Abstract

The capsaicin from chili peppers burns inside the tube, releasing black smoke that floats into the air, irritating the eyes and noses of bears, deer, and wild boars, causing them to flee. This provides a safe and secure black smoke tube that won't catch fire outside. [Solution] Anthracene, sulfur, potassium perchlorate, and chili powder are mixed together, packed into a tube, and fitted with a fuse to produce safe and secure black smoke that does not ignite outside.
