A method of folding an intermediate pant product defining a first side and a second side, the intermediate pant product having a first waistband, a second waistband, and a core, the method comprising: receiving the intermediate pant product in an unfolded state; orienting the intermediate pant product along a folding device having a centerboard, a first sideboard on a first side of the centerboard, and a second sideboard on a second side of the centerboard, such that the centerboard engages the first surface of the intermediate pant product to form a center fold, and each of the first and second sideboards engages the second surface of the intermediate pant product to form first and second side folds, respectively; directing the intermediate pant product in the folded state away from the folding device; A method comprising:
