Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention has traditionally involved placing sticky devices and traps in areas where rats appear. Setting up the sticky devices each time was a time-consuming and tedious process, as the traps often came into contact with the sticky material. Traps are large, taking up space and making them difficult to store. The mouse net is easily installed by simply inserting it into the support posts of the base and leaning it against the floor or wall. When storing, the nets can be stacked in the recesses of the base. The warp strings connected to the frame are tied together diagonally within the frame. The first weft string is passed under the first warp string, over the second warp string, and under the third warp string. The second weft string is passed over the first warp string, under the second warp string, and over the third warp string, and then tied together. By repeating this process, the strings connected within the frame are tied together within the diagonal frame, crossing each other in a grid pattern, and the overlapping strings are not joined together to create a trapping net. Because the crossing mesh is not woven or glued, when a mouse tries to pass through the mesh, it pushes open the mesh of the net, trapping the mouse in the net. If the mouse gets caught between the warp strings and weft strings on the left, right, top, and bottom, it will struggle inside the net. If it tries to escape, the mouse's movement will be transmitted to the frame of the net, which is attached to the support posts of the main base, and the entire frame will come loose from the support posts of the main base, entangling the net around the mouse's claws and toes, making it difficult to remove and move. When a mouse gets entangled in the net and is captured, only the frame with the capture net that has come off the support of the main base is disposed of, and the frame hole of the capture net is inserted into the support of the main base again, and the capture net can be attached, allowing it to be used any number of times. The feature of the present invention is that the rat trap is designed so that when a rat gets into the trapping net, the meshes of the trapping net are opened left and right, up and down to fit the size of the rat, and the rat is caught by being pinched between the meshes of the trapping net, without connecting the crossing warp strings and weft strings. [Background technology]
[0002] To get rid of rats, we place sticky devices and traps in areas where rats appear. Setting up the book-shaped devices covered in sticky material was difficult because the sticky material stuck to the floor, and the sticky material would stick to your hands. When placed on the floor, the sticky material would stick to the floor and attract dust and other particles, making it time-consuming and difficult to remove. The wire mesh traps were large, making them difficult to store when the store was open. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2003-219784 [Patent Document 2] Patent Publication No. 2014-083049 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Conventional sticky rodent extermination devices take time to open because the sticky substance sticks to the device, and repeated opening and closing can damage the device itself, causing the sticky substance to spill out and stick to the floor or get on your hands, making it time-consuming and difficult to remove. Furthermore, wire mesh traps are large, so they take up space and are inconvenient to store. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] The end strings of the warp strings 1 connected to the soft frame 4 are joined inside the diagonal frame 4, and the weft strings 2 are joined inside the frame 4 and the end strings are joined inside the diagonal frame 4, so that the warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 cross and overlap to form a mesh 9. The crossed and overlapped parts of the warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 are not joined, and the mesh 9 is formed only by the crossing warp and weft strings 11, so when a mouse enters the trapping net 3 inside the frame 4, the mesh 9 is not fixed, so the warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 stretched left and right, up and down inside the frame 4 are pushed apart, trapping the mouse. When the mouse struggles inside the trapping net 3 in an attempt to escape, the movement is transmitted to the soft frame 4, and the frame 4 comes off from the support 7 of the main base 6, and the trapping net 3 gets entangled in the mouse's paws and toes, immobilizing the mouse trap. The warp strings are connected to a soft frame and knotted diagonally within the frame, the first weft string is passed under the first warp string, over the second warp string and under the third warp string, the second weft string is passed over the first warp string, under the second warp string and over the third warp string and joined, the warp strings and weft strings are repeatedly stretched in the frame and joined within the diagonal frame to form a mesh without joining the overlapping warp and weft strings, the mesh is not woven or glued, so the capture net of the warp strings and weft strings stretched left and right and top and bottom within the frame pushes open and spreads to trap the mouse according to the size of the mouse that tries to pass through the mesh, and when the mouse that has entered and been caught tries to struggle out, the movement is transmitted to the soft