DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0048] Hereinafter, the present embodiment will be described more fully with reference to the drawings. However, the exemplary embodiment may be implemented in various forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. These embodiments are provided to fully and completely convey the concept of the exemplary embodiment to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings indicate the same or similar components, and redundant description thereof will be omitted.

[0049] The present invention provides a swing head mechanism and a medical stapler including the swing head mechanism, the medical stapler including a staple head portion, a stapler body, and a swing head mechanism provided between the staple head portion and the stapler body. The swing head mechanism includes a drive gear, a driven gear, a swing head joint rod, and a swing head joint piece, the drive gear includes a drive gear tooth portion, the driven gear includes a driven gear tooth portion and a first fitting portion, and the driven gear tooth portion and the drive gear tooth portion mesh with each other. Therefore, when an operator controls the rotation of the drive gear, the drive gear can drive the driven gear to rotate.

[0050] The swing head joint rod includes a second fitting portion and a joint piece fitting portion, and the swing head joint piece extends along the axial direction of the stapler and is connected to the joint piece fitting portion of the swing head joint rod. When the driven gear rotates, the second fitting portion and the first fitting portion are fitted together, so that the joint piece fitting portion of the swing head joint rod is moved along the axial direction of the stapler, and the rotational movement of the driven gear is converted into the axial movement of the swing head joint rod, and the swing head joint piece is moved along the axial direction by the swing head joint rod, so that the staple head of the stapler can be easily and simply swung relative to the stapler body. Furthermore, the present invention can flexibly adjust the swing direction and swing angle of the staple head by controlling the rotation direction and angle of the drive gear.

[0051] In the present invention, the driven gear is a gear provided with a first fitting portion that fits with the swing head joint rod, and the driving gear is a gear that meshes with the driven gear, but the driving gear does not necessarily have to drive the driven gear to rotate. In different embodiments, the driving gear may rotate to drive the driven gear to rotate, or the driven gear may rotate to drive the driving gear to rotate.

[0052] The structures of the swing head mechanisms of the specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, and the specific embodiments do not limit the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0053] As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, in a first embodiment of the present invention, a swing head mechanism and a medical stapler including the swing head mechanism are provided, and the medical stapler includes a staple head portion 9, a stapler body 11, a movable handle 12 pivotally connected to the stapler body 11, and a swing head mechanism provided between the staple head portion 9 and the stapler body 11. The stapler body 11 includes a body housing, a fixed handle 112, and a sleeve 111, and the distal end side of the sleeve 111 is connected to the staple head portion 9. The staple head portion 9 includes an anvil 91 and a cartridge assembly 92 provided opposite to each other, and a connecting member 93 located on the proximal end side of the anvil 91 and the cartridge assembly 92. The swing head mechanism includes two swing head joint pieces 8, and at least a part of the swing head joint piece 8 is located inside the sleeve 111. In Fig. 2, the sleeve 111 is omitted to show that the swing head joint piece 8 and the staple head portion 9 are fitted together. The distal end side of the swing head joint piece 8 is connected to the connecting member 93. The axial movement of the swing head joint piece 8 can be controlled so that the staple head part 9 swings laterally with respect to the axis S0 of the stapler. Specifically, when the swing head joint piece 8 located at the upper side moves in the proximal end direction and the swing head joint piece 8 located at the lower side moves in the distal end direction in the viewing angle of FIG. 2, the staple head part 9 swings along the R1 direction. When the swing head joint piece 8 located at the upper side moves in the distal end direction and the swing head joint piece 8 located at the lower side moves in the proximal end direction, the staple head part 9 swings in the R2 direction.

[0054] In the present invention, the far end side and the near end side are defined as the near end side and the far end side, respectively, of the operator, that is, the end closer to the operator, and the far end side is the end farther from the operator, i.e., the end closer to the surgical position, respectively, and the direction along the axis of the stapler is the axial direction, i.e., the direction from the far end side of the stapler to the near end side, or the direction from the near end side of the stapler to the far end side. For example, in the viewing angle of FIG. 2, the far end side of the staple head portion 9 is the left side, and the near end side is the right side. The S1 direction is the direction from the far end side of the stapler to the near end side. The S1 direction or the direction opposite to the S1 direction is defined as the axial direction of the stapler. The S2 direction in FIG. 2 is defined as the horizontal direction of the stapler, i.e., the width direction. The S3 direction in FIG. 6 is defined as the vertical direction of the stapler, i.e., the height direction. For one member, the inside and outside are defined as the side closer to the axis of the stapler, and the side farther from the axis is the outside. In the following, for convenience of explanation, "upper" and "lower" will be described in terms of the viewing angle in the drawings, but these explanations are not intended to limit the present invention. In different embodiments, the relative positional relationship between "upper" and "lower" is interchangeable.

[0055] As shown in Figs. 3 to 6, the swing head mechanism further includes a housing, a driving gear 4, and a driven gear 5, and the driving gear 4 and the driven gear 5 form a gear set. The driving gear 4 and the driven gear 5 are accommodated in an accommodating cavity inside the housing. The swing head articulation rod 6 is also located in the accommodating cavity. In the viewing angle of Fig. 6, the housing includes a first housing 3 located at a lower position and a second housing 2 located at an upper position. A sleeve passage 20 for accommodating a part of a sleeve 111 is commonly defined inside the second housing 2 and the first housing 3. The inner surface of the first housing 3 is the first inner surface of the housing, and the inner surface of the second housing 2 is the second inner surface of the housing. The driving gear 4 includes an operating portion and a driving gear tooth portion 42, and a first tooth surface is provided on at least a part of a side wall of the driving gear tooth portion 42. In this embodiment, the operating portion is a lever 41 that is easy to manually operate by an operator. In another embodiment, the driven gear 5 may include one operating part, and the driven gear 5 may be manually operated to drive and rotate the driving gear 4. The driven gear 5 includes a driven gear tooth portion 52, and at least a part of the side wall of the driven gear tooth portion 52 is provided with a second tooth surface, and the first tooth surface meshes with the second tooth surface. Therefore, when an operator controls the rotation of the driving gear 4 via a lever 41, the driven pulley 5 can be driven and rotated by the meshing of the first tooth surface and the second tooth surface. In the corresponding embodiment, two driven gears 5 are provided, and the two driven gears 5 are located on the proximal end side of the driving gear 4. The two driven gears 5 are provided symmetrically with respect to the axis of the stapler, and the central axes of the two driven gears 5 are parallel to the central axis of the driving gear 4, and the distances from the central axes of the two driven gears 5 to the central axis of the driving gear 4 are equal. The shape of an accommodating cavity surrounded by the first housing 3 and the second housing 2 fits the shape of the gear set.

