Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a handle for a landing net used to catch fish, for example, in reef fishing, breakwater fishing, etc., and to a landing net equipped with the handle. [Background technology]
[0002] Typically, the handle portion (the scoop) of a scoop net used for reef fishing and the like is often designed to be telescopic for portability, since fish are often caught from high places. When using such a scoop net for reef fishing or breakwater fishing, for example, the angler places the scoop handle in a retracted position nearby, and when a fish is hooked, the angler uses one hand to operate the fishing rod and pull the fish toward them, and with the other hand, grips the retracted scoop handle and sends out the retracted scoop handle toward the fish (thrusts it out toward the sea surface). After the fish is caught in the net, the angler either retracts the sections of the handle while retracting the net portion, or retracts the net portion toward them by extending the entire handle backward without retracting the sections, thereby capturing the fish.
[0003] As an example of such a landing net handle, Patent Document 1 discloses a landing net handle that has a base section that is held by the angler, multiple sections that are incorporated into the base section in a telescopic manner, and through holes that are provided at predetermined positions on the outer surface of the base section and are shaped so that the angler's fingers can be inserted. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-129533 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In particular, with the current structure in which the net handle is fitted into the butt section by a tip plug while the tip section is retracted, when a fish is hooked, the angler must use one hand to operate the fishing rod and pull the fish toward them, while with the other hand they grasp the retracted net handle and send it out toward the fish. This requires the angler to release the tip plug that is fitted into the butt section, but it is usually difficult for an angler to do this with one hand, making it necessary to use both hands, which can have an impact on the operation of the fishing rod. This is difficult with conventional nets with net handles, including those described in Patent Document 1, and a solution to this problem has long been desired.
[0006] The present invention was made in consideration of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a fishing net and a fishing rod handle with a structure in which the tip section is fitted to the base section by the tip stopper while the tip section is stored, which allows the angler to easily and reliably release the tip stopper fitted to the base section even at fishing spots with unstable footing. Other purposes of the present invention will become clear by reading this entire specification. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] A ball handle in one embodiment of the present invention comprises a base section, a tip section, and one or more intermediate sections located between the tip section and the tip section, the tip section and the intermediate section being telescopic and the tip section and the intermediate section being housed within the base section, and when the tip section and the intermediate section are housed within the base section, the ball handle comprises an upper plug provided at the tip end of the tip section and fitted into the base section, a cylindrical body whose tip end is engaged with the rear end of the base section so that it can move tipwards relative to the base section and its movement towards the rearwards relative to the base section is restricted, and a lower plug having a central section provided at the rear end of the cylindrical body and movable together with the cylindrical body, and is configured so that when the lower plug moves towards the tip side, the central section of the lower plug presses the rear end of the tip section towards the tip side.
[0008] In the ball handle according to one embodiment of the present invention, when the tip joint moves toward the tip side, the upper plug is detached from the handle joint.
[0009] In the ball handle according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cylindrical body is formed from a fiber-reinforced resin material.
[0010] In a ball handle according to one embodiment of the present invention, the base joint has a first convex portion at its rear end, and the tubular body has a second convex portion at its tip end, and the first convex portion and the second convex portion are configured to engage the tip end of the tubular body with the rear end of the base joint.
[0011] In one embodiment of the ball handle of the present invention, the cylindrical body is movable together with the bottom plug toward the tip end by a length in the range of 10 mm to 20 mm.
[0012] In the ball handle according to one embodiment of the present invention, the bottom plug is made of resin, metal or rubber.
[0013] In a ball handle according to one embodiment of the present invention, a disc-shaped member is provided between the handle joint and the bottom plug, and an elastic body is provided between the disc-shaped member and the bottom plug.
[0014] In one embodiment of the ball handle of the present invention, the bottom plug has a stepped portion on the outside of the central portion, and the elastic body is supported on the end surface of the stepped portion.
[0015] In a ball handle according to one embodiment of the present invention, the disk-shaped member has a through hole in its central region, and when the tip joint and the intermediate joint are housed within the handle joint, the rear end of the tip joint protrudes from the through hole.
[0016] In a ball handle according to one embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the through-hole is configured to be larger than the outer diameter of the tip joint and smaller than the inner diameter of the proximal joint. Also, in a ball handle according to one embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the disk-shaped member is configured to be larger than the inner diameter of the proximal joint and smaller than the inner diameter of the tubular body. Also, in a ball handle according to one embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the disk-shaped member is large enough (dimensions) that the disk-shaped member does not enter the interior of the proximal joint, and is configured to be smaller than the inner diameter of the tubular body by 0.1 mm or more.
