Abstract

This disclosure provides ionizable lipid and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) compositions comprising ionizable lipids, helper lipids, neutral lipids, and PEG lipids, which are useful for the delivery of biologically active drugs, for example, for the preparation of manipulated cells. The LNP compositions disclosed herein are useful in gene editing methods, methods for delivering biologically active drugs, and methods for modifying or cleaving DNA.

Claims