[0056] As shown in Figs. 7 to 10, a first fitting portion is further provided on one side of the driven gear 5 where the driven gear teeth portion 52 faces the first housing 3. In this embodiment, the first fitting portion is an eccentric wheel portion 53, and the outer contour of the eccentric wheel portion 53 is circular or arc-shaped. In other embodiments, the outer contour of the eccentric wheel portion 53 may be other shapes, such as a triangle or other polygonal shape. The swing head mechanism further includes a swing head joint rod 6 accommodated in the housing. In this embodiment, the swing head mechanism includes two swing head joint rods 6 corresponding to the driven gears 5 in a one-to-one relationship, and the two swing head joint rods 6 are provided symmetrically with respect to the axial direction of the stapler, and each of the swing head joint rods 6 is connected to one of the swing head joint pieces 8. When the driving gear 4 rotates, the two swing head joint rods 6 move in opposite directions. The swing head joint rod 6 includes a second fitting portion and a joint piece fitting portion 63, and the joint piece fitting portion 63 of the swing head joint rod 6 is connected to the proximal end side of the corresponding swing head joint piece 8. In this embodiment, the second fitting portion is an eccentric wheel fitting portion 61, which fits with the eccentric wheel portion 53 so that the joint piece fitting portion 63 of the swing head joint rod 6 moves along the axial direction of the stapler when the driven gear 5 is rotated, and converts the rotational movement of the driven gear 5 into the axial movement of the swing head joint rod 6. When an operator rotates the drive gear 4 through the operation of the lever 41, the drive gear 4 drives and rotates the driven gear 5 by meshing with the first tooth surface and the second tooth surface, and the swing head joint rod 6 moves along the axial direction of the stapler due to the rotation of the driven gear 5, so that the swing head joint piece 8 can be moved along the axial direction by the swing head joint rod 6, and the swing of the staple head portion 9 of the stapler relative to the stapler body 11 can be simply and easily realized. Furthermore, in the present invention, the swing direction and swing angle of the staple head portion 9 can be flexibly adjusted by controlling the rotating direction and angle of the drive gear 4.

[0057] As shown in Figs. 7 to 10, the receiving hole 21 is provided on the surface of the second housing 2, and the lever 41 passes through the receiving hole 21 and is exposed to the outside of the second housing 2. As shown in Figs. 9 and 10, the support portion 31 is an arc-shaped support portion 31, and the sliding slot 43 is an annular sliding slot 43, and the arc-shaped support portion 31 is provided coaxially with the annular sliding slot 43 and is dimensioned to fit with it. The sliding slot 43 is provided coaxially with the driving gear tooth portion 42, and the diameter of the sliding slot 43 is smaller than the outer diameter of the driving gear tooth portion 42. The engagement of the support 31 and the sliding slot 43 can ensure that the central axis of the driving gear 4 is not displaced in either the axial or lateral direction of the stapler. In another alternative embodiment, the support may be an annular support, and the annular support may be coaxially arranged and dimensionally fitted with the annular sliding slot. In yet another alternative embodiment, the support is an arc-shaped support, and the sliding slot may be an arc-shaped sliding slot, the arc length of the sliding slot is greater than the arc length of the support, and the support has a circumferential rotation space in the sliding slot. In yet another alternative embodiment, a sliding slot is provided on the inner surface of the first housing 3, and a support is provided on one side of the driving gear 4 facing the inner surface of the first housing 3, the support is located in the sliding slot, the support is rotatable relative to the sliding slot, and the driving gear 4 is rotatable relative to the first housing 3.

[0058] 7 to 10, in this embodiment, the driven gear 5 further includes a driven gear rotating shaft 51, and a second fixing hole 22 and a first fixing hole 32 are provided on the inner surface of the second housing 2 and the inner surface of the first housing 3, respectively, and a first end 511 and a second end 512 of the driven gear rotating shaft 51 enter the second fixing hole 22 and the first fixing hole 32, respectively. The driven gear rotating shaft 51 is implanted into the driven gear tooth portion 52 and the eccentric wheel portion 53, and the driven gear tooth portion 52 and the eccentric wheel portion 53 can rotate along the driven gear rotating shaft 51. Here, the ability of the driven gear tooth portion 52 and the eccentric wheel portion 53 to rotate along the driven gear rotation shaft 51 may mean that the driven gear rotation shaft 51 is fixed non-rotatably to the second fixing hole 22 and the first fixing hole 32, and the driven gear tooth portion 52 and the eccentric wheel portion 53 are capable of rotating relative to the driven gear rotation shaft 51, or that the driven gear rotation shaft 51 is rotatably implanted into the second fixing hole 22 and the first fixing hole 32, the drive gear tooth portion 42 and the eccentric wheel portion 53 are non-rotatably implanted on the driven gear rotation shaft 51, and the drive gear tooth portion 42 and the eccentric wheel portion 53 are capable of rotating around the axis of the driven gear rotation shaft 51 together with the driven gear rotation shaft 51.

