Claims
1. (A) 1,3-propanediol in an amount of 1 to 20% by mass, (B) 1,2-pentanediol in an amount of 0.5 to 4% by mass, (C) 0.01 to 0.5% by mass of glycerin mono-2-ethylhexyl ether, and (D) Ceramide in a quantity of 0.00001 to 0.001% by mass A skin cosmetic characterized by containing a dihydric alcohol with 6 or more carbon atoms and free from phenoxyethanol.
2. (E) The skin cosmetic composition according to claim 1, characterized by containing 0.1 to 10% by mass of one or more components selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, tranexamic acid, and nicotinamide.
3. (F) A skin cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by containing 0.0001 to 0.2% by mass of a polymer having a structural unit derived from 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine.
