The system according to this embodiment aims to centralize and provide festival information from all over Japan to users. [Solution] The system according to the embodiment comprises a collection unit, a centralization unit, a provision unit, and an advertising unit. The collection unit collects festival information from all over the country. The centralization unit centralizes the information collected by the collection unit. The provision unit provides the information centralized by the centralization unit to the user. The advertising unit displays advertisements based on the information provided by the provision unit.
