Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] The above-described conventional water stop shutter device forms a panel constituting the opening / closing body into a vertical cross-sectional frame shape having cavities partitioned vertically by drawing or extrusion molding of a metal material such as an aluminum alloy.
[0005] However, this panel is configured mainly for water stop purposes and is not assumed to be installed as a fire protection facility or a specific fire protection facility that requires high fire resistance, and there is room for improvement.
[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a water stop device that can be installed as a fire protection facility or a specific fire protection facility that requires high fire resistance.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] In view of such problems, one aspect of the present invention has the following configuration. A water-stopping device comprising: an opening / closing body having a plurality of panels that close in a manner that partitions a space and can be stacked vertically when closed; and a water-stopping member attached to the lower end of each of the plurality of panels across the width of the opening / closing body, wherein each of the plurality of panels has a first side wall facing one side of the partitioned space and a second side wall facing the other side of the partitioned space, and at least one of the first side wall and the second side wall is covered with a fire-resistant material having fire-resistant properties. [Effects of the Invention]
[0008] As described above, the present invention is configured such that the water-stopping device can be installed in openings of fire compartments, etc., as a fire-resistant or specific fire-resistant equipment requiring fire resistance. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0010] (First Embodiment) Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described. Figure 1 is a schematic front view showing an example of a water-stopping device according to the present invention. Figure 2 is a schematic longitudinal section along the line (I)-(I) in Figure 1, Figure 3 is a schematic longitudinal section along the line (II)-(II) in Figure 1, and Figure 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view along the line (III)-(III) in Figure 1.
[0011] In the following explanation, "upstream side" refers to the upstream side in the assumed direction of water flow, and "downstream side" refers to the downstream side in the assumed direction of water flow, which is the opposite direction to the upstream side. In this embodiment, it is assumed that water flows from the outdoor side to the indoor side (see Figures 2 to 4).
[0012] Furthermore, "width direction of the opening / closing body" refers to a direction that is approximately perpendicular to the opening / closing direction of the opening / closing body, and is not the thickness direction of the opening / closing body (left-right direction in Figure 1), while "thickness direction of the opening / closing body" refers to the thickness direction of the opening / closing body (left-right direction in Figure 2).
[0013] (Overall composition of the water stop device) The water stop device 1 is configured, for example, as a water stop device that is provided at an opening of a building such as a building and blocks water flowing from the outdoor side to the indoor side during a flood. In addition, this water stop device 1 can be installed at an opening of a fire compartment as a fire protection equipment or specific fire protection equipment that requires high fire resistance.
[0014] This water stop device 1 includes, for example, an opening and closing body 10 that closes by partitioning a space, left and right guide rails 20, 20 that guide the end portions in the width direction of the opening and closing body 10 in the opening and closing direction, a storage portion 30 that extends and stores the opening and closing body 10 above it, a vertical pressing mechanism 40 (electric pressing mechanism) that presses the closed opening and closing body 10 against a lower fixed portion G (for example, a floor surface, ground surface, lower frame, threshold, etc.), a horizontal pressing mechanism 50 (electric pressing mechanism) that presses the closed opening and closing body 10 against the guide rail 20 which is a fixed portion on the downstream side, a deflection suppression device 60 (see FIG. 2) that suppresses the closed opening and closing body 10 from deflecting inward due to water pressure, and a control unit (not shown) that controls the operations of the opening and closing body 10, the vertical pressing mechanism 40, the horizontal pressing mechanism 50, etc.
[0015] As shown in FIG. 2, the opening and closing body 10 has an upper panel 12 arranged at the uppermost part, a lower panel 13 arranged at the lowermost part, and a plurality of intermediate panels 11 arranged between the upper panel 12 and the lower panel 13. Each of the panels 11 to 13 sequentially extended in the closing direction by the storage portion 30 is stacked substantially vertically on the fixed portion G to be in a fully closed state.
[0016] Each of the panels 11 to 13 is a member in the shape of a substantially rectangular plate when viewed from the front, which is long in the width direction of the opening and closing body, and is configured to have a plurality of spaced portions (hollows) partitioned vertically. These panels 11 to 13 are connected in the opening and closing direction via a panel connection chain 14, a support shaft 15, etc.
[0017] When the opening / closing body 10 is in the fully closed state, the spaces between the vertically adjacent panels 11 to 13, and the space between the lower panel 13 and the immovable part G, are in watertight contact via the watertight sealing member 70. The specific configurations of each panel 11-13 and each water-stopping member 70 will be described later.
[0018] As shown in Figure 4, the guide rail 20 has a substantially concave cross-section that extends vertically, surrounding the lateral end of the opening / closing body 10 in the closed state, and is formed in an elongated shape extending from the lower fixed part G to the storage section 30. Within this guide rail 20 are a motion direction changing mechanism 52 that constitutes the horizontal pressing mechanism 50 described later, and a receiving part 21 that watertightly receives the opening / closing body 10 downstream of it. Furthermore, the guide rail 20 and the receiving part 21 are immovable parts that are fixed downstream of the opening / closing body 10 which is pushed and moved by the horizontal pressing mechanism 50.
[0019] The receiving portion 21 is an elastic body made of rubber or elastomer resin and extends continuously over approximately the entire length of the guide rail 20, both vertically and horizontally. This receiving portion 21 is pressed against the opening / closing body 10 and elastically contracts, improving the watertightness between the opening / closing body 10 and the guide rail 20.
