of louver material 10. The dimensions of these both side plate portions 16, 16 along the vertical direction need only be smaller than the dimensions along the vertical direction within louver material 10 so that reinforcing members 14 can be disposed within louver material 10, and may be, for example, approximately 1 / 2 to 9 / 10 of the same dimensions.
[0021] The dimensions of these side plate portions 16, 16 and abutment plate portion 15 along the first direction (the dimension of the reinforcing member 14 along the first direction) may be appropriately determined from the perspectives of weight reduction and suppressing deformation of the louver material 10. The dimension of the reinforcing member 14 along the first direction may be approximately 20 mm to 200 mm as long as it is smaller than the length dimension of the louver material 10, and may be approximately 20 mm to 40 mm when used alone within the longitudinal end of the louver material 10. Furthermore, the dimension of the reinforcing member 14 along the first direction may be approximately 40 mm to 150 mm when used to connect two louver materials 10, 10 adjacent in the longitudinal direction. In this case, two insertion holes 15a, 15a may be provided in the reinforcing member 14 corresponding to the through holes 11a, 11a provided at the end of each louver material 10, 10. The reinforcing member 14 may be made of an appropriate metal material or synthetic resin material.
[0022] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the louver ceiling device 1 is equipped with end covers 9 that are attached to cover the openings at the ends of the louver material 10. With this configuration, the reinforcing members 14 and other components inside the hollow cylindrical louver material 10 are not visible from the outside, improving the appearance. The end cover 9 includes a generally plate-shaped cover body 9a arranged so that its thickness direction is the first direction, and a fitting portion 9b provided on the louver material 10 side of the cover body 9a and fitted into the louver material 10. The end cover 9 also includes a fastening piece 9c to which a fastener 8 for fixing the end cover 9 to the louver material 10 is attached. In the illustrated example, the fastening piece 9c is generally plate-shaped arranged so that its thickness direction is the up-down direction, and is provided so as to protrude from the upper end of the end cover 9 toward the inside of the louver material 10. The fastening piece 9c is provided with a fastening hole 9d, such as a pilot hole, to which a fastener 8, such as a screw, is attached.
[0023] Appropriate insertion holes 11b, through which fasteners 8 are inserted, are provided in the top wall portion 11 of the louver material 10 so as to be positioned in accordance with the fastening holes 9d. Similar to the through holes 11a described above, these insertion holes 11b may be formed in the louver material 10 in advance at a factory or the like, or may be formed at the processing site or construction site of the louver material 10. Furthermore, the insertion holes 11b are provided so as to be positioned further outward in the longitudinal direction of the louver material 10 than the through holes 11a. The insertion holes 11b and the through holes 11a are provided in appropriate positions so that the fastening piece portions 9c of the end cover 9 do not interfere with the reinforcing member 14. The end cover 9 is not limited to the above-described configuration, and various other configurations may be used, or even a configuration may be adopted in which such an end cover 9 is not provided.
[0024] The louver material 10 of the louver ceiling device 1 configured as described above may be attached to the attachment portion 25 in the following manner. 4(a), the male threaded portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 is inserted from below into the insertion hole 15a of the abutment plate portion 15 of the reinforcing member 14, and is threaded into the female threaded hole 17a of the spacing member 17 to integrate them. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the mounting bolt 18 from falling off the reinforcing member 14 when assembling them into the louver material 10, thereby improving workability. Then, the reinforcing member 14, with the mounting bolt 18 and spacing member 17 integrated therein, is inserted into the louver material 10 from the end opening of the louver material 10, and the male threaded portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 and the spacing member 17 are inserted into the through hole 11a of the top wall portion 11 of the louver material 10. Then, as shown in FIG. 4(b), the male threaded portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 that has penetrated the top wall portion 11 of the louver material 10 may be inserted into the insertion hole 25a of the mounting base 25 and threadedly engaged with the female threaded hole 19a of the mounting nut 19 to fasten the louver material 10 to the mounting base 25. With this configuration, even when the mounting bolt 18 is to be fastened to the mounting nut 19, the mounting nut 19 is disposed on the mounting base 25 side, thereby improving workability compared to a configuration in which the mounting nut 19 is disposed inside the louver material 10, as in an example described below.
