1. A visitor support device characterized by comprising a control unit that performs: a filtering item display process that reads filtering item selection screen configuration data from a storage unit and displays it on a display unit, which constitutes a screen for selecting filtering items for exhibits that include multiple categories in which exhibits have been classified in advance; a reception process that receives input of the filtering items for exhibits selected by the visitor; and a visitor candidate display process that reads visitor candidate configuration data from the storage unit and displays it on the display unit, which constitutes the visitor candidates that have been narrowed down based on the selection of the filtering items for exhibits.