[0020] As shown in Figure 2, the storage unit 30 is fixed to the wall surface of the building structure or other object on which the water-stopping device 1 is installed, above the opening that is opened and closed by the opening / closing body 10. The storage unit 30 supports a sprocket 31 on which a panel connecting chain 14 is wrapped around a base 30a fixed to a stationary wall surface, an electric drive mechanism 32 that rotates the sprocket 31 in both directions, and storage rails 33 that suspend and guide each of the panels 11 to 13 in the front-to-back direction.
[0021] Furthermore, the storage section 30 is provided with a vertical pressing mechanism 40 that presses the fully closed opening / closing body 10 against the immovable part G in a nearly vertical manner, and a horizontal pressing mechanism 50 that presses the fully closed opening / closing body 10 against the receiving part 21 inside the guide rail 20 in a nearly horizontal manner.
[0022] The vertical pressing mechanism 40 is an electrically operated pressing mechanism that electrically presses the closed opening / closing body 10 downwards and presses it against the immovable part G on the closing side. As shown in Figure 1, multiple vertical pressing mechanisms 40 are provided, for example, spaced apart in the lateral width direction of the opening / closing body (two sets of left and right pairs of vertical pressing mechanisms 40).
[0023] As shown in Figure 2, each vertical pressing mechanism 40 includes, for example, an actuator 41 that moves a diagonally downward-facing rod 41a forward and backward using an electric motor, and a link mechanism 42 that rotates a pressing portion 42a in an arc shape as the rod 41a moves forward and backward. The pressing portion 42a, which rotates when driven by the actuator 41, contacts the upper end of the closed opening / closing body 10, thereby pushing the opening / closing body 10 downward. In the illustrated example, each rod 41a of each pair of left and right actuators 41 is connected by a single horizontally elongated pressing portion 42a, and moves forward and backward in synchronous motion.
[0024] The horizontal pressing mechanism 50 is an electrically operated pressing mechanism that pushes the closed opening / closing body 10 and presses it against a stationary part adjacent to the downstream side of the opening / closing body 10 (in the illustrated example, the receiving part 21 in the guide rail 20). As shown in Figure 1, two horizontal pressing mechanisms 50 are provided, for example, corresponding to the left and right guide rails 20, 20, respectively.
[0025] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, each horizontal pressing mechanism 50 includes an actuator 51 that moves a downward rod 51a forward and backward using an electric motor, a motion direction conversion mechanism 52 that converts the vertical movement of the rod 51a into horizontal movement using a link member or the like, and a pressing part 53 that moves horizontally by the motion direction conversion mechanism 52. The pressing part 53 pushes the opening / closing body 10 and presses it against the receiving part 21 in the guide rail 20.
[0026] As shown in Figure 2, the deflection suppression device 60 includes a movable column 61 that extends vertically in an elongated shape, and a guide mechanism (not shown) that suspends the movable column 61 and moves it in the width direction of the opening / closing body. The movable column 61 moves from the end side to the center side in the width direction of the opening / closing body and presses against the indoor side of the opening / closing body 10, thereby suppressing the deflection of the opening / closing body 10.
[0027] Next, we will describe the specific configuration of each panel 11 to 13 that make up the opening / closing body 10. (Intermediate panel) First, let's explain an example of the specific structure of the intermediate panel 11. Figure 5 is a schematic vertical cross-section showing an example of an intermediate panel (disassembled) that constitutes the opening and closing body of the water-stopping device. Figure 6 is a schematic side view illustrating the positional relationship of each intermediate panel adjacent to each other vertically. Figure 6(a) shows each intermediate panel separated vertically, and Figure 6(b) shows each intermediate panel connected vertically. Figure 7 is a schematic vertical cross-section showing the disassembled state of the water-stopping member attached to the intermediate panel.
[0028] The intermediate panel 11 is integrally formed by drawing or extruding a metal material such as aluminum (including an aluminum alloy), and as shown in Figure 5, an outdoor side wall portion 11a (first side wall) facing the outside and an indoor side wall portion 11b (second side wall) facing the inside are arranged opposite each other with a predetermined distance between them, and a plurality of partition walls 11j and the upper and lower end walls are arranged between the outdoor side wall portion 11a and the indoor side wall portion 11b with a predetermined distance between them in the vertical direction, thereby forming a panel having a plurality of hollow portions (cavities) S1 to S3 that extend to both ends in the width direction of the opening and closing body.
[0029] In the illustrated example, the hollow sections S1 to S3 are configured to include an upper hollow section S1 located above the intermediate panel 11, a lower hollow section S2 located below the intermediate panel 11, and a plurality of intermediate hollow sections S3 arranged in series in the vertical direction between the upper hollow section S1 and the lower hollow section S2. By forming these hollow sections S1 to S3, the intermediate panel 11 can reduce the weight of the panel while ensuring panel rigidity (resistance to water pressure), resistance to damage and deformation due to external forces, and thermal insulation and sound insulation properties.
[0030] Furthermore, the intermediate panel 11 is provided with a fire-resistant member 80 that has fire-resistant properties so as to cover the indoor side wall portion 11b, and is configured to be installed in openings of fire compartments, etc., as a fire protection device or specific fire protection device that requires high fire resistance.
[0031] Furthermore, the lower end of the intermediate panel 11 is detachably provided with a water-stopping member 70 for maintaining watertightness between each of the panels 11 to 13 when they are closed, and a fire-resistant cover member 90 for covering the water-stopping member 70 from the indoor side.
[0032] The intermediate panel 11 is divided into three parts: the upper part, the lower part, and the intermediate part. The configuration of each part will be described in detail, as will the configuration of the water-stopping member 70, the fire-resistant member 80, and the cover member 90.
