4. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the width of the removable weight is greater than about 80% of the width of the rear flange.

5. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the width of the body portion is less than the width of the cover portion.

6. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the width of the body portion is approximately 25% of the width of the cover portion.

7. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the body portion has a height dimension greater than a height dimension of the cover portion.

8. The golf club head of claim 6 , wherein the body portion has a depth dimension that is less than the depth dimension of the cover portion.
