Abstract

To provide a tablet container that allows consumers to easily and quickly refill the tablets themselves. [Solution] The case comprises a case body 1, a discharge cap 2 rotatably held via a shaft portion 14a provided at one end of the case body, and a bottom cover 3 rotatably held via a shaft portion 14b provided at the other end of the case body 1. The case body 1 has a receiving portion 11 for arranging tablets and a cover portion 13 rotatably connected to the receiving portion 11 via a hinge 12. The shaft portions 14a and 14b are connected to the end of the cover portion 13 and have cantilever engaging pieces 15a and 15b that abut the discharge cap 2 and bottom cover 3 against their respective inner wall surfaces, preventing the cover portion 13 from rotating relative to the receiving portion 11. The discharge cap 2 and bottom cover 3 are provided with notches 26 and 35 that release the contact between the cantilever engaging pieces 15a and 15b and their respective inner wall surfaces, allowing the cover portion 13 to rotate.

Claims

1. The device comprises a case body that forms a tablet filling space, a discharge cap that is rotatably held via a shaft provided at one end of the case body and discharges the tablets filled in the filling space through an internal passage formed in the shaft and out of an opening, and a bottom cover that is rotatably held via a shaft provided at the other end of the case body and seals the filling space. The case body has a receiving portion for arranging a plurality of the tablets in series, and at least one lid portion that is rotatably connected to the receiving portion via a hinge and opens and closes the filling space. Each of the shaft portions is connected to the end of the lid portion and has a cantilevered engaging piece that abuts against the inner wall surface of the discharge cap and the bottom lid, respectively, to prevent the lid portion from rotating relative to the receiving portion. A tablet container characterized in that the discharge cap and the bottom lid are provided with notches that allow the cantilever engaging piece to rotate independently, thereby exposing the cantilever engaging piece to the outside, and releasing the contact of the cantilever engaging piece with the inner wall surface of the respective discharge cap and bottom lid, thereby enabling the lid portion to rotate.

2. The tablet container according to claim 1, wherein the case body, the discharge cap, and the bottom cover have an external shape in which the cross section perpendicular to the axis of the case body has a substantially square shape with rounded corners, the cantilevered engaging piece is provided on the extension line in the axial direction of the case body of at least one of the corners, and the notch is provided on at least one of the corners.

3. The tablet container according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the discharge cap is cantilevered to an opening formed in the discharge cap, and in an unloaded state where no pressing force is applied, the tip is positioned in a passage leading to the outlet, preventing the tablet from passing through, but in a loaded state where pressing force is applied, the tip retracts from the passage, allowing the tablet to pass through.

4. The tablet container according to claim 3, characterized in that the elastic piece is provided behind the tip and has a protrusion that, when pressed under load, is positioned in the passage and allows the discharge of only one or a predetermined number of tablets.
