CYP26B1 inhibitor compounds and their methods of use

Abstract

This disclosure provides compounds for inhibiting CYP26B1 and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Aspects of this disclosure include methods of using the compounds to treat diseases or disorders including, but not limited to, skin disorders, cancer, neurological disorders, ectopic ossification (HO), fibrodysplasia ossificans progressive (FOP), multiple osteochondroma, and eye diseases including meibomian gland dysfunction and dry eye disease.