[0059] 9 and 10, a guide groove 33 extending along the axial direction of the stapler is provided on the first inner surface of the housing, and the swing head joint rod 6 further includes a guide portion 62, which is located in the guide groove 33 and is limited to only move in the axial direction by the guide groove 33, so that the swing head joint rod 6 can only move in the axial direction without being deflected to the lateral direction when the driving gear 4 rotates. Specifically, in this embodiment, the swing head joint rod 6 includes two guide portions 62, which are located at the distal end and proximal end of the eccentric wheel fitting portion 61, respectively, and the guide portion 62 is bar-shaped extending along the axial direction of the stapler.

[0060] As shown in Figs. 11 and 12, the driven gear rotation shaft 51 passes through the center of the driven gear tooth portion 52. However, the eccentric ring portion 53 is provided eccentrically with respect to the driven gear rotation shaft 51, i.e., the center of the driven gear rotation shaft 51 and the central axis O1 of the eccentric ring portion 53 have a first distance d1 (shown in Fig. 13). The eccentric ring fitting portion 61 of the swing head joint rod 6 has a fifth fitting portion, which is a fitting hole, and at least a part of the eccentric ring portion 53 enters the fitting hole. In another alternative embodiment, the fifth fitting portion of the swing head joint rod 6 may be a fitting groove, and at least a part of the eccentric ring portion 53 enters the fitting groove, and the eccentric ring portion 53 fits into the fitting groove or the fitting hole to drive the swing head joint rod 6 to move along the axial direction.

[0061] As shown in Fig. 11 and Fig. 12, the joint piece fitting part 63 is a protrusion provided on the inside of the eccentric wheel fitting part 61, and a hole that fits with the protrusion is provided on the proximal end side of the swing head joint piece 8, and the protrusion is implanted in the hole on the proximal end side of the swing head joint piece 8. Each side of the protrusion is preferably a right-angled surface, which ensures the stability of the fitting between the protrusion and the swing head joint piece 8 and prevents them from accidentally slipping off. Preferably, the protrusion is located at the center position along the axial direction of the swing head joint rod 6, i.e., the distance from the center of the protrusion to the far end of the swing head joint rod 6 is equal to the distance from the center of the protrusion to the proximal end of the swing head joint rod 6, which further prevents the swing head joint rod 6 from deflecting and swinging laterally due to an external force when the swing head joint rod 6 moves axially by pulling the swing head joint piece 8. In another alternative embodiment, the joint piece fitting 63 may be a groove provided on the inside of the eccentric fitting 61, and a protrusion that fits into the groove is provided on the proximal end of the swing head joint piece 8, the protrusion is embedded in the groove, and the groove is preferably provided at a central position along the axial direction of the swing head joint rod 6. In this embodiment, the inner surface of the eccentric fitting 61 is a plane parallel to the axial direction of the stapler, which can better accommodate the sheet-like structure of the swing head joint piece 8.

[0062] 13, in the lateral direction of the stapler, the two guide portions 62 are respectively connected to the intermediate portions between the distal end surface and the proximal end surface of the eccentric wheel fitting portion 61, and the position limiting action of the guide groove 33 (shown in FIG. 3) on the guide portions 62 acts evenly according to each position of the swing head joint rod 6, so as to prevent the occurrence of a deflected swing due to the rotational movement of the eccentric wheel portion 53 during the movement of the swing head joint rod 6. The fitting hole of the eccentric wheel fitting portion 61 is a waist-shaped hole 611 including two arc-shaped sides and two straight sides, the radius of the arc-shaped sides is approximately equal to the radius of the eccentric wheel portion 53, and the two straight sides of the waist-shaped hole 611 extend along the lateral direction of the stapler. In another alternative embodiment, the shape of the fitting hole may be different from the waist-shaped shape shown in FIG. 13, as long as it is possible to move the eccentric fitting portion 61 along the axial direction by driving the eccentric portion 53 when the eccentric portion 53 rotates.

[0063] 13 shows the fitting structure of the driving gear 4, the driven gear 5 and the swing head joint rod 6 in the initial state. In the initial state, the central axes O1 of the eccentric wheel parts 53 of the two driven gears 5 are all located outside the corresponding driven gear rotation shafts 51. As a result, when the driving gear 4 drives the driven gears 5 to rotate, the two driven gears 5 can drive the two swing head joint rods 6 to move in opposite directions. In another alternative embodiment, in the initial state, the central axes O1 of the eccentric wheel parts 53 of the two driven gears 5 may all be located inside the corresponding driven gear rotation shafts 51.

[0064] As shown in Fig. 13, in the initial state, when the driving gear 4 is operated to rotate in the R3 direction, the driving gear 4 drives the driven gear 5 to rotate in the R4 direction, and then the state shown in Fig. 14 is entered. Fig. 14 shows the state after the driving gear 4 has rotated 15° in the R3 direction from the state shown in Fig. 13. The upper swing head joint rod 6 shown in Fig. 14 moves along the W1 direction in Fig. 13, i.e., moves toward the distal end side, and the lower swing head joint rod 6 moves along the W2 direction in Fig. 13, i.e., moves toward the proximal end side, so that the staple head portion 9 can swing along the R1 direction shown in Fig. 2.

[0065] As shown in FIG. 15, in the initial state, when the driving gear 4 is operated to rotate in the R5 direction, the driving gear 4 drives the driven gear 5 to rotate in the R6 direction, and enters the state shown in FIG. 16. FIG. 16 shows the state after the driving gear 4 rotates 30° in the R5 direction in the state shown in FIG. 15. The upper swing head joint rod 6 shown in FIG. 16 moves along the W3 direction in FIG. 15, that is, moves in the near end direction, and the lower swing head joint rod 6 moves along the W4 direction in FIG. 15, that is, moves in the far end direction, so that the staple head part 9 can swing along the R2 direction shown in FIG. 2. As can be seen by comparing FIG. 14 and FIG. 16, when the rotation direction of the driving gear 4 is different, the rotation direction of the staple head part 9 can be different. In addition, when the rotation angle of the driving gear 4 is different, the swing angle of the staple head part 9 is also different due to the different motion displacement of the swing head joint rod 6. The larger the rotation angle of the drive gear 4, the larger the motion displacement of the swing head joint rod 6 and the larger the swing angle of the staple head portion 9, thereby making it possible to flexibly control the swing direction and swing angle of the staple head portion 9.