[0025] 4(c), the male threaded portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 is inserted from above into the insertion hole 25a of the mounted portion 25 and threaded into the female threaded hole 17a of the spacing member 17 to integrate them. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the mounting bolt 18 from falling out of the mounted portion 25 when passing the mounting bolt 18 through the louver material 10 and the reinforcing member 14, thereby improving workability. 4(d), the male threaded portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 is inserted into the through hole 11a in the top wall portion 11 of the louver material 10 and the insertion hole 15a in the abutment plate portion 15 of the reinforcing member 14 arranged inside the louver material 10, and the spacing member 17 is inserted into the through hole 11a in the top wall portion 11. The male threaded portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 may also be screwed into the female threaded hole 19a of a mounting nut 19 arranged inside the louver material 10 to fasten them together, thereby attaching the louver material 10 to the attached portion 25. Then, end covers 9 may be attached to the ends of the louver material 10 as appropriate.
[0026] In the louver material mounting structure in which the louver material 10 is mounted to the mounting base 25 that constitutes the ceiling-side mounting base as described above, the spacing member 17 that ensures a gap between the outer circumferential surface of the louver material 10 and the mounting base 25 is inserted into the through-hole 11a of the louver material 10. Furthermore, in the louver material mounting structure, the spacing member 17 is provided between the mounting base 25 and the reinforcing member 14 that is inserted into the louver material 10 and aligned along the inner circumferential surface of the louver material 10. In this louver material mounting structure, the louver material 10 is fixed to the mounting base 25 with mounting bolts 18 that penetrate the spacing member 17 and the reinforcing member 14. This mounting structure can prevent damage to the louver material 10. The louver material mounting structure according to this embodiment may be a mounting structure using the louver ceiling device 1 according to this embodiment described above, or at least one of the louver material 10, the reinforcing member 14, the spacing member 17, and the mounting bolts 18 and mounting nuts 19 that constitute the fasteners may be prepared at the construction site, etc.
[0027] In the above example, the reinforcing member 14 is provided with the abutment plate portion 15 and both side plate portions 16, 16, but it may also be configured with only the abutment plate portion 15. Furthermore, the reinforcing member 14 may have any shape that corresponds to the inner peripheral shape of the louver material 10, and for example, if the louver material 10 is cylindrical, it may be in the shape of a curved plate. In the above example, the spacing member 17 is provided with a female threaded hole 17a into which the male threaded portion 18a of the mounting bolt 18 screws, but instead of this configuration, a configuration in which an insertion hole through which the male threaded portion 18a is inserted may be provided. In the above example, the spacing portion is the spacing member 17 that is separate from the reinforcing member 14, but it may also be configured to be integral with the reinforcing member 14. In the above example, the object to be fastened by the mounting bolt 18 is shown to be the mounting nut 19, but instead of this, it may be a female threaded portion or pilot hole integrally formed in the mounted portion 25 or the reinforcing member 14.
[0028] Next, an example of a specific configuration of the mounting device 2 that mounts the louver material 10 as the mounting object to the ceiling substrate 4 will be described. In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 1, an example is shown in which both longitudinal ends of the louver material 10 are attached to the ceiling substrate 4 via attachment devices 2, 2. These attachment devices 2, 2 have the same configuration, so one of them will be described below as an example.