[0033] <Upper part of the middle panel> [Upper hollow part] As shown in Figure 5, the upper hollow section S1 is a hollow section (cavity) located at the very top of the intermediate panel 11, and is defined by the upper wall portion 11a1 of the outdoor side wall section 11a, the first upper wall section 11c, the concave wall section 11d, the second upper wall section 11e, a part of the indoor side wall section 11b, and the uppermost partition wall 11j.
[0034] The outdoor side wall portion 11a of the intermediate panel 11 has an upper wall portion 11a1 that defines the upper hollow portion S1, a lower wall portion 11a2 that defines the lower hollow portion S2, and an intermediate wall portion 11a3 that is connected between the upper wall portion 11a1 and the lower wall portion 11a2. Furthermore, a rising wall portion 11a4 is formed at the upper edge of the upper wall portion 11a1, rising substantially vertically above the upper hollow portion S1.
[0035] The first upper wall portion 11c has one end edge that is connected substantially perpendicularly to the upper position of the upper side wall portion 11a1, and is formed as a horizontal wall that extends substantially horizontally toward the indoor side wall portion 11b.
[0036] The concave wall portion 11d has one end edge connected to the other end edge of the first upper wall portion 11c, and the other end edge connected to one edge of the second upper wall portion 11e, and is formed in a substantially arc-shaped cross-section that is recessed towards the upper hollow portion S1. As shown in Figure 6(b), this concave wall portion 11d is the part into which the water-stopping projection 73b of the water-stopping member 70 provided on the upper intermediate panel 11 (or upper panel 12) fits into a fitted state.
[0037] The second upper wall portion 11e has one end edge connected to the other end edge of the concave wall portion 11d and is formed as a horizontal wall extending substantially horizontally toward the indoor side wall portion 11b. The upper piece 80b of the fire-resistant member 80, which will be described later, is placed on the upper surface of this second upper wall portion 11e.
[0038] The uppermost partition wall 11j is formed as a horizontal wall extending substantially horizontally, with one end connected to the outdoor side wall portion 11a and the other end connected to the indoor side wall portion 11b. Furthermore, between the outdoor side wall 11a and the indoor side wall 11b, multiple partition walls 11j similar to the uppermost partition wall 11j are provided at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction.
[0039] Furthermore, the thickness T1 of the upper wall portion 11a1 of the intermediate panel 11 is formed to be approximately the same thickness as the intermediate wall portion 11a3 and the lower wall portion 11a2, and the thickness T1 of these three portions is formed to be thicker (larger) than the thickness T2 of the indoor side wall portion 11b.
[0040] In other words, the intermediate panel 11 is configured such that the thickness T1 of the three parts of the outdoor side wall portion 11a (upper side wall portion 11a1, intermediate side wall portion 11a3, and lower side wall portion 11a2) is thicker than the thickness T2 of the indoor side wall portion 11b, thereby balancing the weight of the outdoor side wall portion 11a with the weight of the indoor side wall portion 11b to which the fire-resistant member 80 and cover member 90 are attached.
[0041] With this configuration, the weight of the outdoor side wall 11a and the indoor side wall 11b are balanced and in equilibrium, so that when the opening and closing mechanism 10 is opened and closed, the intermediate panel 11 can move up and down stably without tilting to one side.
[0042] [Rising wall section] The rising wall portion 11a4 is connected to the upper edge of the upper wall portion 11a1 and is configured to rise substantially vertically above the upper hollow portion S1. This rising wall portion 11a4 constitutes a part of the outdoor side wall portion 11a of the intermediate panel 11, and its outer surface is formed to be flush in the vertical direction with the outer surfaces of the upper wall portion 11a1 and the intermediate wall portion 11a3.
[0043] The thickness T3 of the rising wall portion 11a4 is formed to be thinner (smaller) than the thickness T1 of the upper wall portion 11a1, and as shown in Figure 6(b), it is configured to overlap the lower wall portion 11a2 of the upper intermediate panel 11. When the opening / closing body 10 is closed, the gap between the upper and lower adjacent intermediate panels 11 is covered from the outside by the rising wall portion 11a4, thereby preventing fingers from getting caught in the gaps between the panels.
[0044] <Lower part of the intermediate panel> [Lower hollow part] As shown in Figure 5, the lower hollow section S2 is a hollow section (cavity) located at the very bottom of the intermediate panel 11, and is defined by the lower wall portion 11a2 of the outdoor side wall section 11a, the first lower wall section 11f, the second lower wall section 11g, the third lower wall section 11h, a part of the indoor side wall section 11b, and the lowest partition wall 11j.
[0045] The first lower wall portion 11f has one end edge that is connected substantially perpendicularly to the lower end position of the lower side wall portion 11a2, and is formed as a horizontal wall that extends substantially horizontally toward the indoor side wall portion 11b. Furthermore, a side-view L-shaped engaging portion 11i is formed approximately in the center of the opening / closing body thickness direction of the first lower wall portion 11f. This engaging portion 11i forms an engaging groove 11i1 between itself and the lower surface of the first lower wall portion 11f to receive the engaging piece 71b1 of the water-stopping member 70 (see Figure 7), which will be described later.
[0046] The second lower wall portion 11g has one end edge (lower end edge) connected to the other end edge of the first lower wall portion 11f, and is formed as a vertical wall extending substantially vertically upward. The third lower wall portion 11h is formed as a horizontal wall in which one end edge is connected to the other end edge (upper end edge) of the second lower wall portion 11g, and it extends substantially horizontally toward the indoor side wall portion 11b, with the other end edge connected to the indoor side wall portion 11b.