[0066] 17-28 show the structure of a swing head mechanism in a second embodiment of the present invention. The main difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the second embodiment further includes a fixing member and the gear set and the housing are fitted in a different manner. The structure of other parts of the stapler in this embodiment is similar to that of the first embodiment, and the principle of the gear set driving the swing head joint piece is the same, so the following description will be given with reference to Figs. 1, 2, 13-16, and 17-28.

[0067] As shown in Figs. 17 to 20, the swing head mechanism includes a housing, a gear set, a swing head joint rod 6, a fixed member 7, and a swing head joint piece 8. The gear set, the swing head joint rod 6, and the fixed member 7 are all accommodated in an accommodating cavity inside the housing. The gear set includes a driving gear 4 and a driven gear 5, and the driving gear 4 includes an operating portion and a driving gear tooth portion 42. In the embodiment, at least a part of the operating portion is a lever 41 exposed to the outside of the second housing 2. In another embodiment, the driven gear 5 includes one operating portion, and the driven gear 5 may be rotated by driving the driving gear 4 by manual operation. The driven gear 5 includes a driven gear tooth portion 52, a first fitting portion, and a driven gear rotation shaft 51, and the driven gear rotation shaft 51 passes through the driven gear tooth portion 52 and the first fitting portion. The swing head joint rod 6 includes a second fitting portion and a joint piece fitting portion 63, the joint piece fitting portion 63 being connected to the proximal end side of the swing head joint piece 8, and the second fitting portion fitting with the first fitting portion.

[0068] In this embodiment, two swing head joint rods 6 are provided corresponding to the two swing head joint pieces 8, and the two swing head joint rods 6 are provided symmetrically with respect to the axial direction of the stapler. When the driving gear 4 rotates, the movement directions of the two swing head joint rods 6 are opposite to each other. Correspondingly, two driven gears 5 are provided, and the two driven gears 5 are located on the proximal end side of the driving gear 4. The two driven gears 5 are provided symmetrically with respect to the axial center of the stapler, and the central axes of the two driven gears 5 are parallel to the central axis of the driving gear 4, and the distances from the central axes of the two driven gears 5 to the central axis of the driving gear 4 are equal. The shape of the receiving cavity surrounded by the first housing 3 and the second housing 2 is compatible with the shape of the gear set.

[0069] When an operator controls the rotation of the drive gear 4, the gears of the drive gear tooth portion 42 and the driven gear tooth portion 52 mesh with each other, thereby driving and rotating the driven gear 5. The engagement between the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion converts the rotational motion of the driven gear 5 into the axial motion of the swing head joint rod 6, and the swing head joint piece 8 is moved along the axial direction by the swing head joint rod 6. This allows the staple head portion 9 (shown in FIG. 1) of the stapler to swing relative to the stapler body 11 (shown in FIG. 1) simply and easily, and the swing direction and swing angle of the staple head portion 9 can be flexibly adjusted by controlling the rotation angle of the drive gear 4.

[0070] The housing includes a first inner surface and a second inner surface, and the first inner surface and the second inner surface surround a receiving cavity. As shown in Figs. 1 and 17, in this embodiment, the housing is divided into a first housing 3 located at a lower part and a second housing 2 located at an upper part, and a sleeve passage 20 for passing the sleeve 11 is defined in the first housing 3 and the second housing 2. The first inner surface is the inner surface of the first housing 3, and the second inner surface is the inner surface of the second housing 2. The fixed member 7 is located between the gear set and the first inner surface, the gear set is fixed to the first inner surface by the fixed member 7, and the driving gear 4 and the driven gear 5 are rotatable relative to the fixed member 7, which is advantageous to maintaining the stability of the structure of the swing head mechanism, and avoids the unstable position of the staple head part 9 caused by the instability of the gear set during use, thereby improving the surgical effect. 17 and 18, the fixed member 7 includes a third surface facing the first inner surface and a fourth surface facing the second inner surface. At least a part of the gear set is provided between the fourth surface and the second inner surface of the fixed member 7. The swing head joint rod 6 is provided between the third surface and the first inner surface of the fixed member 7, and the fixed member 7 and the swing head joint rod 6 are fixed to the housing in the height direction.

[0071] As shown in Figs. 19 to 21, the first fitting portion is an eccentric wheel portion 53, and the second fitting portion is an eccentric wheel fitting portion 61, which fits with the eccentric wheel portion 53 to move the joint piece fitting portion 63 of the swing head joint rod 6 along the axial direction of the stapler when the driven gear 5 rotates, thereby converting the rotational movement of the driven gear 5 into the axial movement of the swing head joint rod 6. In this embodiment, the outer contour of the eccentric wheel portion 53 is circular or arc-shaped. In other embodiments, the outer contour of the eccentric wheel portion 53 may be other shapes, such as a triangle or other polygonal shape. The driven gear rotation shaft 51 passes through the center of the driven gear tooth portion 52. However, the eccentric wheel portion 53 is provided eccentrically with respect to the driven gear rotation shaft 51, i.e., the center of the driven gear rotation shaft 51 and the central axis O1 of the eccentric wheel portion 53 have a first distance (see the first distance d1 shown in Fig. 13). The eccentric fitting portion 61 of the swing head joint rod 6 has a third fitting hole, which is a waist-shaped hole 611, and at least a part of the eccentric portion 53 enters the waist-shaped hole 611. In other embodiments, the third fitting hole may have other shapes. In other alternative embodiments, the eccentric fitting portion 61 of the swing head joint rod 6 may have a fitting groove, and at least a part of the eccentric portion 53 enters the fitting groove.

