Abstract

A composition is provided comprising a first polypeptide comprising a first fragment of the extracellular domain of PLA2R1 or an analog or derivative thereof and a dimerization domain, and a second polypeptide comprising a second fragment of the N-terminal extracellular domain of PLA2R1 or an analog or derivative thereof and a dimerization domain. A polypeptide comprising a fragment of the extracellular domain of PLA2R1 is also provided. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the composition, polypeptide, nucleic acid systems and molecules encoding the composition and the polypeptide of the present invention, as well as a therapeutic method using the composition or polypeptide and a method for determining suitability for the treatment, and a method for producing the composition or protein.