[0029] As shown in Figures 2 and 5, the hanging member 20 includes a fixing piece 21 disposed across both edges of the opening in the ceiling substructure 4. At least one of the fixing piece 21 and the fixing member 26 has a loose insertion hole 22, 29. The loose insertion hole 22, 29 allows the fixing member 26, into which a shank 31 of a fastener (30) that penetrates the fixing piece 21 and the fixing member 26 and adjusts the distance between them is inserted, to be inserted into the ceiling substructure 4 through the opening 5, and is configured to be displaceable relative to the ceiling substructure 4 so that the locking portion 27 can lock onto the folded piece 7 when inserted into the ceiling substructure 4. This configuration eliminates the need to provide a notch or the like in an appropriate location on the folded piece 7 or side wall 6 of the ceiling substructure 4 to receive the fixing member 26, insert the fixing member 26 through the notch, and then move it longitudinally of the ceiling substructure 4 to secure it, thereby improving workability. Furthermore, by tightening the fastener (30) to bring the fixing member 26 close to the fixing piece 21 so that the locking portion 27 of the fixing member 26 locks onto the folded piece 7 of the ceiling substrate 4, the hanging member 20 can be stably attached to the ceiling substrate 4. This makes it less likely to rattle compared to a configuration in which the hanging member 20 is attached by simply fitting it together.
[0030] In this embodiment, the loose insertion holes 22, 29 are provided in both the fixed piece 21 and the fixed member 26. With this configuration, compared to a configuration in which the loose insertion holes 22, 29 are provided in only one of the fixed piece 21 and the fixed member 26, the loose insertion holes 22, 29 can be effectively made smaller, and a decrease in the strength of the fixed piece 21 and the fixed member 26 can be reduced. 3, the hanging member 20 includes a connecting piece 24 having an attachment portion 25 that is provided to hang down from one end of the fixing piece 21 in the opening width direction (first direction), and a hooking piece 23 that is provided to hang down from the other end of the fixing piece 21 in the opening width direction. With this configuration, the hanging member 20 can be temporarily held to the ceiling substructure 4 by hooking the hooking piece 23 onto the ceiling substructure 4 and receiving the ceiling substructure 4 in a recess that opens downward by the hooking piece 23, the fixing piece 21, and the connecting piece 24.
[0031] The fixing piece 21 is plate-shaped and disposed so that its thickness direction is the up-down direction. The loose insertion hole 22 is formed penetrating the fixing piece 21 in the thickness direction. The loose insertion hole 22 is provided so as to be located at the center of the fixing piece 21 in the opening width direction. The loose insertion hole 22 is also provided so as to be located at the center of the fixing piece 21 in the second direction (the longitudinal direction of the ceiling substructure 4) of the fixing piece 21. In other words, the loose insertion hole 22 is provided so as to be located at the center of the fixing piece 21 when viewed in the thickness direction. In the illustrated example, the loose insertion hole 22 is a circular hole, but it may also be an elongated hole with its major diameter in the opening width direction. The hole diameter (or major diameter) of the loose insertion hole 22 may be approximately 1.2 to 2 times, or approximately 1.4 to 1.8 times, the outer diameter of the shank 31 of the fastening bolt 30 constituting the fastener, depending on the dimensions of the fixing member 26 (described below) and its loose insertion hole 29 in the opening width direction.
[0032] The hook piece 23 is a plate-like member arranged so that its thickness coincides with the opening width direction. As shown in Figure 2, the lower end of the hook piece 23 is provided with an inclined portion that slopes away from the connecting piece 24 as it approaches the lower end. This configuration makes it easier to hook the hook piece 23 onto the ceiling subfloor 4. The dimension of this hook piece 23 in the vertical direction may be an appropriate dimension so that the hanging member 20 can be stably hooked on the ceiling substructure 4 and from the viewpoint of weight reduction, and may be, for example, about 1 / 2 to 2 times the dimension of the ceiling substructure 4 in the vertical direction. In the illustrated example, the dimension of the hook piece 23 in the vertical direction is approximately the same as the dimension of the ceiling substructure 4 in the vertical direction.
