Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a lighting device installed in a bathroom or the like, and a bathroom unit equipped with the same. [Background technology]

[0002] Generally, cornice lighting is used as one of the indirect lighting methods in buildings and homes. Cornice lighting is not limited to bathrooms, but can be used in various spaces and rooms, where light from the ceiling is directed onto the wall to brightly illuminate the wall and create beautiful shadows on the wall. By brightening the wall, cornice lighting also has the effect of making the space feel larger. In addition, by installing cornice lighting, a high-quality presentation effect can be achieved by combining an accent wall with uneven walls or a pattern that alternates between mirror and matte surfaces.

[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a ceiling lighting device for a bathroom unit in which a housing is formed by a wall panel and a ceiling panel so that a step is provided in part of the ceiling panel, and a lighting fixture is attached within the housing.

[0004] In the structure described in Patent Document 2, in order to facilitate on-site construction, a lighting component having a locking portion that locks the lighting component to one of a ceiling component and a wall component is provided on a frame component on which the lighting fixture is mounted. Also, in the structure of Patent Document 2, reflective portions are provided on one side and the other side of the frame component located on both sides of the lighting fixture, and the structure is configured so that light can be reflected by these reflective portions. [0005] [Patent Document 1] JP 2001-195918 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2017-084745 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] However, if the cornice lighting structure used in buildings and homes is adopted in a bathroom, it may not be possible to prevent water from leaking to the outside due to showering or humidity, and there is a possibility that water will remain pooled due to condensation.

[0007] If it is designed for a bathroom unit as described in Patent Document 1, waterproof performance is fully considered, but the ceiling structure for forming the housing is complicated. In addition, in a structure in which a light-transmitting lighting cover material is provided to match the ceiling surface, there is a problem that the visibility as a cornice lighting is insufficient. In a structure in which a light-shielding panel is provided, the material is different from the ceiling, and it cannot be said that the design is excellent. In addition, it is not easy to remove the light-shielding panel, and condensed water accumulates on the light-shielding panel and cannot be drained, so it cannot be said that it is easy to clean.

[0008] The structure described in Patent Document 2 is easy to install on-site and provides a stable locking structure, but there is a problem that the light can be seen when looking up at the lighting fixture because there is no lighting cover. In the bathroom, when taking a relaxed bathing position, the ceiling is looked up, which is too bright and makes it difficult to relax. In addition, the structure described in Patent Document 2 has a problem that it is not waterproof enough to be used in the bathroom.

[0009] The present invention has been developed in consideration of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and aims to provide a lighting device that is easy to install, has excellent watertightness, provides sufficient indirect lighting effect as a cornice lighting, and is not dazzling when in a bathing position, and a bathroom unit equipped with such a lighting device. [Means for solving the problem]

[0010] The present invention has the following configuration as a means for solving the above-mentioned problems. (1) The lighting device of the present invention is a lighting device that is installed along a corner of a ceiling where an interior wall and a ceiling meet, and the lighting device includes a main body that extends along the corner of the ceiling and a double-end blocking member that blocks both longitudinal ends of the main body. Be prepared An illumination member is fixed to the main body. On the other hand, an opening is formed between the protrusions along the ceiling corners where the ceiling panels, the first wall panel, and the second wall panel are joined by first wall panels facing each other and a ceiling panel disposed adjacent to the protrusions on the first wall panels facing each other, and the ceiling panel is attached watertightly along the ceiling corners to close the opening. It is characterized by:

[0011] (2) In the lighting device of the present invention, the main body portion is made of a substantially L-shaped extruded material and is formed from cut pieces of the extruded material, and a configuration can be adopted in which both longitudinal ends of the main body portion are watertightly sealed with both end sealing members.

[0012] (3) In the lighting device of the present invention, the lighting member is a linear light using an LED. 。

[0013] ( 4 In the lighting device of the present invention, it is preferable that a lighting cover is provided that is inclined upward toward the adjacent wall surface. ( 5 In the lighting device of the present invention, Either (1) to (4) The lighting device described in the above is characterized in that it has a main body portion that is installed between the ceiling panel, the first wall panel, and the second wall panel and covers the opening, a wall panel side waterproof gasket is interposed between the main body portion and an upper end portion of the first wall panel, a ceiling panel side waterproof gasket is interposed between the main body portion and the ceiling panel, and a waterproof material is interposed between both longitudinal ends of the main body portion and the first wall panel.

[0014] ( 6 In the lighting device of the present invention, 5 It is preferable that the lighting device described in the above-mentioned item (1) has an L-shaped end sealing member that is arranged along the protrusion of the first wall panel on both end sides of the main body via the water-stopping material, and a spring plate is attached to the outside of the end sealing member with a gap between the end sealing member and the spring plate so that the protrusion of the first wall panel can be freely inserted. ( 7The bathroom unit of the present invention comprises: 6 ) The lighting device according to any one of claims 1 to 4. Effect of the Invention

[0015] According to the present invention, a main body equipped with a lighting member is provided along a corner of the ceiling, and both ends of the main body are sealed with double-end sealing members, thereby providing a lighting device which has excellent watertightness on both ends of the main body and which provides a sufficient indirect lighting effect as cornice lighting, and a bathroom unit equipped with said lighting device. If the main body is a cut piece of extrusion molding material, it can be easily adapted to ceiling corners of different lengths, and any size ceiling corner can be easily adapted by adjusting the cut length. By providing both end sealing members on both ends of the main body, which is a cut piece of extrusion molding material, a watertight structure can be achieved on both ends of the main body. If the lighting component is a linear light using an LED, a structure that makes it easy to obtain illumination light over the entire length of the main body can be easily realized.

[0016] By mounting the lighting device so as to cover the opening formed by the first wall panel, the second wall panel, and the ceiling panel, the lighting device can be reliably installed in the corner of the ceiling in a watertight state. To provide a lighting device which can obtain a sufficient indirect lighting effect as cornice lighting and is not dazzling when in a bathing position by attaching a lighting cover inclined obliquely upward to a wall surface to the lighting device, and a bathroom unit equipped with the lighting device.

[0017] If the structure has water-stopping gaskets and water-stopping materials arranged between the main body and the first wall panel, between the main body and the second wall panel, and between the main body and the ceiling panel, respectively, a watertight structure can be easily and reliably obtained by placing the main body in the opening between the first wall panel, the second wall panel, and the ceiling panel. By providing L-shaped double-ended closing members on both ends of the main body and providing a spring plate with a gap in the double-ended closing members, the lighting device can be attached to the protruding part of the wall panel by inserting the protruding part of the first wall panel into the gap and gripping the protruding part between the double-ended closing members and the spring plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0019] A bathroom unit equipped with a lighting device according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described below. In addition, in some of the drawings used in the following description, some of the detailed reference numerals used in other drawings may be omitted.

[0020] 1 and 2 show a bathroom unit 300 equipped with an illumination member according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The configuration of bathroom unit 300 will be outlined below. The bathroom unit 300 comprises a washing area pan 301, a bathtub 302, a wall portion 303, and a ceiling 200 including a lighting device 250. The bathroom unit 300 shown in Figures 1 and 2 is equipped with a lighting device 250, which is mounted along a ceiling corner 305, which is the joint between a ceiling panel 202 that constitutes part of the ceiling 200 and a wall panel (indoor wall) 161.

[0021] In addition, in the bathroom unit 300 shown in Figures 1 and 2, multiple wall panels 160, 161, 170 are installed to surround the periphery of the washing area pan 301 and the bathtub 302, dividing the bathroom into a rectangular shape in plan view. As illustrated in Figure 3, the wall surface on the long side of the bathroom is composed of a combination of wall panels 160, 170, and one wall surface on the short side of the bathroom is composed of a combination of wall panels 161, 161, and about the right half of the other wall surface is composed of wall panel 160. In the portion of the other wall surface where wall panel 160 is not installed, a rectangular frame material 306 for forming the bathroom entrance is installed, as shown in Figure 2. Wall frames 180 are erected on both left and right edge portions of each of the wall panels 160, 161, 170 installed to form the walls of the bathroom, and these wall frames 180 separate the respective wall panels 160, 161, 170.

[0022] As shown in Fig. 1, the long side wall surface of the bathroom is composed of a combination of wall panels 160 and 170, and a bathtub 302 is disposed in front of the wall panel 170 located on the left side of Fig. 1, and a washing area pan 301 is disposed in front of the wall panel 160 located on the right side. Also, as shown in Fig. 1, a faucet 307 and a counter 308 are attached to the lower side of the wall panel 160, and a mirror 309 is provided above the counter 308 and supported by the wall panels 160 and 170. Also, a shower head 310 connected to the faucet 307 is provided above the mirror 309. Hereinafter, for convenience, the wall panel 170 may be referred to as the first wall panel 170, and the wall panel 161 may be referred to as the second wall panel 161.

[0023] The wall surface on the short side of the bathroom where the bathtub 302 is installed is composed of left and right wall panels (second wall panels) 161, 161 as shown in Fig. 3, but the wall panels 161, 161 are formed slightly taller than the wall panel 160. In addition, the wall panel (first wall panel) 170 adjacent to the wall panels 161, 161 is formed to have the same height as the wall panel 160 for the most part, but only the part adjacent to the wall panel 161 has a rectangular protrusion 170A formed so that it is one step higher over a predetermined width. When the wall panel 170 is butted against the wall panel 161 and installed as shown in Fig. 3, the upper end of the protrusion 170A is set to be approximately the same height as the upper end of the wall panel 161.

[0024] As shown in Figure 3, the ceiling frame 190 is attached to the short sides of the bathroom so as to fit along the upper edges of the two left and right wall panels 161. The ceiling frame 190 is also attached to the upper edges of the two wall panels 170, the upper edges of the three wall panels 160, and the upper edges of the frame material 306. The ceiling frame 190 attached to the upper edge portion of the wall panel 170 is attached so as to follow the upper edge portion of the low portion of the wall panel 170 excluding the protruding portion 170A. Moreover, the ceiling frame 190 attached to the upper edge portion of the wall panel 170 extends, in the portion where the protruding portion 170A is formed, so as to pass through the side surface on the bottom side of the protruding portion 170A and reach the side edge of the wall panel 161 as shown in Figures 2 and 3.

[0025] As shown in Figure 3, in bathroom unit 300, a ceiling opening that is rectangular in plan view is formed by the upper edge portions of wall panels 161, 161, the upper edge portions of first wall panels 170, 170, the upper edge portions of the three wall panels 160, and the upper edge portion of frame material 306. Most of this ceiling opening is closed by ceiling panels 202, 202 as shown in Figure 2, and ceiling panels 202, 202 form bathroom ceiling 200. Ceiling panels 202, 202 are supported by ceiling frame 190 on the upper end side of the wall panels, and ceiling frame 203 is installed at the boundary portion of ceiling panels 202, 202 to separate them.

[0026] In one of the ceiling panels 202 near the upper edge of the wall panels 161, 161, the L-shaped bent portion 202A provided along the long side is disposed so as to be along the front side of the protruding portion 170A of the wall panel 170 as shown in Fig. 2. Therefore, a space is formed between the L-shaped bent portion 202A and the upper end of the wall panels 161, 161, and between the opposing protruding portions 170A, 170A, and a lighting device 250 described below is installed to close this space.

[0027] As shown in the exploded oblique view of FIG. 4, the lighting device 250 is mainly composed of a main body 10 obtained as a cut piece of extrusion molding material, a double-end blocking member 20 formed by injection molding, a water-stopping material 30, and a spring plate 40. The main body 10 is formed by forming an extruded material by extrusion molding, and then cutting the extruded material to an appropriate size in the length direction. The main body 10 is preferably made of a thin material made of an aluminum alloy in order to reduce weight and ensure strength, but may also be made of a thin material made of resin.

[0028] The two end blocking members 20 are made of, for example, ABS resin (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin) and are formed by injection molding of the resin, but may be made of resin such as polypropylene (PP) or polycarbonate (PC). The two end blocking members 20 are L-shaped members of a size that allows them to be arranged side by side along both ends of the L-shaped main body 10 in the longitudinal direction, as shown in FIG. The water stop material 30 is formed, for example, by punching EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber) using a Thompson die, but may also be formed from polyolefin foam or urethane foam. The water stop material 30 is an L-shaped member of a size that can be fitted along the L-shaped side end of the main body 10 as shown in FIG.

[0029] The spring plate 40 is formed by bending a galvanized steel plate or the like, but may be formed from spring steel. As shown in Fig. 4, the spring plate 40 has a rectangular flat plate portion 40A, and is structured such that a plate-shaped bent portion 40B and a plate-shaped claw portion 40C are provided on one side of the flat plate portion 40A so as to form a U-shape together with the flat plate portion 40A. Two spring plate mounting holes 40a are formed in the claw portion 40C. The gap between the flat plate portion 40A and the claw portion 40C is set to a size that allows a protruding portion 170A of the wall panel 170 to be sandwiched between the flat plate portion 40A and the claw portion 40C, as described below.

[0030] As shown in Figures 7 and 8, a lighting member 70, a waterproof gasket (wall panel side waterproof gasket) 110, a waterproof gasket (wall panel side waterproof gasket) 120, and a waterproof gasket (ceiling panel side waterproof gasket) 130 are attached to the main body 10. The illumination member 70 is an LED light-emitting device in the shape of a long, thin rod (line) with a rectangular cross section. The LED light-emitting device is provided with a plurality of LED light-emitting elements in the internal longitudinal direction, and can emit illumination light from the entire side of the LED light-emitting device that emits illumination light. An illumination cable 70a shown in FIG. 5 is extended from both ends of the illumination member 70 for connection to a power source (not shown). The watertight gaskets 110, 120, and 130 are formed from a urethane foam material, for example, but may be formed from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber) or polyolefin foam. The watertight gaskets 110, 120, and 130 are elongated rod-shaped members with a rectangular cross section as shown in Fig. 8, and are installed at positions described below along almost the entire length of the main body 10.

[0031] As shown in Fig. 9, the main body 10 is extrusion-molded to have a generally L-shaped cross section, and has a flat top surface 11a. Fig. 9 shows a cross section of the main body 10 when the top surface 11a is disposed horizontally. The main body 10 has a flat side surface 11b on the right end side of the top surface 11a that is bent at an obtuse angle slightly exceeding 90° with respect to the top surface 11a, and has an extension surface 11d on the lower end side of the side surface 11b that extends horizontally in a direction away from the side surface 11b (to the right in Fig. 9). The main body 10 has a side surface 11f extending downward from the extending surface 11d at the tip side (right end side) of the extending surface 11d, and a locking portion 11h extending horizontally from the lower end side (tip side) of the side surface 11f. The side surface 11b is bent at an obtuse angle, which makes it easy to attach the lighting cover 140 described later. Note that since Fig. 9 shows a cross section of the main body 10, the top surface 11a, the side surface 11b, the extending surface 11d, the side surface 11f, and the locking portion 11h are formed over the entire length of the main body 10 while maintaining the shape shown in Fig. 9.

[0032] 9, the main body 10 has a side portion 11c bent obliquely upward from the top surface 11a at the left end side of the top surface 11a, and an extending surface portion 11e extending horizontally in a direction (left side) away from the side surface portion 11c at the upper end side (tip side) of the side surface portion 11c. The main body 10 also has a locking portion 11g extending downward from a middle portion of the extending surface portion 11e, a locking portion 11i extending downward from the tip side of the extending surface portion 11e, and an inward claw portion 11j at the lower end (tip) of the locking portion 11i.

[0033] The main body 10 has a side surface portion 11k extending downward from the boundary between the top surface portion 11a and the side surface portion 11c, an extended surface portion 11l extending horizontally from the lower end of the side surface portion 11k, and a claw portion 11m at one end of the extended surface portion 11l. As shown in Fig. 9, the claw portion 11m is formed facing upward at the right end of the extended surface portion 11l. In addition, since Figure 9 shows a cross section of main body portion 10, side portion 11c, extended surface portion 11e, locking portion 11g, locking portion 11i, claw portion 11j, side portion 11k, extended surface portion 11l, and claw portion 11m are formed over the entire length of main body portion 10 while maintaining the shape shown in Figure 9.

[0034] On the top surface 11a of the main body 10, a screw hole portion 10e with a C-shaped cross section is formed facing upward at the boundary with the side surface portion 11b, on the top surface 11a, a screw hole portion 10e with a C-shaped cross section is formed facing upward at a position close to the side surface portion 11b, and on the extended surface portion 11e, a screw hole portion 10e with a C-shaped cross section is formed facing upward at a position close to the side surface portion 11c. In addition, a screw hole portion 10e that has a C-shaped cross section is formed so as to protrude to the right on the upper right side of side portion 11b shown in Figure 9, and a screw hole portion 10e that has a C-shaped cross section is formed so as to protrude to the right on the lower right side of side portion 11b. 9 shows a cross section of the main body 10, each screw hole 10e is formed over the entire length of the main body 10 while maintaining the shape shown in FIG.

