Prefabricated modular frames and frame assemblies for data centers

Abstract

To provide data center prefabricated modular frames and frame assemblies that shorten construction time, achieve high-quality management, and improve the quality of electrical and mechanical equipment after installation. [Solution] The data center prefabricated modular frame comprises a frame body 1, a cable assembly 2, and a piping assembly 3. The frame body includes an opposing upper frame 10 and lower frame 11, a positioning structure for installing the frame body in a predetermined position, the upper and lower frames being fixed together by support columns 12, and mounting holes 110 are provided on the sides or bottom of the frame body, which are used for detachably attaching casters. The cable assembly is pre-installed within the frame body and includes a cable rack 20 for supporting cables, the cable rack extending to the ends of the frame body. The piping assembly is pre-installed within the frame body and includes piping 30 and a piping rack 31 for securing the piping.