[0033] The connecting piece 24 is a plate-like member arranged so that its thickness coincides with the width of the opening. The dimension between the connecting piece 24 and the hook piece 23 along the width of the opening is approximately the same as the width of the ceiling substructure 4. As shown in Fig. 3, connecting piece 24 has fixing holes 24a formed therethrough in the thickness direction for fasteners such as screws that fasten connecting piece 24 to side wall portion 6 of ceiling substructure 4. With this configuration, hanging member 20 can be more firmly fixed to ceiling substructure 4. Fixing holes 24a may be female threaded holes into which male threads of fasteners whose tip ends are pressed against side wall portion 6 are threadedly engaged, or may be through holes into which fasteners that are attached to side wall portion 6 are inserted. Note that instead of or in addition to providing fixing holes 24a in connecting piece 24, fixing holes 24a may be provided in other portions of hanging member 20 (e.g., hook piece 23, etc.), or may not be provided at all. The dimension of this connecting piece 24 in the vertical direction may be an appropriate dimension so that the louver material 10 attached to the mounting portion 25 does not interfere with the ceiling substructure 4 and so that the connecting piece 24 is not noticeable, and may be, for example, approximately 1.2 to 5 times the dimension of the ceiling substructure 4 in the vertical direction, or approximately 2 to 3 times.
[0034] The mounting portion 25 is provided so as to protrude from the lower end of the connecting piece 24 outward in the opening width direction, on the side opposite to the hook piece 23. The protruding dimension of the mounting portion 25 may be an appropriate dimension so as to stably hold the louver material 10, and the dimension from the connecting piece 24 to the center of the insertion hole 25a may be, for example, approximately 10 mm to 30 mm. Appropriate reinforcing ribs may be provided at the corners between the mounting portion 25 and the connecting piece 24. The dimensions of the above-mentioned fixing piece 21, hook piece 23, connecting piece 24, and attached portion 25 along the second direction (the dimensions of hanging member 20 along the second direction) may be set to appropriate dimensions from the perspective of reducing weight and stably holding louver material 10. The dimension of hanging member 20 along the second direction only needs to be smaller than the length dimension of ceiling substrate 4, and may be approximately 20 mm to 100 mm.
[0035] The fixing member 26 is generally plate-shaped and arranged so that its thickness direction is the vertical direction when it is fastened to the fixing piece 21 by the fastening bolt 30 . The locking portion 27 of this fixing member 26 is provided only on one side in the opening width direction of the fixing member 26. With this configuration, compared to a configuration in which locking portions 27 are provided on both sides in the opening width direction of the fixing member 26, it is possible to insert the fixing member 26 more smoothly into the opening 5 of the ceiling substructure 4 and also to make the loose insertion hole 29 smaller. In addition, the length of the shank 31 of the fastening bolt 30 can be effectively shortened. This locking portion 27 may be configured to lock onto the folded piece 7 provided on the side wall portion 6 on the side of the ceiling substrate 4 to which the connecting piece 24 is aligned. With this configuration, the end of the fixing piece 21 on the connecting piece 24 side, which has the attachment portion 25 to which the louver material 10 is attached, can be fixed to the ceiling substrate 4, and rattling of the louver material 10 can be effectively prevented even in the event of an earthquake or the like. The locking portion 27 is groove-shaped to receive the tip of the folded-over piece 7 formed on the upper end of the side wall portion 6 of the ceiling substructure 4. With this configuration, by fastening the fixing member 26 to the fixing piece 21 so that the tip of the folded-over piece 7 is received in the groove-shaped locking portion 27, it becomes difficult for the folding-over piece 7 to come off even if the fastening bolt 30 loosens.
[0036] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 3, fixing member 26 has a substantially rectangular shape when viewed in the thickness direction. This fixing member 26 has a substantially rectangular plate shape that is long in the second direction. The dimension of fixing member 26 along the second direction may be an appropriate dimension from the standpoint of strength, weight reduction, etc., and in the illustrated example, is substantially the same dimension as the dimension of hanging member 20 (fixing piece 21) along the second direction. The dimension of this fixing member 26 along the opening width direction may be any appropriate dimension so that it can be disposed within the ceiling substructure 4, so that the locking portion 27 on one side of the opening width direction can be locked to the folded-back piece 7, and so that the shank 31 of the fastening bolt 30 that passes through the fixing piece 21 can be inserted into the loose insertion hole 29. The dimension of the fixing member 26 along the opening width direction only needs to be smaller than the dimension between the both side wall portions 6, 6 of the ceiling substructure 4, and may be, for example, about 3 / 5 to 4 / 5 of the dimension between the both side wall portions 6, 6. This fixing member 26 is configured such that a bent portion 28 that defines a groove-shaped locking portion 27 is provided on one side of the opening width direction of a flat plate-shaped main body. In other words, the groove-shaped locking portion 27 is defined by the bent portion 28 that is formed by bending a portion on one side of the opening width direction of the flat plate-shaped body that becomes the fixing member 26. With this configuration, it is possible to reduce a decrease in strength of the fixing member 26 compared to a configuration in which the groove-shaped locking portion 27 is provided by cutting or the like.
[0037] As shown in FIG. 2 , the bent portion 28 is formed to have a generally mountain-shaped convexity on the downward side. The bent portion 28 includes a first groove wall portion extending diagonally downward from one side edge in the opening width direction of the main body portion and defining one side of the locking portion 27 that is the main body side in the groove width direction, and a second groove wall portion extending diagonally upward from the groove bottom of the first groove wall portion and defining the other side in the groove width direction of the locking portion 27. In other words, the locking portion 27 has a generally V-shaped groove shape that opens upward, which is one side in the thickness direction of the fixing member 26. In the illustrated example, the tip of the second groove wall portion protrudes slightly upward from the top surface of the main body portion of the fixing member 26 that is one side in the thickness direction, but the present invention is not limited to this. The locking portion 27 is provided so as to extend over the entire length of the fixing member 26 in the longitudinal direction (second direction). Furthermore, locking portion 27 is formed so that, when fixing member 26 is fastened to fixing piece 21 by fastening bolt 30, the tip end of folding piece 7 abuts against the groove bottom or a nearby portion thereof, and the tip end of the second groove wall portion abuts against the upper end of side wall portion 6 on one side in the opening width direction of ceiling substructure 4. Furthermore, in this state, the upper end of connecting piece 24 of hanging member 20, the end on one side in the opening width direction of fixing piece 21, and locking portion 27 clamp the upper end of side wall portion 6 on one side in the opening width direction of ceiling substructure 4 and folding piece 7.
[0038] The loose insertion hole 29 is formed so as to penetrate the fixing member 26 in the thickness direction. This loose insertion hole 29 is provided so as to be located at the center of the fixing member 26 in the second direction (the longitudinal direction of the ceiling substructure 4). This loose insertion hole 29 is an elongated hole with its major diameter in the opening width direction. In the illustrated example, the loose insertion hole 29 is a square hole. The loose insertion hole 29 is formed to one side in the opening width direction of the fixing member 26 (the side different from the locking portion 27). In the illustrated example, the loose insertion hole 29 is provided from the upper end of the first groove wall portion of the bent portion 28 over most of the opening width direction of the main body portion of the fixing member 26. As shown in FIG. 5( a), the major diameter of this loose insertion hole 29 may be such that, when the fixing member 26 is inserted into the ceiling substructure 4 through the opening 5, the shank 31 of the vertically arranged fastening bolt 30 is positioned on the locking portion 27 side within the loose insertion hole 29 of the inclined fixing member 26 and is positioned on the other side of the opening width direction of the loose insertion hole 22 of the fixing piece 21, and the locking portion 27 is close to or abuts the folded piece 7. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the major diameter of the loose insertion hole 29 may be such that, when the fixing member 26 is fastened to the fixing piece 21 by the fastening bolt 30, the shank 31 of the fastening bolt 30 is positioned on the other side of the opening width direction of the main body portion within the loose insertion hole 29. In this case, the shank 31 of the fastening bolt 30 may be positioned on one side of the opening width direction of the loose insertion hole 22 of the fixing piece 21. The major diameter of this loose insertion hole 29 may be about 1.4 to 2.5 times the outer diameter of the shaft portion 31 of the fastening bolt 30, or may be about 1.4 to 2.0 times.