[0017] In one embodiment of the ball handle according to the present invention, the elastic body is formed in a ring shape and is arranged to surround the side of the central portion of the bottom plug.
[0018] In a ball handle according to one embodiment of the present invention, the elastic body is configured to be a coil spring.
[0019] A landing net according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured to include any of the above-mentioned landing net handles and a net attached to the very end of the tip segment. [Effects of the Invention]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0022] The following is a detailed description of the landing net and landing gear handle of the present invention, with reference to the accompanying drawings. Components common to multiple drawings are designated by the same reference numerals throughout the drawings. Please note that the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale for ease of explanation.
[0023] FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a landing net according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, a landing net 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured to include a landing net handle 1 and a net 100 attached to the tip of the landing net handle 1. The landing net handle 1 is configured as a telescopic system with multiple tubular sections (usually consisting of a base section, a tip section, and one or more intermediate sections, but it is also possible to have only a tip section). It includes a base section 2 that is gripped and operated, a tip section 3 that is sequentially housed inside the base section 2, and at least one or more intermediate sections 4. The tip section 3 and one or more intermediate sections 4 are formed by joining together a first intermediate section (front section) 4A to a fourth intermediate section (front section of the tip) 4C and a fifth tip section (tip section) 3. The length of each section is approximately 1 meter, and the landing net handle 1 is configured to be approximately 6 meters when extended. Each section is formed by, for example, winding a sheet (prepreg sheet) made of reinforced fibers impregnated with synthetic resin around a core metal and then thermally curing the synthetic resin. Details of the ball handle 1 will be described later.
[0024] Next, the details of the ball handle 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figure 2. Figure 2(a) shows the ball handle 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention in a state where the tip joint 3 and the middle joint 4 are housed in the handle joint 2, and Figure 2(b) shows the ball handle 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention in a state where the tip cap (upper cap) 5 fitted into the handle joint 2 has been released. The ball handle 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a base section 2, a tip section 3, and one or more intermediate sections 4 (one intermediate section in the illustrated example) located between the base section 2 and the base section 3, the base section 3 and the intermediate section 4 being telescopic, and the base section 3 and the intermediate section 4 being housed within the base section 2. When the base section 3 and the intermediate section 4 are housed within the base section 2 (as shown in FIG. 2(a)), the ball handle 1 comprises an upper plug 5 provided at the tip end 3a of the base section 3 and fitted into the tip end 2c of the base section 2, and a top plug 5 on the tip side of the base section 2 (tip end 3 and a lower plug 7 having a central portion 7a, which is provided at the rear end 6b of the cylindrical body 6 and is movable together with the cylindrical body 6, so that when the lower plug 7 moves in the distal direction (towards the distal end 3a), the central portion 7a of the lower plug 7 presses the rear end (rear end) 3b of the tip joint 3 in the distal direction (towards the distal end 3a). When the tip joint moves in the distal direction, a pressing force is generated, and when this pressing force exceeds the fitting force with which the upper plug 5 is fitted to the tip joint 2, the upper plug 5 will be released from the tip joint 2. Each joint is composed of a proximal joint 2 and a distal joint 3, and it is also possible to consider a configuration in which there is no intermediate joint or intermediate joints 4 located between the proximal joint 2 and the distal joint 3. In this specification, the explanation is based on the premise that such intermediate joints 4 are present, but it should be noted that the present invention is not necessarily limited to the presence of such intermediate joints 4.
[0025] According to the fishing rod handle 1 of one embodiment of the present invention, in a fishing rod handle structure in which the tip section (and intermediate section) is housed in the handle section and is fitted into the base section by the tip stopper, it is possible to provide a fishing rod handle that allows an angler to easily and reliably release the tip stopper fitted into the handle section by simply moving the bottom stopper 7 toward the tip end 3a, even at fishing spots with unstable footing.
[0026] In the ball handle 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cylindrical body 6 is made of a fiber reinforced resin material, metal, or resin (excluding fiber reinforced resin).
[0027] 2, in the handle 1 of one embodiment of the present invention, the handle 2 has a first protrusion 2b at its rear end 2a, and the cylindrical body 6 has a second protrusion 6c at its front end 6a, and the front end 6a of the cylindrical body 6 is configured to be locked to the rear end 2a of the handle 2 by the first protrusion 2b and the second protrusion 6c. Alternatively, it may be configured as a telescopic joint (the embodiment shown in FIG. 5). In this way, it can be configured so that the handle 2 can move toward the front end (toward the front end 3a) with respect to the handle 2, but movement toward the rear end (rear end 3b) with respect to the handle 2 is limited.