frame attached to the main base support, the whole frame comes off the main base support and the capture net gets entangled with the mouse's paws and toes, making it difficult for it to escape, this mouse trap Warp strings and weft strings are joined inside the frame and lined and joined to the diagonal corners of the frame, a mesh is set in the frame with the warp strings and weft strings, the mesh of the warp strings and weft strings stretched left and right and top and bottom inside the frame pushes open and spreads to trap the mouse according to the size of the mouse that is trying to pass through the mesh, and when the mouse is caught between the warp strings and weft strings on the left and right and top and bottom and tries to get out of the mesh, the movement is transmitted to a soft frame attached to the main base support, the whole frame comes off from the main base support, and the mouse's paws and toes get entangled in the mesh inside the frame, making it difficult for it to escape, this mouse trap. The rat trap consists of a trap net and a trap net fixture. The trap net is made up of a frame and a mesh section made up of multiple warp and weft strings. To capture mice, a plurality of warp and weft strings are joined at both ends to a frame, forming a grid-like mesh within the frame. The crossings of the warp and weft strings are not joined, and the frame constituting the crossed trapping mesh is attached to the support posts of the main base. When a mouse pushes open the mesh and enters, the warp and weft strings are not fixed, so the mesh is pushed open, trapping the mouse. The mouse then struggles, causing the trapping net to come off the support posts of the main base, and the net becomes entangled in the mouse's claws and feet, immobilizing it. [Effects of the Invention]
[0006] The end threads of the warp strings 1 connected to the soft frame 4 are joined within the diagonal frame, and the end threads of the weft strings 2 connected to the frame 4 are joined within the diagonal frame, so that the warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 cross and overlap to form mesh 9. In this way, the warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 are joined within the frame 4 and stretched repeatedly to form the mesh 9 of the trapping net 3. The mesh 9 of the crossed and overlapping warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 is not joined, but is simply formed by the overlapping of the crossing warp and weft strings 11. Therefore, when a mouse enters the trapping net 3 within the frame 4, the unjoined mesh 9 is pushed open by the mouse, and the mesh 9 traps the mouse. If the mouse struggles in the stretched trapping net 3 in an attempt to escape, the mouse's movement is transmitted to the frame 4 of the trapping net 3, which is inserted into the support 7 of the main base 6, because the trapping net 3 is connected to the frame 4, and the frame 4 of the trapping net 3 comes off the support 7 of the main base 6, and the trapping net 3 gets entangled in the claws of the mouse's hands and feet, immobilizing it. If the trapping net 3 is set up with warp and weft strings containing a scent that mice like, it will be easier to trap mice.
[0007] The warp strings 1 connected to the frame 4 are tied together diagonally within the frame with a stretched knot. The first weft string 2 is passed under the first warp string 1, over the second warp string 1, and under the third warp string 1, and the second weft string 2 is passed over the first warp string 1, under the second warp string 1, and over the third warp string 1, and then tied together. By repeating this process, the strings tied within the frame 4 are tied together within the diagonal frame, and the capture net 3 is formed with unjoined mesh 9 of warp and weft strings 11 that intersect in a grid pattern. Frame holes 5 are provided in a frame 4 in order to mount the capture net 3 on a main base 6, and the same number of support posts 7 as the frame holes 5 are provided on the main base 6, and the frame holes 5 are inserted into the support posts 7 of the main base 6 to mount the capture net 3. The main body base 6 is provided as a square pillar or a cylinder to prevent bending and distortion of the main body base 6 when a slight force is applied to the main body base 6 when the capture net 3 is attached to the support 7 or when distortion and bending appear in the main body base 6 over the course of many years, so that the capture net 3 does not fall off from the support 7 on which it is stretched. A support 7 is provided on the top of the main base 6, and the frame holes 5 of the capture net 3 are inserted into the support 7, and the capture net 3 is attached to the support 7 of the main base 6. When a mouse enters the mesh 9, the mouse pushes the main base 6, causing it to bend and distort, and the capture net 3 is entangled in the mouse, so that the capture net 3 does not easily come off the support 7 of the main base 6. The main base 6 is formed into a square, rectangular, triangular, circular, or other shape using a square or cylindrical column to prevent bending and distortion of the main base 6, and support 7 is provided on the top, and when the capture net 3 is attached to the support 7 of the main base 6, the main base 6 and the support 7 are held together to prevent bending and distortion due to the mouse's entry, and the capture net 3 entangles the mouse until it is unable to move, which is a capture net fixing device 10. When a mouse invades the attached