Abstract

To provide a picnic sheet that has a cool touch. The picnic sheet includes a sheet 1 and a border 2 that encases the outer edge of the sheet. The sheet includes an isolation layer, a filling layer, and a surface layer that is cool to the touch, stacked and secured in that order from bottom to top. The picnic sheet also includes an annular border, the upper and lower edges of which are secured to the sheet, covering the outer edges of the upper and lower ends of the sheet, respectively.