[0035] The main body 10 can be applied by cutting it to the appropriate dimensions in the length direction to match the size of the bathroom unit 300. Therefore, there is no need for a molding die for the main body for each size of the bathroom unit 300.

[0036] As shown in Fig. 4, the both end blocking member 20 is injection molded into a substantially L-shape, and a plurality of first both end blocking member holes 20a and second both end blocking member holes 20b are formed in the both end blocking member 20. The first both end blocking member holes 20a are holes that are aligned with the screw hole portions 10e of the main body portion 10 as described later with reference to Figs. 7 and 8. The second both end blocking member holes 20b are holes that are aligned with the spring plate mounting holes 40a formed in the claw portions 40C of the spring plate 40 as described later with reference to Figs. 7 and 8. As shown in Figs. 7 and 8, five first both end blocking member holes 20a are formed at positions corresponding to the screw hole portions 10e of the main body portion 10, and two second both end blocking member holes 20b are formed at positions corresponding to the spring plate mounting holes 40a.

[0037] As shown in Fig. 4, the water-stopping material 30 is formed by punching a metal plate into a substantially L-shape, and a plurality of water-stopping material mounting holes 30a are provided in the water-stopping material 30. In the example shown in Fig. 4, five water-stopping material mounting holes 30a are formed. The two end blocking members 20 and the water blocking material 30 are both formed in a substantially L-shape and are formed in a size that allows them to be attached to both longitudinal ends of the main body 10 in an overlapping manner.

[0038] 4, when the two-end sealing member 20 and the water-stopping material 30 are overlapped and arranged along both ends of the main body 10, the two-end sealing member holes 20a of the two-end sealing member 20 and the water-stopping material mounting holes 30a of the water-stopping material 30 are aligned with the screw hole portions 10e of the main body 10. By screwing the main body assembly screws 50 into the screw hole portions 10e of the main body 10 through the two-end sealing member holes 20a and the water-stopping material mounting holes 30a aligned in this manner, the two-end sealing member 20 and the water-stopping material 30 can be integrated with both ends of the main body 10. By providing a waterproofing material 30 between the main body 10 and the end blocking members 20 and arranging the lighting device 250 in a ceiling corner 305 as shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to prevent water from leaking to the outside due to showers or moisture, as described below.

[0039] <Assembling the lighting device> To assemble the lighting device 250, first, the water-stopping material 30 and the two-end closing member 20 are overlapped and aligned along both longitudinal ends of the main body 10, as shown in Fig. 4, and the main body assembly screw 50 is screwed into the screw hole portion 10e through the aligned first two-end closing member hole 20a and the water-stopping material mounting hole 30a. Since there are multiple two-end closing member holes 20a and water-stopping material mounting holes 30a (five in the example of Fig. 4), the water-stopping material 30 and the two-end closing member 20 can be fixed to both ends of the main body 10 by inserting the main body assembly screw 50 into each of them and screwing it into the screw hole portion 10e.

[0040] The spring plate 40 is fixed to the both end closing member 20 by inserting a spring plate mounting screw 60, which has passed through the second both end closing member hole 20b of the both end closing member 20, into the spring plate mounting hole 40a. When the spring plate 40 is fixed to the both end closing member 20, the flat plate portion 40A of the spring plate 40 is positioned outside the both end closing member 20 and slightly spaced from the both end closing member 20.

[0041] As shown in FIG. 5, the lighting member 70 is fixed to the main body 10 by lighting attachment screws 90 screwed into a plurality of main body attachment holes 10b formed in the top surface 11a of the main body 10 and a lighting fixture 80 fixed by these lighting attachment screws 90. The lighting fixture 80 has a U-shaped support portion 80a capable of embracing the linear, elongated lighting member 70. A plurality of lighting fixtures 80 (five in the illustrated example) are linearly arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the top surface 11a of the main body 10. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the lighting member 70 is supported on the lower surface side of the top surface 11a and in a position close to the side surface portion 11b by the lighting attachment screws 90 penetrating the center of the width direction of the top surface 11a and the lighting fixture 80 supported by the lighting attachment screws 90.