[0047] Furthermore, the lower wall portion 11a2 of the outdoor side wall portion 11a is formed such that its outer surface has a step (recess) that is inward in the thickness direction of the opening / closing body compared to the outer surface of the intermediate wall portion 11a3. Specifically, the outer surface of the lower wall portion 11a2 is configured to form a step that is recessed by approximately the same dimension as the thickness T3 of the rising wall portion 11a4 of the outdoor side wall portion 11a, and the rising wall portion 11a4 of the lower intermediate panel 11 overlaps with the lower wall portion 11a2 of the upper intermediate panel 11 (see Figure 6(b)).
[0048] Furthermore, when the opening / closing body 10 is opening or closing (raising or lowering), the rising wall portion 11a4 of the lower intermediate panel 11 overlaps with the lower wall portion 11a2 of the upper intermediate panel 11, and the lower end of the upper intermediate panel 11 and the upper end of the lower intermediate panel 11 move in a separated (separated) state.
[0049] In other words, when the opening / closing body 10 is opened or closed (raised or lowered), the upper intermediate panel 11 and the lower intermediate panel 11 are suspended by the panel connecting chain 14 (see Figure 2) and a predetermined gap is created between them. However, this gap is covered by the rising wall portion 11a4, so that fingers are not caught in the gap between the upper and lower adjacent panels during the opening and closing operation of the opening / closing body 10. When the opening has been closed by the opening / closing body 10 (when the opening / closing body 10 is compressed vertically by the vertical pressing mechanism 40), the water-sealing member 70 of the upper intermediate panel 11 is pressed against the upper end portion of the lower intermediate panel 11 (first upper wall portion 11c, concave wall portion 11d, second upper wall portion 11e), creating a watertight state.
[0050] [Descent wall] The indoor side wall portion 11b of the intermediate panel 11 has a hanging wall portion 11b1 that hangs down substantially vertically below the lower hollow portion S2. This hanging wall portion 11b1 is located at the lowest part of the indoor side wall portion 11b and functions as a support portion that supports and fixes the fastening portion 71c (see Figure 7) of the base portion 71 of the waterproofing member 70, which will be described later.
[0051] <Middle section of the middle panel> [Intermediate hollow section] As shown in Figure 5, the intermediate hollow section S3 consists of multiple hollow sections (cavities) arranged in a series in the vertical direction, located between the upper hollow section S1 and the lower hollow section S2, and is defined by the intermediate wall portion 11a3 of the outdoor side wall section 11a, each partition wall 11j, and the indoor side wall section 11b.
[0052] <Water-stopping material> Next, the water-stopping member 70 will be described. Figure 7 is a schematic vertical cross-sectional view showing the disassembled state of the water-stopping member attached to the intermediate panel.
[0053] As shown in Figure 7, the water-stopping member 70 has a base portion 71, a water-stopping body support portion 72, and a water-stopping body 73. This water-stopping member 70 is detachably attached and fixed to the lower end of each panel 11 to 13 that constitute the opening / closing body 10, and maintains watertightness between each panel 11 to 13, and between the lower panel 13 and the immovable part G. This water-stopping member 70 is also attached to the upper panel 12 and the lower panel 13, similar to the intermediate panel 11.
[0054] [Base] The base portion 71 forms a base that supports and fixes the water-stopping body support portion 72 that supports the water-stopping body 73, and is detachably supported and fixed to the lower end of each panel 11 to 13. This base portion 71 can be formed, for example, by extruding a metal material such as aluminum (including aluminum alloy), and consists of a long member that extends continuously from one end to the other in the width direction of the opening and closing body of each panel 11 to 13.
[0055] The base portion 71 integrally includes a base body 71a that detachably supports the water-stopping support portion 72, an engaging portion 71b that can engage with the engaging portion 11i (see Figure 5) formed at the lower end of each panel 11 to 13, and a fastening portion 71c that is attached and fixed to the hanging wall portion 11b1.
[0056] The base body 71a is formed in the shape of a roughly rectangular plate in plan view, and the water-stopping support part 72 is detachably attached and fixed to its lower surface. Multiple insertion holes 71a1 are formed approximately in the center of the opening / closing body in the thickness direction of the base body 71a, spaced at predetermined intervals in the width direction of the opening / closing body. The water-stopping support part 72 can be attached and fixed to the base body 71a by inserting the threaded portion m1a of a fastener m1 such as a screw into these insertion holes 71a1, and rotating the head m1b of the fastener m1 with a tool (such as a screwdriver) to screw it into the threaded hole 72a1 of the water-stopping support part 72.
[0057] Furthermore, a concave fitting recess 71a2 is formed on the lower surface of the base body 71a, extending continuously from one end to the other in the lateral width direction of the opening and closing body. This fitting recess 71a2 is configured to stably support the water-stopping body 73 by fitting with an upwardly convex fitting projection 73c formed on the upper part of the water-stopping body 73.
[0058] Furthermore, within the fitting recess 71a2, a pair of rib-shaped positioning protrusions 71a3 are formed to extend downward from one end to the other in the lateral width direction of the opening / closing body, sandwiching the insertion hole 71a1. The positioning projection 71a3 is configured to engage with a pair of left and right concave positioning grooves 73d formed on the upper surface of the fitting projection 73c of the water-stopping body 73, thereby positioning the water-stopping body 73 in the appropriate mounting position relative to the base portion 71.
