Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an interlayer film for laminated glass used to obtain laminated glass. The present invention also relates to laminated glass using the interlayer film for laminated glass. [Background technology]
[0002] Even if laminated glass is broken by an external impact, the amount of glass fragments scattered is small, and therefore, laminated glass is excellent in safety. For this reason, the laminated glass is widely used in automobiles, railway vehicles, aircraft, ships, buildings, etc. The laminated glass is produced by sandwiching an interlayer film between a pair of glass sheets.
[0003] In recent years, laminated glass having design properties, light blocking properties, privacy protection properties, etc., has been required as laminated glass for buildings and automobiles. Laminated glass having design properties, light blocking properties, privacy protection properties, etc. can be obtained by using an interlayer film containing a colorant such as a dye or a pigment.
[0004] As an example of laminated glass having privacy protection properties, the following Patent Document 1 discloses laminated glass using a multilayer interlayer film having an opaque layer. In this laminated glass, privacy protection properties are realized by the opaque layer that makes it impossible to see people or objects behind the laminated glass. The opaque layer may contain, for example, an inorganic powder, or a dye or pigment.
[0005] The following Patent Document 2 discloses a laminated glass for vehicles in which two glass sheets are bonded to each other via an interlayer film. The interlayer film includes a first region provided with a dimming function that imparts a transmittance loss for visible light, and a second region surrounded by the first region or a second region formed by partially receding an end of the first region. In the second region, the interlayer film has a transmittance loss for visible light that is smaller than the transmittance loss. The first region may contain, for example, a pigment or a dye. The first region may be a strip-shaped shade region. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[Figure 4] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view that illustrates an example of laminated glass using the interlayer film for laminated glass shown in FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0022] The present invention will be described in detail below.
[0023] (Interlayer film for laminated glass) The interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention (hereinafter sometimes abbreviated as "interlayer film") contains an anthraquinone dye and a perinone dye.
[0024] The interlayer film according to the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and therefore can have improved weather resistance.
[0025] In order to obtain laminated glass having design properties, light blocking properties, privacy protection properties, and the like, colorants such as dyes and pigments are used. However, laminated glass using an interlayer containing a dye or pigment as a colorant may have low weather resistance. For this reason, when laminated glass using an interlayer containing a dye or pigment is exposed to sunlight or the like for a long period of time, the color of the colored portion may change. In addition, a light stabilizer may be mixed into the interlayer to suppress deterioration of the resin. However, laminated glass using an interlayer containing a dye or pigment and a light stabilizer is prone to decrease in weather resistance and to change more in the color of the colored portion. Furthermore, laminated glass using an interlayer containing a dye or pigment that is a blue coloring matter and a light stabilizer is prone to decrease in weather resistance and to change more in the color of the colored portion. In addition, when only a pigment is used as a colorant, the weather resistance of the laminated glass can be increased to a certain extent compared to when only a dye is used, but the haze tends to be high. For this reason, it is not preferable to use only a pigment as a colorant.
[0026] The present inventors have found a configuration that can improve weather resistance in an interlayer film containing a dye. That is, the present inventors have found that weather resistance can be significantly improved by combining at least two compounds having a specific structure as a colorant and using a dye as the at least two compounds having the specific structure. In the interlayer film according to the present invention, an anthraquinone dye and a perinone dye are used in combination, so that weather resistance can be improved and discoloration of the colored portion can be significantly suppressed even if the laminated glass is exposed to sunlight for a long period of time. Furthermore, in the interlayer film according to the present invention, discoloration of the colored portion can be effectively suppressed even when a light stabilizer is included.
[0027] Furthermore, the interlayer film according to the present invention can suppress the haze of the laminated glass to a low level, and further, the interlayer film according to the present invention can effectively suppress bubbles at the edges of the laminated glass.
[0028] The intermediate film has a one-layer structure or a two-layer or more structure. The intermediate film may have a one-layer structure or a two-layer or more structure. The intermediate film may have a two-layer structure, a three-layer structure, a three-layer structure, a four-layer structure, a five-layer structure, or a six-layer structure. The intermediate film may be an intermediate film having a one-layer structure including only a first layer (single-layer intermediate film), or an intermediate film having a two-layer or more structure including a first layer and another layer (multilayer intermediate film). The intermediate film may have these structures in a part of the intermediate film, or in the entire intermediate film. The structure of the intermediate film may be partially different.