[0042] The lighting cable 70a of the lighting member 70 is inserted and fixed into the main body mounting hole 10c via the ring-shaped cable water stopper 100. A cut is made in the center of the cable water stopper 100 with a cutter or the like, the lighting cable 70a is passed inside the cable water stopper 100 through the cut, and the cable water stopper 100 is fixed to the inside of the main body mounting hole 10c so as to grip the main body mounting hole 10c. It is preferable to waterproof the cut in the center of the cable water stopper 100 and the gap between the cable water stopper 100 and the lighting cable 70a with a water stopper such as silicone. The cable waterproofing material 100 is preferably made of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber).

[0043] Furthermore, a rod-shaped waterproof gasket 120 is attached along the portion surrounded by the side surface portion 11c, the extending surface portion 11e, and the locking portion 11g of the main body portion 10. Also, a waterproof gasket 110 is attached along the portion surrounded by the side surface portion 11k and the extending surface portion 11l of the main body portion 10. Furthermore, a waterproof gasket 130 is attached along the outer surface of the side surface portion 11f of the main body portion 10. Illumination device 250 is completed by attaching illumination member 70 to main body 10, and then attaching waterproof gasket 110, waterproof gasket 120, and waterproof gasket 130. This illumination device 250 can be assembled into bathroom unit 300 as described below.

[0044] <Installation of lighting equipment> The procedure for assembling the lighting device 250 into the bathroom unit 300 will be described below with reference to Figures 1, 2, 3, 7, and 8. After a ceiling frame 190 for fixing a lighting device 250 is fixed to a wall frame 180 shown in Fig. 8 with ceiling frame mounting screws 190a, wall panels 161 and 170 shown in Fig. 3 are erected. The wall panel 161 is slightly taller than the wall panel 160 as shown in Fig. 3, and a protrusion 170A is provided on the upper part of the wall panel 170 on the wall panel 161 side, and the upper end of the wall panel 170 is processed into a convex shape. A hook-shaped locking portion 190A that protrudes toward the back side of the wall frame 180 is formed on the upper end of the ceiling frame 190. By installing a wall joint between the wall panels 161, 170, a structure that is waterproof against showers and moisture can be obtained between the wall panels 161, 170.

[0045] Next, as shown in FIG. 7, from inside the bathroom, the claw portion 11j on the main body 10 of the lighting device 250 is hooked onto the engaging portion 190A of the ceiling frame 190 and rotated approximately 110 degrees forward (toward the inside of the bathroom), and the protruding portion 170A of the wall panel 170 is attached so that it is clamped between the both end blocking members 20 and the spring plate 40 of the lighting device 250. If the space above the ceiling 200 is narrow, the lighting device 250 can be attached by sliding it horizontally (to the outside of the bathroom) from the front (from inside the bathroom) and then pressing it downward. Even with this procedure, the claw portion 11j on the main body 10 of the lighting device 250 can hook onto the locking portion 190A of the ceiling frame 190, and the protrusion 170A of the wall panel 170 can be clamped between the double end sealing members 20 and the spring plate 40 of the lighting device 250.

[0046] As shown in Figure 5 and described above, a gap corresponding to the protrusion 170A is formed between the both end blocking member 20 and the flat portion 40A of the spring plate 40, and this gap can be utilized to clamp the protrusion 170A between the both end blocking member 20 and the spring plate 40. Since the end blocking members 20 and the spring plates 40 are respectively formed at both ends of the main body 10, the main body 10 can be bridged between the protruding portions 170A of the wall panels 170, 170 by gripping each of the protruding portions 170A of the opposing wall panels 170.

[0047] At this time, the waterproofing structure is completed by the waterproofing packing 110 and the waterproofing packing 120 of the lighting device 250 being sandwiched and compressed by the wall panel 161, the main body 10, and the both end closing members 20. With this waterproofing structure, a structure that is waterproofed against showers and moisture is obtained on both end sides of the lighting device 250.

[0048] 8, a reinforcing frame 210 is fixed to the side of a ceiling panel 202 constituting the ceiling 200 on which the lighting device 250 is attached. The reinforcing frame 210 has a mounting piece 210A that can come into contact with the extending surface portion 11d of the main body portion 10, and a support piece 210B that extends perpendicularly to the mounting piece 210A. A reinforcing frame mounting hole 210b is formed in the mounting piece 210A, and a reinforcing frame mounting hole 210a is formed in the support piece 210B. The reinforcing frame 210 can be fixed to the side of the ceiling panel 202 on which the lighting device 250 is attached by using reinforcing frame mounting screws 220 that pass through the reinforcing frame mounting holes 210a.