[0072] As shown in Fig. 17 and Fig. 19, the inner surface of the first housing 3 is provided with a guide groove 33 extending along the axial direction of the stapler, and the swing head joint rod 6 further includes a guide portion 62. The positioning of the guide portion 62 and the fitting of the guide portion 62 with the guide groove 33 are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the description will be omitted here. As shown in Fig. 19, the joint piece fitting portion 63 is a protrusion provided on the inner side of the eccentric wheel fitting portion 61, and a hole that fits with the protrusion is provided on the proximal end side of the swing head joint piece 8, and the protrusion is implanted in the hole on the proximal end side of the swing head joint piece 8. The structural fitting and modified examples of the joint piece fitting portion 63 and the swing head joint piece 8 are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the description will be omitted here.

[0073] In the second embodiment, the operating principle of the swing head mechanism for swinging the staple head portion in the R1 or R2 direction relative to the stapler body can be explained with reference to the operating principle in the first embodiment shown in Figures 13 to 16, and therefore a detailed explanation will be omitted here.

[0074] Hereinafter, the structural relationship between the fixed member 7 and each of the other members of the second embodiment will be specifically described with reference to Figs. 17, 21, and 22 to 28. As shown in Figs. 17 and 22, the fixed member 7 includes a driving gear support portion 74 and two driven gear support portions 75. The driving gear support portion 74 is located between the driving gear 4 and the first inner surface of the housing, and the driven gear support portion 75 is located between the driven gear 5 and the first inner surface of the housing. The swing head joint rod 6 is located between the driven gear support portion 75 and the first inner surface. A receiving groove 741 is provided on one side of the driving gear support portion 74 facing the first inner surface of the housing. As shown in Fig. 27 and Fig. 28, a sleeve limit portion 35 is provided at a position where the first inner surface and the receiving groove 741 correspond to each other, and a first passage 30 is formed by being surrounded by the receiving groove 741 and the sleeve limit portion 35 and extending in one axial direction, and the sleeve 11 annularly fitted on the outside of the swing head joint piece 8 passes through the first passage 30. The surface of the receiving groove 741 is preferably an arc surface, and the surface of the sleeve limit portion 35 is also preferably an arc surface, so that the first passage 30 is a surrounded cylindrical passage, which forms a better fit with the outer surface of the cylindrical sleeve 11 and can provide good support for the sleeve 11. As shown in Fig. 22, a second passage 79 is formed between the two driven gear support portions 75 and extends in one axial direction, so that the second passage 79 is provided to pass through the proximal end of the sleeve 11.

[0075] 22 and 23, the driven gear support part 75 of the fixed member 7 is provided with a through hole 751, the driven gear rotation shaft 51 passes through the through hole 751, and the eccentric part 53 of the driven gear 5 passes through the through hole 751 and then fits with the eccentric fitting part 61 of the swing head joint rod 6. Therefore, in this embodiment, the driving gear teeth part 42 of the driving gear 4 and the driven gear teeth part 52 of the driven gear 5 are provided between the fourth surface of the fixed member 7 and the second inner surface of the housing, the swing head joint rod 6 is located between the third surface of the fixed member 7 and the first inner surface of the housing, and the eccentric part 53 passes through the through hole 751 of the fixed member 7 and then fits with the swing head joint rod 6. 23 and 24, the axial length of the through hole 751 of the driven gear support part 75 is larger than the radius of the eccentric wheel part 53 and is larger than the axial length of the waist-shaped hole 611 of the eccentric wheel fitting part 61, so that when the eccentric wheel part 53 rotates, the through hole 751 can provide a sufficient retraction space for the eccentric rotation of the eccentric wheel part 53 and the axial movement of the eccentric wheel fitting part 61. The guide part 62 abuts against the far end side wall and the near end side wall of the through hole 751 of the driven gear support part 75 in the height direction, thereby maintaining a relatively stable positional relationship between the fixed member 7 and the swing head joint rod 6.

[0076] 21 and 23, a first fixed part 71 is provided on one side of the driving gear support part 74 facing the driving gear 4, and a second fixed part 44 is provided on one side of the driving gear 4 facing the fixed member 7, and the first fixed part 71 and the second fixed part 44 are fixedly connected to each other. In this embodiment, the first fixed part 71 is a first fixed pillar provided on the driving gear support part 74 and protruding toward the driving gear 4, and the second fixed part 44 is a cylindrical groove opened on one side facing the fixed member 7, the groove is provided coaxially with the driving gear 4, and at least a part of the first fixed pillar enters the groove, thereby allowing the driving gear 4 to rotate relative to the first fixed part 71. In another alternative embodiment, the first fixed portion is a groove provided on one side of the drive gear support portion 74 facing the drive gear 4, and the second fixed portion is a first fixed pillar protruding toward the fixed member 7 of the drive gear 4, the first fixed pillar being provided coaxially with the drive gear 4, and at least a portion of the first fixed pillar entering the groove.

[0077] As shown in Fig. 25 and Fig. 27, the first and second fixing holes 32 and 22 are provided on the inner surface of the first housing 3 and the inner surface of the second housing 2, respectively, and the first end 511 and the second end 512 of the driven gear rotating shaft 51 enter the first fixing hole 32 and the second fixing hole 22, respectively, and the driven gear 5 can rotate around the driven gear rotating shaft 51. The structure in which the driven gear rotating shaft 51, the driven gear 5, and the housing are fitted together can be referred to the corresponding parts of the first embodiment, and the description will be omitted here. The sleeve passages 20 shown in Fig. 25 and Fig. 27 are all parts of the sleeve passage, and after the first housing 2 and the second housing 3 are combined, the two parts are combined into one complete sleeve passage 20.