[0029] The interlayer film may have a colored portion that is colored in a plan view and a non-colored portion that is not colored in a plan view. The interlayer film may have a colored portion that is colored in a plan view at one end in the width direction, and a non-colored portion that is not colored in a plan view at the other end opposite to the one end in the width direction. In the colored portion, a colored portion and an uncolored portion may exist in the thickness direction of the interlayer film. In this case, the portion that is colored in a plan view is the colored portion including the colored portion and the uncolored portion (for example, the portion to the right of the dashed line in Figures 1 and 2).
[0030] The interlayer film may have only a colored portion that is colored in a plan view. The interlayer film may not have a non-colored portion that is not colored in a plan view.

The obtained value is divided by the total amount of ethylene groups in the main chain to determine a molar fraction. The value expressed as a percentage of this molar fraction is the degree of acetalization.

When the interlayer film has a square planar shape, the distance between one end and the other end is the distance between the opposing ends.
[0236] The thickness of the interlayer film is not particularly limited. From the viewpoint of practical use and of sufficiently increasing the penetration resistance and bending rigidity of the laminated glass, the thickness of the interlayer film is preferably 0.1 mm or more, more preferably 0.25 mm or more, and preferably 3 mm or less, more preferably 1.5 mm or less. When the thickness of the interlayer film is equal to or greater than the lower limit, the penetration resistance and bending rigidity of the laminated glass are further increased. When the thickness of the interlayer film is equal to or less than the upper limit, the transparency of the interlayer film and the laminated glass is further improved.
[0237] The thickness of the interlayer film is designated as T. In the case of a multi-layer interlayer film, from the viewpoints of further preventing the formation of voids at the edges of the laminated glass and further suppressing a decrease in the transparency of the laminated glass, the thickness of the first layer (preferably the thickness at the non-colored portion) is preferably 0.0625T or more, more preferably 0.1T or more, and is preferably 0.375T or less, more preferably 0.25T or less.
[0238] The thickness of each of the second layer and the third layer (preferably the thickness at the non-colored portion) is preferably 0.3125T or more, more preferably 0.375T or more, even more preferably 0.625T or more, particularly preferably 0.75T or more, and is preferably 0.9375T or less, more preferably 0.9T or less. When the thickness of each of the second layer and the third layer (preferably the thickness at the non-colored portion) is equal to or more than the lower limit and equal to or less than the upper limit, it is possible to further prevent the occurrence of voids at the edge of the laminated glass and further prevent the decrease in transparency of the laminated glass. In addition, when the thickness of each of the second layer and the third layer is equal to or more than the lower limit and equal to or less than the upper limit, it is possible to prevent the bleeding out of the plasticizer.
[0239] From the viewpoint of making it even more difficult for gaps to form at the ends of the laminated glass, when the interlayer film comprises the second layer and the third layer, the total thickness of the second layer and the third layer (preferably the thickness at the non-colored portion) is preferably at least 0.625 T, more preferably at least 0.75 T, and preferably at most 0.9375 T, more preferably at most 0.9 T. Furthermore, when the total thickness of the second layer and the third layer is at least the above lower limit and at most the above upper limit, bleeding out of the plasticizer can be suppressed.
[0240] The interlayer film may be an interlayer film having a uniform thickness or an interlayer film having a variable thickness. The cross-sectional shape of the interlayer film may be rectangular or wedge-shaped.
[0241] The interlayer film may be wound into a roll of the interlayer film. The roll may include a winding core and the interlayer film wound around the outer periphery of the winding core.
[0242] The method for producing the interlayer film is not particularly limited. In the case of a single-layer interlayer film, the method for producing the interlayer film includes a method of extruding a resin composition using an extruder. In the case of a multi-layer interlayer film, the method for producing the interlayer film includes a method of forming each layer using each resin composition for forming each layer, and then laminating the obtained layers. Furthermore, the method for producing the interlayer film includes a method of laminating each layer by co-extruding each resin composition for forming each layer using an extruder. A production method of extrusion molding is preferred because it is suitable for continuous production.
[0243] In view of the excellent manufacturing efficiency of the interlayer film, it is preferable that the second layer and the third layer contain the same polyvinyl acetal resin. In view of the excellent manufacturing efficiency of the interlayer film, it is more preferable that the second layer and the third layer contain the same polyvinyl acetal resin and the same plasticizer. In view of the excellent manufacturing efficiency of the interlayer film, it is even more preferable that the second layer and the third layer are formed from the same resin composition.