[0039] The shank 31 of the fastening bolt 30 has a square column portion 31a provided on the head side and non-rotatably engaged with the loose insertion hole 29, and a male thread portion 31b that screws into a female threaded hole 32a provided in a fastening nut 32 that constitutes the fastener. The head of this fastening bolt 30 is round-headed and does not have an engaging portion for a jig. In other words, the fastening bolt 30 is a so-called square-root round-head bolt. The minor diameter of the loose insertion hole 29 may be slightly larger than one side of the square column portion 31a of the fastening bolt 30. The shank 31 of this fastening bolt 30 is inserted from below through the loose insertion hole 29 of the fixing member 26 and the loose insertion hole 22 of the fixing piece 21, and is screwed onto the fastening nut 32 disposed above the fixing piece 21. The fastening nut 32 may have an appropriate washer such as a spring washer incorporated therein. Fixing member 26 may be temporarily assembled to hanging member 20 with fasteners (30, 32) so that locking portion 27 faces connecting piece 24 of hanging member 20. The above-mentioned hanging member 20 and fixing member 26 may be made of an appropriate metallic material.
[0040] The mounting device 2 configured as described above may be fixed to a ceiling substrate 4 as shown in FIGS. 5(a) to 5(c). First, as shown in FIG. 5( a), fixing member 26 is separated from fixing piece 21 of hanging member 20 and held by fastening bolt 30 below fixing piece 21 so that fixing member 26 is tiltable in the opening width direction relative to shaft portion 31 of fastening bolt 30 (swingable around an axis along the second direction). In this state, hanging member 20 is moved downward relative to ceiling substructure 4 so that ceiling substructure 4 is received between hooking piece 23 and connecting piece 24, and fixing member 26 is inserted into ceiling substructure 4 through opening 5 of ceiling substructure 4. At this time, the second groove wall portion of bent portion 28 of fixing member 26 abuts against folded piece 7 of ceiling substructure 4, and the mutual guiding action causes fixing member 26 to move to the other side in the opening width direction relative to shaft portion 31, while tilting fixing member 26 so that bent portion 28 is on the upper side, making it possible to insert fixing member 26 through opening 5. Instead of this embodiment, the fixing member 26 may be tilted with fingers and inserted into the ceiling substrate 4 through the opening 5 as appropriate.
[0041] Then, as shown in Figure 5(b), the fixing member 26 is inserted into the ceiling substructure 4, and the fixing piece 21 of the hanging member 20 is abutted against the upper ends of both side wall portions 6, 6 of the ceiling substructure 4 to hook and hold the hanging member 20 to the ceiling substructure 4. 5(c), the fastening nut 32 is tightened so as to bring the fixing member 26 closer to the fixing piece 21. At this time, the fixing member 26 moves due to its own weight to one side in the opening width direction along the inclined surface of the first groove wall portion of the bent portion 28 that abuts the outer peripheral edge of the head of the fastening bolt 30, so that the main body becomes approximately horizontal and the locking portion 27 is in a position where it can be locked with the folded piece 7. Alternatively, the fixing member 26 may be moved by fingers as appropriate to a position where the locking portion 27 can be locked with the folded piece 7. Then, by further tightening the fastening nut 32, the fixing member 26 is fastened to the fixing piece 21 by the fastening bolt 30 as described above (see FIG. 2). As described above, the louver material 10 may be attached to the attachment portion 25 of the attachment device 2 attached to the ceiling substrate 4 in this manner. Alternatively, the attachment device 2 may be attached to the ceiling substrate 4 with the louver material 10 attached to the attachment portion 25.