[0078] 25 and 26, a receiving hole 21 is provided on a surface of the second housing 2, and the lever 41 passes through the receiving hole 21 and is exposed to the outside of the second housing 2. At least a portion of the fixing member 7 enters an accommodating cavity of the second housing 2. At least one limit member 23 is provided on an inner surface of the second housing 2, and the limit member 23 is distributed outside the driven gear support portion 75, and the limit member 23 limits the axial movement of the driven gear support portion 75.

[0079] As shown in Fig. 24, Fig. 27 and Fig. 28, a third fixing part 72 is provided on one side of the driving gear support part 74 facing the first inner surface of the housing, a fourth fixing part 39 is provided on the first inner surface of the housing, and the third fixing part 72 and the fourth fixing part 39 are connected by a fastening. In this embodiment, the third fixing part 72 is a second fixing post protruding toward the first inner surface of the housing, the fourth fixing part 39 is a first support base provided on the first inner surface, a first fitting hole is provided at the center of the first support base, and at least a part of the second fixing post enters the first fitting hole. The third fixing part 72 and the fourth fixing part 39 are connected in a manner that they cannot rotate relative to each other, and for example, the third fixing part 72 and the fourth fixing part 39 may be tightly fitted to each other. In addition, the driving gear support portion 74 is provided with two third fixing portions 72 arranged in a horizontal direction, and the first housing 3 is provided with two fourth fixing portions 39 arranged in a horizontal direction, so that the third fixing portion 72 and the fourth fixing portion 39 can be further prevented from rotating. In another alternative embodiment, the third fixing portion 72 includes a first fitting hole, and the fourth fixing portion 39 can be a fixing post protruding toward the driving gear support portion 74, or a fixing hole corresponding to a second fixing post can be directly provided on the first inner surface. In a preferred embodiment, the third fixing portion 72 has a non-circular cross section, and the fourth fixing portion 39 is a fixing hole with a non-circular cross section, for example a triangular or polygonal cross section, to prevent rotational movement of the fixing member 7 relative to the housing.

[0080] As shown in Fig. 24, Fig. 27 and Fig. 28, a fifth fixed part 73 is provided on one side of the driven gear support part 75 facing the first inner surface, a sixth fixed part 34 is provided on the first inner surface of the housing, and the fifth fixed part 73 and the sixth fixed part 34 are connected by a fastening. In this embodiment, the fifth fixed part 73 is a third fixed pillar protruding toward the first inner surface, and the sixth fixed part 34 is a second support stand provided on the first inner surface, a second fitting hole is provided at the center of the second support stand, and at least a part of the third fixed pillar enters the second fitting hole. The fifth fixed part 73 and the sixth fixed part 34 are connected in a manner that they cannot rotate relative to each other, and for example, the third fixed part 72 and the fourth fixed part 39 may be tightly fitted to each other. Furthermore, since the fixed member 7 is provided with two fifth fixed portions 73 arranged in a horizontal direction, and the first housing 3 is provided with two sixth fixed portions 34 arranged in a horizontal direction, it is possible to further prevent the fifth fixed portion 73 and the sixth fixed portion 34 from rotating. In another alternative embodiment, the fifth fixed portion 73 includes a second fitting hole, and the sixth fixed portion 34 may be a fixed pillar protruding toward the driven gear support portion 75, or a fixed hole corresponding to a third fixed pillar may be directly provided on the first inner surface.

[0081] 29 to 44 show the structure of a swing head mechanism in a third embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is different from the first and second embodiments in that the swing head mechanism further includes a locking member. When not rotated by an external force, the locking portion meshes with the driving gear teeth and / or the driven gear teeth in the gear set to prevent the rotation, improve the positional stability of the staple head, and avoid uncontrollable swing. When the driving gear and / or the driven gear in the gear set are driven to rotate by an external force, the locking portion moves in a direction away from the driving gear teeth and / or the driven gear teeth, does not prevent the rotation, and does not affect the function of the swing head mechanism.

[0082] As shown in Figures 29 to 31, the configuration of the medical stapler and the swing drive form of the staple head portion 9 by the swing head joint piece 8 are similar to those of the first embodiment, and the explanation of Figures 1 and 2 above can be referred to, so that the explanation will be omitted here.

[0083] In the embodiment, the swing head mechanism includes a housing, and the housing includes a first inner surface and a second inner surface. As shown in Fig. 30 and Fig. 31, the housing is divided into a first housing 3 located at a lower position and a second housing 2 located at an upper position, and the first housing 3 and the second housing 2 are commonly defined with a third passage 20 for passing the sleeve 11. The third passages 20 shown in Fig. 31 and Fig. 32 are both parts of the third passage, and after the first housing 2 and the second housing 3 are combined, the two parts are combined into one complete third passage 20. The first inner surface is the inner surface of the first housing 3, and the second inner surface is the inner surface of the second housing 2.

