Abstract
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing medical rubber articles in which the surface friction coefficient and tackiness are reduced, and liquid tightness is improved. [Solution] The present invention provides a method for producing a medical rubber article, comprising the steps of: contacting a cured product of a medical rubber composition containing (a) a base polymer containing halogenated butyl rubber and (b) polyolefin resin particles with a vinyl compound-containing liquid containing a vinyl compound represented by the following general formula (1) and a solvent; and irradiating the cured product after contact with the vinyl compound-containing liquid with ultraviolet light, wherein the solubility parameter value (SP value) of the solvent is 9.5 or higher. R-CH=CH2(1) [In the formula, R represents an alkyl group having 6 or more carbon atoms.]
