Pharmaceutical compositions including such crystalline and amorphous forms for treating various conditions such as hemolytic anemia, sickle cell disease, and MDS (very low-risk MDS, low-risk MDS, even lower-risk MDS, and / or intermediate-risk MDS), methods for producing them, and uses thereof are also provided herein.