[0084] As shown in FIG. 31 and FIG. 32, the swing head mechanism includes a housing, a gear set, a fixing member 7, and a swing head joint rod 6, and is accommodated in an accommodating cavity surrounded by the first housing 3 and the second housing 2. The gear set includes a driving gear 4 and a driven gear 5, and the driving gear 4 includes an operating portion and a driving gear tooth portion 42. In the embodiment, the operating portion is a lever 41 at least a part of which is exposed to the outside of the second housing 2. In another embodiment, the driven gear 5 includes one operating portion, and the driven gear 5 may be manually operated to drive and rotate the driving gear 4. The driven gear 5 includes a driven gear tooth portion 52, a first fitting portion, and a driven gear rotation shaft 51, and the driven gear rotation shaft 51 passes through the driven gear tooth portion 52 and the first fitting portion. The driven gear tooth portion 52 and the drive gear tooth portion 42 mesh with each other, so that the driven gear 5 can be driven to rotate when the drive gear 4 rotates. The swing head joint rod 6 includes a second fitting portion and a joint piece fitting portion 63, and the joint piece fitting portion 63 is connected to the proximal end side of the swing head joint piece 8. The second fitting portion and the first fitting portion are fitted together, so that the joint piece fitting portion 63 of the swing head joint rod 6 moves along the axial direction of the stapler when the driven gear 5 rotates, and further, the swing head joint piece 8 moves along the axial direction. In the present invention, the fitting between the drive gear 4, the driven gear 5, the swing head joint rod 6, and the swing head joint piece 8 can drive the axial movement of the swing head joint rod 6 and the swing head joint piece 8 when the drive gear 4 and the driven gear 5 rotate, and the swing direction and swing angle of the staple head part 9 can be flexibly adjusted by controlling the direction and angle of rotation of the drive gear 4.

[0085] As shown in Figures 31 and 32, in this embodiment, two swing head joint rods 6 are provided corresponding to two swing head joint pieces 8, and the two swing head joint rods 6 are provided symmetrically with respect to the axial direction of the stapler. When the driving gear 4 rotates, the two swing head joint rods 6 move in opposite directions. Correspondingly, two driven gears 5 are provided. The positional relationship and structural relationship between the driving gear 4 and the driven gear 5 are similar to those in the first embodiment, and therefore will not be described here.

[0086] As shown in Figs. 33 and 34, the driving gear tooth portion 42 includes a plurality of driving gear teeth. The swing head mechanism further includes at least one locking member 76, and the locking member 76 includes a locking portion 761. In the initial state, the locking portion 761 meshes with the driving gear tooth portion 42 to prevent the rotation of the driving gear 4, thereby improving the positional stability of the staple head portion 9 and preventing the occurrence of uncontrollable swing. When the lever 41 of the driving gear 4 is operated to drive the driving gear 4 to rotate, the locking portion 761 moves in a direction away from the driving gear tooth portion 42 due to the acting force of the driving gear tooth portion 42 and does not prevent the rotation of the driving gear 4, so that the swing head mechanism can still control the swing of the staple head portion 9 and does not affect the normal realization of the swing head control function of the swing head mechanism.

[0087] In the embodiment, at least a part of the locking member 76 is elastic. In the initial state, at least a part of the locking portion 761 is fitted between the teeth of two adjacent driving gears, and the locking member 76 is not elastically deformed or is only elastically deformed to a small extent. At this time, when the stapler is shaken, the driving gear 4 has a tendency to rotate unintentionally and intentionally, and the force applied to the locking portion 761 by the teeth of the driving gear is smaller than the force that elastically deforms the locking member 76, so that the locking member 76 still maintains being fitted between the teeth of two adjacent driving gears and prevents the rotation of the driving gear tooth portion 42. When an operator operates the lever 41 to rotate the drive gear 4, the driving gear 4 tends to rotate due to the action force applied to the drive gear 4 by the operator via the lever 41, and at this time, the force applied to the lock portion 761 by the teeth of the drive gear is greater than the force that elastically deforms the lock member 76, and the lock portion 761 elastically deforms due to the action force of the drive gear tooth portion 42 and moves in a direction away from the drive gear tooth portion 42, and does not prevent the rotation of the drive gear 4. At this time, the swing head mechanism can realize the control of the swing of the staple head portion 9. When the external force applied to the lever 41 by the operator is released, the drive gear 4 stops rotating, and the lock portion 761 moves in a direction approaching the drive gear tooth portion 42 due to the elastic restoring force and enters again between the teeth of two adjacent drive gears and meshes with the drive gear tooth portion 42 again, thereby maintaining the drive gear 4 at the current position and favorably maintaining the staple head portion 9 at the current swing angle without causing unartificial and intentional swinging.

[0088] As shown in Figs. 32 to 35, in the corresponding embodiment, the swing head mechanism further includes one fixed member 7. The fixed member 7 is located between the gear set and the first inner surface of the housing, the gear set is fixed to the first inner surface of the housing by the fixed member 7, and the driving gear 4 and the driven gear 5 are rotatable relative to the fixed member 7, which is advantageous to maintain the structural stability of the swing head mechanism, and prevents the position of the staple head part 9 from becoming unstable due to the instability of the gear set during use, thereby improving the surgical effect. Specifically, the fixed member 7 includes a driving gear support part 74 and two driven gear support parts 75. The driving gear support part 74 is located between the driving gear 4 and the first inner surface of the housing, and the driven gear support part 75 is located between the driven gear 5 and the first inner surface of the housing. The swing head joint rod 6 is located between the driven gear support part 75 and the first inner surface of the housing. The locking member 76 further includes a connecting portion 762, and the locking portion 761 is connected to the fixed member 7 via the connecting portion 762. The fixed member 7 is fixed to the first housing 3. Therefore, the locking member 76 can be fixed to the first housing 3 via the fixed member 7. A method of fixing the fixed member 7 to the gear set and the first housing 3 will be described in detail later.

[0089] In this embodiment, the first fitting portion is an eccentric wheel portion 53, and the second fitting portion is an eccentric wheel fitting portion 61, which is fitted with the eccentric wheel portion 53 to convert the rotational motion of the driven gear 5 into the axial motion of the swing head joint rod 6 when the driven gear 5 rotates. The fitting form and modified examples of the eccentric wheel portion 53 and the eccentric wheel fitting portion 61 are the same as those in the first embodiment, and therefore will not be described here.