[0059] The engaging portion 71b is connected to one end edge of the base body 71a in the thickness direction of the opening / closing body and is formed to extend continuously from one end to the other in the width direction of the opening / closing body, and is configured to engage with the engaged portion 11i (see Figure 5) formed at the lower end of each panel 11 to 13. This engaging portion 71b has, for example, an engaging piece 71b1 having a roughly L-shaped cross-section in side view, and the tip (claw portion) of this engaging piece 71b1 engages with and is supported in the engaging groove 11i1 of the engaged portion 11i.
[0060] The specific shape and structure of the engaging portion 71b formed on the base body 71a of the water-stopping member 70 and the engaged portion 11i formed on the lower end of each panel 11-13 are not limited to the above example. They are not particularly limited as long as they have a structure in which they engage and are engaged with each other.
[0061] The fastening portion 71c is connected to the other end edge of the base body 71a in the thickness direction of the opening / closing body and is formed to extend continuously from one end to the other in the width direction of the opening / closing body. This fastening portion 71c is, for example, made of a block body having a roughly rectangular cross-section in side view, and its side end face 71c1 is fastened and fixed to the hanging wall portion 11b1 of each panel 11 to 13 by fasteners m2 (see Figure 5), which are screws or the like, that fasten the cover member 90.
[0062] [Water-stopping support structure] The water-stopping support portion 72 supports the water-stopping body 73 so that it can be detached (removed / attached) and is a part that is detachably supported and fixed to the base portion 71. This water-stopping support portion 72 can be formed, for example, by extruding a metal material such as aluminum (including aluminum alloy), and consists of a long member that extends continuously from one end to the other in the width direction of the opening and closing body of each panel 11 to 13.
[0063] The water-stopping body support portion 72 has a mounting portion 72a that is attached in contact with the lower surface of the base portion 71, and a support projection portion 72b that is configured to fit into the mounting recess 73e of the water-stopping body 73, which will be described later, and has a side view cross section that is symmetrical and downward tapering (a shape that becomes narrower and smaller towards the tip).
[0064] The mounting portion 72a has a plurality of screw holes 72a1 formed in the base body 71a of the base portion 71, corresponding to the insertion holes 71a1 formed in the base body 71a of the base portion 71, and is formed so that the screw portion m1a of the fastener m1 is screwed into these screw holes 72a1.
[0065] The support projection 72b is formed to protrude downward from the mounting portion 72a and is configured to fit into the mounting recess 73e of the water-stopping body 73. Furthermore, the upper surface 72b1 of the support projection 72b supports the protruding portion 73a1 of the water-stopping body 73 (described later) from below, and is configured to sandwich the protruding portion 73a1 between itself and the fitting recess 71a2 of the base portion 71.
[0066] [Water-stopping structure] The watertight body 73 is formed from an elastically deformable material such as rubber or elastomer resin, and consists of a long member that extends from one end to the other in the lateral width direction of each panel 11 to 13. This watertight body 73 is detachably attached to the watertight body support part 72 and elastically contracts when the vertical pressing mechanism 40 is activated, maintaining watertightness between the upper panel 12 and the intermediate panel 11, between each intermediate panel 11, 11, between the intermediate panel 11 and the lower panel 13, and between the lower panel 13 and the immovable part G.
[0067] The water-stopping body 73 has a pair of left and right water-stopping side portions 73a, a water-stopping projection 73b formed to protrude downward between the left and right water-stopping side portions 73a, a fitting projection 73c formed above each water-stopping side portion 73a, and a positioning groove 73d formed on each fitting projection 73c.
[0068] Furthermore, on the inside of the water-stopping projection 73b, a mounting recess 73e is formed, which has an upward-opening opening 73e1, and serves as a space that surrounds and fits into the support projection 72b of the water-stopping support portion 72. Furthermore, the opposing ends of the left and right water-stopping side portions 73a are configured as inwardly protruding portions 73a1 that constitute the upper wall defining the mounting recess 73e. In other words, the space between the opposing ends of each protruding portion 73a1 forms the opening 73e1 of the mounting recess 73e.
[0069] The left and right water-stopping sides 73a function as support parts that support the water-stopping projection 73b, and also serve as operating parts for bending (pressing) when removing the water-stopping body 73 from the water-stopping body support part 72. Specifically, when removing the water-stopping body 73 from the water-stopping body support part 72 (for replacement or maintenance, etc.), the left and right water-stopping sides 73a are grasped with fingers or the like and pressed downwards to bend them (see arrow in Figure 12(g)), and the opening 73e1 of the water-stopping body 73 is widened, allowing the water-stopping body 73 to be easily removed from the water-stopping body support part 72.
[0070] When the opening and closing mechanism is closed, the watertight projection 73b is pressed against the concave wall portion 11d formed on the upper end of the intermediate panel 11 (or lower panel 13) located below it, and fits into a fitted state, thereby maintaining a watertight state between each panel 11 to 13. Furthermore, the water-sealing projection 73b of the water-sealing member 70 provided on the lower panel 13 is pressed against the immovable part G to maintain a watertight state.
[0071] The fitting projection 73c is formed above each water-stopping side portion 73a and is configured to fit into the fitting recess 71a2 of the base portion 71. Furthermore, a positioning groove 73d is formed on each of the fitting protrusions 73c, which is concave downwards. By engaging with the positioning projection 71a3 of the base portion 71 so as to fit into it, the water-stopping body 73 can be positioned in the appropriate mounting position relative to the base portion 71.
[0072] The mounting recess 73e is formed on the inside of the water-stopping projection 73b and is configured to surround and fit into the support projection 72b of the water-stopping support part 72. When attaching the water-stopping body 73 to the water-stopping support part 72, the support projection 72b of the water-stopping support part 72 is pushed into the opening 73e1 of the water-stopping body 73, so that the support projection 72b of the water-stopping support part 72 fits into the mounting recess 73e of the water-stopping body 73.
