[0150] Example 5: RNAi Agents Administered In Vivo in Non-Human Primate (NHP) Studies An in vivo test of duplex number 168 was performed in cynomolgus monkeys (Macaca fascicularis) to evaluate the efficacy of SCN10A siRNA. To elucidate the efficacy of siRNA in silencing the target gene, indwelling catheters were implanted intrathecally in the lumbar region in cynomolgus monkeys at n = 4 / group. An RNA interference (RNAi) agent comprising a sense strand and an antisense strand, wherein the antisense strand comprises a sequence complementary to at least 15 nucleotides of a sequence selected from any one of SEQ ID NOs: 2 to 32, the sense strand and the antisense strand form a double helix, optionally each independently comprises one or more modified nucleotides, and optionally one or more internucleotide bonds of the sense strand or the antisense strand are modified nucleotide bonds.
2. The RNAi agent according to claim 1, wherein the antisense strand comprises a sequence complementary to 18 consecutive nucleotides from any one of SEQ ID NOs: 2 to 32.