[0042] Next, a modified example of the mounting device will be described with reference to FIG. In each of the following modified examples, differences from the previously described example will be mainly described, and explanations of similar configurations will be omitted or briefly explained. In each modified example, explanations of the same operational effects as those of the previously described example will also be omitted or briefly explained.
[0043] FIG. 6(a) schematically shows an example of an attachment device according to a first modified example. In the mounting device 2A according to this modification, a loose insertion hole 29A is formed in the fixing member 26A. The fixing member 26A and the loose insertion hole 29A are formed so that, when the fixing member 26A is tilted relative to the vertically disposed shaft portion 31, the shaft portion 31 abuts or is close to an edge portion on at least one side of the loose insertion hole 29A in the opening width direction, and the locking portion 27 is close to the locked portion (the folded piece 7) when the fixing member 26A is inserted into the ceiling substructure 4 through the opening 5. With this configuration, the dimension of the fixing member 26A in the opening width direction can be effectively increased and the loose insertion hole 29A can be made smaller, thereby reducing a decrease in the strength of the fixing member 26A, compared to a configuration in which the dimension of the fixing member in the opening width direction is reduced so that the locking portion 27 of the fixing member arranged horizontally relative to the vertical shaft portion 31 does not interfere with the folded piece 7.
[0044] In this modified example, fixed piece 21 of hanging member 20A is provided with insertion hole 22A, through which shank 31 is inserted, instead of a loose insertion hole. With this configuration, it is possible to reduce a decrease in strength of fixed piece 21 compared to a configuration in which a loose insertion hole is provided. The hole diameter of insertion hole 22A may be slightly larger than the outer diameter of shank 31, and may be, for example, approximately 1.02 to 1.1 times the outer diameter of shank 31. In this modification, when the fixing member 26A held by the fastening bolt 30 is inserted into the ceiling substructure 4 through the opening 5, the shaft 31 is substantially unable to move in the opening width direction along the loose insertion hole of the fixing piece 21, so the inclination angle of the fixing member 26A is greater than in the example described above. The illustrated example shows an example in which the shaft 31 abuts or is close to the edge of the loose insertion hole 29A on one side of the opening width direction, but the fixing member 26A may be further inclined so that the shaft 31 abuts or is close to the edge of the loose insertion hole 29A on both sides of the opening width direction. Furthermore, in this modification, the loose insertion hole 29A of the fixing member 26A may be slightly larger toward the locking portion 27 than in the example described above.
[0045] FIG. 6(b) schematically shows an example of an attachment device according to a second modified example. In a mounting device 2B according to this modified example, a loose insertion hole 22B is formed in a fixed piece 21 of a hanging member 20B. The loose insertion hole 22B and the fixed member 26B are formed such that, with the thickness direction of the fixed member 26B aligned with the axial direction of the shaft portion 31 and the shaft portion 31 tilted, the shaft portion 31 abuts against or is close to the hole edges on both sides of the opening width direction of the loose insertion hole 22B, and the locking portion 27 is close to the locked portion (folded piece 7) when the fixed member 26B is inserted into the ceiling substructure 4 through the opening 5. With this configuration, similar to the above, the dimension of the opening width direction of the fixed member 26B can be effectively increased, and the loose insertion hole 22B can be made smaller, thereby reducing a decrease in the strength of the fixed piece 21.