[0073] [Fire-resistant material] Next, the fire-resistant member 80 will be described. As shown in Figure 5, the fire-resistant member 80 is, for example, attached and fixed to cover the indoor side wall portion 11b of the intermediate panel 11, and can be made of a plate-shaped metal material with fire-resistant properties such as steel or stainless steel, or a plate-shaped non-metallic material with fire-resistant properties such as ceramic.
[0074] The fire-resistant member 80 includes, for example, a main body portion 80a that extends substantially vertically and is formed in a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front, and an upper side portion 80b that extends substantially perpendicularly horizontally from the upper edge of the main body portion 80a.
[0075] The fire-resistant member 80 can be fastened, for example, by placing the upper piece 80b over the upper surface of the second upper wall portion 11e of the intermediate panel 11, and bringing the main body portion 80a into contact with the indoor side wall portion 11b, and then fastening it with a fastener m3 that has a waterproof function. The fastener m3 can be fastened at multiple locations corresponding to each of the hollow portions S1 to S3, for example.
[0076] Furthermore, the waterproof fastener m3 can be a fastener with a structure that can seal the gap formed between the rivet and the rivet hole during installation, such as a waterproof rivet with a rubber gasket incorporated into the rivet head or shaft, thereby ensuring watertightness.
[0077] Thus, even if the intermediate panel 11 is constructed from a metal material such as aluminum (including aluminum alloy) primarily for the purpose of watertight sealing, by covering the surface of the intermediate panel 11 with a fire-resistant member 80, it can be configured as a panel that has both watertight sealing and fire-resistant functions, and can therefore be effectively installed in fire-resistant equipment and specific fire-resistant equipment.
[0078] The method of attaching the fire-resistant member 80 to the intermediate panel 11 is not limited to the above example. For example, the fire-resistant member 80 may be attached to the intermediate panel 11 using a heat-resistant / fire-resistant adhesive or bonding agent.
[0079] [Cover component] Next, the cover member 90 will be described. The cover member 90 is provided on the lower end side of the indoor side wall portion 11b of the intermediate panel 11, extending substantially vertically downward beyond the lower end of the intermediate panel 11, and is detachably attached and fixed to the hanging wall portion 11b1 of the indoor side wall portion 11b by fasteners m2 such as screws.
[0080] The cover member 90 is formed as a long, roughly rectangular shape in front view, extending from one end to the other in the width direction of the opening and closing body of the intermediate panel 11. For example, it can be formed by bending multiple layers of fire-resistant metal plates such as steel or stainless steel. The cover member 90 is not limited to the above example and only needs to be made of a fire-resistant material (member).
[0081] This cover member 90 prevents fingers from getting caught in the gaps between the panels by covering the gaps that occur between the upper and lower adjacent panels 11-13 from the indoor side when the opening / closing body 10 is closed. Furthermore, since the cover member 90 is made of a fire-resistant material, it can effectively protect the water-stopping member 70 from flames and heat by covering it from the indoor side in the event of a fire.
[0082] Next, specific structural examples of the upper panel 12 and lower panel 13 will be described. Figure 8(a) is a schematic vertical cross-sectional view showing an example of the upper panel constituting the opening and closing mechanism of the water-stopping device, and Figure 8(b) is a schematic vertical cross-sectional view showing an example of the lower panel constituting the opening and closing mechanism of the water-stopping device. Since the upper panel 12 and lower panel 13 are modified versions of the intermediate panel 11 described above, the modified parts will be explained primarily, and identical components will be denoted by the same reference numerals, omitting redundant explanations.
[0083] (Top panel) The upper panel 12, like the intermediate panel 11, is integrally formed by drawing or extruding a metal material such as aluminum (including aluminum alloy). As shown in Figure 8(a), the upper panel 12 is configured such that an outdoor side wall portion 12a facing the outdoors and an indoor side wall portion 12b facing the indoors are arranged opposite each other at a predetermined distance apart, and a plurality of partition walls 12j and the upper and lower end walls are arranged between the outdoor side wall portion 12a and the indoor side wall portion 12b at predetermined distances apart in the vertical direction, thereby creating a panel with a plurality of hollow portions (cavities) S4 to S6 that extend to both ends in the width direction of the opening and closing body.
[0084] The upper panel 12 has an upper hollow section S4 located on the upper side, a lower hollow section S5 located on the lower side, and an intermediate hollow section S6 located between the upper hollow section S4 and the lower hollow section S5. Furthermore, the upper panel 12 is provided with a fire-resistant member 80A that has fire-resistant properties so as to cover the indoor side wall portion 12b, and a cover member 90 that hangs downward is provided at the lower end of the indoor side wall portion 12b of the upper panel 12.
[0085] The configuration of the intermediate hollow section S6 and the lower hollow section S5 is the same as the configuration of the intermediate hollow section S3 and the lower hollow section S2 of the intermediate panel 11 described above. Furthermore, the fire-resistant member 80A is constructed with a smaller vertical size compared to the fire-resistant member 80 described above (i.e., it is configured to correspond to the height of the upper panel 12), while all other components are configured in the same way as the fire-resistant member 80 described above.
[0086] The upper hollow portion S4 of the upper panel 12 is a hollow portion defined by the upper part of the outdoor side wall portion 12a, the upper wall portion 12c, the upper part of the indoor side wall portion 12b, and the uppermost partition wall 12j. The upper wall portion 12c is formed as a horizontal wall extending substantially horizontally, with one end edge connected substantially perpendicularly to the upper end edge of the outdoor side wall portion 12a and the other end edge connected substantially perpendicularly to the upper end edge of the indoor side wall portion 12b. This upper wall portion 12c is the part that is pressed by the pressing portion 42a (see Figure 2) of the vertical pressing mechanism 40.