[0049] Next, the ceiling panel 202 is attached so that the reinforcing frame mounting hole 210b of the reinforcing frame 210 matches with the main body mounting hole 10a. After that, the ceiling panel 202 and the lighting device 250 can be fixed by screwing the main body mounting screw 230 into the reinforcing frame mounting hole 210b through the main body mounting hole 10a from the indoor side of the bathroom unit 300. At this time, the waterproof gasket 130 provided on the lighting device 250 can be compressed between the main body 10 and the L-shaped bent portion 202A on the side of the ceiling panel 202, thereby completing the waterproof structure between the lighting device 250 and the ceiling panel 202, preventing water from coming in through the shower or moisture, and completing the watertight assembly around the lighting device 250.

[0050] Next, wall joints are installed between the wall panels 161, 170, and ceiling joints are installed between the wall panels 160, 161, 170 and the ceiling panel 202, thereby forming a watertight structure for each part, and a structure that is watertight against showers and moisture is obtained through the wall joints and ceiling joints.

[0051] Finally, the lighting cover 140 is attached to the lighting device 250 from the inside of the bathroom unit 300. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the lighting cover 140, and FIG. As shown in Fig. 10, the lighting cover 140 has a light-transmitting surface portion 140b that is inclined when attached to the lighting device 250. The state shown in Fig. 10 shows the same inclined state as the inclined state when the light-transmitting surface portion 140b is attached to the lighting device 250. The lighting cover 140 has a side surface portion 140c that is bent downward from the light-transmitting surface portion 140b, and an extending surface portion 140d that is bent approximately horizontally from the side surface portion 140c and extends in a direction away from it. In FIG. 10, the light transmitting surface portion 140b is formed as a flat surface, but this surface may have a large concave or convex rounded shape.

[0052] The lighting cover 140 has a side surface portion 140e that is bent upward from the light-transmitting surface portion 140b, and an extending surface portion 140f that is bent and extends from the side surface portion 140e toward the inside of the bathroom. The lighting cover 140 has a side surface portion 140g that is bent upward from the extending surface portion 140f, an extending surface portion 140h that extends horizontally away from the side surface portion 140g, and a side surface portion 140i that extends downward from the extending surface portion 140h. The lighting cover 140 has a lighting cover mounting hole 140a for fixing the lighting cover. The lighting cover 140 is formed by extruding milky white PC (polycarbonate) and then cutting the extruded material to an appropriate size in the length direction, but the lighting cover 140 may be made of PP (polypropylene) and may be semi-transparent. The lighting cover mounting holes 140a are processed at designated positions after molding.

[0053] As shown in FIG. 8, the lighting cover 140 is fixed by hooking the side portion 140i of the lighting cover 140 onto the claw portion 11m of the main body portion 10 of the lighting device 250 and fixing it to the main body portion hole 10d of the main body portion 10 of the lighting device 250 via the lighting cover mounting hole 140a using the lighting cover mounting screw 240. It is preferable that the lighting cover mounting screw 240 be one that can be easily attached and detached by hand. Since the light-transmitting surface portion 140b is inclined, even if you are standing or sitting at the bathroom sink, you can see the unevenness of the wall surface above the ceiling surface, the combination of the mirror surface and the mat, and the pattern. This allows for a more effective indirect lighting effect when the lights are on. In addition, the inclination of the lighting cover 140 allows any water that gets inside to be drained away, preventing it from remaining pooled inside.

[0054] Since the lighting cover 140 can be easily attached and detached, it can be cleaned even if a shower, moisture, insects, etc. get in between the lighting device 250 and the lighting cover 140, and even if you look up at the ceiling in a bathing position, it is not dazzling because the lighting cover 140 hides the lighting member 70.

[0055] When a user removes the light cover 140 for maintenance or cleaning, the user supports the light cover 140 with one hand while loosening and removing the light cover mounting screw 240 with the other hand. At this time, even if the hand that was supporting the light cover 140 is accidentally released from the light cover 140, the claw portion 11m of the light cover 140 is caught on the claw portion 11m of the main body portion 10, so that the light cover 140 will not fall, which is reassuring. Although the lighting cover 140 of this embodiment is removable, a waterproof packing may be added around the lighting cover 140 to provide a waterproof structure that prevents water from entering the interior of the lighting.