[0046] In this modified example, instead of a loose insertion hole, fixing member 26B is provided with an insertion hole 29B through which shaft portion 31 is inserted. This configuration can reduce the decrease in strength of fixing member 26B compared to a configuration with a loose insertion hole. The hole diameter of this insertion hole 29B may be slightly larger than the outer diameter of shaft portion 31, as described above. In this modification, when the fixing member 26B held by the fastening bolt 30 is inserted into the ceiling substructure 4 through the opening 5, the shank 31 of the fixing member 26B is substantially unable to move in the opening width direction along the loose insertion hole of the fixing member 26B. Therefore, similarly to the first modification, the inclination angle of the fixing member 26B is larger than in the example shown in FIG. 5. In the illustrated example, the shank 31 of the fastening bolt 30 is inclined by a finger or the like so that the locking portion 27 of the fixing member 26B faces downward. However, similarly to the above, the fixing member 26B and the shank 31 may be inclined by the mutual guiding action of the folded piece 7 and the bent portion 28. Furthermore, in this modification, the loose insertion hole 22B of the fixing piece 21 may be slightly larger than in the example shown in FIG. 5.
[0047] FIG. 6(c) schematically shows an example of an attachment device according to a third modified example. Mounting device 2C according to this modification includes, as fixing members, first fixing member 26C having locking portion 27 provided on one side in the opening width direction and second fixing member 26D having locking portion 27 provided on the other side in the opening width direction. With this configuration, hanging member 20 can be fixed to ceiling substrate 4 more stably. The illustrated example shows an example in which the main body of the second fixing member 26D is arranged to overlap the upper side of the main body of the first fixing member 26C. The illustrated example also shows an example in which the groove depth dimension of the locking portion 27 of the first fixing member 26C is made smaller than in the example described above so that the groove bottom is approximately flush with the groove bottom of the locking portion 27 of the second fixing member 26D that is overlapped above. In other words, the bending angle of the bent portion 28 of the first fixing member 26C is made smaller than that of the bent portion 28 of the second fixing member 26D. The second fixing member 26D has the same configuration as in the example described above.
[0048] In this modified example, fixed piece 21 is also provided with loose insertion holes 22 similar to those described above, and first fixed member 26C and second fixed member 26D are each provided with loose insertion holes 29 similar to those described above. Furthermore, generally similar to the above, when these first fixed member 26C and second fixed member 26D are inserted into ceiling substructure 4 through opening 5, bent portions 28 of first fixed member 26C and second fixed member 26D are inserted at an angle relative to shaft portion 31 so as to be guided by the corresponding folded pieces 7. In the above examples, the fixing member is tilted when inserted into the ceiling substrate 4 through the opening 5, but it may be inserted in a substantially horizontal state and then moved in a substantially horizontal direction. In this case, the dimension of the fixing member along the opening width direction may be smaller than in the above examples, or the loose insertion hole 22 of the fixing piece 21 may be larger than in the above examples. In each of the above examples, the fastening bolt 30 and fastening nut 32 constituting the fastener may be provided in the mounting device 2, 2A to 2C, or may be prepared at the construction site or the like as appropriate.
[0049] In each of the above examples, the engaging portion 27 of the fixing member 26, 26A to 26D is groove-shaped, but various other configurations are also possible as long as it is configured to be able to engage with the engaging portion (folded piece 7) of the ceiling substructure 4. In examples other than the third modified example described above, the engaging portion 27 of the fixing members 26, 26A, 26B is engaged with the engaging portion (folded piece 7) provided on the side wall portion 6 on the side to which the connecting piece 24 of the ceiling substructure 4 is aligned, but it may also be engaged with the engaging portion (folded piece 7) on the side wall portion 6 on the opposite side. In the examples other than the third modified example described above, the locking portion 27 is provided only on one side of the fixing members 26, 26A, 26B in the opening width direction, but a configuration in which locking portions are provided on both sides may also be used. In the above examples, the mounting devices 2, 2A to 2C are provided on a louvered ceiling device 1 that includes a louver material 10 as the mounting target, but this is not limited to this. The mounting target of the mounting devices 2, 2A to 2C is not limited to the louver material 10, but may also be lighting equipment, audio equipment, various sensors, etc. The configuration of each member and each part that constitutes the attachment device 2, 2A to 2C according to the above embodiment is not limited to the configuration described above, and various other modifications are possible.