[0087] (Lower panel) The lower panel 13, like the intermediate panel 11, is integrally formed by drawing or extruding a metal material such as aluminum (including aluminum alloy). As shown in Figure 8(b), the lower panel 13 is configured as a panel having multiple hollow sections (cavities) S7 to S9 that extend to both ends in the width direction of the opening / closing body, with an outdoor side wall portion 13a facing the outdoors and an indoor side wall portion 13b facing the indoors separated by a predetermined distance, and multiple partition walls 13j and the upper and lower end walls arranged between the outdoor side wall portion 13a and the indoor side wall portion 13b separated by a predetermined distance in the vertical direction.
[0088] The lower panel 13 has an upper hollow section S7 located on the upper side, a lower hollow section S8 located on the lower side, and a plurality of intermediate hollow sections S9 arranged in series in the vertical direction between the upper hollow section S7 and the lower hollow section S8.
[0089] Furthermore, the outdoor side wall portion 13a of the lower panel 13 includes an upper wall portion 13a1 that defines the upper hollow portion S7, a lower wall portion 13a2 that defines the lower hollow portion S8, an intermediate wall portion 13a3 connected between the upper wall portion 13a1 and the lower wall portion 13a2, and a rising wall portion 13a4 connected to the upper wall portion 13a1 and rising substantially vertically above the upper hollow portion S7.
[0090] The configuration of each of these hollow sections S7 to S9 and each of the side wall sections 13a and 13b is the same as the configuration of each of the hollow sections S1 to S3 and each of the side wall sections 11a and 11b of the intermediate panel 11 described above.
[0091] Furthermore, the lower panel 13 is provided with a fire-resistant member 80B that has fire-resistant properties so as to cover the indoor side wall portion 13b. The configuration of this fire-resistant member 80B is the same as that of the fire-resistant member 80 provided on the intermediate panel 11 described above.
[0092] Furthermore, a watertight member 70 is detachably provided at the lower end of the lower panel 13. It is configured to be pressed by the vertical pressing mechanism 40 and elastically contract to maintain watertightness between the lower panel 13 and the immovable part G.
[0093] In this example, the lower panel 13 is configured as the intermediate panel 11 with the cover member 90 removed, but the design is not limited to this example. For example, the height of the lower panel 13 may be set lower than the height of the intermediate panel 11 by reducing the number of intermediate hollow sections S9.
[0094] (Method of installing water-stopping components (including attachment and detachment of water-stopping bodies)) Next, the installation method for the water-stopping member 70 will be explained, including each step of the process, such as attaching and detaching the water-stopping body. Figures 9 to 12 are schematic diagrams illustrating an example of the installation method (including attaching and detaching the water-stopping body) for the intermediate panel.
[0095] The method for installing the water-stopping member 70 described below is an example of a process that may be performed, for example, when replacing the water-stopping body 73 of the water-stopping member 70 installed on the intermediate panel 11.
[0096] [Step 1 (Removal of cover component)] First, remove the cover member 90 of the intermediate panel 11. In this case, as shown in Figure 9(a), the water-stopping member 70 is fixed to the hanging wall portion 11b1 of the indoor side wall portion 11b together with the cover member 90 at the fastening portion 71c of the base portion 71 by a fastener m2. Therefore, rotate the head of the fastener m2 (screw, etc.) with a tool (screwdriver, etc.) to remove the cover member 90 from the intermediate panel 11 (see Figure 9(b)).
[0097] [Step 2 (Removal of water-stopping component)] Next, the water-stopping member 70 is removed from the intermediate panel 11. In this case, first, as shown in Figure 10(c), the water-stopping member 70 is pressed against the intermediate panel 11 so that it moves relative to the outdoor side wall portion 11a (see arrow in Figure 10(c)), and the engaging portion 71b of the base portion 71 that is engaged with the engaged portion 11i of the intermediate panel 11 is disengaged. In other words, the engaging piece 71b1 of the engaging portion 71b of the water-stopping member 70 is released from the engaging groove 11i1 of the engaged portion 11i formed at the lower end of the intermediate panel 11.
[0098] Next, with the engaging portion 71b of the base portion 71 disengaged from the engaged portion 11i of the intermediate panel 11, the water-stopping member 70 is pulled downward (see arrow in Figure 10(d)). In this disengaged state, the side end face 71c1 of the fixed portion 71c of the water-stopping member 70 is separated from the inner surface of the hanging wall portion 11b1 of the indoor side wall portion 11b, so the water-stopping member 70 can be easily removed from the intermediate panel 11.
[0099] [Step 3 (Replacement of the water-stopping body)] [Step 3-1: Removal of the water stop support] Next, the existing water-stopping body 73 is removed from the water-stopping member 70 (see Figure 11(e)) that was removed from the intermediate panel 11, and replaced with a new water-stopping body 73. In this case, first, the head of the fastener m1 of the water-stopping member 70 is rotated using a tool (screwdriver, etc.) to remove the water-stopping body support part 72 from the base part 71 (see Figure 11(f)).
[0100] [Step 3-2: Removal of existing watertight barrier] Next, the existing water-stopping body 73 is removed from the water-stopping body support section 72. In this case, as shown by the arrow in Figure 12(g), the existing water-stopping body 73 can be easily removed from the water-stopping body support section 72 by pressing the left and right water-stopping sides 73a of the water-stopping body 73 downward against the water-stopping body support section 72 (see Figure 12(h)).