trapping net 3, the mesh 9 of the trapping net 3 is pushed open, trapping the mouse, and when the frame 4 stretched on the support 7 of the main base 6 is pushed, the main base 6 is distorted and bent, so that the trapping net 3 does not easily come off the support 7. The trapping net 3 stretched on the support 7 of the main base 6 is made of a square pillar or a cylinder so that the trapping net 3 does not come off the support 7 easily. The trapping net 3 stretched on the support 7 of the main base 6 entangles the mouse and pinches it to make it difficult to escape, so that the mouse invades and is captured more reliably, and when the mouse struggles inside the trapping net 3, the movement is transmitted to the frame hole 5, and the entire frame 4 comes off from the support 7 of the main base 6, and the mouse's paws and toes get entangled in the trapping net 3 within the frame 4, making it difficult to escape. This is a mouse trap. In order to attach the capture net 3 to the support posts 7 of the main base 6, the frame 4 is provided with the same number of frame holes 5 as the support posts 7 of the main base 6. The main base 6 is a square or cylindrical body formed in a square, rectangular, triangular, circular or other shape, and support posts 7 are provided at the top, and the frame holes 5 of the frame 4 of the capture net 3 are inserted into the support posts 7. The mesh 9 is not woven or joined to the support posts 7, so that the mesh 9 of the capture net 3 attached to the support posts 7 of the main base 6 formed in a square or cylindrical body, etc., pushes open and spreads to trap the mouse, so that the mouse moves around while entering the capture net 3 and the capture net 3 does not easily come off the support posts 7. This is a rat trap in which the frame holes 5 of the frame 4 are inserted into the support posts 7 of the main base 6 and the capture net 3 is attached. The main body base 6 is formed into a square, rectangular, triangular, or circular shape using a square pillar, and a support 7 is provided on the upper surface of the main body base 6 so that the main body base 6 does not bend or distort. The support 7 is a support 7 to which the frame holes 5 of the trapping net 3 for trapping mice are attached. The capture net 3 is made by tying the warp strings 1 connected to the frame 4 diagonally within the frame. The first weft string 2 is passed under the first warp string 1, over the second warp string 1, and under the third warp string 1, and the second weft string 2 is passed over the first warp string 1, under the second warp string 1, and over the third warp string 1, and then stretched and joined. By repeating this process, the thread strings joined within the frame 4 are joined within the diagonal frame 4, and the capture net 3 is made up of meshes 9 that are not joined together with the warp and weft strings 11 that intersect in a grid pattern. The main base 6 is provided with the same number of support posts 7 as the frame holes 5 in the frame 4 of the capture net 3, and the frame holes 5 of the capture net 3 are inserted into the support posts 7 of the main base 6 to attach the capture net 3. When a mouse enters the attached trapping net 3, the mesh 9 of the trapping net 3 is pushed open, pinching the mouse, and the frame 4 attached to the support 7 of the main base 6 is pushed, bending the main base 6, so that the trapping net 3 does not easily come off the support 7, the main base 6 is formed of a square pillar or a cylinder, and the frame 4 of the trapping net 3 inserted into the support 7 attached to the main base 6 is difficult to come off, so that when the mouse gets caught and struggles further in the trapping net 3, the movement is transmitted to the frame 4, the frame hole 5 comes out from the support 7 of the main base 6, and the mouse's paw claws and toes get entangled in the trapping net 3 inside the frame 4, making it difficult to come off the mouse trap. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0009] This embodiment of the present invention is intended for capturing mice and comprises a trapping net 3 and a main base 6 for holding the trapping net 3. A frame 4 is provided to create the mesh 9, and the warp strings 1 connected within the frame 4 are knotted diagonally within the frame. The first weft string 2 is passed under the first warp string 1, over the second warp string 1, and under the third warp string 1. The second weft string 2 is passed over the first warp string 1, under the second warp string 1, and over the third warp string 1, and then stretched and joined. Repeating this process creates a lattice-shaped mesh 9 with the warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 within the frame, and the trapping net 3 is set within the frame. Frame holes 5 are provided in the frame 4 for inserting the trapping net 3 into the supports 7 of the main base 6. The number of frame holes 5 is the same as the number of supports 7 of the main base 6, and the trapping net 3 is installed by inserting the frame holes 5 of the trapping net 3 into the supports 7 of the main base 6. When a mouse enters the mesh 9, the capture net 3 is not woven or joined and glued, so the warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 push open and spread to trap the mouse, and when the mouse is caught between the warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 on the left, right, top and bottom and tries to struggle out in the capture net 3, the movement is transmitted to the frame 4 attached to the main base support 7, the whole frame 4 comes off from the main base support 7, and the capture net 3 gets entangled in the claws of the mouse's hands and feet, immobilizing the mouse trap. A main body base 6 is provided so as to prevent bending and distortion of the square pillar or cylinder, and a support 7 is provided on the main body base 6, and the frame hole 5 of the rat trapping net 3 is inserted into the support 7, and the rat trapping net 3 is set up by leaning it against a wall or the like. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 shows the overall configuration of the present invention. The rat trap of the present invention is composed of a trap net 3 and a trap net fixture 10. The trap net 3 is composed of a frame 4 and a mesh portion made up of multiple warp and weft strings 11. FIG. 2 shows a frame 4 for setting up a trapping net 3 by stretching a plurality of warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 for trapping mice according to the present invention. Figure 3 shows a plan view of a frame 4 of the present invention in which a grid-like mesh 9 is formed within the frame 4 by joining both ends of multiple warp strings 1 and weft strings 2. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a capturing net 3 according to the present invention, in which a thread mesh 9 is provided on a frame 4 and frame holes 5 are provided on the frame 4 at the same positions as the support posts 7 of the main base 6. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the support posts 7 of the main base 6 into which the frame 4 with the catching net 3 stretched thereon is inserted and attached, and the recess 8 into which the main base is superimposed. FIG. 8 is a front view of the trapping net 3 being pushed open left and right, up and down when a mouse or the like gets into the mesh 9 of the present invention. Figure 9 is a side view of the present invention, in which a trapping net 3 is attached by inserting the frame hole 5 of the frame 4 into the support 7 of the main base 6, and the net is then leaned against the floor and wall. A rat pushes into the trapping net 3 attached to the support 7 of the main base 6 from the direction of the arrow 15, pushing open the mesh 9 of the intersecting vertical and horizontal strings 11 of the trapping net 3, trapping the rat and causing the trapping net 3 to become entangled. When the rat struggles further inside the trapping net 3, the movement is transmitted to the soft frame 4, causing the frame 4 attached to the support 7 of the main base 6 to come out of the support 7 of the main base 6, and the entire trapping net 3 becomes entangled and covers the rat. FIG. 10 is a partially enlarged side view of the main body base 6 of the present invention, in which the support posts 7 are inserted into the frame holes 5 of the frame 4 on which the capture net 3 is stretched. The height of the support 7 of the main body base 6 is about the same as the thickness of the frame 4. 11 shows a front view of a catching net in which a frame 4 is set up using the same thread strings as those of the mesh 9 of the present invention, and both ends of multiple warp strings 1 and weft strings 2 are joined to the frame to form a catching net 3. The mesh 9 is made of unjoined intersecting warp and weft strings 11, and the frame 4 is inserted into the support posts 7 of the main base 6. FIG. 12 is a diagram showing an example of the recess 8 for overlapping the support 7 and the main body base 6 of the present invention. Claims
1. A mouse trap consisting of a trapping net and a trapping net fixing device, wherein the trapping net comprises a frame and a mesh portion consisting of a plurality of warp threads and weft threads, and both ends of the plurality of warp threads and the plurality of weft threads are joined to the frame to form a lattice mesh, and the frame is provided with a plurality of frame holes, and the trapping net fixing device comprises a main base and a main base support, and the trapping net is fixed to the trapping net fixing device by inserting the frame holes into the main base support, and when a mouse pushes open the lattice mesh and enters, the frame holes come out of the main base support, causing the trapping net to become entangled around the mouse.
2. The mouse trap of claim 1, characterized in that the frame is attached to the support of the main base of the trap net fixing device, and when a mouse pushes open the mesh and enters, the warp and weft strings are not fixed, so the mesh is pushed open and the mouse is trapped, and the mouse struggles, causing the trap net to come off the support of the main base, and the trap net becomes entangled in the mouse's claws and feet, preventing it from moving.
3. The mouse trap is characterized in that thread strings are stretched randomly in a soft frame, overlapping parts of the threads are not joined, the thread strings are piled up in layers in the frame to form an irregular mesh, and the trap is attached by inserting the frame holes into the main base support, and when a mouse pushes open the trapping net of the irregularly overlapping thread strings, which is made up of only overlapping meshes of thread strings, the mouse gets caught in the trapping net randomly stretched in the frame and struggles, and the frame holes attached to the main base support come out of the main base support, and the trapping net stretched in the frame gets entangled in the claws of the hands and feet of the mouse, making it difficult for the mouse to move and escape.
