33. 28. The method of claim 27, further comprising positioning the flange panel to extend away from the plurality of upper side panels and the plurality of lower side panels to form a reinforced flange of the tray.
34. 34. The method of claim 33, wherein each of the plurality of lower side panels comprises a base portion foldably connected to the central panel and a distal portion foldably connected to the base portion.
35. 35. The method of claim 34, further comprising positioning the distal portion of each of the plurality of lower side panels in at least partial face-to-face contact with the flange panel to at least partially form the reinforced flange of the tray.
36. 34. The method of claim 33, wherein the first blank further comprises a plurality of corner end flaps foldably connected to each of the plurality of lower side panels.
37. 37. The method of claim 36, further comprising positioning each of the plurality of corner end flaps in at least partial face-to-face contact with a portion of each of the plurality of lower side panels to form each of the plurality of side walls of the tray.