[0244] The intermediate film preferably has an uneven shape on at least one of both surfaces. The intermediate film more preferably has an uneven shape on both surfaces. The method for forming the uneven shape is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a lip embossing method, an embossing roll method, a calendar roll method, and a profile extrusion method. The embossing roll method is preferred because it can form a large number of uneven embossments that are quantitatively uniform uneven patterns.

Next, for example, the obtained laminate is passed through a pressing roll or placed in a rubber bag and suctioned under reduced pressure to remove air remaining between the first laminated glass member, the second laminated glass member, and the interlayer film. Then, the laminate is pre-bonded at about 70°C to 110°C to obtain a pre-pressed laminate. Next, the pre-pressed laminate is placed in an autoclave or pressed to be pressed at about 120°C to 150°C and a pressure of 1 MPa to 1.5 MPa. In this manner, a laminated glass can be obtained.
[0256] The interlayer film and the laminated glass can be used in automobiles, railroad vehicles, aircraft, ships, buildings, etc. The interlayer film and the laminated glass can be used for purposes other than these. The interlayer film and the laminated glass are preferably interlayer films and laminated glasses for vehicles or buildings, and more preferably interlayer films and laminated glasses for vehicles. [0268] Example 1 Preparation of the composition for forming the interlayer: The following components were mixed and thoroughly kneaded with a mixing roll to obtain a composition for forming an interlayer film.
[0269] Polyvinyl butyral resin 100 parts by weight Triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexanoate (3GO) 40 parts by weight Metal salt M (Mg mixture) in an amount of 70 ppm in the resulting interlayer film Antioxidant (BHT) in an amount of 0.2% by weight in the resulting interlayer film UV blocking agent (Tinuvin 326) in an amount of 0.2% by weight in the resulting interlayer film Anthraquinone dye (color index: SB104) in an amount of 0.072% by weight in the resulting interlayer film Perinone dye (color index: SR179) in an amount of 0.027% by weight in the resulting interlayer film Quinoline dye (color index: SY33) in an amount of 0.007% by weight in the resulting interlayer film
[0270] Preparation of the interlayer: The composition for forming the interlayer film was extruded using an extruder to produce a single-layer interlayer film (thickness 800 μm) having only the first layer. The obtained interlayer film has only a colored portion that is colored in plan view.
[0271] (Example 2 35, Reference example 36~ 48 and Comparative Examples 1 to 11) A single-layer interlayer film (thickness 800 μm) was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the types and contents of the blended components were changed as shown in Tables 1 to 12. The same type and blended amount of metal salt M was used as in Example 1. The contents of dye 3 and dye 4 in "content of colorant in interlayer film" in Comparative Examples 4, 5, 10, and 11 indicate the total amount of dye 3 and dye 4.
[0272] (evaluation) (1) Weather resistance The obtained interlayer film was cut into a size of 6.5 cm long x 5 cm wide. Next, the interlayer film was sandwiched between two pieces of clear glass (6.5 cm long x 5 cm wide x 2.5 mm thick), and held at 90°C for 30 minutes in a vacuum laminator and vacuum pressed to obtain a laminated glass.
[0273] The following was carried out using the "SX75" manufactured by Suga Test Instruments.
[0274] One of the main surfaces of the obtained laminated glass was placed on the light source (xenon lamp) side, at a distance of 260 mm to 270 mm from the light source. The laminated glass was fixed to a sample fixture so that one end of the laminated glass was exposed. An irradiance of 60 W / m2 was applied to the one main surface of the fixed laminated glass. 2 The glass was irradiated with xenon light (irradiance measurement wavelength: 300 nm to 400 nm) for 500 hours under conditions of a black panel temperature of 63° C., a chamber temperature of 50° C., and a humidity of 50% RH. In this way, a laminated glass after light irradiation was obtained.
[0275] The laminated glass before and after the light irradiation was measured using a spectrophotometer (Hitachi High-Tech U-4100) in accordance with JIS K8781-4:2013 to determine the color difference ΔE before and after the light irradiation. The measurement was performed at the center of the laminated glass. The weather resistance was evaluated based on the color difference ΔE according to the following criteria.
[0276] [Weather resistance criteria] ○○: ΔE is 3 or less ○: ΔE is greater than 3 and less than 10 ×: ΔE exceeds 10