[0028] 2, in the ball handle 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cylindrical body 6 is movable together with the bottom plug 7 toward the tip of the distal segment 3 (toward the tip end 3a) by a length (L) ranging from 10 mm to 20 mm. In this way, the bottom plug 7 can be moved to a position where it contacts the rear end 3b of the distal segment 3. In the ball handle 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention, the bottom plug 7 is made of resin, metal, or rubber.
[0029] Next, a ball handle 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 3 and 4. Figure 3(a) shows a ball handle 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention with the tip joint 3 and intermediate joint 4 housed within the butt joint 2, and Figure 3(b) shows a ball handle 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention with the tip joint 3 and intermediate joint 4 housed within the butt joint 2 released. Figure 4(a) shows a partially enlarged view of a ball handle 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention with the tip joint 3 and intermediate joint 4 housed within the butt joint 2, and Figure 4(b) shows a cross-sectional view of a ball handle 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention taken along cross-section A shown in Figure 4(a). As shown, a ball handle 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a disk-shaped member 8 between the butt joint 2 and the butt joint 7, and an elastic body 9 provided between the disk-shaped member 8 and the butt joint 7. An elastic body 9 is attached to one end 8a of the disk-shaped member 8, and the other end 8b is arranged to contact the rear end 2a of the proximal joint 2. One end 9a of the elastic body 9 is attached to the disk-shaped member 8, and the other end 9b is supported by the step 7b of the bottom plug 7. The biasing force of the elastic body 9 causes the bottom plug 7 to receive a force in the direction opposite to the end 7c where the central portion 7a of the bottom plug 7 is formed. However, as described above, the bottom plug 7 is configured to be limited in its movement toward the rear (rear end 3b) relative to the proximal joint 2, so that the bottom plug 7 remains in its balanced position unless a force greater than a predetermined value is applied. In this way, unintentional movement of the bottom plug 7 in the forward / rearward direction can be prevented.
[0030] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, in a ball handle 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention, the stepped portion 7b is formed on the outside (outer periphery) of the central portion 7a, and the elastic body 9 is supported on the end face 7d of the stepped portion 7b.
[0031] 3 and 4, in a hilt 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention, the disc-shaped member 8 has a through-hole 8c in its central region, and the rear end 3b of the tip joint 3 protrudes from the through-hole 8c when the tip joint 3 and the intermediate joint 4 are housed in the handle joint 2. In this way, even when the disc-shaped member 8 is provided, it is possible to configure the bottom plug 7 to come into contact with the rear end 3b of the tip joint 3 by utilizing the through-hole 8c.
[0032] 4(a), in a ball handle 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention, the diameter (U) of the through hole 8c is larger than the outer diameter (V) of the tip joint 3 and smaller than the inner diameter (W) of the proximal joint 2. In a ball handle 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention, the diameter (X) of the disk-shaped member 8 is larger than the inner diameter (W) of the proximal joint 2 and smaller than the inner diameter (Y) of the cylindrical body 6. In a ball handle according to another embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the disk-shaped member 8 is large enough to prevent the disk-shaped member from entering the proximal joint, and is smaller than the inner diameter (Y) of the cylindrical body by 0.1 mm or more.
[0033] 4(b), in a ball handle 1 according to another embodiment of the present invention, the elastic body 9 is formed in a ring shape and is provided so as to surround the side portion 7e of the central portion 7a of the bottom plug 7. Here, in the ball handle 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention, the elastic body 9 is configured as a coil spring. Alternatively, the elastic body may be made of rubber, elastomer, or synthetic resin, but is not limited to these.
[0034] Furthermore, a landing net 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention is configured to include a landing net handle 1 according to any one of the above embodiments and a net 100 attached to the very end (not shown) of the tip section 3. With the landing net 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide a landing net with a landing net handle that allows an angler to easily and reliably release the tip section that has been fitted into the base section, even at fishing spots with unstable footing, in a landing net handle that is structured so that the tip section is fitted into the base section by the tip stopper when the tip section is stored.
[0035] The dimensions, materials, and arrangement of each component described in this specification are not limited to those explicitly described in the embodiments, and each component can be modified to have any dimensions, materials, and arrangement that can be included in the scope of the present invention. Furthermore, components not explicitly described in this specification can be added to the described embodiments, and some of the components described in each embodiment can be omitted.