[0090] As shown in Fig. 30, a guide groove 33 is provided on the inner surface of the first housing 3, and the guide groove 33 extends along the axial direction of the stapler, and the swing head joint rod 6 further includes a guide portion 62. The structure and fitting relationship of the guide groove 33 and the guide portion 62 are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted here. As shown in Fig. 32, in this embodiment, the structure, fitting and modification of the eccentric wheel fitting portion 61, the joint piece fitting portion 63 and the swing head joint piece 8 are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted here.

[0091] In the third embodiment, the operating principle of driving the staple head portion by the swing head mechanism to swing in the R1 or R2 direction relative to the stapler body can be explained with reference to the operating principle in the first embodiment shown in Figures 13 to 16, and therefore a detailed explanation will be omitted here.

[0092] Hereinafter, the structures of the locking member 76 and the fixing member 7 of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to FIGS.

[0093] As shown in FIG. 36 and FIG. 37, the locking member 76 is rod-shaped, and is parallel to the central axis of the driving gear 4. The fixed member 7 includes two of the driven gear support parts 75. A second passage 79 extending in one axial direction is formed between the two driven gear support parts 75, thereby providing the second passage 79 penetrating the proximal end side of the sleeve 11. The fixed member 7 is provided with two of the locking members 76, which are provided symmetrically with respect to the axis of the stapler, and the two locking members 76 are provided between the two driven gear support parts 75 and the driving gear support part 74, respectively, and a connection part 762 of each of the locking members 76 is connected to the driving gear support part 74 via a first connection arm 77, and is connected to the driven gear support part 75 via a second connection arm 78. The first connecting arm 77 and the second connecting arm 78 fix the locking member 76 between the driving gear support portion 74 and the driven gear support portion 75, thereby improving the structural stability of the locking member 76 and the fixed member 7 being fixed. In one embodiment, the locking member 76, the first connecting arm 77 and the second connecting arm 78 may be provided integrally with the driving gear support portion 74 and the driven gear support portion 75. In another embodiment, the first connecting arm 77 and the second connecting arm 78 may be connected to the driving gear support portion 74 and the driven gear support portion 75 by welding. [0094] 38 and 39, in this embodiment, the first connecting arm 77 is perpendicular to the second connecting arm 78. Therefore, when the locking member 76 is elastically deformed by being driven by the teeth of the driving gear 4, the end of the connecting portion 762 of the locking member 76 is maintained in a stable position by the first connecting arm 77 and the second connecting arm 78, and no movement occurs in the axial and lateral directions.

[0095] 39, in the embodiment, the locking portion 761 includes two inclined guide surfaces 7611, and when the locking portion 761 and the teeth of the driving gear 4 mesh with each other, at least a part of the guide surface 7611 of the locking portion 761 enters between the teeth of the two adjacent driving gears 4, and the two guide surfaces 7611 respectively face the side surfaces of the teeth of the two adjacent driving gears 4. When an operator operates the lever to rotate the driving gear 4, the teeth of the driving gear 4 apply an acting force to the guide surfaces 7611, and the acting force is resolved by the guide surfaces 7611 to obtain a force for the locking portion 761 to separate from the driving gear 4, and the guide surfaces 7611 can better guide the locking portion 761 to separate from the driving gear teeth 42.

[0096] In another alternative embodiment, the locking portion 761 may be provided as an entire arcuate surface toward one side of the drive gear tooth portion 42, and when the locking portion 761 and the drive gear tooth portion 42 mesh with each other, at least a part of the arcuate surface of the drive gear tooth portion 42 may enter between the teeth of two adjacent drive gears 4. When an operator operates the lever to rotate the drive gear 4, the teeth of the drive gear 4 are applied to the guide surface 7611, and the acting force is resolved by the arcuate surface to obtain a force for moving the locking portion 761 away from the drive gear 4, and the arcuate surface can better guide the locking portion 761 away from the drive gear tooth portion 42.

[0097] Hereinafter, the structural relationship between the fixing member 7 of the present invention and each of the other members will be specifically described with reference to Figs. 40 to 42. As shown in FIG. 44, the axial length of the through hole 751 of the driven gear support part 75 is larger than the radius of the eccentric wheel part 53 and is larger than the axial length of the waist-shaped hole 611 of the eccentric wheel fitting part 61, so that when the eccentric wheel part 53 rotates, the through hole 751 can provide a sufficient retraction space for the eccentric rotation of the eccentric wheel part 53 and the axial movement of the eccentric wheel fitting part 61. The guide portion 62 vertically abuts against the distal end side wall and the proximal end side wall of the through hole 751 of the driven gear support portion 75 to maintain a relatively stable positional relationship between the fixed member 7 and the swing head joint rod 6.

[0105] In this embodiment, at least a portion of the locking member 710 is elastic, and when the driving gear 4 and / or the driven gear 5 are driven to rotate by an external force, the locking portion 7101 is elastically deformed by the driven gear tooth portion 52 and moves in a direction away from the driven gear tooth portion 52, and when the driven gear 5 stops rotating, the locking portion 52 re-engages with the driven gear tooth portion 52 due to the action of an elastic restoring force.

[0106] In this embodiment, the driven gear tooth portion 52 includes a plurality of driven gear teeth, and the locking portion 7101 includes two inclined guide surfaces or one arc surface, and when the locking portion 7101 and the driven gear tooth portion 52 mesh with each other, at least a portion of the guide surface or arc surface of the locking portion 7101 enters between the teeth of two adjacent driven gears, and the two guide surfaces respectively face the side surfaces of the teeth of the two adjacent driven gears, or the arc surface faces the side surfaces of the teeth of the driven gear.

[0107] The structures of the other members in this embodiment are the same as those in the third embodiment, and therefore the description thereof will be omitted here.

[0108] In a further alternative embodiment, the locking member 76 of the third embodiment and the locking member 7101 of the fourth embodiment may be provided simultaneously, i.e., the locking members may be engaged with the driving gear 4 and the driven gear 5 simultaneously, still falling within the scope of protection of the present invention.