[0101] [Step 3-3: Installation of a new water-stopping device] Next, the new water-stopping body 73 is attached to the water-stopping body support part 72. In this case, as shown in Figure 13(i), the support projection 72b of the water-stopping body support part 72 can be easily attached to the mounting recess 73e of the water-stopping body 73 by pressing it toward the opening 73e1 of the water-stopping body 73 (Figure 13(j)).
[0102] [Step 3-4: Installation of the water stop support] Next, as shown in Figure 14(k), the water-stopping support part 72 with the new water-stopping body 73 attached is mounted to the base part 71 in the reverse procedure of step 3-1 described above. In this case, the fitting projection 73c of the water-stopping body 73 is fitted into the fitting recess 71a2 of the base part 71, and the fastener m1 is tightened in this fitted state to attach and fix the water-stopping support part 72 to the base part 71 (see Figure 14(l)).
[0103] In this fixed state, the positioning projection 71a3 of the base portion 71 is positioned by engaging with the positioning groove 73d of the water-stopping body 73, and the protruding portion 73a1 of the water-stopping body 73 is sandwiched between the upper surface 72b1 of the water-stopping body support portion 72 and the lower surface of the fitting recess 71a2 (see Figure 14(l)). Therefore, the new water-stopping body 73 is securely held in the correct mounting position by the base portion 71 and the water-stopping body support portion 72.
[0104] [Step 4: Installation of water-stopping components] Next, the waterproofing member 70 with the new waterproofing body 73 attached is attached to the lower end of the intermediate panel 11 in the reverse order of step 2 described above (see Figures 10(c) and 10(d)). In this case, first, the waterproofing member 70 is moved upward from below the lower end of the intermediate panel 11 so that the side end surface 71c1 of the fastening portion 71c formed at the other end of the waterproofing member 70 faces the hanging wall portion 11b1 of the intermediate panel 11 at a predetermined distance apart.
[0105] Next, the water-stopping member 70 is moved horizontally towards the indoor side wall portion 11b, and the engaging portion 71b formed on the base portion 71 of the water-stopping member 70 is engaged with the engaged portion 11i of the intermediate panel 11. In this state, the side end surface 71c1 of the fastened portion 71c of the water-stopping member 70 abuts against the inner surface of the hanging wall portion 11b1 on the indoor side wall portion 11b.
[0106] [Step 5: Attaching the cover component] Next, the cover member 90 is attached to the intermediate panel 11 in the reverse order of step 1 (see Figures 9(a) and 9(b)). That is, the fastening portion 71c of the base portion 71 is fastened and secured to the cover member 90 by screwing the fastener m2 into the hanging wall portion 11b1 of the indoor side wall portion 11b. As a result, the water-stopping member 70 and the cover member 90 are accurately and securely attached and fixed to the desired position at the lower end of the intermediate panel 11.
[0107] Furthermore, in the process of attaching the water-stopping member in step 4 and the cover member in step 5, the engaging portion 71b of the base portion 71 is engaged with the engaged portion 11i formed at the lower end of the intermediate panel 11 in step 4 along the entire widthwise length. Therefore, when fastening the fastener m2 in step 5, even before fastening and fixing with the fastener m2, supporting one point in the widthwise direction with fingers or the like makes it easy to support the overall widthwise position of the water-stopping member 70.
[0108] The method for attaching and detaching the water-stopping member 70 to the upper panel 12 (see Figure 8(a)) is the same as the method for attaching and detaching the water-stopping member 70 to the intermediate panel 11 described above. Furthermore, although the lower panel 13 (see Figure 8(b)) does not have a cover member 90 like the upper panel 12 and the intermediate panel 11, the manner in which the water-stopping member 70 is attached to and detached from the other lower panels 13 is the same as the manner in which the water-stopping member 70 is attached to and detached from the intermediate panel 11 described above.
[0109] As described above, according to the water-stopping device 1 of the present invention, each panel 11 to 13 is provided with fire-resistant members 80, 80A, and 80B having fire-resistant properties so as to cover the indoor side wall portions 11b, 12b, and 13b, and can be installed in openings 73e1 of fire compartments, etc., as fire protection equipment or specific fire protection equipment that requires high fire resistance.
[0110] Furthermore, the water-stopping member 70 is covered by the rising wall portion 11a4 and the cover member 90. Therefore, the water-stopping member 70 is protected from the intrusion and adhesion of dust from the outside, and is also protected from external forces, thereby ensuring that the water-stopping function of the water-stopping member 70 is fully maintained.
[0111] Furthermore, since the gaps between each panel 11-13 are covered by the rising wall portion 11a4 and the cover member 90, it is possible to prevent fingers from getting caught in the gaps between each panel 11-13 when closing the opening / closing body 10, and the opening / closing body 10 can be operated safely.
[0112] Furthermore, since the water-stopping member 70 includes a base portion 71 that is detachably supported and fixed to the lower end of each panel 11 to 13, a water-stopping body support portion 72 that is detachably supported and fixed to the base portion 71, and an elastically deformable water-stopping body 73 that is detachably attached to the water-stopping body support portion 72, the water-stopping body 73 can be reliably held in the correct mounting position by the base portion 71 and the water-stopping body support portion 72, and the water-stopping member 70 can be accurately and reliably attached and fixed to the desired position at the lower end of each panel 11 to 13. Therefore, the ease of attaching the water-stopping member 70 to each panel 11-13 is improved.
[0113] Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the specific configurations described above, and can be modified as appropriate without altering the essence of the invention.
